I recently experienced the multiservice chair at nbar where i can do 3 treatments in one sitting, and it exceeded my expectations.Altynay and other staff are very nice and she is keen to detail doing my russian gel manicure, leaving my hands looking flawless and so clean! My little Girl enjoyed a Princess Manicure and Pedicure with CJ. It was absolutetly adorable and the result super nice. I did a Gel Pedi and Puja took the time and had ghe patience to treat my dry feet with a perfect result. Will definately come back soon. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience at Nail Bar in Bluewaters Island.I was overcharged and not charged according to their website rates, was not given a discount on my first visit which I was told would be applied on my second visit and then not honoured and WORSE both times my nails were done badly.The first time I got a simple pedicure so I was hopeful that a full Russian gel manicure would yield better results. However it turned out way worse.My nails are bubbled, I still had residue chrome all over my cuticles 2 days after my appointment and my nails looked like I am a 5 year old that played with mamas nail polish at home. But worse my nail beds were cut so bad that each finger was super sore around the nail for at least 4 days and every small contact with anything maked me cringe.I reached out the branch not to complain and get a refund but to simply raise my concerns and see if at least they would have good customer service and offer something.Instead I was asked to email, then had a phone call and then had numerous messages back and forth with one of their staff called Palavi. After that it was clear they would do nothing apart offer me to come back un again and redo them. That was not an option because A I was flying to Europe that day and B because my fingers were still so sore no way could I go thought another full removal and application.Unfortunately their replies also seemed very rehearsed as if they know they don’t have good staff and this happens often.I would seriously avoid. Flew to Europe for a holiday and wished I had kept my 2 week old gel on my nails.I seriously wanted to love this place as I just moved onto Bluewaters Island and didn’t want to have to travel back to downtown to get my nails down but will never ever set foot back into this shop ever again.I never leave negative reviews because as a business owner I know that sometimes things go wrong but the way they handed all of it made me really wish I would have been able to read some genuine customer reviews prior to going and would have been able to avoid this shop.

Ohhhh I will give you my feedback!Your salon is TRASH!First, I asked the master Altynay to no hurt me! And she did!!!!!! Many times!!!! I was very patient and at the end I asked for the dryer, she said 5 mins and after 5 mins she told me that they don’t have it!!!Reception girl is WORSE. She told me that their parking validation system is not working. Then claimed that if I show my receipt then I will get free parking. But I didn’t! When the lady who manages the parking contacted your call center - girl from your call center said that they don’t have a branch number!!!! Then I called myself and apparently they had!!! WHAT ARE LIARS !!!!!Then the reception girl called me back „surprised“ asking me DID YOU VALIDATE YOUR PARKING? What a shameless person, knowing very well that she lied to me and that I had to go through all of this!!!! You have completely ruined my evening!!!! The service was bad, girls lying about every little thing and I ended up with bad mood!Rating you -10!!! I will tell everyone to stay away from your place!!PS NO WONDER YOUR SALON WAS EMPTY!!!

I visited NBAR since Millika joined there, as she has been doing my nails for more than a year and she is just simply the best! But I was super impressed with the salon itself. Lovely ambiance, exceptional cleanliness, and I admire their dedication and service to their customers that they dont reuse items. They even offer you the nail file theyve used on you to take home. Ive been to 2 of their branches, and I have to say their standards are consistent to the highest level. You have to try the Russian Technique Builder Gel. Its fabulous! My nails last for such a long time looking great throughout.

The staff is friendly, warm, and cooperative. They greet me with happy faces all the time. Especially Liz, who did a great job on my gelish pedi, and Sarjana for my tinted brows.

I had russian Manicure with detailed Nail art with Milica, I always have my nails done with her and its simply amazing. Russian technique is the best and Milica is PERFECT!!! I had CJ for my medi Pedi and she did a great job. The salon is neat and tidy. However , was not happy with the receptionist- it can be better.

The best Russian Pedicure and MediPedi I ever had. Totally in love with the gel polish and soft feet. Very polite staff, amazing service, clean and beautiful salon. Fierre did an outstanding job - highly recommend

Excellent service! I had extensions and the esthetician took them off gently, being careful not to damage the nail. Not only she had done a perfect job, she also gave me some advices on how to take care of my nails so that they could restore themselves. Ferrie is impeccable, nothing to say. I definitely recommend this nail bar to everyone.

The salon is wonderfully bright and airy with a lovely staff. CJ was my nail specialist and did a fabulous job of my pedicure. I am a huge NBar fan and will definitely be back to the Bluewaters branch.

Millica did russian builder gel overlay with gel application, she’s awesome and beyond perfection!!!! Fierre did tye treatment on my toes and did it great as well. If i could give more than 5 stars i would definitely do. The salon is very clean and tidy, i was very comfortable doing my services. Bluewaters will be my new branch now.

I’ve been looking everywhere for a good russian gel manicure and i finally found it at Bluewaters branch! Milika is outstanding I’m so happy with the results.. will be coming back here for sure. I also recommend Cj for pedicure, can’t express how relieved I am :D

I came to NBAR since Milica joined the salon recently and she’s been doing Russian Gel Overlay for my nails since last year and she’s the best in town for this technique! My nails are very healthy and never got damaged since I have started doing my nails with her.

I had manicures and pedicures done by masters Altynai and Parvin. It was amazing. Professional craftsmen, very high quality work, neat, clean, absolutely painless. And also both girls are very nice, I had a good time in great company, it was as comfortable as possible. Thank you, I always come back here ❤️ And also the excellent work of the receptionist Rossa, who quickly made an appointment and offered delicious coffee!

I walked steadily for 1.5 months, the reason for stopping was that the nail plate began to come off on both legs. They could not answer the question whether this could have happened after a pedicure. 3 weeks recoveryThe cause turned out to be cuts in the nail plate.Looks clean and tidy, but not safe

Caring service, plenty of free time to make an appointment, I got an appointment very quickly. At the pedicure I was offered a back massage, this is the first time I’ve seen this - and this is an excellent offer, I felt 10,000% relaxed (for a fee, but it’s worth it)
