I recently traveled from the Netherlands and had the pleasure of visiting Nail Concepts in Dubai. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were incredibly nice, professional, and attentive to every detail. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The quality of their work is outstanding, and I left feeling completely satisfied. If youre looking for top-notch nail, hair and facial care in Dubai, I highly recommend Nail Concepts. It was worth the trip!

I am here for a project trip and I found a place near my residence. Thank you for salvaging my nails 💅. The salon ambience is very clean and comfortable.

I would recommend the place for nails but not for hair color. I had gone in a few days before my anniversary for an ombré colour but came out with two very distinct shades on my hair after bleaching the hair. There was a clear line between bleached hair and not bleached hair with no look of ombré at all. It was part of a package for 500 dhs and had to pay extra 100 for root colour I was told.I called next day sending photos of my hair and was asked to come in again to fix it. I went again after driving from Jebel Ali all the way to Hudaiba in traffic in the evening.More of my top hair was bleached again and then colour was put. There was no look of ombré at all. It was soo light that after two days when it was my anniversaries my hair was orangish blonde.I wanted to cry. I didn’t go back there. I went to another place and to another salon closer to my home to fix the mess and get my hair colour all normal again.Well, I got darker colour - spent another 250Dhs for full hair colour , never mind the damage to the hair.My hair is in the worst state that it’s ever been in. I have to do treatments to save it now. The feel like broom when my hair is so silky.And to top it all the hairdresser was recommending me to do protein treatment on top of the bleach.NEVER EVER will I go to the Salon again.I love their nails but won’t even go for that. Washed my hands off them because my bad hair is going to take two years to grow outSorry - I normally don’t write bad reviews but this one was necessary to save other women from ruining their hair at this Salon.Thank you for your reply.I would like to clarify a few things please.Firstly, I did not leave a generous tip. The whole process had taken three hours when I was told it would take two hours. By the time I left it was late.Secondly, I remember vividly that the owner had told the stylist that the bleach had been left for too long. And she said she was aware. I figured stylist knew what she was doing.Lastly, I had asked for Ombré and clearly the pictures in the photo look nothing like Ombré look. And the stylist had not told me about tonig the hair. And I did not book an appointment. Please let’s get the facts straight. In fact, I had asked about Protein treatment and not toning.The only reason I am posting this after 4 months is because I got a few professionals to get my hair checked and all told me that the hair was not done properly. I had to get my facts straight before posting publicly.I can’t fault your nail treatments but cannot recommend hair treatments.

Staffs were very friendly, skilled, and professional. I’m satisfied with my natural extension eyelashes highly recommend 💖💖💖

The facility is beyond gorgeous. It’s very modern and clean. Shein is the best nail technician I’ve ever had. She does things in his process that I’ve never seen any other technician do. THEY CARE & take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for.In addition I do my Pedicure with Anushika Since I have in growing nail issue, Im scared to try new saloon but She is one of the BEST, She removes my in grown nail without any pain. I would highly recommend anyone coming here.

Dream - Desire - Design - Deliver ....REPEAT !!Whatever design your heart desires can be delivered by @nailconcepts_dubai !Other than amazing results with designing I also want to point out about the quality.At @nailconcepts_dubai the focus is on the well being of the natural nails underneath...Its duely check every time you visit to see if its fit to do a refill .For all those who continously do their nails month on month its very important to do it in a quality conscious salon .Nail concepts also has a nail treatment to repair nails inbetween gel overlays .Its very conveniently located at Hyatt Palace at Al Wasl Port Views on Mina Road , next to Grandiose Supermarket .I have been going to Nail Concepts for almost a year now and there is no looking back !

They are exceptionally talented! They are patient and do an amazing job everytime! I’m very happy and this is my go to place! It’s all under one roof! And the deep conditioning has resulted to no hair fall which is incredible! I’m very happy!

