I highly recommend Miss Jinkz and Rea! Their work is exceptional, and the attention to detail is impressive. The place is spotless, creating a relaxing and professional environment. The staff are incredibly accommodating and make sure you feel comfortable throughout your visit. If you’re looking for great service and amazing nails, this is the place to go! I love these nails! The almond shape is flawless, giving a sleek and elegant vibes. This is my first time having a cat eye nail, and I love them. Will do it again for sure.

I went in for a gel manicure, I started to notice green spots under my nails. Turns out, I developed nail mold or fungus from their unsanitary tools or poor application process. This is completely unacceptable.The technician rushed through the appointment and didn’t seem to properly clean the tools or prep my nails.I’ve now had to spend extra money on treatments to fix the damage and let my nails breathe for weeks. If you care about your nail health, do not come here.Absolutely disappointed.

I had my nails done at this salon just one week ago, and within two days, one nail already began to break. Although they repaired it free of charge, here I am a week later with yet another nail breaking. I take great care with my nails, so it’s clear the quality of the materials they’re using is poor and simply doesn’t last. Very disappointing for what I had hoped would be a professional service. And for the price it costed almost 400 AED!! Highly do not recommend this place!

Tonight my daughter and I went to N.bar and we had a blast! The staff were very welcoming and easy for conversations. My nail technician was amazing and I love my new gel nails. I went in to get gel french tips, i gave them exactly what colors i want for my base but they didn’t know or have them. I let it go even though i didn’t like the base, it was too light so my nails didn’t look like french tips at all. Literally the day after I started noticing cracks and the tips of some nails were chipping off. I had an extension for one of them and it cracked the next day then quickly came off in the next two, it probably didn’t dry properly.The lady in charge wouldn’t let me get it fixed without charging me because it was past the guarantee period. I refused to let her charge me because I’ve never had nails come off that easily.I will never be coming back here the customer service was horrible. If they actually cared about having returning customers they would try to understand you better and not ask for “proof” that the nail actually came off right away. So rude!!!!

I’ve been coming to N.Bar for over two years now, and I absolutely love their services! The JVC branch stands out as my favorite—much better than the Dubai Hills location. A special shoutout to Ermie, who is fantastic at nails! She always gets the shape just right and keeps the gel extensions beautifully thin, exactly the way I like them. Highly recommend!

Jinkz did an amazing job with my nails. This is the cupcake BIAB base with gold chrome! I’m in absolute love with them. Syril gave me the most relaxing foot massage! Definitely recommend them both!

I have done biab manicure. The very first week it was nice and after that all my nails literally all my nails start lifting from the bottom ( this is 10 days on the pictures), I can’t even run through my hair, it is ridiculously impossible 😅 Don’t know what to think about this, disappointing as I paid around 240 dirhams with 20% WellFit discount. Just disappointed with service as it is not one nail or two but all of them! 🤨

I received a call 30 min before my appointment to get informed that the lady that I asked for taking care of me will not do it and a replacement will be provided (which is something I didn’t like especially on such a short notice) and when I reached there I was informed that the lady I picked for my pedicure is mainly an extension technician and they prioritize her appointments accordingly. But I was lucky enough to have Anisha (Circle mall branch) taking care of me. She is a good professional, quick and polite. The place is small and a bit crowded but I really enjoyed my session and I for sure I will come back.

After 2 hours over a manicure, this is how my nails look on the very next day. Not properly clean, with small pieces of cuticle all over. Also had a foot massage and threading which was really good, but the manicure, no way!

Their service is excellent. I trust them. My favorites are Sarah, Tasha, Mona and ‏Wenafy, and everyone is very friendly. The last time with Wenafy, she was wonderful and careful.

Ive been visiting N.bar JVC for almost 2.5 years. While the space is small, the service is always clean, and the staff—especially Gwen, Sabi, Chelle, Rea, and Haya—are consistently friendly and attentive. My only suggestion to management would be to ease up on the sales pressure. It can be a bit distracting when youre there to relax and staff are frequently pushing products.

Got cut during the manicure that it bled a bit (2nd photo, bottom corner of middle finger). It was quite painful overall during the nail cuticle cleaning. The French manicure looks like homemade / as if I did myself (see photos).

I’ve been a loyal client of NBar for a long time, but unfortunately, I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of service recently. It seems like they’re overbooking appointments, which creates unnecessary stress for both clients and technicians.Today, I received a call to postpone my appointment because my technician was running late finishing with another client who arrived late. When I finally arrived, I had to wait even longer because my space wasn’t ready. The atmosphere felt chaotic and overcrowded, not the relaxing experience I’ve come to expect from NBar.The technicians are clearly overworked, jumping from one client to the next without a proper break, which affects their focus. For instance, I requested a specific nail shape, but it seems my technician didn’t hear me and did something different instead.NBar used to be my go-to place to unwind and enjoy some self-care, but now it feels more like a factory with all the noise, crowds, and rushed service. I really hope they address these issues and prioritize creating a calm, enjoyable experience for their clients again.

