I have been going to nancy saloon for last 7 years. I have to say that I am very happy with the service what I ger from veronica. She knows what I need and she is so perfect with her job.More over She is so fun and a jollyful person. I dont think I will be able to find someone like veronica . Also I hv been following her where ever she went , doesnt want to think of going to another saloon.

She always ensures that the work is done smoothly and without any hassle, and I really appreciate her attention to keeping the salon clean and hygienic, which is so important. I am consistently happy with the services here—its a very friendly and welcoming environment. Sabrinas pleasant smile makes me feel nice. All the staff are professional and accommodating. Veronica is particularly amazing with hair styling and cuts, while Selvi and Anju are both incredibly fast and skilled in their work. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch service!

I have done my face wax and hair cut .Face wax was done by Miss Anju which was of good service but the hair cut ( just levelling )was done by a lady whose behaviour was really inappropriate as well as they have charged extra amount for the same .[ The Authority please make sure to hire staff with good attitude and customer service ]

All the staffs were very welcoming and provides utmost comfort. You can interact very well and discuss your concerns. Especially Ms. Komal was very patient and she perfectly done my all beauty services

Walked in for mehendi in my hands. Komal did my mehendi and was very sweet and paid great attention to details. All the ladies seemed very friendly and like they knew what they were doing. I don’t live in Dubai but if I did I would come again.

Very bad behavior by the lady and my wife refused to take the services. We thought its malayalis shop, but the parlor running by some other nationalities. Few indians are working.

Very bad experience .nobody informed regarding package validity , neither it was mentioned on bill .When asked it was said the package date was expired . Totally loss of money that I spent for the package .Staffs are polite but when I talk to the owner of the shop ,she was so rude and harsh ,she said to stay at home for 10 days if you have travel to India .. How can a owner speak so rudely if dubai govt is doing covid test on arrival at airport.Very much disappointing .
