N.Bar Nail Spa & Salon Dubai Hills Mall

I used to go to Nbar for so long , and then i witnessed a set back in their services.However since in moved to Dubai Hills community, i started going to the mall for my errands and saw nbar hence i decided to give them a try.A couple of times i would call the call center for booking an appointment and would get services which were irrelevant and the branch reasoning would be this is a miss-understanding from the call center.Nevertheless putting all of that aside.The last service i did was terrible and all my nails cracked.( pics attached for visuals)

Nbar Dubai Hills. Is the best Nbar so far. The staff are friendly and kind. I would recommend Ester and Jollie. They are very professional and good at what they do.

Horrible. Nails looked nice when i walked out, only to realize my nails had become so thin that i could bend them. They filed my nails to thin to remove the builder gel. Now all my nails are broken (see cracks in nails)

JL is really amazing. It was my first time in NBAR and even without saying that my cuticles are sensitive she didn’t go aggressive or made them bleed, so I’m really happy with the service. It was fast. It was efficient. I’ll make sure to come back.

I came here because I read good reviews about Marelton for eyebrows and let me say.. she did not disappoint. She listened to what I wanted and they came out perfect which is why I’m coming again and again. She’s also very sweet and you can tell that she has a passion for this and high professionalism.

What a lovely experience. So glad I decided to try to N.Bar 🙂 they are so conveniently located and the facilities are nice and clean and the therapist are well trained and good at what they do. I tried the signature Pedicure and had a wonderful treatment on my hands. Feel like a million bucks walking out. And a treat yourself day isnt complete without a massage, and although I was sceptical because of treatments outside, a peaceful ambiance was created inside the treatment room with the most tranquil music and dreamy scents from the oil. Cant wait to visit again!

I gave a great feedback to you and a good tip. The girls deserve it, they are lovely. But unfortunately , after 2 weeks the Lack from my nails go off. Which means the products are no real gel. It’s my first nail salon I trusted in Dubai and my basic expectation was not met at all. I opted for N bar based on their acclaimed award-winning reputation, anticipating a luxurious treatment or, at the very least, meticulous service that attends to even the smallest details. Instead,1. My nails came back uneven and I can’t enjoy my Christmas nails at all. I remember specifically that I mentioned the pinky was slightly longer when I first noticed it. (She filed it but made no difference)2. The nail specialist accidentally filed the side of my nails which caused my skin to tear so it was an open wound. She apologised and I understand but it hurts! One would think that she would remember and so she can be gentle for the reminder of the session. She did not. She constantly forget and she would press it or wipe it with acetone as she progressing through. This happened almost 4 times.3. The nail specialist was also coughing but not seen wearing a mask! She would also excuse herself to cough but comes back without a mask. I find it absolutely unhygienic and unprofessional given our close proximity! I got slightly sick after and wonder if I got it from her too.4. When I asked the front reception how long will it take for the services I want, she told me about 1.5 hours. Yet, I left the place 2.5 hours after. It was so long and slow for just my hands!This is easily the worst nail experience I ever had given the reputation they claimed they are. I gave two stars because they are not any different from other salons and rather expensive for such an awful experience. I would much rather go to a cheaper one and confident that will receive a better service too!

Absolutely horrendous experience and terrible management at this salon.I booked a princess manicure/pedicure for my daughter and a polish change and foot massage for myself.My daughter is 3 years old. When we arrived we got told to wait and informed that there were no stations available.After waiting for 25 minutes, we were informed that there were no stations available together so they asked if I would sit separately from my 3 year old which of course I would not.They then tried to blame the call centre and would not take accountability nor offer a solution.In the end I was unable to actually have my treatments due to their error.They were completely unapologetic and ruined our afternoon.

