I recently visited Nail’d It in Dubai Mall for a full pampering session, and it was absolutely amazing! I opted for a gel manicure and gel pedicure and was very happy with the results. The staff were incredibly professional, taking their time to ensure everything was perfect.I also treated myself to a back and shoulder massage, which was pure bliss. To top it off, I had a wash and blow dry, and my hair looked fabulous.The atmosphere at Nail’d It is stylish and soothing, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. I left feeling completely pampered and refreshed. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for top quality nail care and a relaxing experience in Dubai Mall!

I went there once and I was really happy with my nails so I rebooked for a refill of my gel and a new set of nails. They are horrible, and I paid 290 dhs for the service and they look ridiculous, I was told the first time that if I rebook I will only pay for the refill which came out to be a lie, as that was not the case. They are bumpy, the colour is uneven, they all look different, they have no adequate shape. Just disappointing for this price to be honest.

I have been a loyal customer of Nail’d It for some time, but I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received recently. I had both a manicure and pedicure with chrome polish, and within a week, the chrome on my hands began peeling, and the polish on my feet showed poor quality. Despite sharing clear evidence of the issues with my hands—where the orange polish was visibly old, turning yellow and uneven instead of being a solid, vibrant orange—the salon dismissed my concerns about the pedicure simply because I didn’t provide pictures of my feet.As a regular client, I expected a level of trust and customer care that would prioritize resolving the issue, even without a photo of my feet. Customer satisfaction should come first, and it’s disappointing that this wasn’t the case. On top of that, the dismissive and rude responses I received via WhatsApp made the experience even worse. When I reached out to the manager, I was met with further refusal to provide clarity or accountability.For a salon located inside Fashion Avenue, this lack of care and focus on customer experience is shocking. At this price point and reputation, I expected much better treatment and quality of service.I kindly request that Nail’d It address this matter properly by offering a redo of the service or an alternative resolution. I hope the management team takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve customer relations and service standards. I cannot recommend the salon to others, as I believe customers deserve far better care and respect.Also clearly they either don’t care or don’t read reviews with a customer-centric vision and have such reply to my review (attached)

Horrible service and rude staff. I called them and made an appointment 3 hours in advance. they confirmed the appointment but never sent me a link. Then I called back and they said that there was no appointment under my name and that they were fully booked even though I had confirmed my appointment. They were very rude but ended up scheduling me 2 hours after my appointment time. She told me the appointment was at 5 but my link said 5:30. I showed up at 5:00pm and then they made me wait an extra 30 minutes and proceeded to tell me that my appointment was at 5:30pm even though the lady on the phone confirmed it for 5pm. After I was seated I was not offered water or even given a chance to look at the menu even though every single person in there was. The nail tech doing my nails then told me I would NEED manicure so I agreed even though that was not what I initially wanted. She then went to confirm with the manager I’m guessing and the manager came back and told me that I would have to come back in an hour for a manicure after she had already removed my current gel nails even though I never wanted the manicure to begin with and the nail technician and manager were trying to forced me into it.Overall terrible service and everyone was rude and had an attitude. To top it off, the polish application was not great either and is bumpy.

Was extremely unprofessional and i had paid for pedicure and manicure which last less than 15 minutes. But charged for something which was meant to be 30 mins each. I did not even get a warm soak and good scrub and massage was told because i did not want to paint. But regardless of that it should not be such a quick process. Was not even reduced for a quick 5 minute job which was 170 dirhams. Please note never again. Such disappointment

It was a perfect experience, the staff are professional from welcoming to bidding good-bye..the treatment itself was so fantastic you can definitely say that therapist are all well trained and know exactly what they are doing..will definitely recommend to my friends and family…

I visit dubai quite often and after being referred to this salon, i was absolutely in awe with the whole salon, from the decor, to the front desk team and the therapists are amazing, they really know what they are doing. What i really love about this place everyone is so friendly even front desk and management coming to check if all is okay, they even have a drinks menu to choose from. WOW definately a must visit

Yesterday evening my wife had an appointment and she is very happy with the services and fully satisfied with the results, nail technicians are well trained, special thanks to the beauty on the reception for handling clients in such a lovely manners highly recommended.

I went for a simple color change and paid 90 DHS for the service. After leaving the salon and not touching anything for 30 minutes, the result was still not smooth and came out bumpy ( the lady at the Cashair whispered something in the ears of my technician she then rushed - I’m guessing another PAYING customer was waiting for her turn). It was very expensive for such poor quality work. Additionally, the lady at the cashier was not welcoming and seemed full of herself. Ill never go back again.

After searching for a salon who specialises in nails, i was referred to naild it. ABSOLUTELY loved this place, with its lovely marshallow colored theme, i received the best customer service from the minute i entered the salon from reception to the drinks to the expert advise from the therapists. REALLY THE PLACE TO GO

I had a really bad experience with my lashes it took only 10days and all lashes fell off only 10days and all my extention was gone the glue and quality was so bad don’t recommend here for lashes and they take 295DH but other salons take 200 with better quality

Yes it is a bit expensive but honestly this is the best nails salon in Dubai. You can’t leave unhappy and your nails last longer so this is profitable.The technicians are all very nice and very professional.I won’t go anywhere else.

I came to do a hair color and blow dry for my birthday , I booked 5 hours in advance and they just didn’t respect my time they just told me I had to wait one hour , so I just left because there is no way I will spend a single cent where Im not getting respect and high quality service

The girls at Nail’d It Dubai Mall were all absolutely lovely. Aida did the most incredible blowout for my one year wedding anniversary dinner whilst Mae and Joer did my mani and pedi 😊 The atmosphere was amazing right down to the cute complimentary iced latte with heart shaped straw

I found the salon via the cute Instagram page and was able to easily make a short-term appointment online. The advice for my manicure was great, I am allergic to some products and I got a good recommendation from Koüsar. She was very friendly and precise with her work, I am very satisfied and the result looks beautiful!
