It was a great experience with both my nail techs- Jaja and Neribeth. Although It was my first time doing gel polish, they made me very relaxed and comfortable. Plus the talks were hilarious. Anyone who wants to do their nails 💅✨beautifully ✨💅should definitely come here.

I had my manicure done by Nima at N.BAR, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! I’m very meticulous about my nails and prefer deep cutting, and Nima exceeded my expectations. Her attention to detail and precision were truly impressive. She took her time to ensure everything was perfect, and the results were amazing. Thank you, Nima, for your excellent work!

Nbar DIFC is the place to go if you wanna have the best manicure of your life. Ask for Jamuna and Manika for the best services. All the staff are nice , you will be served with the best smiles and hospitality of zhenn and Holly you will never wanna leave. Thanks for making me feel relaxed

Horrible treatment by the DIFC branch receptionist Jane. I was a bit late for my gel polish application for hands and feet so asked her if one service can be done with threading.We had one hour 10 minutes but was told with removal cant do either when she had two girls as she kept on saying my staff will be late to leave as they have to leave by 8 40 pm however, having enough time which is not the clients to deal with as the nail bar is to be opened till 9 pm.She was rude and even on asking to reschedule was not accomodating. Was saying to me oh you are late every time. This is not how customer service is to be done specially if you are a regular client. Even if they cant offer a service they should not give an appointment online or atleast be nicer to regular clients.Extremely disappointed today.

I had pedicure and pedicure, and the experience was amazing! The receptionist Janzen and Rema welcome me with a beautiful smile, and Miss Neribeth and Liren did a fantastic job, i would recommend to come and visit this salon.

Great service, friendly staff, and overall flexible about appointments. Nimas and Annies gel manicures have lasted me more than 3 weeks! Other services are also well done as I see many repeat clients there. Special thanks to Nima for her fantastic and trustworthy services these past 3 years.

The worst experience ever! The customer service of the receptionist is 0. I paid 115 AED for a pedicure that is not well done even. The lady who did my pedicure she doesnt even how to do the basics for a pedicure. Its just a name for this brand . Horrible experience ever.

Neribeth is my fav beauty specialist at Nbar! She did my eyebrows and it’s always the fastest, most accurate service. She also keeps the conversation going so it makes the time go by fast. Perfect eyebrow service & a fun experience always.

I love going to this place because they have the Essie Nail Polish (Called Navigate Her) i wanted that i couldnt find in other nail salons. Luckily they were selling the polish so i managed to buy my own.I have a terrible sense of direction though so it was very hard to find the place in DIFC Gate Avenue - there were too many different elevators and escalators.The service was great and the staff were very accommodating!Three stars because i dont think id come back to the place as it was too far away - maybe will try other branches

N.Bar has been my go to nail salon in DIFC for the past year. I love that it is small and bright, and most of the staff are very friendly. For my gel manicure, I’d recommend Purnima, she’s sweet and always does them the way I love. For pedicures, I’d recommend Lerin. Enjoy!

A cute small nail salon. Quite cosy and the application was nice. The only thing would be that its pretty tiny and youre seated very close to other customers. Anyway, I slowly got used to having random eye contacts with the next customer and has a nice interaction. I enjoyed it very much and might return soon. Hopefully to have a more varieties of glitter gel polish. ✨️

I absolutely loved the service. They made sure to understand what I wanted and asked questions. They were great company, and I enjoyed the conversation we had while they did my nails. They are very professional in their job, and I will definitely visit this salon again!!

Save yourself time and energy and choose a different salon!First of all, I called to book an appointment with a specific technician. It was confirmed. When I came I had another technician for no reason and without any call or explanation. Very poor communication between staff. Then the receptionist looked at my nails and said : “ You booked a gel manicure, but you have hard gel. So we will need to do a hard gel refill for you.” I said “ok, let’s do it”. Then the technician looked at my nails and said it was a normal gel and she will just redo the same. I went in with strong long nails and left with paper nails that are bending with every movement. Most of them are cracked and they hurt every time I do something. I couldn’t go back the next day because I had work and was busy. I went to the saloon the moment I had a day off. The response was “ you took too long, you booked a gel manicure yourself and we can’t do anything now because the system won’t let us”. My nails look horrible after a week. So it’s funny that they give you a chance to call and make a complaint only within 24h. Maybe for a reason. Second, I came and said I need to do the same I had (which apparently was hard gel) and I assumed a professional technician would know what it is. She said you have normal gel and she did gelish polish for me which is thin as paper. Also a professional technician would know that you can only apply gelish on short nails ( mine were long) because it’s only a matter of time when they’re gonna break and leave me in pain.After all, they blamed it on the computer and said they can’t redo it for me because the system will not allow them.At least take responsibility for the job poorly done and don’t blame it on the computer and offer a solution! No redoing, no compensation, no discount. I left with nothing and have to go do my nails somewhere else after a week. Never will I step in their saloon again.

