Where should I start? I just needed a gel refill but the lady keep pushing for a full set so I agreed. Disappointed because she said she couldn’t do any designs I settle dow for a French. However right before the polish part she got a word from the front and told me she didn’t have time for a French anymore. I left with nails I didn’t want to. A few days later I went to another place to change the polish and got this beautiful ombré but unfortunately the gel started to lift at the base. This is 2 weeks ago that I got this set. The cleanliness wasn’t great and the dust of the nails fell on top of all my clothes. I feel like the get a lot of walk in and traffic and don’t really care much to create a loyal costumer

Nail candy is a great salon option. Prices in line with average in Dubai marina, always trying to be accommodating for availabilities, clean, good service and good polish selection (color variety and quality). Lea is fantastic for nail care.

Great customer service, fast and cheap. They did manicure and pedicure simultaneously, it took 1.5 hours. Gentle, detailed work, friendly stuff. Price was 89 AED for gel polish manicure & 99 AED for gel polish pedicure, removal of old polish is free of charge. 100% recommended, I will be back ❤️

Ive visited Nail candy several time and I was happy whit the services. Every time I choose Marivic as technician. the last time I booked another appointment with Maviric (she is expert at her work) But when I arrived on time, the Lady at the desk told me Maviric is busy you can wait or go with another technician. I accept another one because I could not wait. Her Name was Wanna Mae!My nails were in good condition without any broken just need refill. BUT she said she can not do refill or overally just remove and do again!!!! I have been used extension nails for more than 14 years so I can recognize if technician is right/expert or not! She just insisted... she was not right! I accepted because I was in hurry for next appointment.She removed all my nails and do new extension with 150dirham additional fee!!AND GUESS WHAT after 1 day first nail broken and after 1 week 3 of them!!! the other ones are not in good condition too! Im talking about short acrylic nail not long ones!Wanna Mae ruined all my nails. Awful experience!!

Terrible experience. They charged my card twice, and when I showed them what they did, they did nothing and refused to give me a refund. I would never go back there and would rather go to a better and more honest nail place

All round friendly staff from reception to nail technicians! Very good price. I looked online many places near my hotel and this was reasonable priced. 8 minutes drive from Jumeira. I have been going to this place for over 4 years at least once a month and never was I disappointed.The nail technicians are all patient and professional - numerous times that I have shown the pictures of nail art that I want, it was fulfilled beyond what I expected, with a smile.I am not going to elaborate on cleanliness, because it’s a given.Front desk is also willing to solve any problems that might occur and staff will take care of you as if you’re an old time friend - when doing your nails, if they feel your hands are cold, you’re brought a blanket without even asking, which is a really nice touch.Nails last a long time, with normal polish I can easily go for a week and gelish goes beyond a month. My pictures are ‘just done’ and ‘about to be taken off’ - after 4 weeks and having done rock climbing. If it wasn’t for grown out gaps, it would have easily lasted another 1.5 weeks!

So bad quality of gel polish, first time I did and it’s broken next day. I thought it’s me but I went there second time and same situation, so sad , usually I’m wearing gel polish for 3-4 weeks without any scratches , they will not even remove it for free if it’s broken next day.

This place is a little hidden gem. All the technicians are so pleasant and professional at whatever nail option you choose.They are very responsive to all the feed back, and call you if they feel there was something you weren’t quite happy with and rectify it.It’s the only place I use. This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a salon. They made sure to help me find the specific color I was looking for. I did acrylic nail in this salon. Unfortunately Im not happy with the technic skills of the technician. My cuticles are covered with acrylic, the way that my nails where filed and the structure of nails - not properly build (i did extensions).The good think is they are interested and they are trying always to help and solve the problem.The photos of my nails after a week.

Very friendly establishment but I did not like how my nails were done. One nail broke off within a week & too much nail polish on nails which you can also see on other side. The nail that I came to repair did not match other nails. But the staff was super friendly. I would go again & try another nail technician but super friendly.

Very reasonable prices and Staff are super friendly & welcoming however the salon needs a good remodeling as it looks very old & outdated for being in the marina.Gel polish wont last more than 2 weeks and not much options in colors.

The best nail salon Ive visited in last 2 to 3 years. Girls are superb!! Charleen was my nail technician: shes really well aware of what shes doing, she has amazing ideas and shes so into details what I really like. Place is clean and spotless. I love that I can always watch Friends on their TV ☺️ and they always offer you some refreshments.Ill be coming back 100%.

Great first experience today at Nail Candy, Jane & Jenny were really good; all the work was perfectly done without me having to give pretty much any instruction, yet it was perfect. I will certainly be back. Booking through Fresha was really easy and convenient, I was able to get a service 2-3 hours later, for both mani & pedi. Just wondering if the website could be a bit glitchy; Im pretty sure earlier today when booking, I saw an offer upon booking 12 treatments, but the promotions page is giving an error now.But yeah, basically, this first session alone was enough to make me consider booking another 12 :)Thank you!

I’ve been coming here for more than a year for pedicure gelish, and this time the lady completely ruined my nails. She removed and reapplied the gel base (including using the heat lamp) 6x for each toe. After that she applied the colour and obviously it was terrible due to the reapplication many times. At the end I asked them to remove, by this time I had a more experience lady helping alone with the receptionist!!! Appalling attitude when removing it all. They once again used the machine file and acetone to the point where each toe was red and burning and the nails were extremely thin. I asked to remove it all gently with the machine file and I left. NEVER AGAIN!!! My nails are completely ruined and I won’t be able to fix it at least for another month due to the damages.PLEASE AVOID!!!

