Raquel is truly amazing—she consistently does an outstanding job on my nails and always goes above and beyond to ensure Im happy with the results. Her attention to detail and creativity make every appointment special. I cant recommend her enough!The experience is made even better by May, who works in the front. Shes so funny and incredibly friendly, making you feel welcomed the moment you walk through the door. The entire team creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Unpleasant Experience with Keratin Treatment at Nail Moda Beauty SalonMy deep disappointment regarding my mother-in-laws recent visit to Nail Moda Beauty Salon for a keratin treatment. Unfortunately, her experience was far from satisfactory, as the salon personnel ended up severely damaging her hair.Upon completion of the keratin treatment, it became apparent that her hair was not only devoid of the promised luster but also severely burned. The extent of damage is alarming, and it has left my mother-in-law distressed and dissatisfied with the service provided.We expected a professional approach to the treatment, ensuring the safety and well-being of the customers hair, as the marketing and videos they promote on social media are extremely good, but unfortunately it’s not what you expect to see. The fact that her hair was burnt raises serious concerns about the competence of the staff and the overall quality of service, they offer to make a hydration treatment after the incident but was even worse.I urge the salon management to investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate measures to address the damage caused. It is essential to ensure that such incidents are prevented in the future, and clients can trust in the salons ability to deliver safe and effective treatments.

Nail Moda has a very calming vibe, a tranquil atmosphere with quick and excellent service. The ladies there make you feel comfortable and are very efficient at their work. I did my eyebrows there, and asked for Rukhsana, who is truly an artist. She took great care of me and did amazing work; also, I felt no pain as one usually does when they do face threading. All in all, I left extremely satisfied and will definitely keep returning. I definitely recommend this salon and give it a five-star.

Two different technicians so each hand looks different. Nails are uneven and gel is thick underneath one hand. They offered to fix if I go back but they should of been done correctly the first time. Waste of money and time. My cuticles are already peeling after 4 days.

This is my first time visiting this salon, I found their package more budget friendly as my long hair has a higher price for keratin in many salons. The salon is close to the metro for those who use public transport and parking is available since it is located in the shopping center. The salon is clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Mine is a bleached, frizzy, damaged hair, especially at the ends. I clearly mentioned Ruksana, who did my keratin, please take care of my ends, it has been gone through a lot and make it as smooth as the rest of the hair. Not too straight either, but needs some volume. She has been very careful about taking small sections while applying the products. I really like working on the hair near the ears separately, because I have to ask for it separately in other places. My hair came out great, smooth, frizz free and my ends are good too. Plus point: after washing, she only dried half of my hair to show me the results, instead of showing results with blow drying, styling and later I might not like my hair. My hair looked good also at home washing by myself with air dry as well as hair dryer it looked great without applying many hair products.I am very picky when choosing a salon and is not easy to be impressed, but I am very happy with the result and service, I even recommended the salon to my friends. Special thanks to Ruksana❤️.

The keratin and haircut at this place was a disappointment. All my inner hair is wavy like before. The day the keratin was done, the beautician washed and blow dried my hair so it stood straight for that night but after my first wash, it went back to how it was before. So ladies, definitely not a good recommendation for Keratin & hair cut!!!

I have done the keratin/smoothening in Nov and actually I required only for roots. Since there was an offer, I did the full hair. Upon instructed by the beautician, I washed my hair after 2 days. My roots haven’t got straigtened and it is curly still. I always have to do straightening for roots every 3-4 months, but this hasn’t taken even a month. I am really disappointed with the service.

I went in January to get global hair color n haircut.They charged me so much but the results were pathetic..I wil never recommend this salon for hair color.I just askd to do a dark shade of color what I had they did it black..Horrible experience...wil never go back nor recommend for any hair services.

I thought this salon will be a coziest first place that i can relax to. But it didnt. The therapist too noisy and unpolite. Theyre doing eyelash and nail in the same time then they talk each other for 2 hr. I cant be relax. And one of them is unpolite. For the rest of my life to doing these two treatment at the same time NO ONE therapist takes my glasses and put in their face. I know my stuff even im not see. She takes my glasses that i put on my tummy. definitely i wont come back. Bad service ever !!

Went to Nail Moda to do my lash extensions with Fatimah and it was a good experience overall. Staff were very friendly and helpful in helping me navigate where the salon was. Fatimah was very professional where she discussed the type of look I’d like to go for and recommended what would look nice. She even gave me after care tips and advice on how to take care of lashes for regrowth. Will definitely return 💜

I came today for manicure and pedicure. Two girls took care of me : one was wonderful, I highly recommend her! Her name is Rukhsana, she is very professional and my manucure is amazing. For the pedicure I am very disappointed the other lady did not care at all, she even forget the topcoat, I had to ask here to make it more professional as she did not pay attention to my feet at all. her name was Vilma. I do not recommend her. If I come back it is just because Rukhsana was very nice and professional.

