N.Bar Nail Spa & Salon Palm Strip Mall

I recently visited this nail salon for a pedicure, nail polish, and hard gel for my hands, and I am incredibly pleased with the experience. The staff (Luvi and Marty) were professional and friendly, making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in.The pedicure was thorough and relaxing, leaving my feet feeling refreshed and pampered. The nail polish was applied with great attention to detail, and the color selection was fantastic. As for the hard gel on my hands, it was done perfectly — the nails look natural and have a beautiful shine.Overall, the quality of service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for excellent nail care. Ill definitely be returning!

All the ladies are fantastic, from the lovely warm greeting at reception to the professional and friendly service by the nail specialists, and the wonderful gentle hand of the waxing specialist. Shes name is Tracey, a manicurist.I recommend her. 👍She enjoys what she does and shares colors, small parts and even images with the same eye level as her users. Her sense is wonderful.✨Unfortunately, the variety of gel nail colors and small parts are not very diverse in salons, but spending a few months enjoying yourself by completing your own favorite things will make you happy enough.✨🌈My friends also used this nail salon between the two City Work stores and they enjoyed it too.

Never again !They were my go-to salon for nails, quality and service . But last time was the last time .2 nail specialists were needed because I wanted an ombre, also y specifically showed them my concern being making reinforcements where needed to avoid breaking.They ignored my requests and I had to return the very next morning as the tips were already peeling and ofc, the nail was broken.3 days have passed, nail broke again .Honestly I’ll never come back because it’s not cheaper as I have to keep coming back to fix them , or like now, pay someone else to do it again because I’m away .Not worth it

They gave me the gel manicure and 15minutes massage. Highly recommended Miss Fercy for accommodating and giving me advice for my nails and I did not even doubt her because i got the great one 😍 Highly Recommend. The place is so cozy, so quiet that I want to sleep, I am so comfortable in my pampering time.

A very underwhelming experience. I dont normally come here but usual place didnt have availability. They dont have gold or rose gold colours - only a super glittery yellow gold and it was a very strange experience to have my toes painted before they were washed or scrubbed. Additionally and this is my fault for not checking first but it was so much more expensive than my usual place. They charge 175 for a gelish pedicure which is obsurd considering you have to balance your feet on the technicians knees.

Jam did my manicure with CND shellac. Amazing, perfection & steady hand 👍🏼 TOP!! So happy ☺️

Its is THE BEST place for all beauty services! Staff is always very accomodating, And every time going beyond my expectations! Ambient is very pleasant, all white and music never too loud! Technicians are well trained, never rushing to just finish but to do it at the best of their ability! Few times I had small cuts ( from razor) and they put antibiotic cream and bandaid for me even thou I didn’t ask or expect from them to care for my sloppiness with razor !

My favorite branch of Nbar salon, I did my manicure and pedicure with Pia and milrose they did it perfectly they focus on the details, both perfect❤️ .. also I tried the face sculpt massage with milrose great experience and shes an amazing lady❤️

The good : theyre quick because they have abundant resources who can do your hand nails and so on. Theyre like a well oiled machine.The not so good: Because theyre very quick sometimes you feel like theyre sacrificing quality over speed. Itll be you and your luck to strike the person in there who has the integrity to give you a good experience and good quality all whilst making sure it happens quickly. Thats why youll find customers calling in wanting only one person.The worst: They oversell you like crazy, to the point it makes you uncomfortable to reject them.

Their new reception staff Marirose and Janine made sure our experience was horrible. I had booked my appointment days in advance with my daughters. When we went there, they were accepting walk-ins over the appointments which completely delayed us. I agree with other reviewers who mentioned that they overcharge you (I was charged for extra thick and long hair when my hair is until mid back and by no definition thick) , they push you to buy products , the staff rolls eyes at you for pointing out their mistakes (Alicia) and Maya should get the award for the most horrible waxing specialist ever . I have been a loyal customer of Nbar for years but I wont go to Palm strip branch again . I have given them two stars because of how amazing and professional Leena, Jemma and Marty are. They have gone green but their email system for sending receipts doesnt work.

I walked in and asked for a blow dry, fist of all the reception was empty, had to go find me someone to talk to. I asked for a blow dry didnt have an appointment. Was walking in. The receptionist told me the hairdresser is busy now but someone can wash for me. I went in she gave me a lady who clearly had no idea what she was doing. My hair looked horrible. The sent me a submitted review that i didnt do stating that the service was exceptional. I couldnt edit that. It was sure not close to exceptional. Never again.

Worst experience in DubaiUsed to go to citywalk branch and used to love it, went to this branch at 12:10 to do gel removal with mani gel and gel removal with pedicure and pose and left at 4 pm3 girls tried to do french tips for me and none knew how also after 3.5 hrs they hr to remove my gel because the colors wasnt good on my nails and made shades!! Got my service done by Maya and Marty. Theyre great technicians, I definitely recommend them and Maritose is very gracious as the receptionist.

400 aed for this quality...You can see by yourself. If I knew that repair of nails would cost me additional 200, I would better chop it off, however I was not even informed it would cost THAT much. Extremely disappointed, would rather go and do extensions for 300.

NBar DOES NOT value loyal clients and all they care about is making money. They never do anything extra for their loyal customers or even do exceptions. Their old management was so much better where you felt you are valued whereas the new one is all about making money!

Nail technicians are great but awful organization! Be prepared to wait for a long time. In my past three visits I waited for 30-45 minutes.