I went this branch many times . But day after day the servise quality gonna be less and less here. Today i had appiotment for pedi and face wax with sheng . She was busy with other client and someone else i didnt choose start my pedi. Than she came but she was in a hurry . She asked some one name i dont know her name jynn or jenni the black girl for my nail polish . Qhwn i asked her another color she start looking at me like she is queen and im there give him service. I said tankyou and she didnr even answer or smile . And qhen i ask this bad customer serive she wanted fight with meI got so bad vibes so i cancel my face wax . There are many salin in dubai with better service that i can go there .Never back again so dont say sorry and ask for next time you do youer best 👎After i came home my toe had a lot of pain and couldnt walk . Who is responsible????If infection continue i will complain legally from them

The worst experience which I had in Dubai.Girl cut my cuticle so bad after when she start Polishing my Nails inside was a bubbles and nail polish was not laying good in my nails. After she told me my nails are bad shape that why it’s like this, after she said that this polish is very liquid that’s why she can’t do. When I asked about my cuticle she said she cut it bad because I’m pregnant…I was like what??? Horrible service, horrible experience girls if you don’t want to ruin your mood don’t go there.. I was there more then a hour during classic manicure NOT GEL!! Pregnant on 8 month and after I got accused that my nails are bad shape that why she can’t do polishing well she tried to repolish 2 time it was getting even worse she said okay go to another specialist.

Shang was absolutely amazing. She was so gentle and really made my overall experience wonderful.

I have been a loyal client for 2 years, almost going every ten days to Nbar for all services. I went two days ago and did regular polish and all my nails chipped in less than 48 hours for the first time ever. I called the service line for the first time to ask for a re-application because probably there was a problem with the polish. They told me this was only granted within the first 24 hours and rejected my request right away. This is not how you treat a royal client which has spent a lot of time and money in your branch and had the right to request a simple procedure for the first time ever. Such a shame that they are only money oriented but when it comes to customer care and loyalty, they have zero ethics. Not going again!

Visited Dubai Hills Mall branch. Supervisor helped me choose the best manicure as I have really sensitive nails. Komal, the beauty specialist, did an excellent gel manicure in colour Cashmere. I wanted a very natural look without a brown or too pink undertone. She applied the gel perfectly...Not too thick/thin and very neat.Update from next appointment: Komal is very friendly and attentive to detail. My nails are sensitive to product removal, but she works gently and applies the gel perfectly smooth. My previous set with her lasted long - with no chips, lifts or damage. Just regular regrowth. Thanx Komal.

I had a terrible experience at this salon. The first technician cut my finger while shaping my nail, causing it to bleed, and there was no apology or offer of a refund. Another technician took over, but weeks later, I found my proximal nail fold is damaged. I will never return !!!

I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star because of the most unprofessional receptionists. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the worst experience because of the receptionists. They were supposed to contact me to reschedule my appointment and never did. They lack professionalism. After a day, my amazing technician is the one who called me from the salon and made them speak to me. When I went for the service the receptionist kept coming in and hovering over us. Idk why she kept asking what service was being done. How many times do you have to ask the same thing? She then told my technician she was taking too long. Excuse me? How long does it take to do a manicure/pedicure with treatment? There are soooo many salons in Dubai. Yet I chose to come to NBar in Dubai Hills because my long time technician started working there. I do not need to deal with attitudes and disgusting behavior from receptionists. I do not need to travel from Downtown all the way to Dubai Hills for a bad vibe. The worst experience I’ve ever had in a salon in my life. I shouldn’t feel stress when I’m at a salon. I should feel relaxed. Also, my technician shouldn’t feel a need to rush my nails because of the receptionist. I do not recommend anyone booking at NBar in Dubai Hills. And then let’s talk about the ac!!!! 120 degrees outside but they wanna turn it off or keep it on auto!!! I had to tell them to turn on the ac like 7 times.

Horrible experience.In the first place the technician who did my brows was super cold and rude. And when I got back home, I realised she burnt my eye lids with wax and didn’t even notify me about it.

I’ve been a regular customer at N.Bar for years and have always loved the service at the Green Community branch; however, since having to switch after the flood I unfortunately will not be back. During my last pedicure appointment, the technician cut too deep into my cuticle and simply dismissed it when I said it hurt so I thought maybe it was just her cleaning the cuticle area. However, it continued to hurt after my pedicure and started swelling. Due to the increasing pain and swelling, I visited a doctor who informed me that the skin had been cut during the pedicure and was infected. The technicians should take more care and listen to clients because it could lead to serious outcomes!