I switched to this salon after my nail tech at another salon moved. Jinkz always does a wonderful job bringing my nail designs to life. She’s very detailed oriented and makes sure I love my nails before I go.

Very poor customer service. i had an appointment at 4:45 pm for a russian gel manicure. i arrived at 4:37, and we didnt get started until 5:02. (i waited for approximately 25 minutes)once it came time to paint my nails, i asked to try to colors. i was looking at them to decide and maybe it took two minutes, to which the nail tech tells me to pick faster because she has to go.after which, she paints one hand and before curing i mentioned i don’t know if i like the color and she said if she goes no one else will paint my nails for me.keep in mind this service is supposed to be 85 minutes and i stayed until 7 pm.

I went into the nail bar for a pedicure. I was told 170 aed, I explained I wanted my shellac removing and redoing and a file on my feet. After starting I was offered a facial for 150 aed to which I accepted,The woman then charged me an extra 60aed to remove the gel because she used an electric file instead of a normal one, I had no choice but to agree as they had taken some off already. When it came to pay my bill was all of a sudden 570. 170 for the 150 facial an extra 60 for a foot file and 60 for electrical removal of polish,This is the second time they have done this to me. The women that do the work are nice however you can get good work elsewhere for cheaper and don’t get extra charges your not aware off

I’m very happy with my pedicure the quality of service is excellent. The only downside is the lack of relaxing environment. Usually salons in Dubai offer a nice atmosphere with comfortable chairs. Also didn’t get offered tea or coffee. For the price of 200+ dhs you’d expect a bit more. However I am very pleased with the pedi and the staff were lovely and accommodating

I didn’t like that nobody offered me water, coffee or anything while waiting for 20 minutes.Also there was a super annoying woman next to me speaking on the phone for a full hour . Which was super annoying and I couldn’t relax at all . Nobody really said anything to her for being loud and obnoxious.But Martha was great and she did a great job.

Today was my first time here and everything from start to finish was amazing. Service is unbeatable. Other than the fact that the salon itself was very clean and proper with a million color and brand options I was lucky enough to be paired with Jet. She was absolutely amazing, her attention to detail is impeccable and her personality is incredible. I cannot recommend this location enough. Make sure to request Jet!!!

Personally I had a very disappointing experience. The nail technician was very inexperienced. They didnt know how to remove one acrylic nail although it is on their menu of services. She damaged my nail bed and the shaping was not up to standards. Definitely will not be visiting anytime again.

Clean and hygienic salon.I have had manicures with normal polish that have lasted over week and my gel pedicures last forever! Gel manicures will usually last 2-3 weeks. Really good shape and cuticle work.

Ive attempted to schedule an appointment for the last 3 days, but the app has been malfunctioning. Visited the branch at Circle Mall, where the receptionist was rude and claimed no appointments were available. When I called the 800 number to share my experience, they forwarded my number to the same unhelpful receptionist.Disappointing service, wont be returning.

Honestly the worst gel manicure Ive even seen.Very very thin and unstable. I dont know about other services. But my gel was cracked in couple days, so I had to go back to renew some nails. However it didnt help actually, coz in a matter of week ALL the nails cracked again. Staff is friendly, but the quality of service Im ready to pay for, not for smiles only. Im so disappointed.

Really disappointed at the service I received today. Left sat waiting for 45 minutes after my appointment time when the salon was near enough empty to then be ignored TWICE when asking how long it would be until I was seen. I was then told “10 more minutes” as though I hadn’t already wasted near enough an hour of my life.

There is a theme in the reviews if you read them. Issues with overcharging and then no resolution from customer service.My daughter (14yrs) went there yesterday. She was charged 180 instead of 105. I called customer service last night and they said they would check and call back. To my amazement they did call back and confirmed that they had charged for a gel manicure instead of a basic manicure and that they would call me again today and let me know if they could refund to my card without me visiting branch.To date today no call. I wonder if Im going to be another person on here that doesnt hear from them again.There are lots of comments on the reviews about overcharging........Management of the grooming company (the parent co), you gotta ask yourself if this is coincidence or a problem in store!UPDATE - TO BE FAIR THE GROOMING COMPANY. THEY DID CALL BACK AGAIN AND THEY HAVE GIVEN A VOUCHER FOR THE DIFFERENCE. I MOVED THE STAR RATING FROM A 1 STAR TO A 3 STAR ON THAT BASIS

I had an horrible experience visiting one of their branch in circle Mall.Technician named Sarah was so unprofessional and wasn’t able to meet my requirements…I had the Gel polish removal and that was not done properly….i ended up not applying the polish …also they charged me extra 5 DHS for nothing in-spite of all what happenTried to reach out to them 3 times to figure out why did they charge me extra…. every time they mention that they will give me a call back which never happenDont Recommend at all!

