I went to the salon few times since August, I knew a salon from Google Search, it was good in the beginning until recently my 2 nails were broken after 1 week of extension (new not refill), an African lady who is a reception always argue with me, she said “you didn’t book today we’re fully booked, you need to wait 2 hours” both of receptions spoke not nice to me (disrespectful, when they want money from me they spoke nicely and ending with “madam”), now no madam and treated as Im a bad customer. The problem is from your salon, technician, product not me so don’t blame client ! I paid money not your employees so please teach them manners !! and Im busy with works, it such a waste of time to go to salon often to fix 1-2 nails ! If the owner see my message please reply, thank you

I visited the Nail Atelier Salon in Lamar Mall on Feb 14,2021. They did a horrible, not professional gel refill. After i came home , 3 nails broke in the next 2 hours!!! She didnt use a proper primer , she didnt even clean under the nails from my old growth. After i called salon they refused to refund, they said they dont do refund. I asked them to send a technician to fix if i dont have any other choice, they said there us a minimum of AED 500 and a charge for home service!!! I need to pay for them to come and fix what they could not do!!! The only thing they suggested was for me to go over to them again so that they can fix my nails, which I didn’t want to do as i already saw they quality and second i have a 1 year old daughter and i cant leave her alone at home. They even went so far as to suggest me to bring my 1 year old daughter with me to the salon ( in this COVID time) to sit on my lap while they do the nails. The management of the salon doesn’t care about the customers, they dont have manners and they dont care about the customers. If you want your money to be ripped off like mine, welcome to Nails Atelier Dubai.

My favourite nail salon now!!! Mei is so nice and has incredible attention to detail. I find it very hard to trust new nail salons as I am a control freak but I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Its my second time going to this Salon in both branches the staff are professional and knowing ehat theyre doing. They do vood promotions constantly and the quality they provide is very worth the money. the lady called Twin in Lamar Mall branch did my nails as below, I loved how she was doing every step. Bad quality... Before they used to be amazing but they changed the brand few months ago. And now it’s a disaster. after one day 2 nails broke, i went to the salon to fix it, the day after another one. If you don’t want to loose your money, don’t go there. SorryI used to come for Daisy (she’s the best).

I have been a loyal client for 4 years. The service of the ladies is amazing and they are all very polite. However the management is extremely not flexible in anything. This is not how a business that offers service should be run with clients. Every time my nails smudge I blame myself and never go back. The fan causes bubbles so when I asked for a fast dry product to be applied they asked for an extra 10 dhs. So I agreed. Then turns out its 10 for 2 sprays on hands and another 10dhs for 2 sprays on feet. The whole bottle costs 38dhs. This is not acceptable and I will never go there again!

I already visited this salon twice for Gelish Mani-Pedi, and I highly recommend this place to others. They have a huge collection of colors, and their gelish stays chip free. The manager of this salon is really sweet, and gives positive energy to the clients.

If I got to put below 1 star, it would be for that place!!!I called them to ask for the charges and when I went there, they told me I need to pay additional fees which was 3 times more…. I agreed and then the receptionist told me that they need to add even more!!! They have blocked my comments on their instagram for people not to know how they are dealing with their clients and how they are misleading Them!!!!Below zero rate is for them and I do not recommend anyone to waste their time and try to visit them!!!

And it was the same service for less price.2. It took much longer than communicated. Please. What takes 2,5 hours ?3. the Gel nails started to peel off after one week.

I’ve always had good experiences at nail atelier! They take a lot of care, effort and are always gentle with your skin and nails. I normally get my eyebrows done here and a mani pedi and it’s very reasonable and well worth the time! I definitely recommend this place for all your beauty needs :)

Service in the past was outstanding and it was my favorite salon but it has become worse, we even paid full amount and asked for a refund after seeing the way that they cleaned with the pedicure, they filed the dead skin on the bottom of the feet for like 10 seconds and felt that the staff was very lazy to do the cleaning properly, didnt remove the dead skin, Schedules are not precise as well ! Very upset with the way the salons services have shifted from 5 stars to one star !

Unprofessional, i gave this place so many chances, even in different branches. They damaged my nails when removing the gel nailpolish i had on to the point it became too sensitive that i couldn’t even touch them. Second time awhile later i went for a manicure and pedicure, they barely cleaned my nails, they applied no base or top coat and their nailpolish started to form bubbles and peel of the next day. Also they expect you to pay for their terrible service before even having a seat!