I am not a permanent customer but because I am living close to time to time I am visiting this place for some service. My previous couple of visits, were not so bad but were not excellent as well. I already knew that staff is absolutely careless to provide simple hospitality to customer, they will never offer cup of tea of glass of water and it s fine unless you are getting service you are happy with. So the salon was never providing me a service even as 4 starts but was useful when I needed something simple and the place near to me. But my last visit there couple of days ago was total wasting of time and money. After having my manicure and pedicure, both look like it was done by student in beauty school which is always inviting people to join for free as the students need practice. I got injures on to of my hands fingers, after 2 days the nail polish on my hands got cracked, same happened with my foots and I was forced to remove it myself. I felt so bad about my wasted time and money!!!!! I think the management of the place need to arrange some kind of quality control in points of hospitality and service the place is providing and also check the professional skills of the staff carefully. In conclusion as of bad experience with this salon; I would never recommend to my friends and will never visit it also.

I have been visiting NM since 2013. Just my first visit was enough for them to judge my taste and likes. They cater to my every vanity need with 100% satisfaction. The entire team is highly skilled and very hygienic. They keep in trend with everything latest and use top quality products. Its like visiting my good friends every time I go there. I would highly recommend nail artist Anel as a quality professional 💅. Clean and neat work, very careful and attentive master. I give 4 stars because there is one important thing I didn’t like about the salon - the working condition for master and client. I felt quite uncomfortable sitting in the pedicure chair while my nails were being done. My back started to hurt so I asked Anel to move to a normal table and chair. NailModa please buy some proper tables and chairs for your nail masters to make experience at your salon even better.

Vilma was absolutely amazing. She took her time and really cleaned my nails thoroughly. I never leave reviews for anything, but I get manicures frequently, all over the world (just visiting Dubai), and this was by far one of the best manicures I’ve ever gotten. Ask for Vilma! She’s the sweetest!

I’m a loyal client to nail moda for about 4 years now. I’ve never found a comparable service elsewhere. Staff are extremely friendly and polite. Receptionist are so understanding and always try to do their best to accommodate clients’ requests.Very clean and neat. The normal nail polish stays longer than a week.Nail art is a true piece of art. French nails are impeccable.Might be pricey compared to other places but the service I receive in nail moda is invaluable. I highly recommend it.

I love going here. Everyone is always so polite. Ive received a massage, facial, waxed my eyebrows and had eyelash extensions. And I have had my eyelashes done there many times but FATIMA if I must say, IS THE BEST at doing eyelash extension. And she is sooooooooo nice. I had my lashes done April 30, 2019 and it is now May 21, 2019 and my lashes are still pretty. By the way, my real eyelashes are very very short but FATIMA didnt make it an issue. She still did a wonderful job. Made my short eyelashes into long exotic eyelashes. :)) Thanks again everyone.

My wife loves the place they do a good job every time and they really take their time to do a job.The only down side is that the price normally dont match the one they tell on the phone.As an example my wife call and asked the price of having done the gel nails they said to her 160aed and she end up paying more than doble, the reason behind were the price of the previous nail gel is separated and she have special design style...

I went to this salon last night after seeing the reviews but I’m soo disappointed.I got the Gel Manicure & Classic Pedicure done.Horrible service - the ladies kept being so rough with my nails! I had to constantly tell them its super painful. But the most disappointing moment was when the lady applied gel polish so unevenly it looked so bad and was missing on the sides of the nails. I had to repeatedly tell her to fix the sides and she ended up making my nails look so bad! I was so exhausted by this time and even after complaining in the end to the manager nothing was done! i was told i’ll get 20% off my next service - No please the least you can do is fix the issue? nobody wants to visit a horrible service again.Dont go by the rating and reviews - this salon is the worst nail one i’ve been to!

I am an old customer... my last few visits was unfortunately not good ones .. the nails specialist was not that profisnal as I can see from the way she did my nails and the way she put the colors .. for the rice I paid around 180 service was operated... big salon name with poor service...

The service is really poor, they did a wrong application and the manager asked me to pay again if i want to correct her staffs mistake. The staff is not trained and the manager was so rude. Nice place, nice staff, they work quickly if you need it urgently and that’s the main thing! A huge assortment of varnishes, slags, I only do manicures and pedicures here, I’m very pleased with the results, the prices are also down-to-earth, I can’t say anything about the massage, cosmetology, and hairdressing services, since I work in other places, my advice to the management of this salon is please put on music so as to sit in silence or watching a movie without sound is disgusting best wishes Maya
