Ladies… don’t go there!Besides the AC wasn’t working (hello, we are in Dubai!) the service was also terrible.All the staff are nice and friendly… but that’s all.My nails are destroyed.There really don’t know what they are doing…I had a very bad experience!:(

The best nail place in complete UAE, staff is extremely well trained, they got the newest techniques and great selection of colors, you are always welcome with a delicious coffee or tea, I feel like home when I’m here, I’ve been a client for over 2 years and I can’t recommend it enough

I just had a wonderful Russian manicure by Nin it’s the first time I’ve had one done and I think this is the only manicure I am going to get. I also got a pedicure by Ella and she is fabulous too! Highly recommend trying out the salon.

Builder gel refill today with Nin, lovely thin application. Krista did a lovely pedicure and polish and a fabulous neck and shoulder massage with Joyce.

One of the most excellent combination on high service level and price. All the ladies are very kind and offers you a unique service. Perfect for eyebrows, mani and pedi. Definitely recommend them. My favorite professionals: Mia, Joyce and Krista.

I had a fantastic experience at N.Bar recently. The customer service team were very helpful over the phone, ensuring the Grosenvor house salon had the specific BIAB color I wanted. Once at the salon, the service remained consistently excellent. My nail specialist, JN, was a true professional with BIAB, and I was thoroughly impressed with the infills outcome and quality. Ill definitely be back!

It’s in a convenient location but everything is overpriced and mediocre. I got builder gel for my manicure and pedicure and both were decent but not for the price. My manicure made my nails feel weak - which isn’t normal considering builder gel has never made my nails frail before. They have good customer service, I just won’t be coming back unless it’s to get my eyebrows threaded.

My nails are the longest and healthiest they’ve ever been and my regular manicure lasts me up 10 days. I’m grateful to all the ladies in N.bar especially Nin. Wouldn’t trust anyone as much as I do her. Superb craft and attention to details

I’m usually a bit sceptical about having gels as they peel off really easily on me, however I’m glad I gave it a go here as I’ve never ever had such an amazing manicure!! Jay Ann is incredible and super lovely (as are all the other girls in the salon). Thank you so much Jay Ann!

Great service, attention to detail, very clean, fresh utensil packs used on clients. Polite and professional staff. I think this being located within a high-end hotel makes all the difference. Online booking system and you can even specify your technician! They push you to download their app but thats best for locals; you can still book on the website. For Americans - Dubai is not a tipping culture so dont go overboard. They have a separate tipping site you scan with QR code so you can pay technicians directly.One note (again for Americans): a lot of services that are Deluxe *exclude* services that would normally be included in the same service stateside. Came in here with my sister for a mani (gel) and pedicure (regular). I had an amazing experience. Salon itself very clean and very comfortable and the service was absolutely amazing and quick and efficient. My nails look perfecr. I am especially happy with my hands. Nin was awesome, she made my nails look exactly like what I had in my mind, so pleasantly surprised with the outcome!!

Been a customer for over 15 years of N bar in general. I’m a regular at Grovenors / my favorite branch. Super clean, staff is wonderful. I’m very picky with my nails, they are excellent.

I booked several services today, of which the gel manicure was the one that ruined the experience for me. I clearly showed a picture of what i wanted, which is a french ombré, and the technician proceeded so i thought she knew what she was doing. The following hour consisted of her experimenting on my nails, and after a whole hour i was convinced she didn’t know what she was doing. After the manager came, she said that this picture was made with a spray, to which they proceeded to once again experiment with that, resulting in yet again another failed attempt. I ended up asking to remove it all and have just plain french nails. With my graduation being tonight, i ended up wasting two hours of my day, and leaving with nails i didn’t want in the first place. Although the technicians are nice, it would be VERY useful and time efficient if they’d tell you from the beginning that they don’t know how to do a design, instead of confidently proceeding with no idea on how to achieve it.

I have been going to Nbar for almost 12 years. Their manicures last longer than anywhere else Ive been. Lately Ive been going to the Grosvenor House branch, and everyone there is great, but I mostly ask for Addy and Ella 🙂 Highly recommend!

The best place in Dubai, consistently for the past 20 years. If there’s an award for picky customers, that would be me and I’ve never left the place dissatisfied. My daughters are second generation loyal customers, and I can’t ever see myself going anywhere else but Nbar. Cherry on top, they take good care of their employees ❤️🤍💅🏻

Nbar used to be very good. Its honestly very sad to see how poor the service has gotten, because I’ve been a regular costumer for so long and have tried to give them chances the past few times, but unfortunately today was very disappointing.

Did the full body massage with Ella. It was amazing! She is super strong and was able to untie all the knots! Definitely recommend it I feel refreshed !! One of the best massages I’ve ever gotten. Thank you Ella.

Lily and Mia are the best here in the Grosvenor House. I had my pedicure lately and eyebrow threading. The ambiance is always the same. Relaxing and rejuvenating. Cant wait to come back.

Mia is the absolute best! She does both my brows (tinting and threading) and Brazilian waxing. Waxing is quick and virtually painless with no hairs left behind. I am very picky about my brows and honestly would not trust anyone else, they are perfect every time!

I have been coming for the last 7 years to Nbar Grosvenor House. The therapists are all good, professional and friendly. The place is super clean and it has convenient underground parking. Btw thank you ladies for taking such good care of me all these years.

Had builder gel manicure and I feel like the materials used were cheap. Each nail started lifting and started to peel off completely. They also sat me in a chair to do my lashes (instead of the bed) which was extremely uncomfortable. The only good service I had was the eyebrow shaping and lamination. Overall disappointing.

Eyebrows service: I’ve been doing my eyebrows with Mia for more than 5 years now and I can say she’s really good at what she does and consistent. I also like the NBAR as it always smells good and clean and the staff are very friendly.

3 star service at 5 star pricesIf one asks for Manicure on both hands, it stands to reason that you should expect same service on both hands right? Well, the lady soaked my wifes right hand, and then immediately began the manicure on her left hand, without soaking it. Well, after my wife politely informed the lady that she forgot to soak her left hand, she insisted that she did. Did she think my wife was sleeping? Come on!In a place such as this, one expects a minimum of service. Perhaps it’s just this location only, but is it too much to ask for politeness, respect, and professionalism? I had a small complaint which was dealt with very efficiently by Nancy the manager and I was quickly offered a treatment to make up for the error. One of my favourite spots in Dubai to relax and unwind. I love this place, I’ve been going for two years now and it’s like home. The girls are amazing, very professional and super friendly. I always take a package of meni, pedi and massage and always walk out of there refreshed.

Today I had the Worst experience during My extension eyelashes session. I stayed for 2 hours with burning sensation in my eyes while the therapist was adding the lashes. And she was very unprofessional , she would add an eyelash then remove it if it has been placed wrongly, and everytime she would remove the eyelash I would be in so much pain. At the end the results were horrible. I feel like I just threw money down the drain. She had used so much glued on my lashes that there were not curled up, they were spiked and straight and some eyelashes are placed to the wrong direction. There was an eyelash stuck on my eyelid. I had to ask her to remove it before leaving the room. Horrible results and waste of money. I’m very disappointed

Every technician there is an expert with what she does. They have high standards of customer service. I know that I pay a little bit more than what other nails salon would charge, but trust me, it’s worth it!
