Love this saloon ! The staff are friendly except the receptionist!! Or to be precise “ the one who answers the phone “ She answers the phone with a very sleepy voice and cold attitude and do not offer another timing and goes directly ( we are fully booked ) and she’s the reason I don’t prefer going or calling because she acts like I’m entering her own house. I wish the saloon gets more eager and friendly customer service team.

Wonderful experience doing my nails, it was my first time coming but definitely not my last. The place was clean and staff was friendly and professional. I did gel color with nail art with the technician named Thea and she was so detailed in her work and took her time to give me the perfect shape and design I was looking for. Amazing job Thea, I would definitely recommend having your services done with her. 👍

I recently had a disappointing experience at nail studio. The nail technician’s work was far from satisfactory. The nails were uneven and poorly done, my gelish broke ??!! I have never seen a gel breaking ever before and the overall finish was unprofessional. Despite bringing up my concerns during the appointment, there was no attempt to correct the issues… more over after the pedicure scrub my feet is so dry and burning since ever , the quality of the work did not justify the price. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience and will be seeking services elsewhere in the future.

I nearly write a bad review but this time i need to so they can improve their work nothing more last time i let my sister tried them with me but it was disappointed they let the one who’s serving the coffee to do for us or maybe she is still training i was shocked actually it was not my first time tbh but this time it was totally different!!!

Usually Im not bothered when workers have an attitude because they might not be feeling the best, but the nail artist always has an attitude when I book with her. This time I was hoping she would be normal, I brought my friend with me hoping things would go smoothly, but the nail artist was really rude and didnt do her job properly. It was really embarrassing, and it doesnt make sense how this place is supposed to be for nails and you only have one nail artist with a bad attitude! What a waste of money & time.

Good the staff are good with nails but I noticed that they were talking loudly with each other, while doing the customers nails they might improve this which will achieve better customer experience!
