Nailed boutique is gorgeous to relax and unwind!For the last 3 months, I have been receiving top service from the team. I tried multiple nail technicians for my nails, using drill and builder gel; I first started with Mitchi, who had the difficult job of doing a builder gel manicure on chewed nails, Mitchi was thorough, very knowledgeable about all services in the salon and great at making tiny nails look wonderful!Mitchi also did my Brazilian, and she is extremely professional, creating an extremely comfortable environment and thorough in her work.I booked another appointment with Mary incredible nail technician (I noticed how detailed her work was). I have booked 5 appointments for the builder gel manicure, and I now have gorgeous long, not chewed nails since my first session.Mary has exceptional technique when it comes to cleaning and cutting cuticles and shaping the nails. My nails and cuticles look great and grow / last more than 2 weeks.Also, her color selection and nail art are creative and exceptional. Mary is my go-to manicurist for all my manicure needs. She is very knowledgeable on what your nails need and, when asked, gives great nail care advice. Removal and color change are efficient and performed with great care and detail.Eyebrows shape/tint and lash tint, received by Audi, her threading for the correct shape is precise, and tint timing for my expected shade is exactly what I asked for. Audi is consistent in her work.Sheila at reception is professional, helpful, and manages the team and appointments with ease. Miski is the salon support.Pedicures by Jennie and Emily are both very good at working with extremely dry skin and ingrown nails.

I recently visited for a pedicure and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and calming. The staff greeted me with warm smiles.The pedicure itself was amazing. They took the time to listen to my preferences and i got what i asked for. Overall, it was a delightful experience. I will definitely be back!

They’re communicative, patient, and precise. They will make you feel so comfortable during the session. Highly recommended!

A Disappointing Detour from a Trusted SalonIve been a loyal customer of naild for over two years, consistently impressed by the quality of service and the friendly staff. However, my recent visit was a stark departure from my usual experience.The appointment system, once a reliable pillar of the salon, seemed to have faltered. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I found myself waiting for an extended period. To add to the frustration, the receptionist, who clearly lacked the necessary skills, decided to take on the task of doing my nails because noone did the proper check on any notes on the system on the preferences technician . The result was a subpar service that wasted precious time and left me disappointed.Its disheartening to see such a decline in standards at a place Ive held in high regard. I hope the salon takes immediate steps to rectify these issues and restore its reputation for quality and efficiency.

Wonderful service as always! I got a neck & shoulders massage with Kennith, and did shape and polish for hands and feet with Rina and Audi. They pay attention to details and take their time in getting the service done perfectly :)

Beautiful salon and girls did a good job. But I couldn’t relax and enjoy it because it was too cold, I was freezing ( the stuff was wearing heavy clothes) and there was a very bad small which I think comes from AC. Apart from that everything was fine.

I visited the salon and the nail lady cut my cuticles and it bled. She never cleaned it with alcohol or anything . The nail tech lady was a Philippino who’s on the heavier side. My cut wouldn’t heal for months and I thought I had chronic paronychia, but when I went to a dermatologist the doctor diagnosed me with a WART on my finger!!!!! This place is not clean, and the staff are not professional! All they do is chit chat about your appearance and stare at you. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!!

Let me start by saying that I really really really wanted to love this place.The aesthetic of the salon is unlike any I’ve been to in Dubai. Beautiful interior and ambiance - exactly what you’d want out of a pamper day.Now to the reason for my low rating. I had a 4PM appointment for ombré acrylic nails and a pedicure. The ladies were wonderful and very nice and I was happy leaving the salon.I get home, and around 9pm I’m in my bathroom with bright lighting, and I really look at my nails for the first time since leaving the salon and notice almost half of them already lifting at the corners, with one nail nearly half off already. Mind you, the salon is quite dark due to the ambient lighting, so you can’t really fully see the outcome until you leave. I am going on holiday tomorrow morning so It’s very inconvenient for half my nails to be falling off. I message the salon, and the lady was super nice and tried her best to be accommodating, but they no longer had a tech in who could do ombré so she basically said they’d do their best but can’t guarantee they will turn out good.I decided to fix just the one nail which was barely hanging on. The nail now looks awful with a very noticeable line where the fix was, but I guess better than it falling off mid-holiday (though she did warn me that this might be the outcome since the correct tech wasn’t in).Either way, this was a AED400 service and this quality is just unacceptable. I hate to say it, but I’ve had better manicures in little corner salons in Satwa. The overall ombré is mediocre at best with no ombré gradient - they almost look like stick-on nails 😫.The lady at the desk did apologize and offered a service on them on my next visit, but unfortunately I will not be coming back. I was really looking forward to this salon and I’m just so disappointed that the product doesn’t match the beautiful package it’s wrapped in.

