Went to Nails LAB for the first time for manicure and pedicure and I am very happy with the result. Fast, efficient but most importantly AMAZING nails on my hands and feet. Will definitely come back. Prices are also great. Thanks!

My first time I was quite impressed, I even sent a friend there. But now, I see they arent consistent at all. Despite the good customer service, the quality of the work is mediocre. Like other comment mentioned: they allocated me someone who doesnt speak English and that created a language barrier. I had to keep asking for the receptionist to come help translate. Then my nails started chipping the next day!! They offer repair but they said I needed to come for another 1.6 hours to do it all over again. Who has that kind of time?? They did a quicker repair and 3 days later, all the nails are chipping. Waste of time and money. 3 stars only cause of ease of booking and place is clean.

Hey - Nails Lab - this is for you guys.You guys are doing some brilliant work .Being a born and bought kid in UAE - and after visiting zillion of saloons, you guys Nail it.I have been a fan or acyrilic nails - until - I was introduced to Nails Lab.From Milana - to placing my request , to Nagima doing my nails .I am very true to long pointed nails and everything is taken care off. Amazing nail salon, I think it is the best one I have ever been in Dubai. I came for gel manicure with Nagima. At very first we discuss lenght, shape, and what we going to do. I had an amazing experience with Nilofar, she is a very experienced technician, she did my eyebrows and the results are so satisfying, it was the best time I had my eyebrows drawn, the experience was pleasant and execution was perfect. She is meticulous and pays attention to all details and delivers nothing less than perfection. She also did my eyelashes and they looks so natural and it was worth it. The ladies at the salon are welcoming and accommodating and made sure that I was well served at all times. I highly recommend this salon for a luxurious and professional service

Hands down the best nail salon I tried in Dubai. Every now and then, I go to try other salons, but so far, I always come back to Nails LAB because the quality here is by far the best. 🏆I always do manicure and pedicure with regular polish, and this place has good quality polish and equipment, which most other places dont have anymore.The staff is very nice, welcoming, and professional, too 🙏🤗🤗It might be a bit more expensive than other places, but you pay for by far better quality. Highly recommend.P.s. on the photo - perfect regular polish manicure even three days after I got it.

The only nails salon that I trust in Dubai. 1 year and a half of satisfaction. I tried manicure and pedicure with almost all their technicians and none of them are lacking experience. Even when I had a feedback or complaint they care enough to fix it on the spot and keep me satisfied with their customer service which I didn’t receive in any other place. Every time I tried another salon due to last time appointment or the far route, I regret it so badly and loose my nails but go back to nails lab and fix them. No matter what is the case of my nails they find the best solution. A special thanks to Veronica for her perfect customer service, smiling face and suggestions.

It was a very good experience I can compare with the best salons in Russia 😍 Technicians are very polite, professional and careful. All the tools are sterilized, only disposable nail files are used, so you can be sure that it did not touch the skin and nails of another client. I’ve asked for perfect French manicure and I got it! Hello Nailz LabHonestly, i came to your salon with a very highly recommended reputation through more than one friend, and unfortunately, your reputation didnt meet the service as i expected. Very bad experience. As a first time to your salon the receptionist was very rude not welcoming at all, 2nd when i told her i will no longer make pedicure only menicure with hard gel she rolled her eyes very bad attitude body language. 3rd, she gave me the worst girl at your salon to do my nails. They look so fake, and i requested a deep cleaning Russian menicure before i applied for my gel. That didnt happen. 1st time i feel so adgitated that i want to finish and leave. After i paid, i went out crying. Never ever happened to me in the salon of dubai !!!! I showed my nails to my girl friends that told me to do my nails at your salon. They were shocked they said they are ugly and so fake. I dont wish to come back for any free offers. If you can refund my money, that would be great!!!You dont deserve even a 1 star what so ever. What a horrible experience 🥺

Although it’s a 25 minutes ride for me and there is somewhat of a language barrier with some staff, I’ve been finding it worth it. They are knowledgeable, professional and gentle. You’ll feel welcomed. I started going to NAILS LAB for pedicure with podiatrist Tatiana and I couldn’t recommend it more if you have any concerns with your nails or toes. I really feel their standards are above average and they provide their services with quality, which I really appreciate.

First time there & the outcome is amazing! I did manicure & gel with Elena who magically fixed a broken nail I had from before. She is very attentive to details and careful with my sensitive skin. Definitely recommended!

