I had a gel manicure and nail art with Faye- she was amazing, accommodating, listened to what I wanted specifically in terms of nail art and did an amazing job on cleaning my cuticles. The service from the entire team was excellent. The only feedback I can offer is that the service menu for “diamond in the rough” should be clearer that it does not involve callus removal, that it is only possible on feet (gym girl troubles). Thanks for an amazing experience!

We booked to swim with the dolphins at Atlantis only to discover that we had to have short nails in order to do this. The staff at Nailology were wonderful and squeezed in myself and my two daughters for acrylic nail removals... Not an easy job... Job was done within the hour and we were able to swim with the dolphins on time. A special thank you to the lovely Ge who was wonderful, kind, professional and lovely to chat with.

Absolutely terrible my nails snapped with in 2 days and I went back to get the first one fixed and it snap again followed by three more such a big let down and disappointment~ to add on it’s a few days later and all my nails and snapped or came off such a shame I am very disappointed