I had the best experience at this nail bar, Tasha did a great job with her magical hands for neck and shoulders massage I highly recommend her,Sarah and Meshe were amazing with the manicure and pedicure.

I’ve been going to Nbar since 2014 but this is the first time I’ve had such a terrible experience. Sarah did my pedicure - she couldn’t file the toe properly it was uneven despite me telling her multiple times that it was crooked, she hurt me 3 times twice while filing once while cutting the cuticles , she scrubbed my feet while they were dry without dipping them in water, after dipping them she scrubbed them so hard I can’t walk around without limping, I’m NEVER going back

I went for manicure and nail artAfter trying the drawing 3 times and wiping it, i was informed that they cannot do the nail art with normal polish because they don’t have the right brushI’m really disappointed with the service because i have chosen my nail polish color according to nail art i was planning to have.

Overly expensive with nail polish that didn’t last plus they forgot to charge me with some services and I had to go back and pay them. Not coming back.

My favourite nail salon. Ive been going there for over a year now. I only trust Miss Ermie with my nails. I get complements every time on my nails. I do builder gel and my nails never break! Recommend it to everyone!!

Worst experience ever. not qualified manicurist. I spent a lot of money and three hours of my time to come out of the salon worse than how i arrived. embarassing services and price. they are not able to do nail art and the lamp are bot drying properly the polish. a very disaster ans super expensive . AVOID IT!

Therapists need to take customer comments seriously. I always ask the therapist to be careful and to slow down while cutting my cuticles because my skin is very sensitive, most therapists don’t listen, at the end they usually cut me and I bleed. Comparing to the price they charge, treatment should be better

I bought a package for a nail treatment, used 1 time then did not used for some time. Recently I want to continue and I found out that it’s expired. Firstly no one EVER told me that the package has a time limit, second they charge money for 5 sessions but did not provided any service. After I talk to someone on the phone and ask to contact me with supervisor or manager till now I got zero response! Is it how your treat your costumers? What a shame!

I chose to go to this salon because its in the mall near my house and although its over priced then most of the JVC salons- they have a special discount with my gym. But everytime I go they introduce new restrictions. First the price had to be over 190aed which I thought fair so I added eyebrow threading on top of my manicure. The next time I came they told me eyebrow threading became aed50 from aed30. This was in a span of two weeks. And then when I visited again in two weeks - they told me they just decided that the discount is not applicable during the eid holidays. I was not aware such changes happening at the time of the booking and will not be using the service here. The whole point of special discounts mean that you want to attract new customers who would want to try because of your membership association. This is undermining the people who wants to try your establishment and a false advertisement.

Would not recommend to anyone . I waited for over half an hour (they do not respect customers time at all) . I booked for an acrylic refill the lady started applying builder gel, no communication so the process took even longer . And the PRICE is ridiculously expensive an extra 125 aed for French on top of the acrylic refill which was 250 or something . Never in Dubai have I paid so much . You’re basically paying for their rent being in circle mall . I’d rather pay for someone’s rent in Dubai Mall and there be nicer amenities than here .

Service is good, mani and pedi are ok too... but wax... OMG! wax!!! the most painful wax Ive had by far. Slow, way too hot and very, very painful.Tried once and it was painful but most of all way too slow, and finished all sticky after the treatment. I thought maybe it was the person doing it and gave it a second chance. This time it was, again, slow, but it was even more painful and on top I specifically explained what I wanted, she even paraphrased what I said, after we agreed she did what she wanted anyway. Absolutely not coming back for waxing. For nails I will because the service is nice and its convenient to me.

I like how my nails were done but after 5 days, my builder gel (which was applied super thin) overlay started to peel of from the tip. Not one nail but 4 nails! 240 for a sub-par service. it’s sad

When I want to do my mani pedi, I want to relax. Instead I got 3 people bombard me again and again with different packages after I clearly said no thanks. The mani pedi service wasn’t good. My toes bled. They’re not gentle with the cuticles. And a few days after the mani pedi my cuticles are even worst because of the way they cut them.

Its pedicure from hell!I never had such a painful experience. My toe bled and I couldnt walk properly. It has been 3 days and I have dried blood that Im scared to touch and is still hurting. Where did they get their training from???

I went twice and everytime they would hardly scrub my feet, and when I asked why is that their excuse was that I need some kind of “serum” worth 250 dhs. The first time I paid just to see what’s this “serum” and all it was just extra scrubbing. The second time I went with a friend and they did the same to both of us. She said she never faced this situation before. I’m never going back to these theives again !

I started going to NBar in Circle Mall,JVC and have to highlight how amazing they are. They always try to make impossible-possible and to make available slot for their customers. All of them are doing great job and I would highly recommend them.
