Amazing work done by Deki✨, I had gel removal and manicure+ gel color with design (only hands) all for the price of 350 Dirhams. Her work is amazing, clean, and the overall service was calm and relaxing 10/10. One thing I have to mention is that they don’t accept cash payments. I would love for this policy to become more flexible because sometimes I just can’t pay by card so I’d love to have the alternative of paying cash.

My first time trying the Russian Manicure, and it was amazing! Junabie helped me find the perfect Gel Polish color I was looking for, and the service was exceptional. Sarah’s pedicure and foot scrub were incredibly relaxing and left me feeling truly pampered. The entire staff was welcoming and polite, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

I booked for my mother-in-law for a manicure and pedicure, and the lady at the counter asked me twice if I needed to add another massage service twice in front of her. It was so embarrassing. I understand she wants to do upselling but not feeling the customer feeling pushed.

The one I went to is the one located by Green Community West ( 9-12-2023). While I was getting serviced, the lady was sniffing her nose every few seconds. And she was not wearing a mask, keep in mind we were in very close encounters so usually whether the person is sick or not they wear a mask. I payed and left thinking nothing but hoping I did not catch anything from her. Later on the following day I woke up with symptoms, a sore throat, runny nose, headaches and the rest as you can imagine. After a couple of days with these symptoms I tested positive for Covid-19. I can assure you that I did not visit anyplace before or during my trip to this salon so there is no way shape or form I could’ve contracted it expect from the lady who was sick and servicing me. You’d except people in this day and age, especially a business that they’d make wearing masks a rule when they feel they are catching onto something or sick. This one dumb mistake led to not only me contracting COVID-19, but my 1 year old daughter contract it and later on my 9 year old. I had to take her into emergency two times due her having severe skin rashes as a side effect from the Corona. This is the sole reason that stopped me to coming back to this place, because if I contracted Covid-19 from an employee, god knows their health standards and what they’ve been doing.

I really like this salon. The ladies are polite and know what they are doing. The space is always clean and pleasant. I really recommend their massages too, I always leave relaxed.

She does such classy and polished job with my nails.The green community branch of nbar is by far my favourite. The staff know their customers well and are very welcoming and accommodating.

One of my favorite salons in Dubai. The staff are really nice and you kinda get used to the place where u feel ur visiting friends. They take care a lot of their customers. The place is clean and they ALWAYS used NEW and sanitized tools. Unlike other salons.In terms of price for value, they sometimes remove the packages they have which I believe is not a very smart move. If they want to keep the clients attached, those combos are a good option, maybe having yearly packages and subscription would also be a great idea. A lot of other salons are doing this and seems they’re doing pretty good and people are happy.

Been to Green Community branch for almost 8 years and never ever once get disappointed! They are very accommodating, the quality of their products are very well-respected! The most important element to make me keep coming back is their girls and the service! Special shout out for Cathy, Val and Marcie, they are always fabulous.....!!

The Nail Specialist named Ayat is very professional. I love the way they assist me from the reception till the end of the service. They disinfect everything right after the service. Manicure gelish was so beautiful and the nail art. I enjoyed a lot!!

The time management and service is very poor. They make an appointment and then when you arrive they don’t have chair for you. And they are asking you to wait for another 30 minutes to get chair.I absolutely don’t recommend this branch in Green Community DIP.You can find better salons.

Ms. Val did my head, neck, shoulder and back massage and it was amazingly satisfying 3 stars 🌟 because I usually give 4 ( I keep 1 star for room for improvement there is always room for improvement) 1 star missing because although the technician is great our space or chair rather is not enough. We used the same chair for nail works. Thanks

There is only one good technician there and she’s always booked, the rest of the technicians are really really poor in comparison to the high prices they charge, my gel nails peel in less than a week, the staff are friendly however I won’t step foot there again until the hire more skilled technicians

The call center ladies are phenomenal, I was really dissatisfied with the service and staff at the green community branch. I requested specific treatments online and when we got to the branch they didnt have a nail technician for the requested service me and my girlfriends requested.

How many times have I come to them to cut the side skin of the nails and then they apologize. It is an unprofessional approach to be honest and I told them, “Next time we will provide you with a senior” and I booked and the same issue and the pedicure sinks always do not work or are broken. They used to have better branches but unfortunately the quality has changed.

Very high quality. A little expensive of course, but its worth it!