I got gel crome polish done on Tuesday and within 5 days it has started cmng out and when I called the saloon to give me appointment so that I can come and show mu nails they are not ready to accept my requestThey jst need pics and then accordingly they will decideI am surprised that as customer I am calling and requesting for appointment so that it can be fixed but no they dont want clientto comeWhat is the use of paying so high when product is not good or reliableI really upset with the service and would not visit or recommend it to anyone

This is the place where you can find service with a sincere heart. I find myself keep coming back to the salon because they are patient and did not rush to do their job. Anita’s magical massage hands are so calming, I fell asleep immediately. Hansi did an excellent job on my previously dry brittled hair. Anushika did my manicure and pedicure. She explored different colours to suit my skin patiently. The bonus is- when I was hungry, they readily ordered food for me so that I am comfortable. Good job girls!

And best of all, I know I can always depend on walking out of your salon feeling and looking my best!, Ive also done my nails with Anu and Shim Goodness gracious me, I loved it. I always come here to get my eyebrows done by Anita and she absolutely do an awesome job and very friendly. Im so picky about my eyebrows but I always leave satisfied! I always recommend Nail Concept to my family and friends and we always go back! Nail Concept is such a great salon and will definitely make you look wonderful!!

I got manicure with Shim (not sure it spells this way) she is great at it! Very kind and very professional. Id return and also I recommend.My pedicure was done by another young lady, she is also a great professional. The salon is well located at Jumeirah and the price is worth paying. Thanks Girls !!! This was my very first visit to this saloon with my sister and neice for a day of pampering, and  it was an amazing experience. We are glad to have made the right decision in selecting #nailconcepts.As we stepped in, we felt the posivitive vibes while being greeted by the friendly staff.  The salon is kept clean, fresh, and super organized.We tried most of their services from hair colour, toning, mani, pedi,  facial, waxing.. and are pretty satisfied with the results.A business measures its success through its customers experience, and we definitely are. I got a hydrafacial done at Nail Concepts recently and the results were lovely. My skin felt super nourished and soft after the process, and it was completely painless, which definitely helped. The place is super clean and the staff is so warm and inviting. The price range is totally worth the service you get, and I am glad to come across a salon like this! Forever my go to!

I have been having my nails tended for many years and today was my second only visit to Nail Concepts. I wish I had found this salon a long time ago! The atmosphere is lovely and friendly and the attention to detail is wonderful. The technicians are first rate and, unlike two other salons, they did not go into mining my toenails so I could not walk afterwards. It is spotlessly clean and prices are very reasonable. Do yourself a favour: try this salon. Youll be back!

Just got my daughter’s and my haircut done from nail concepts dubai and let me tell u it was one of the best haircut experiences ive ever had. I recently visited Nail Concept for a nail art and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I had to wait a long time for my appointment, and as soon as the nail tech began working on my nails,The owner of the salon kept pressurising the nail tech to hurry up, or she would be in trouble. The nail tech was not even able to do the nail art properly due to the stress and pressure given from the owner.To make matters worse, I was charged more than the original price. As 2 of my nail art designs were different to the image shown before, even though the new design was much simpler and less detailed than the original one.I was also blamed by the owner for making her clients wait even though her nail tech took long with the nail art. The owner was extremely aggressive, rude, and hungry for money.My nails look horrible, and I am embarrassed to show them off. The final outcome of my nail art was not up to my expectations, and it does not even resemble the picture I picked. I would not recommend it to anyone due to the poor service, long wait times, and extremely rude customer service

After having visited a few salons during my stay in Dubai I dropped in Nail Concepts salon Al Mina Road and at the first glance I was pleasantly surprised with cleanliness, hygiene and brightness which nowhere I could have seen before. For me its of the utmost importance because you can immediately recognize the professional attitude of the staff and you feel safe. The girls are very well trained with a good behavior towards their clients and you can feel so good with them. I must say its not only because of the usual protocol but their kindness talks so much about their personalities. I was so happy with Hansia who changed my hair colour and treated it in a manner of a professional stylist. Also special thanks to Shim who did my nails so nice and shiny that people around me were delighted. One more thing! These two young ladies made me feel much younger and I must be honest its not easy to achieve it 😁. My sincere recommendation to visit this good and modern salon! All products I have seen there are of a high quality and prices are really affordable for the quality you gain at the end.