After a such a feedback, Kindly do not promise customers you are not able to deliver on what we want and waste our times. I simply asked if you have a professional nail polish art and you have assured me you do. Once i arrived to your location and have given my number and name (so you clearly do have my information in your system). i was shocked that the receptionist was insisting that their will be change of design and shape not like jell which i made it very clear from the beginning on i want nail polish art and not jell and again i was assured will be delivered. However, at the end the nail artiest was not able to do simple leaf with nail polish, it was such a disappointment and frustrating!!!!And now you are telling me that you do not have my number registered, without checking or calling on what went wrong. Well you have killed the idea to visit your place again and I thank you for that!.

I came to visit this salon to treat myself. The girls were very friendly and chatty, that made me feel relaxed and comfortable. But suddenly, they started to talk in their own language that made me felt irritated that time. Im sorry to say this but it was so rude for me. The service is just a disappointment! If you want to waste your time and money welcome to Nail Atelier. Gelish manicure i did hardly lasted 1 week. It got chipped and cracked. New technicians, who have done the work need more training for sure. But they blamed my oily nails lol. First time in my life I had such an experience. Apparently they dont care about their clients.

This was the longest and most unprofessional manicure in my life, 2 hours and 20 minutes for thick nails, on one I even have hair stuck on surface. I completely understand why they charge service in advance. Its because you have unprofessional staff who dont know to do their job. Only like that you can avoid customs not paying for disaster work.NEVER AGAIN!

I visited this nail salon in Lamar Mall and my nails were ruined for its my first time to try this gel polish, When I called for an appointment, I asked the receptionist there if I can book for classic manicure and pedicure, but she kept on suggesting to me to booked for that orly gel polish for it stays longer than 2 weeks, but only after 3 to 4 days it started chipping, and my normal nail color becomes yellowish. The receptionist who booked my appointment said that this nail polish is good and it will not make any allergic reaction. I was disappointed for it was expensive and only for 4 days its gone.

I LOVE this salon so much and I came to know about them from their Groupon offer.Their quality way of work is excellent, they pay attention to details and have a variety options of nail polish colors from Orly! Love the interior design though! So classy and chic!I find it beyond silly to pay when they offer you a drink! Even a glass of water is not free! Plus, the rate they charge for gelish meni and pedi is too expensive. I wish they could post their Groupon vouchers soon because I’d love to have my nails get done by them again!

I am the one who wrote a review earlier about the eye lash extension service. After I have left my review and I received one reply from the owner and I would like to add a few more words because I left my review earlier because I was upset about the unprofessional technician and their customer service, NOT harming their business.If the owner thinks there is no issue from their technician or service, its ok with me. But please dont think that I wrote my review because I am trying to harm your business. This is just my simple experience at your salon who was not happy, nothing more or less.Basically, the owner replied that I was trying to harm their business because I have written such a dramatical review. But why would I harm your business? What would I get from that? What for?To be really really honest (without dramatical review), I was upset because the technician was unprofessional (this is my personal review) in terms of techniques putting lashes and dealing with customers (or just me). She pulled and poked my eyelids while she was separating lashes. Also, my eyelids were hurting after the service because she was rubbing my eyelid to remove black glues on my lids all over. Also, the situation could have been handled with a polite and professional response from your receptionist or manager.Back to the comment from the owner, the owner left a comment that she checked my lashes from the photo and my lashes are voluminous and fine. Sorry to say that but personally, I didnt like the design and I never asked for the voluminous. I asked her for natural design. But if you said voluminous is natural design, I have nothing to say or argue about. Everyone has a different taste of preferred lash design.All I wanted was to share my experience. I didn’t ask for a refund or apology from you. I can also clearly say that I have NEITHER INTEREST NOR WILLINGNESS TO HARM your business by writing my review and I dont think my review would affect any of your business anyway.  I just wanted to share my experience from the salon and I believe that all customers have a right to share their reviews whether they liked it or not.Nevertheless, I am glad that you have more than 50 customers weekly who are happy about your eyelash service and maybe I am the only one out of those 50 who was not happy.  I believe this is the place where I can share my experience about your salon whether its good or bad. I hope the owner does not misunderstand my point of review.

Georgi and the team are very friendly and professional. There are a wide range of colours to select for manicures and pedicures.If you bring photos, the team can recreate the style or adapt it depending on your needs which is great.