Such a poor quality of service at such high prices! If there was an option to give lesser than one star, I would do that but unfortunately google only allows a minimum of one star!Technicians are extremely inexperienced and I felt like a guinea pig in the hands of my technicians. I had initially requested for extensions but the technicians seemed confused on that request. I felt uncomfortable and switched my service to a classic pedicure and gel manicure. The technicians do not speak English and it was so difficult to communicate with them. It felt that my technician was servicing a client for the first time- I have cuts and bruises around almost all my fingers. Prior to the start of the service, I checked with the lady at the reception if the services include cleaning and massage and I was told yes. However, neither my pedicure nor my manicure was followed by a massage. They did give me a discount but spending more than AED 300 on such a poor service is definitely a massive waste of my money. I was here as a tourist and decided to get my nails done but turned out to be one of my worst decisions coming to this place. Expensive and hyped for no reason! Absolutely do not recommend.

Very good places. I had extensions done by Alina and because I was busy could not come for six weeks and they did not break or got damaged at at all even nails were really long. Alina is very precise with her work, does not rush bit makes sure it is all done well. Got shorter nails done yesterday and really like them! Thank you! 😊

Overpriced place. They don’t mention in their advertisements that salon is for men also. For us, as a woman (covered) it was not convenient. Salon is not safe for women who is covered. We went there for japanese mani pedi. Personally I didn’t see any differences between normal mani pedi which is adding nail polishing bonus service. I will not go back there again.

I found this place online through Google reviews and I do not regret one bit. I have been going to this place for the last 6 months and have my girlfriends hooked on as well. Each Tecnician does amazing work, they take their time and ensure the nails come out perfect. They are very responsive and ensure you are taken care of no matter what ethnic background you come from. I always make sure I book my appointments at least 3 weeks in advance otherwise they can get booked up really quick. I am a huge fan. Try their overlay manicure and you will not regret!

Best nail salon Ive used so far. Nail art is always on point. Their work lasts a good 4 to 5 weeks without chipping. I also noticed their polish maintained the quality and strength of my nails even after back to back manicures.

Using the nails services in this salon for a year and a half already - the service is always great, all safety requirements met and a great variety of nail polish colors. The girls who work there are all super nice, it is a pleasure to visit them!

Id never go anywhere else now - Nails LAB is the best nail salon in Dubai by far. The manicure technique is much healthier for my nails and the service is incredible. Choice of colours and designs are amazing too. Dry manicures are the only way to go! Been going here for over a year now and I love it. Every technician is superb! I am a regular at Nail Lab, Mani Pedi, Alexandra, and her team are doing a brilliant job of ensuring you go home with the best service. Sometimes thing doesn’t go your way, and you may complain (it happened to me -😊 ). Alexandra took the initiative to reach out and understand my concern, took ownership, and rectified it. The nail Lab has impeccable customer service and, on top of it, the best smiling and professional technicians. I will never go anywhere else. Nail Lab is a jewel in Dubai.

My bad experience is related to the charges that are not according to what they advertise on their official webpage in the price list. After the service my nail length was 2.2cm and I was charged for extra-long nails, when it is clearly written by them that it applies for nail lengths of over 3cm. Their argument is that the website information is not correct and will be updated, however almost 1 month later it’s still the same. So based on this, how does a client know what they’ll be charged for and how much if the business doesn’t have anywhere the new pricing and description of service. Until now the reply was “manager said so” 😂

First of all whatever review you read that is 5 ⭐️ believe it. They need the 6th star. I always had the treatment of my nails from the same lady back in my country for 10 years consecutive and I miss her perfect service. Once I moved in Dubai was difficult to find some nails salon to be perfect like the one I was used to. I have tried some and I wasn’t happy with them. I did my search again online and I decided to trust the reviews of Nails lab. Starting from the welcoming that makes you feel homey and like you are their oldest client even though was my first time with the staff of them, listening to my needs and giving solutions to them, what I like and I don’t, and not abusing on your pocket. I can say just give it a chance and you won’t regret it. Thank you girls and whoever shared the reviews so I could find it 🤗

Master was good but it was initially agreed ro have eyebrows done and then apparently the service was not booked. For person who has extremely limited free time it is not what you want to expect. I will mot have spare two hours for next three weeks. So it was really disappointing. Especially the staff was first saying it was not booked and when I showed messages I was told the manager did not inform the staff. Disappointing.

