N.Bar Nail Spa & Salon 777 Center

Very rude attitude with negligence to customer service!! I stood there for quite some time with my spouse to pay for an item. 2 staff members tried with the machine and didnt figure out how to punch it !! When they called the manager, she simply put my item aside and went to the next customer to entertain. Without talking to us or anything!! This is rude, and I will escalate this matter further. I simply told them Ill walk away, and they didnt even care.

I got a pedicure from Catherine and she was excellent. She was kind with a high attention to detail.I also received a Russian manicure from Rhona and I was extremely impressed with how my nails turned out.

I got my builder gel nails done from rose. She gave me exactly what I wanted and even better. Shes amazing at her work.The staff is so nice and sweet and really take care of your needs.Hanz, Mae and Rose are the sweetest.Highly recommended 👌

I recently had an amazing experience with Cathrine and Hanz for a manicure and pedicure, followed by a neck massage from Rhona. Cathrine and Hanz were attentive, skilled, and created flawless nails. Rhonas neck massage was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. I highly recommend their services for a top-notch pampering session!

Super impressed to find a top quality salon for nails close to home. Mae did an amazing job on my Builder Gel application.And open early on New Years Day when other salons were closed.

My favorite nail spa. They use top quality products and the staff are very polite. Unlike most of places in Dubai these days, the staff are not pushy and annoying to sell extra services/products.I recommend trying their head/neck/shoulders/foot massage services with Neru while doing your mani/pedi. She’s so good.

Their polishes are always sticky!!It’s my third time at this branch and always the polishes are sticky. When I ask them if they have a new bottle, they say only one in each shade! Why don’t you just get new bottles!The technicians are good though, they just seem they’re struggling with application because the polishes are sticky, and also the result is not even and difficult to dry.

Im really disappointed from the service i have got , my appointment was 5:50 and due to accident i reached at 6:25 according to receptionist she cant accept me as they gave us only 15 min after that it cancelled and they cant take me because they have only 2 technicians?!!! As its booked for next client , I accept for the late policy but ? How come a saloon !!!! And Nbar has only 2 technicians working only in the saloon ? So they take one customer every 2 hours ? First time i see a saloon with a known name has only 2 technicians! And the receptionist deeva she telling me i cant take you, thats how you treat the customers ? Very unprofessional! Im really disappointed !