They are very cheap, they don’t treat well customers. I used to go to this place but the service is going from bad to worst. I went for gel mani and classic pedi, they couldn’t find matching color to my gel mani so they asked me to pay more to have gel in my feet 🙈 i refused and when I said to the receptionist that it is their fault and I shouldn’t pay the extra, that I wasn’t happy and she will lose a client and I will write a review about what happened, she told me you are threatening us to get free service 😱 As far as I know I paid before starting the service and It was not free. I was willing to pay the extra 45aed as I couldn’t go with un matching color but when I saw the attitude I went for neutral color and left. They really do not care about customer service and satisfaction regards

One of the best mani-pedi’s that I’ve had! The salon has a very nice ambiance, the staff are welcoming and friendly and the service and quality is brilliant. Large variety of colours to select from. Small feedback for improvement - they offer tea/coffee for AED 5 which isn’t much at all, I would recommend to absorb this cost and offer it complimentary as it would add a nice touch to the overall experience. That being said, I would return again and again! Rachel was excellent.

Ive been getting eyelash extensions in Dubai for the past 15 years and this is hands down the worst place I have ever been to. Its honestly shocking to see that there are positive reviews about the eyelash extension service at this salon because I still shudder at the thought of my nightmarish experience. (I believe there are two technicians.)Ive taken the time to explain my experience in detail, not because I want something from the salon, but solely because I do not want any other victim to go through the same nightmare.1. An untrained person dubbed as a technician- The technician poked my eyes countless number of times, although my discomfort was communicated clearly. It took more than 2 hours (2 hours 20 mins)!!!- She put the lashes over the face which resulted in getting glue all over the eye area, so additional 10 to 15 minutes were required to remove the glue with oil.- No surprise here, but because she lacked experience, the lady obviously did not design eyelashes that suited by face or eyes. I came out looking like a drag queen. The lashes were ridiculously long, although prior to the start of the service I was informed this was the shortest length and would be suitable for my eyes. Eventually, I came home and trimmed my eyelashes by myself.- Her English level was also so poor that my frustration did not get conveyed to her.- I attached a photo of my eyelashes falling after a week time passed. This is shocking for me that some of eyelashes are sticking together.2. Overall horrible customer service- As soon as I saw the outcome, I wanted the lashes to be removed. However, since I could not trust the same salon to do even the simplest task and the fact that I already spent almost 2.5 hours of my day. I was super angry that I didnt even ask for a refund but asked to them to remove the lashes but the first thing the reception said they cannot refund. (Oh come on!! I DIDNT ASK!!!) This made me feel the worst! It was a very stupid mistake on my part, but I paid in advance for the service since the receptionist asked to. (because I also took the mani pedi package, but still!!)- The receptionist took before and after photos of my eyelashes without consent. She just took it and i asked why you took a photo of my lashes and she said this is just for their record. (WHAT FOR???)- There was no sincere apology or any gesture of rectifying the situation / outcome of the eyelash extensions. The receptionist simply said she will check with the management.Ladies, please check the technician before you get your eyelash extension service.

I feel so sad to write this review because they were my preferred salon and I was loyal to them for a year but their choice of music gives me a headache (I know it sounds silly but I actually hate going there because of it and I leave feeling very moody for some reason) and the way the gel mani/pedi is done is very poor. The polish is clumpy and I can peel it off easily; it lasts for two weeks max so you’d better be off with a normal mani pedi than waste money on gel. I was never happy with the way my nails looked but I let it be as I thought this is as good as it gets. When I decided to give another salon a try is when I realized that my nails are actually supposed to look the way the new salon did them and not how Atelier does them :(Reading the reviews after posting my initial review I’m so surprised. I only go to Atelier now to do 1 specific service as the service at the new salon I go to is on hold as they’re looking for a new technician, but after reading the reviews and the response to the reviews I am shocked and very disappointed to say the least. I might get a nasty response too (I really hope I don’t) but I can’t support a business like that even though I like the way they do the only service I go to them for.

The girls were amazing. They did a great job cleaning. However, 3 layers of the gel was needed. Only two were applied, and a half hour after we left we started seeing transparency and the shadow of our nails while out in the sun. Also, use a Groupon!

Did « russian » French gelish mani pedi for the first time in my life! I use to do classic polish only , it took almost 2 hours!! And my nail got damaged 3 days after , very poor gel quality with injustified price won’t come back

I did my acrylic nail extensions before heading to a vacation and was very much excited about it. The work was good and finishing was amazing but to my disaster the nail started falling out right from 4th day of the process and it was very disappointing. On contacting the salon there was no response to my complaint. This is very unprofessional amd i dont recommend this salon at all. Complete waste of money!!!

I love this salon so much. Staffs are amaaaaaaazing! they treat kids and adults with high standard service. My daughters are very happy with their nails. They love the flowers on the walls by the way.

2hrs for a basic dip powder manicure. Manicurist kept smudging the polish by touching them to see if they were dry, then having to clean/restart - this happened three times. The final result still had her fingerprint on them. Then 2 nails fell right off within 3 days.