Nails Lab is an amazing salon because it is super clean, the staff are extremely professional, and the quality of nail art is amazing. I recently moved further away from nails lab and went to a different salon closer to my new home, unfortunately that salon was horrible (I even got an infection from pedicure) so I really regret changing from Nails Lab. This is the only salon I trust in Dubai to do my nails even if I have to drive an extra 30 min to get there now. Yes the prices are higher but you get what you pay for, I have never left this salon feeling disappointed.

Used to be a regular customer, but then on my last visit the product starts to get pumby and i noticed bubbles and days after my nails got affected when i told them, they didnt even offer to fix it or check further or they did was offer a 10% discount on next visit 😅. What about my nails ! And what about the damaged service i paid for and paying for another saloon to remove it

Amazing service! The owner and employees really stand by the quality of their work, and it shows! My manicures last for 3 sometimes even 4 weeks. Seriously, you need to try the Russian technique if you haven’t already. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I went to nails lab branch but Im usually a nails lab premium branch regular customer however at the second branch they are unprofessional and not up to the standards at all!The technician did not want to do my nails ombre because she said it will take time (noting that i came early to my appointment and they were late for 26 mins!!)after my booking obviously said ombre appointmentThey wasted my time! And i will never step there again!

I went to Nails Lab to do last minutes nails fix since my usual nail master in othe replace traveled unexpectedly.Good thing about Nails Lab is that all Nails masters are well trained as per the last requirements in the industry and also are super friendly and positive. I was very happy with my nails overlay despite the price. They also have good choice of colors. Also there is 10 day guarantee for the work, meaning they will fix nail for free.However after 13 days 2 of my nails started having big detachments (like gel nail polish comming out of the nail).Conclusion: never change your nail master.

When you step in you are welcomed by friendly staff.The gel manicure and pedicure I got looks neat and precise. It is supposed to stay on for 3 weeks. I will report back on this. I got a natural look but you can go overboard with nail art.The salon therapists work very clean and timely. They do a dry pedicure which makes you walk out on cloud 9.

Good nail therapists with poor managementPros:- decent quality- fully machine manicure and pedicureCons:- Therapists barely speak or understand English. It’s a challenge to ask a question you have regarding your nails or explainshape you want.- was given different therapist compared to the one I had booking with.- arab ladies, get ready that you might be a part of video for social media despite the fact you might sit in relaxed position and be caught not attractive.- you’ll have to pay VAT and % is not mentioned anywhere. Is it 5%? 10%? And btw UAE is VAT free for customers ! @Dear management, if you try to cover your VAT or bank charges, better do it in legal way and increase prices- customer support is just there to prove how it shouldn’t be.E.g. it’s close to impossible for them to pick up the phone + they were chasing (calls, multiple WhatsApps during two days) for advance payment to make sure I’ll not cancel my appointment although I confirmed I’ll be there. Cherry on the top “…make sure that people won’t cancel at last minute, because sometimes this thing happens and the slot expires and we are not able to offer it to someone else”@ dear management, we all respect your business, however you have to respect your clients and give benefit of the doubt. If customer tells you twice that he/she will come, you should respect and trust this confirmation. If you are in need of urgent pre-payment money - it’s none of the client’s issue.

They use the same tools for everyone without any sanitizing process. Tools look old af. Thats why I asked them to just paint my nails with gel. and that part of the service is ok. If you dont mind risking your life for nails its ok

Not the best experience. I was here for eyebrows shaping and half arm waxing. The waxing took way too long and the wax was not hot enough and wouldnt come off my arm. The technician had to remove it with oil more than once.My eyebrows were asymmetrical.. asked the technician to fix it but I didnt get the results I wanted. I wont be going again

The workers have very little experience, unprofessional, low quality of products, unwelcoming atmosphere and uncomfortable seats or may be because of the unprofessional workers, they positioned you on the seat uncomfortably for two hours! In fact I did not like my experience with them at all.

The price was shockingly cheap as the usual service I get would be higher in my home town.For me the way to get to the salon wasnt clear and not direct.It is my favorite nail salon in Dubai. I loved the place and their work was amazing. The service was very beautiful. I loved the results of the nails. At the time of booking, they were quick and easy to interact with, and the website facilitated everything with the required details. Their prices are comparable to the prices of the same service in any cheap salon in Riyadh. I loved dealing with them and the specialists work was tidy. Entry to the place was not clear at once.