Charlene and Rose blew me away! So knowledgeable and helpful and excellent at what they do!!! By far the best nail salon service Ive received in Dubai. The salon is well located and has a great vibe, very comfortable chairs!

The nail technician doesn’t have experience at all .For same price you can get much much better quality in other places. Don’t recommend.Avoid this place .

Nail(ed) has amazing nail techs and services, but booking an appointment is a nightmare. The receptionist always says theyre fully booked, yet the salon is often empty when I walk in.This happens all the time! Ive been going here for over a year, and its super frustrating.. I believe management needs to investigate the way bookings are done !

Jenny always does a fantastic job with my nails. The salon is comfortable too. The manger always prioritises customer happiness.

Good afternoon to whoever this may concern,I have been a regular client with Nail(ed) for over 2 years with Charlene and Mitchie, also all the girls know me and i have been witnessing constant mistakes and constant bullying happening within the salon.The last 4 times i have been attending the salon i have been waiting for over 20 minutes for Charlene to attend to my appointment and she has always been double booked. And today unfortunately it’s my 5th time waiting and It has been over 1 hour…. bear in mind, i am always here 15 minutes before my appointments out of respect.Many of the girls have complained that they have been pushed to be over booked even after they state they have clients or else be threatened.The girls have been complaining that they are not given breaks between appointments as well. I thought to bring this to your attention as non of the girls deserve to be treated unfairly. I have been with nail(ed) from the beginning and as well I have been with Sheila since i was 16 years old.I hope you take this email to see how the salon is not being run properly and many other people have the same complaints and ideology towards Sherin.I really hope that you look into this further as what is happening is really unfair towards clients and also the girls. if you have further questions, please feel free to call me.Thank you,Tina

I went to fix my nail polish, since there were bubbles on my polish. The nail technician was really rude and harsh when cleaning the polish with the wooden stick. When I told her that it hurts, she didn’t apologize and kept on going. Before leaving, I told her “please next time you need to be a bit gentle since it was painful” she was like it was only one finger. I told her it was more than one finger and she said you should’ve said something, I told her that I did and she was like no. No apology and pure rudeness. She was already rude as soon as I got in the salon.

Such a relaxing place. Nail techs are so professional and very friendly. They always do a good job , always satisfied with the result..

Nail dip was done bad. Nails were not done into details, it took too long it was said that it will last same like gel, minimum 3 weeks. But on the very first day one nail fell off. I came back tomorrow and they repaired it. And 3 days later another one fell off. I can’t keep coming every two days, it is very clear that something is wrong with the technique. I will try another salon. Maybe nail dip is bad everywhere, we will see. Salon looks good and I don’t know about other services, this review is purely based on nail dip. It’s actually 1 star for this service but didn’t wanna be too harsh

Very bad management. I booked my appointment way in advance to be applicable for an offer, then last minute they informed me that they are removing the discount despite I had already a booked appointment. There was no T&Cs on the offer but yet they changed their mind at the last minute.This is not how a new client should be treated and this is not how you obtain loyal clients if you change terms constantly.

I love the cleanness and the interior. Their prices are great too i hope that doesnt change by time.

Good atmosphere but the two beauticians who made my padi and mani went so deep with my cuticles that they injured 3 of my fingers and one toe!! It feels bad and hurts specially the second day…I always think that it does not matter if you don’t remove the cuticles perfectly well as long as you don’t cut them as a consequence!

Wayyyyyyy overpriced at 400aed for a manicure and pedicure. First and last time for sure. But the worst part is the way they removed the gelish with the sanding tool and went way beyond the polish. My nails are like jello after this manicure and Ive never had this problem before in 10 years of doing gelish.

The staff and the service are wonderful. The ambiance provides a warm and relaxing experience. I’ve been twice to do my nails and they even do nail arts☺️. I will certainly go again!!