My sister and I really loved this nail salon. We bought packages for 5 visits often, and were about to buy another one even though the price went up 50% however I have one session left on my last package - and due to the holidays I won’t be in the country before it expired - and they refused to speak to me!So now I have to get a mani/pedi even though I was just there less than two weeks ago.It doesn’t make sense to force me to use a session before I need to, and lose out on 1800 aed for 2 more packages!! Such a shame because we drove out of our way to come to this salon.

Never before in my life saw an establishment punishing customers for their staff’s mistake. The receptionist who received our call, forgot to book the appointment and gave us wrong information about the packages. When confronted, staff chose to be rude and unprofessional instead of making up for their mistake. Even after we shared the proof of the call which they refused that they have received, management choose to ignore the mistake their staff made and put the blame on the customer. Customer care non existent!Addition after other party`s comment:As a customer:- We called and booked 9 day prior from the date we wanted to visit your salon.- Mentioned what coupons we had. Classic mani-pedi.- My friend asked on the phone if she (only her not me) can have gelish nail polish on her hands(only hands not feet) instead of having a pedicure. The receptionist told us that it is not possible to switch pedi to gelish nail polish, but she can have gelish on her hands as an addition to our current package by paying only 20 aed extra. We accepted.- We arrived your salon earlier than our appointment time.Is there any problem up to this point? We did everything a decent customer would do to avoid any problems.After our arrival to your salon:- Receptionist wasn`t able to find the appointment in your system.- We couldn`t show you the call record at that time as the call was made from our office phone (see the photo attached)- Our only additional request was changing the nail polish for my friend`s hands to gelish and we only requested it because it was offered us on the phone. (of course paying the extra 20aed requested)- Staff strictly declined our request claiming that offer was over.- The person we have spoken on the phone knew what date we wanted the appointment so if that offer was not valid at that time she shouldn`t have offered it at the first place.Plus:- Your staff accused us not taking an appointment even though we did and then when we insisted that we did, they claimed that we called the wrong branch. The lady on the cashier had a chat with someone over whatsapp and flashed us her screen for a single second as the proof of our appointment on the wrong branch. My friend immediately called the branch and they confirmed that there was no appointment there.Only after this point we understood that your staff was intentionally trying to deceive us and the manager, just to avoid taking the responsibility of the mistake that was done.Up to this point a sincere apology or a small gesture would have solved the problem.And I accept that after this point for maybe for 20 - 30 seconds my voice was increased while I was trying to explain the manager what was going on. It was a heat of the moment thing, but it was never shouting and never involved any kind of insult.And immediately after I noticed, I apologized to all of them. If they have a piece of decency left inside, they would confirm that too.Unlike your team, if I do something wrong I try to correct it immediately.As a result, we paid for a service, we booked the service as we supposed to do. Your staff gave us wrong information, they forgot to make the booking, they refused to take responsibility, they mistreated us when we were under your roof and when we tried to explain our point of view, we were ignored by your management. And in the end we havent received the service we have paid for.I don`t see anything unethical about giving your salon a review you well deserve.And and I sincerely hope that this would be an eye opener for your management team. Those people need a good training on how to treat customers.

As a regular customer at the Nail Atelier salon in JVC, it’s only recently that me and a couple of my good friends discovered the Lamar Mall branch.I have to tell you, as much as I love the JVC branch, I’m upset, I feel dissed and my entire evening has been ruined by the inconsiderate, impolite and crude attitude of the management staff at this branch. Bad management, bad attitude and poor customer service - from appointment to arrival - doesnt work for spa brands aiming to leave people with a good feeling.

I do not recommend the eyelash extensions at all, as I finished I noticed that it looked so obvious that I had eyelash extension as the lady stuck the eyelash too far from the roots of the natural lashes so the extension was so visible, then she fixed it but a few hours later the eyelash extensions started to be so painful whenever I close my eyes. And the lashes started to fall the second day. When I called the salon to complain, jenny the lady at the reception was so rude and wanted me to pay to remove the painful eyelash extensions. I would NOT recommend at all.

I had bad experience today there with unprofessional and not very skilled employees. In the middle of my nails, some young influencer walked in and the girl who was doing my nails left it in the middle and rushed to do this influencers nails and the other not very skilled girl who was doing my nails ruined it completely. I had to go back twice to get it fixed and my nails still look Awful!!!

The worst experience ever, my nails are disgusting and very ugly. They’re very expensive and they don’t even do a good job. Customer service is the worst and they’re every rude with the customer. They make fun of customers in front of their faces. And they did not even refund my money even though their service was incomplete and an absolute disaster. NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE !!