I love this Salon! I have been attending here for two years now. They are so lovely and always professional. My nails always look great. Clean and accommodating. My fave part, Friends on the tv while I get my nails done, 10/10 😏

I did my nails some days ago and wanted nail art. The actual nail artist was booked so I got another lady that took a look at the nail art I wanted and said that it was no problem she could do easy styles. The artist struggled, couldn’t do them and ended up doing some other styles. I was too shy and didn’t want to be mean to the artist so I didn’t say anything at the moment so I booked a new time for polish change 4 days later (today). When I got there they asked my why I was back and I said that I booked polish change because I did not like the style of the nails. I didn’t know that you could get a free polish change within 7 days if you didn’t like the color or style because nobody told me so that is why I just booked a new appointment. Apparently you had to talk to them before booking new appointment if your not happy but I didn’t know and I got to change to normal pink nails without extra charge anyways and now I am really happy with my nails. I would definitely recommend the place. Very good quality and service. Just make sure you get the one real nail artist they have if you want to do nail art and be clear about what you feel and think and the will always do their best to make you satisfied.

Don’t expect anything luxury. Prices are very reasonable for Marina. And the service is also good. My gelish manicure lasted 10 days first time. Got it 2 time there as price is almost twice better than other salons in Marina :)

Gina and her staff treated me so well. She knew exactly what I wanted which was a chemical free budget friendly hair treatment for natural looking hair and gave me the best option. She clearly explained to me the process and the ingredients and about the home care methods as well. She cares about her clients health and well being as well. You do not have to think twice if you need special attention from your salon, because Nail Candy Beauty Spa has it all.

I had a Yumi lash lift treatment and a foot massage. My lashes look amazing now..I am so happy with the result. The foot massage was very relaxing. Very professional and nice people. I can highly recommend this cosmetic salon and will go there again for sure.

I did my eyelash extensions for a wedding party with Ruselle. She did an amazing job from start to finish. She consulted me what my expectations were and what would suit my eyes and face best. The results were amazing and I am so happy with the work she did that is why I give her 5 stars. Besides Ruselles work on me, the salon also gets 5 stars from me. They were very professional and caring to the last detail, offering tea and water and making sure my experience with them is worth coming back for.

I just did my eyelashes extension for the second time with Russell and she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Her work is just perfect. The only thing I would like to suggest is maybe try another glue. I know the glue doesn’t work the same for everyone, for me, it wasn’t bad but I feel maybe another brand would make lashes last longer.Thank you a lot ❣️

I did eyelash extensions and the experience was horrendous. The glue was so strong it hurt my eyes the entire time and still today one day after my eyes are completely red and hurt. I’m very afraid this is going to affect my eyesight. On top of that the result was awful. I was supposed to get volume lashes with a D curl and what I have is single lashes that point straight out - no curl whatsoever. They truly look awful. I am so miserable after the experience. I truly warn you - do NOT go there.

I got my nails done by Charlyn and she was extremely gentle, didn’t file my natural nails too much to keep them strong, very polite and did such a perfect job. The prices are fantastic as well!

Incredibly difficult to get an appointment with and when you have a busy schedule yourself its not always possible to book well in advance - even if you do you might not be able to make it.Polish colors are incredibly limited also - the price may be low but you are better off spending a little more where you get a better level of service and options available.

I get my mani and pedi here on a regular basis and the girls are so lovely! They will call you by name over the phone and when you arrive you get a refreshing towel which is a nice touch. I’ve also done my lash extensions as well as perming and lift which last long and looks beautiful! My full hi-lights are also done to perfection with their hair stylist!

My absolute favourite place in Dubai, cozy atmosphere, excellent customer service, and I always leave more than satisfied! From nails to massage to waxing to hair .. Been a client for over a year now and definitely intend to continue to be! Keep up the great job girls

This salon is amazing!! I am so happy and relaxed after a visit to Nail Candy!!I have finally found a hair stylist who actually listens and understands exactly what I want. Romina Depino I am so happy with my hair, the cut and colour are amazing and so natural. The blend of blondes and browns is exactly what I wanted and all my friends are going crazy over the cut. They say this cut really suits my face shape so thank you so much.I love the fact Romina goes so close to the root which means in my busy life my colour will last longer until I am yet again booking my next visit to Nail Candy Beauty Spa!Its so hard to find a stylist I trust and now I have Romina I will keep coming back to her...Romina actually had to do a colour correction on my hair the first time I visited her as my hair had been coloured the most awful brash blonde by another salon, but Romina blended the whole colour out and this was such a relief to me as I absolutely hated my hair...and on the next visit that awful colour was literally non-existant...gone forever! Shes a genius!!One of the best things about visiting this salon is the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff, Romina always makes me feel so relaxed and all the ladies are so attentive I always walk away feeling pampered and thats what all girls deserve every now and then.I always get my Shellac re-applied at the salon and my nails easily last 3 weeks or more! My nails are growing so strongly now and are longer than they have ever been.I also find that when my shellac is taken off the girls dont damage my nail underneath they remove the old shellac so easily, unlike other salons who literally drill the old shellac off your nails leaving them thin and weak. My nails are still so healthy and being so busy....having shellac that lasts is of maximum importance to me.The customer service here is awesome and when Im in Dubai, a big city far from home I just love walking into a salon where everyone knows my name, remembers the last thing we spoke about, asks me how my family are and this care for customers cannot be faked. The girls are so lovely and because of this I feel so at home at the salon I never want my visit to end!!If you are looking for great hair and great nails look no further than Nail Candy Beauty Spa!! Very kind staff and the girl who did my nails was very good. If I remember correctly her name is Sheila.I had gel and a reconstruction of a nail that I had broken.The girl was very thorough, precise in every detail and detail.Ill be back for a pedicure.
