I’ve been looking for Russian speaking technicians in Arjan, and found nails eleven salon. The thing is that I normally do only classic manicure and pedicure, and honestly it’s been really hard to find professionals who can actually do a clean manicure and apply nail polish!I was super surprised when I saw Karla’s work on my hands! Wanted to mention again, that is just a nail polish! Absolutely amazing! Thank you so very much for your care and professionalism! Will definitely come back again ❤️

I have been a loyal customer of this salon since they opened over two years ago. During this time, I always appreciated the cleanliness of the space and the exceptional work done on my nails by Anelyin. Her attention to detail and professionalism have never given me a reason to complain.However, my recent visits in November have left me extremely disappointed. I decided to try their lash extension service, which turned out to be a not so good experience. They scheduled me with a newly joined technician without informing me, resulting in over two hours of work. My natural lashes looked better before the appointment, and the results were not acceptable. Despite informing the receptionist (who is also the manager) about my limited time due to having a newborn at home, I was treated like a practice case without my consent and was even overcharged compared to their listed prices.It’s unfortunate to see how customer service has deteriorated.

Great place, very clean and cozy salon. Very professional approach, i had manicure and pedicure, done by nail masters Karla and Jaku, I really loved it!!! They both work very fast and made my nails shine like a star ⭐️☺️☺️☺️thank you girls and see you after few weeks ⭐️

The girls here are so lovely and really listened to what I wanted! I had both a manicure and pedicure and they were speedy but efficient, taking really good care when doing both my nails! I also got my lashes done and they are exactly what I wanted, whispy and not too thick! Highly recommend nails eleven ❤️

As much as the nail technician are good but the services and the way they interact with customers is below expectations and below average ! All what they care about is money and no attitude what so ever ! They don’t no how to gain customers ! For me I’m rather pay extra and so to a place where I feel more welcomed and treated nicely! Example - I asked for discount .. the answer is a straight NO! The receptionist well speak over you and will only say this is from the management I can’t do anything about it ! I have no issues with that and I respect it but the attitude and approach is not like this specially if you are in Dubai and Dubai is well know for the service! I have been asked to pay for a normal gel removal where I have done my nails at their saloon not more than 7days! Bottom line - zero attitude and services .. they need a lot to learn

BAD BAD ATTITUDE!!!!It saddens me to write this bad review about this salon because it really is a great place. I have been coming here for more than 6 months brushing off the unfriendliness of the lady at reception and her constantly having a problem with me booking for 5:30pm when the salon times here on google say 11-9pm..???But my 2 last encounters were the ones that made me decide to stop using this place. Last month I did my nails and 3 days in, 3 nails chipped. When I came for a fix, Anelya told me that “I must have done something for them to have chipped” and decided only to fix 2 not all 3. I was so shocked and gravely disappointed by this comment yet I said nothing. Yesterday she, with so much attitude told me to “take care” when I’m using the led light because there was gel sticking out which was in fact left by her when pulling out the extension paper but she didn’t notice. After I told that this was done by her, she did not bother to apologize, I found that rude and appalling! She spoke to me like a child and not like a paying loyal customer. This is when I decided enough is enough, I cannot take the bad attitude any longer.

The lady on reception is very unprofessional and rude. I love how ladies did their job manicure and pedicure, but every time I want to book, I have to get in touch with their receptionist and she always make it difficult

The salon was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. What really made my visit stand out was the exceptional service provided by Anelya was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She listened carefully to understand exactly what I wanted and provided expert advice to ensure I got the perfect look and she took the time to ensure every aspect of my manicure was flawless. Anelyas skills are truly top-notch, and she made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish.

One of the best nail salons I’ve ever been. Well talented nails masters, friendly staff and clean place. Never gonna go any other places in Dubai again :)

I have visited this beautiful nail salon a lot over the past few months, the experience is always so relaxing and enjoyable. Aziza & Anelya are so incredibly talented and have high expectations to perfect their work. I really enjoy coming here because the vibe is so nice and the staff are very welcoming. The lash tech is wonderful and takes her time doing a good job, so much so I tend to fall asleep while getting my lashes done 🥰😂