I had a very good experience here with my mani, pedi, hair styling and facials. I had personal attention given from the staff and the manager throughout my sessions. Saloon is clean, tidy and the set up provides a peaceful ambience for a relaxing time at the saloon while being pampered. Thanks for having me and taking care of the details. I have been getting nails done for almost 10-15 years now n I have been to max number of salons but I must say Nail Concepts is the best nail salon in Dubai! Pocket friendly n all services priced so reasonably... Its my favourite, very peaceful n relaxing ambience...These girls are super amazing and do a great job. Really good spa pedicure too. Make sure to ask for the loyalty card for discounts! I got it with my new set...keep up the good work Nail Concepts 👍🏻

I visited Nail Concepts as it was highly recommended by my very good friends & I have to admit that from now on I am surely going to be a part of their long list of loyal clients :)Its a small salon with very well done interiors & clean unlike other small salons that I have previously visited. Staff are very friendly & professional. They are very polite & accommodating. All their services are decently priced & will certainly not burn a hole in your pocket :)It is primarily a Nail Salon but they have recently added hair services too to their list. Although I went for my nails I decided to try their hair massage which is sure to make you feel very relaxed.Nail Concepts have loyalty programs for their regular clients as well as very good occasional promotional offers. I am eagerly looking forward to go back & experience the Mini Spa like feel all over again :)Good Job Nail Concepts !! Keep It Up !!

Used to be a great place with value for money.I am very very disappointed with their hot oil massage and feel ripped off. While most places offer massage for a minimum 15 mins followed by a steam treatment.. the staff barely applied oil to the roots and gave a massage for less than 10 minutes. I was on a phone call that gave me an idea of the time. To top it, I was not given a steam treatment. I was not informed as to why, just left to soak minimal oil in the scalp. About an hour later, my hair was washed and dried thoroughly.During payment, on asking why steam wasnt given..The reason given was that my scalp was too sensitive to steam (?). Why was I not informed pre treatment? So Ive paid AED 80 for less than 15 mins of below average massage with minimal oil.The staff informed me Id still have to pay the whole amount even if I get half the treatment only. Absolutely unsatisfied and a total waste of time and money.Recommend the place for nails, not hair.

I went there a few times and always had a good impression about costumer care/service in this salon. Staff are very friendly. The price is reasonable enough but it would be great if there was more variety of nail colors available. Gel nails done here on my hands usually last 2weeks perfectly and start chipping after that. I hope the quality will get improved too. But so far I will continue to come back!

My experience at Nail concepts has always been amazing! The staff is very patient and friendly. Shim, Aneeta and Hansi who have previously done my nails, facial etc are absolutely great and professional. The ambience of the salon is incredible!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Nail Concept Dubai Salon for their nail services, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.

Unfortunately, had to stop coming to this place, even though it is in a very convenient location to me. Time does not exist in their universe, I think. No appointments start on time. For example, today, I came for mani and pedi with two therapists, and they kept telling me that the pedicurist is coming after the pedicure did not start in 20 min. Well, there was no pedicurist, and it was just one nail therapist booked for me, who had to do pedicure after she finished my manicure, which takes twice as long. Feels cheap. Sorry.

Very accomodating staff, nice ambiance and the location is very accesible. I did my lashes extensions here and I am very pleases with the results. My experience with Manicure and pedicure service is also great. They always make my feet and hands feel well pampared.

I picked this place because my hotel nail studio was closed for the week. Found it online and seemed good! Receptionist and nail technician were great! The location does not allow men to enter which was not advertised online or was not told when booking appointments. Another employee named Hans was extremely rude when my husband came to the reception desk to drop off money for me and was on his way out which is not a problem because we were unaware. This employee then proceeded to yell at the receptionists which is a problem for me because if she is yelling at her in front of customers then how must she treat her fellow employee not in front customers. Very disappointing to see. Would not recommend due to this employee.

I have been using their services for the last month or two and I’m a satisfied customer. Especially when it comes to mani pedi they have a vide selection of colors and does a fab job unlike many other salons! Really good staff and a clean space!

