I had an amazing experience ! The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel so comfortable. The salon was clean and beautifully organized. I got a manicure, and the attention to detail was incredible—my nails look perfect! They also have a great variety of colors and designs to choose from. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to my friends!

These are my nails 2 days after doing them in NBar . They didnt removed completely my previous work and it start lifting and breaking on sides. After going to them and showing my nails they just took photos of my nails and it ended here. Nobody contacted me or offered any correction for this. Very disappointing as I always come here to do my pedicure and never had issues. Never going there again. Unprofessional indeed with lack of experience.

I am a nail technician in the uk and I never let anyone do my nails. I booked myself and my daughter for a last minute pamper before leaving to go back home and I was so impressed with Monica who did my nails. She was brilliant and I would definitely use her again in future. Thanks Monica xxx

It is the second time this happend to me at Nbar, I usually go to another place but I gave Nbar 2 chances and this is what I’m dealing with infection and it really hurts I cannot walk and go to work very unprofessional and also they are not responsive!

This is the first time I have visited N.Bar in The Mall Jumeirah and I’m still in awe, Jaya who did my eyebrows was amazing! I have not done my eyebrows for almost two months so you could imagine the amount of hair growth, but the entiiire time I did not feel any pain.. truly I was amazed by this because I normally get teary eyed..Sadly, I wasn’t able to experience their nail services due to limited time i had but because of this impression I could just imagine how the other services would be..THANK YOU once again.. satisfied customer here 🥰🥰

This place is great but unfortunately my nail broke the next day. I will be going back for them to fix it. And I have a few more that are trying to come off. UPDATE!!! So, they called me to have me come to get my nail fixed. Great customer service and after I returned back, they were able to fix my nails. Thank you guys I will be visiting next time I am in Dubai. Also, I did leg waxing, under-arm waxing and brazalian wax they were all great. The one thing I love is no double dipping of the stick they used for waxing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Dubai and had my nails done at N Bar, The Mall. The receptionist, Sydney, was very compassionate. She answered all my questions and provided excellent recommendations. The staff was great, attentive, and knowledgeable and assured me that I would be taken care of and ensured my satisfaction. The salon was clean and bright. I cant recommend N Bar The Mall enough for a fantastic service experience! Highly recommended!

First time here and honestly wont be my last. Did facial with Jaya, and I cannot be thankful enough. My blackheads are gone and my face looks super fresh.

Aside from the toe infection I got there because and according to them the therapist isn’t trained to do / remove ingrown the time management there is a disaster and not trained to provide customer service or improvise in anyway. Trained to do one thing and one thing only. Salons with multiple services should pamper their clients shall a client has a request that god forbid she didn’t book for. I had a small request to only get someone to wash my hair and my hair is very thin and not even blow dry and they had to ask for approval from managment and managment said no! I even offered to pay but the answer was no not allowed as if I’m going to drown myself in the sink! I’m still to be compensated for my toe infection that led me to remove part of my toe nail at a doctor. I only go there for Jam and noor. The therapists are excellent but reception and managment need a serious revamp and customer service training. Hospitality is certainly not their thing. Aside from the waiting time thag sometimes goes up to 25 mins and once 40 mins with multiple calls to managment to complain while there but they couldn’t do anything I simply had to wait.

Popped across the street from my hotel for a wax and mani pedi. Really professional and kind staff. Can highly recommend! 🩷💅

I got BIAB nails done by the beautiful Monica, she did such a good job of listening to exactly what I wanted, the colour, shape, and length of the nails are perfect. I also got a wonderful foot massage by Haya. Both these ladies did such an amazing job and deserve all the credit they can get! I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends who visit Dubai, my nails look so good and my feet are feeling great!

What a lovely and pampering experience. Monica removed my acryllic on my fingernails and was very gentle and thorough. Puja did my feet gel application, I usually never paint my toes but I love how Puja shaped them and the colour I was recommended by Monica and Puja fits the neutral colour tone I was going for. Puja also did the french gel application on my hands and her shaping is really amazing. She is precise and very neat. And then Mai at the front was so pleasant and helpful, and she also advised me on how to kee0 my nails strong and healthy. 10/10 service I will be coming back all the time. Thank you 😊

Terrible experience. Overcharged to begin with (£120) for full set acrylics and then 4 nails came off within course of a week. When I returned they would not fix free of charge. Won’t be going back.

I have problems with my feet and she solved them. I have done manicure with Eden, she is gentle, kind and professional. I have done waxing with Noor and Jaya, both if them are very good and professional. I would recommend this salon. They need to renovate the walls and floor, and the furniture need to be replaced.