Went in to NBar to tame the two caterpillars on my face (eyebrows!). Marelton completely transformed my look. She shaped and threaded my brows to suit my face, and I feel reborn. 🥰

Hello, I cant login into the app. When input my number - system said that there is no user with this number. But I am user, I purchased packages which I cant use. When I put my email, system said - visit office. I came to the nail salon, they took my email - AND NOTHING HAPPEND! So I can’t login to the app, I can’t use my package and NO ONE HELP ME. I texted to support on the website but after I filled the form website said: PAGE NOT FOUND!I am vey upset, I spent a lot of time trying to solve the issue. please fix it asap. Give me opportunity to login into the app, book slot.Please, don’t suggest me to call: I don’t want to have calls and talk and that’s why I bought my packages in N.Bar - to use the app and to not book via phone.

I booked and they did not even accommodate or acknowledge their mistake ! The Indian lady who does threading was un professional! Seems a lot of clients are not returning to this place !!! Here the customer is not a priority salon was empty 6 ladies doing nothing and still didn’t manage to give our appointments that we booked 2 days before !!!

This salon is not professional at all! Miss Resh and Miss Lira kept on doing mistakes and were not at all trying to satisfy client’s need.They took us 30 minutes late! I book 2 appointments, for me and my mother. I specifically said I want to sit next to my mother and have the pedicure at the same time. Which they didn’t do at all.So I didn’t do my pedicure and my mom did it alone.I will NOT recommend this cheap salon to anyone!

Dubai Hills Branch is a total mess these days.7years I go to Nbar ,one year in dubai hills branch,and now .2nd time in a row I book appoitnment for threading,and a problem happensFirst time I waited 30 minutes2nd time today December 15,2023,I had appointment at 17:20,I arrived on time,Marelton ,who always does a great job,is free but the room is occupied by someone doing waxing taking much more time than the booked appointment.they made me wait 30 minutes and then offered to do it outside the room on a chair!!!I think we are paying to get a good respectful service and to be comfortable,and not to be direspected.I asked for the manager,they said not present.Why take appointments if they don’t know how to manage!!!Their explanation was the client inside asked for extra service and they don’t want her to get mad,but other customers come on time,wait,are disrespected is fine!!This was so disrespectful.Looks like they will start to lose customers soon.

I did my nails first time here today even though I know about this saloons for a long time as they are all around Dubai. I must say after today Im sorry I didnt gave them chance before. The saloon is super clean, staff is polite and very professional. Sheng did my nails and she really knows what she is doing. I really love her and million thanks goes for Sheng, she made me super happy. I highly recommend this place.

Had a few appointments with them but their lack of punctuality is shocking. I wait at least 15-20 minutes in the reception for my appointment to start. Either their rooms are busy or therapists are delayed. They should either improve their internal scheduling systems or retrain therapists to finish on time or leave a 10-15 minute window between each as a buffer. Aside from that, good service.

Went to the Dubai Hills location for manicure and pedicure for two of us and the polish never dried. We discovered that the polish was not drying because it was expired. We called and sent photos of our nails and they kept saying they will call us back but we never heard from anyone. We went to the beach four hours after we got our nails done and because the polish never dried, there was literally sand stuck to our nails! I do not recommend— very disappointed in their customer service.

I had gel pedicure with an amazing lady (I cannot remember her name! OMG I’m so bad with names - for reference it was today 25-oct-22 at 2:30pm) and she did an amazing job! The gel application was flawless!!!! No flooding in the cuticles!! I’m definitely coming back with her!

Very friendly and positive staff. However, the atmosphere is not very spa-like. There were too many clients and staff in a very small space with no windows. Extremely strong chemically smells.

Very bad service, i asked just for gel polish removal without cutting cuticles but they did it anyway just so they can charge more. And gel is all over my skin not very clean even do she took one hour and a half to do it

The manicurist removed the cuticle so badly that the burrs remained. The gel polish was not dried properly and after 30 minutes the top layer was smeared on two fingers. Im glad that the salon agreed to fix it. Perhaps someone will have more luck with manicure quality in that salon. Personally, I will never go there again.