It’s my favorite and one and only place to do my nails in Dubai! Quality, speed, professionalism, and the way my nails stay without any issues for the whole month- worth all the money in the world! Manicure and pedicure is done in 4 hands, which saves a loooot of time! Stuff is just amazing, always welcoming, always smiley and always giving the best service! I’ve been to this salon to get a gel manicure and a classic pedicure which took a little over two hours. I have only praises for this place.The ladies that run the place are super passionate about their area of specialization so when I walked in they not only gave me recommendations for what services I would need but even gave me a consultation for how I could strengthen my nails that have been damaged by places I’d visited prior.They were super light handed (I almost fell asleep), their equipment is up to date and clean and they really take their time with their services which makes every penny spent here worth it. This is the first time I’ve been to a nail salon where I’ve not had to point out any errors as they genuinely came back time and again to perfect every rough edge.I’m super content with the service, even the fact that they went out of their way to help me pick a color which I have the toughest time with! It’s cute quiet and secluded so great for you if you like avoiding crowds or just need a place to catch up with a friend over some self care.I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend that you do too :)

Great quality for money! I did mani and pedi with Anelya and Aziza. THIN gel cover on nails, not like pillow-pads, beautiful and safe. I will return to receive the same great result. Happy with nails and soft skills. Also, their chair for eye-lases is a selling point. IT IS SUPER COMFY, my aching back could have lied for hours there)) In addition, they have a super nice Lee administrator, who, as they say, makes unforgettable cold coffee!

Nails Eleven in Arjan is my favorite salon for the quality and professionalism of the girls working there, Lee at the reception is very kind and professional, Aizat always make my eyelashes extension looking beautiful and at the same time she’s very careful with my own eyelashes which is very important for me, Aziza always do an impecable manicure gel I love the attention to details, my last manicure gel was done with Karla she also did an amazing job 💕 I always recommend nails 11 salon when my colleagues ask me about where I do my nails and eyelashes

A very bad expirience in this salon. I asked for a price for nails to book for my apointment and once i came and tehnician started working on my nails, in the middle of work, almost end, a receptionist came and told me the boss said my nails are going to be charged diferently because of a design. I asked ok how much and she said 15 aed per nail. I said it is not written anywhere in the pricelist this 15 aed and noone informed me about that. I was made to pay for nails 400 aed even tough i was given the price of 178 aed in the whatsap conversation. A receptionist said she spoke with the boss of the salon and it is like that. I was not happy that even tehnician didnt said the design i wanted will cost more. I would respect if she said it will be extra charged and i would maybe in this case reconsider my desition. I didnt even had a chance to speak with the boss in person and i will never come again and tell people not to go there as they scam their costumers. They didnt even give me the recipt for the service and i see this salon policy as very unproffessional and rude.I payed only because i respect tehnician Aziza that gave her great effort to do good nails. But all in all, never again this salon and if i could give 0 stars, i would do that.

Cute little gem hidden away in Arjan! I was delighted to finally find something in this area. It was my first time doing a gelish manicure with them, loved it! I really love this salon! The masters here are real professionals, they speak Russian, which is a big plus for me. It is very convenient that manicure and pedicure can be done simultaneously with four hands - this saves a lot of time.The administrator is always in touch, responds quickly and helps you choose a convenient time for your visit. The salon has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, everything is clean and beautifully decorated.Every time I leave there with a great mood and flawless nails! I highly recommend it!

The management and administration of the salon are not at all aware of what customer focus is, they are rude to clients and discourage them from visiting the salon!I visited this salon for six months, the manicure and pedicure were always perfect, the eyelashes also looked super, but I was very upset by the situation with the administration regarding the Client Card and the free 10th visit.If you are introducing a LOYALTY program, then be loyal in action, not just in words.Background: This salon counts one visit not as one service, but as one day. That is, if you came to get a manicure and pedicure on the same day, then this is 1 stamp, not 2, which no one warns you about at the very beginning. Okay, so be it.Situation:Knowing the above rules of the salon, we previously agreed with the administrator in correspondence that it would be possible to do both services on the same day - one for a fee and one for free (like the 10th visit, since I almost always went for a manicure + pedicure complex and left 400 dirham), to which the administrator agreed (I am attaching a screenshot).However, later at the checkout the girl administrator retracted her words, and the Manager was completely rude to me on WhatsApp, citing the fact that I had misunderstood everything and started a conflict, and they were such good guys. And I just asked you to figure out why this happened and reconsider your position.Moreover, despite the fact that I am their regular customer, no one even tried to smooth out the situation, and they accused me of not paying for the services, although I paid a total of 400 dirhams for a manicure and pedicure (after 10 minutes of arguing, they decided to count eyelash extension service as free (only 150 dirhams)), but I could come the next day and not pay anything at all according to their rules... Managers do not value or respect clients, unfortunately, their whole focus is only on money .Of course, I respect myself enough and will never come to this salon again. There are much cheaper and better options in Dubai :)Girls-masters, Aziza, Anelya, Zalina, if you are reading this, thank you for your excellent services :), but your management has discouraged you from coming again!