The most relaxing mani-pedi I had in Dubai by far! Rhemy and Lerin were very professional and caring nail specialists. I liked that they asked for customers’ preferences beforehand. The salon’s ambiance was cozy! They’ve good range of colors selection. Overall 5⭐️ plus!**Aug 2024Ive been coming here for a year now. I believe they deserve another review. Zeinab is super welcoming, she makes you feel at home instantly. Nima, my go to technician, always making sure youre happy with their service. Overall my fave nail salon in Dubai. Also a big plus that they use vegan products 💕 Highly recommend!

Neribeth litteraly saved… my nail ! I had a toe nail half broken looking really bad… She managed to salvage what could be salvage and treat the rest in order for it to look normal !So highly recommend this salon, I am a regular and all the ladies here are lovely ! If you have big nails problem ask for Neribeth in person, she is a magician !

It was the worst pedicure I have ever received in my life. 100 dhs for just touching my feet and cutting my nails is not justified. Please avoid.

I want to express my gratitude to Manika and Annie for taking such good care of my nails. However, the reception experience was disappointing. Janzeen suggested that Manika use a machine to remove my gel polish because she had the next guest coming soon. Janzeen did not consider my nails or how painful it was when Manika used the machine, despite Manika explaining my discomfort.Additionally, I had asked to have the color removed from my feet, but Janzeen insisted that I had chosen the color instead. All I requested was to remove the color that I had chosen, but ultimately, they didnt provide this service. To make matters worse, Janzeen also calculated the price incorrectly. 😀Manika had another guest, so I decided not to go for the gel manicure. Thanks to the stress caused by Janzeeb.While I deeply appreciate the efforts of Manika and Annie, I feel very disappointed in Janzeen’s service.I wish them all the best🙏🏽, but I wont be returning.

I had my body massage @NBAR the therapist name Nima rendered the service it was good but her nails was so sharp that made my skin hurts while she is doing the massage just a suggestion make sure that your therapist well groomed .I would like to thank Ms.JANZEN for accommodating and made sure that my concern is being heard, she offered me the services and products that available @NBAR .You did good job Ms.Janzen till my next visit 😘😘 thank you so much again

The girl at front desk is very rude and talks with an attitude and high tone voice.My appointment was at 2:45pm today for pedicure. At 2:46pm when I was almost there she called. Then I arrived at 2:47pm (note that only 2 mins late) and when she saw me and I told her my name she literally starting giving me an attitude and said their policy if late for 15 mins etc etc and I explained to her my appointment is at 2:45 I’m late 2 mins early only!!! She kept repeating the same with high tone voice.This was totally unacceptable to be treated like that and for no reason!!I’m a regular customer at The Mall branch and I expected all branches have high standards of customer service.I hope my message will be passed on to management.

I had my worst manicure experience EVER in this salon on Feb 19th 2021. The nail technicians were friendly but FAR from being competent. horrible nail shaping (long nails) A completely messy and uneven gel application. Gel kept dripping on the skin around my nails and she only fixed it after it dried leaving me with many cuts on the skin, one of which is getting infected right now. And they had the audacity to charge me for the manicure service - 50aed for gel application while my hands looked absolutely horrible. Very poor management .I do not recommend this salon at all, especially not if youre used to getting professional manicures from people who know what theyre doing and with a better costumer service.

Manicure and pedicure services are really average compare to other brands, the only reason that I was using this branch was due to proximity. The major issue with NBar is their marketing promotions, they keep sending you misleading promotional offers to lure you in and when you get there and complete your services their either tell you the promotional offers are for the first time customers or they tell you that that specific promotion is no longer valid and in fact it was already expired prior to the date that you received it. It’s so misleading and deceptive and they need to resolve their marketing issues and enhance their services!!