Nail Concepts is a hidden gem located in Our Metha , Dubai. Services provided are excellent with affordable pricing. Staff are very friendly & professional . Newest member in their tribe Anushika is super talented.Its exceptionally clean with Interiors very well done hence you truly get the vibes of a Spa. I had visited the saloon earlier today around 7pm was my appointment time however just 20 minutes before my appointment I got a call from the saloon asking if I can come 15 minutes late as they have another client who they wish to complete services for..... I didn’t mind that much and told them that was okay but when I got there at 7.15 I was still made to wait for 10 minutes....She had started my nails ( the staff are very sweet ) when I later informed her of what I was told earlier in the week ... and she told me they didn’t offer services like what I had asked for ... but I had been told something else earlier and being a university student I didn’t carry much money as I run on a budget ... therefore I had to borrow from a friend in the area... not the bestI hope someone can be briefed better on what services their own saloon provides.Honestly, never going to return or recommend this to anyone ....

This is my wifes preferred salon. The staff is extremely pleasing and the products they use are very high quality. Another reason my wife prefers this salon is because if the hygiene levels they maintain.. during covid this was the only salon she could trust!

Utterly disappointed. I used to be a loyal customer since it opened in my neighbour hood. However, was very upset and annoyed with the poor customer service recently. I had signed up to a package , and no staff member had informed me that’s it valid only for 30 days. When flagging that this is new news to me, the manager and the staff dealt with it very poorly. There was no apology and no compensation or solution provided by the staff. Never going back , and they have lost a loyal customer.

Have been happy with every visit Ive had for the past few months. The girls always do a great job, in fact the best Ive had in Dubai! No exaggeration, Ive never had gelish last this long. They are quick, efficient and price worthy. Plus no need for small talk which I appreciate hehe.

I was on holiday here two weeks ago. I had slightly chipped my nail which was broken from the centre so I visited nail concepts in hope to get my nail fixed. I asked for nail glue they talked me into getting overlay which she said she would put a dab of overlay on to stop it coming off. She said to me she would remove my gel polish, place an acrylic overlay and repaint my two nails all for 50AED. I told her I would come back. When I came back I had my gel polish removed from another salon. And she said it would still be 50AED even though I got my gel polish removed and without a fresh application! There was a lady quiet inexperienced as the owner had to keep telling her what to do, bare in mind the owner cant do acrylics. The overlay was bumpy. Within 3 days the overlay actually peeled off which if it is acrylic it should be hard and only come off soaked in acetone it doesnt just peel off..ended up causing more pain as I had to peel my whole nail off. Strongly do not recommend this place. Too expensive for what they provide..Disappointed in this place!!!!!

I was always satisfied with the service until yesterday...staff need to give a special care to their regular guest and try to accomodate with some unusal situation without interfering the marketing team in every request. I have been a regular client and yesterday felt trying the new hair service introduced and since it took quiete longer to finish the treatment and I had other services to complete, I gently requested as a gesture to postpone only pedicure for the next day as I just delivered a baby and I couldnt be away for long time but unfortunately my request got strongly rejected by the marketing team even they have been informed that I have the intention to book for keratin and full hair colouring and highlight..I guess staff and marketing need to be trained in attracting the client as well..as its part of good servicing...

I got both CND shellac mani and pedi done. I’ve had it for a week already and it still looks fresh, the polish was applied very close to the cuticle which extends the life of your mani/pedi. Angelina and Sarita did a fantastic job, very accurate. Pedi took 1.5 hours and included scrub and massage. The instruments were in a sterile pouch. Small, neat place. The offer water, tea or coffee to you.

Even though the location is small, this place does nail art really nicely. They are one of the few places that know how to remove acrylics, paper, and dip powder and other nails Ive gotten done on trips from the US.

Very unorganized inappropriate management in which although i know i reached late for my appointment however i was not informed regarding the my appointment being cancelled on arrival which absolutely inappropriate that I have to even received a call before arriving that it would be cancelled

Nails concepts is an amazing place.Intially i was very skeptical about doing my nails but after meeting Rekha who is the owner of Nail concepts my perspective changed and now Im addicted to doing my nails from them and also the ambience is amazing,the staff is very friendly gives you a very homely feel and the location is very convenient.Get your nails done from Nail Concepts and you will never regret