Amazing saloon , nice and clean, Beauticians are highly qualified and precise, happy and lovely.I got pedi and mani with Merle and Rechel and Ella.And eye lashes lifting with Merle in a room with a Sistina chapel’s ceiling I felt in Italy and I slept over 20 minutes. The result was over my expectationsI recommend music of the singer Mina to the owner of this gorgeous place. Love it

Waste of time,.... I took appointment and after I arrived they informed that I have to pay before starting the service.... They make me scared with that, they didnt even start. And why its not informed by phone, I obviously didnt proceed and unable to book other Salon because all was busy and already late. Very unprofessional attitude and not respecting the clients time...

Beware ❗❗❗before stepping out from salon.I had done my eyelash extension on 19th March, finished at 5.45 pm. As per my appointment taken on 18th March I wanted to do 3d volume eyelash extension to make it more prominent for my stage show event.By the time eyelash extension was done I was so tired it took almost more thn 2 hrs. When I was leaving I was asked by technician tht did u like it I said to her I cant tell u now tomorrow I have proffesional shoot I can only let u knw tht time how its capturing in proffesonal camera as in mobile picture we cant make out properly.Next day morning when I had my video shoot there are gap visible in eyelash and it doesnt look prominent at all tht in camera. And when I m closing my eyes its sticking sometime. After checking picture i gave call in morning 10.57 am (which is hardly 16 hrs of my service) at saloon tht there is problem with lashes as its showing gap in between. Lady who answered called saying y did u leave if u were not happy with service. we cant do anything once u step out from saloon.. Alas to say, worst answer being customer u could hear.She said she will check with technician and call me back and call didnt come even on 21st thn I had given call to JVC branch by thinking tht may be thats main branch and customer service would be sitting there to hear it out and inform the Lamar staff to make my eyelash correction as i wanted prominent to capture in camera. They said we escalated and we will call u back.Today is 22nd I again gave a call its almost 3 days I havent heard anything from you. One more surprise manager is off for 2 days only by Sunday I can talk to her which is 24th.. And I m flying on 25th for my show.I meant really for one correction of eyelash these many days you take to respond. I was supposed to come for nail extension I had cancelled that appointment by hearing the response of it.. We understand humon error but Worst customer care service ..

A total dissapointment! Very unprofessional from the moment you step in. The staff of Lamar branch is rude and unprofessional. The management is even worse.They lied to their customers and then blamed them. They don’t care their brand value and their horrible attitude ruined all my and my friend’s plans. I will never go again!!!

I used to be a regular there and just came back from abroad and went there yesterday for Pedicure and foot spa and it was really a bad experience and when i tried to speak to one of the employees at the reception and show her how bad the work is done she answered oh you should book another service!!!!!!!! what an attitude...really disappointed i loved that place but never again.

Such a lovely place, Ive had a facial and Mani pedi. Brilliant service. The one thing that will make it 5 stars would be to please change the horrid repetitive music- it makes me sad- I feel bad for the staff that have to listen to it over and over again.

I was just at the saloon and i got the worst nails and worst customer service ever! The receptionist was coping my tone and being sarcastic. The nails were just a DISASTER! They also wouldnt refund my money

Such nice nail technicians and the work is amazing I get my acrylics and gel done all the time and no damage was ever done to my nails.

The nails polish was good , but for my first visit they let a new nail technician do my nails and she removed alot of skin around the nails

I want there on Thursday to do eye lash extension actually i got offer of full set of individual lashes and i have no problem to pay for full set and do just a refill but even a refill was really the worst The eyelashes were of a hard type and looked very bad as they hurt my eyes all that closed my eyes, It also began to fall the next day.I told the girl concerned I paid the price for a new set of eyelashes but can you only remove the remaining eyelashes which are falling apart and the put new eyelashes and actually when I finished I did not find any change old eye lashes still about to fall and she did not putt more than several lashes may not exceed five in each eyelid would not recommend this salon at all , I was impressed with this salon atmosphere which is really nice and lovely and its in very good location, but the service was very frustrating, i even told her that this lashes looks like i put before 3 or 4 weeks not a new one ,but she didnt offer any thing to make it better.

The worst nail technician I have ever never seen a salon where the technician doing a pedicure or manicure with a very long nail Extention on their hand they scratched me everywhere I didn’t feel comfortable at all I don’t know where’s the owner or the manager keeping her staff working with such long nails !!!!!!

The place was very dirty and the service was very bad. They didnt have nail polish top coat. Plus the cut my cuticles too much until they started to bleed. Its the first and last time id ever go there.
