I had my manicure and pedicure done here by Adel and Florence. Both ladies were lovely and did an excellent job completely revamping my nails after a long wait.. all the staff here are lovely and I will definitely be returning! Highly recommend!

The technician was friendly and nice but the place itself disappointing! I called and specified if they do machine manicure and what will be charges for gel removal and manicure without any cover. Lady on the phone asked if I have extension or my original nails as price will be different. I confirmed that its my original nails but I have gel on them. She gave me rate of 42 aed for removal and 97 for Russian manicure - as this is how they call manicure with machine. After I arrived and after gel was removed- admin came informing that I have hard gel and price for removal will be 107 which is more then double what I was expecting! Plus, it turned out that machine manicure they use just to push the cuticle but they still use manual cut which I refused to do as this is something I clarified from first place and booked coz of that! Im very disappointed with this place and will never come back, or recommend it to anyone!

Recently tried the new polygel nails service and had Burma! She is an incredibly talented nail technician. Exceptional eye for detail, gentle with the drill, id she has to use it. Nail perfection! I’m obsessed with her nails!

I have been going to NBAR for my gel manicure and pedicure. My go to technicians are Burma for manicure and Prajita for pedicure. They are both friendly lovely and great at what they do. Would definitely recommend them!

They are the best in town for nails. I have tried several places in Dubai for nails since I am UAE national raised and born. And yes you will see nice design and works in other places and more options, but you may suffer consequences of infection, nail damages and other nail-related issue due to unprofessional nail work. This place, they CARE about your nail. The first time I come to them with they have asked me my concern and aim then assign me the proper specialist. The specialist then advised on the proper way of doing my nail with most advanced technology that won’t ruin my nail which I tried and she was right. Since 2021, I have never trusted to hand in my nail to any other places or specialist than here. Thank you guys.. special thanks to those who served me Burma, Julie, Mayo, Gee, and all others who have served me once and I cant remember their names 🫶🏼. I would like to send my special thank to Ezdihar the manager who have been very helpful and approachable when needed. Please team, keep the good work up as Dubai need this level of service. Been here on 3 separate occasions for nails, eyebrows and lashes, and each time has been a great experience! I recently got lash extensions with cherry and they are perfect. Exactly as I asked and I don’t even notice they’re there!

ALERT ‼️Worst 700+ dirhams spent on a manicure!!!I had a bad experience with this salon. I went to the one in community center in Town square. Three days after manicure, my pinky nail fell off—three days! I emailed them to inform them and to schedule an appointment, but they never responded. A week later, my index finger nail is broken. A week later! (See pictures). Normally such a service last me 3 weeks minimum. Its a relatively large chain, so unfortunately, they dont care about customer satisfaction. They just want to take your money. Its not worth going. I can’t recommend this salon. There are plenity of better options in Dubai, offering good quality and lower prices.

The nail salon did a great job with the quality of the manicure and pedicure, but the service was pricey. The biggest downside was the time—it took a full 3 hours to complete both, which felt too long for a standard mani-pedi.

Very very bad services, I would never recommned this saloon to anyone.Before booking a appointment to Nbar town square I have confirmed them on call what kind of manicure will be done and then they explained to me it will be hard gel and there will be cuticle cleaning and everything and nail removal will also be included and i did mention this i have gel polish already and i need to remove that and they agree to all of that.The moment i went saloon they started making fuss oh no its hard gel its chargeable and the charge will be 105 AED its not included in manicure , then about polish also they were using some cheap quality nail polish , so i refuse them to do that and when i asked them to fix may nail polish which they have removed and they applied a polish so badly they ruined the look of my hand .I am attaching a picture of their nail polish application.it was very disappointing experience of mine in the very first time to this saloon.Extremely dissatisfied

My very first time was a bad experience I complained they had me come back fix it I was happy so I booked again for the same lady who fixed it…this time was not cool I sat for 4hours my feet was crazy we kept trying diff nails ad they were rushing me bse my technician had a next client it was not a move experience ended up wasting time ad not doing my noes that was ridiculousYou charge a lot of money ad give bad service my nails looked like my 5year old made them this is unacceptable am extremely disappointed but Burma is a very nice lady ad the reception too is a nice lady the lady who done my toes cut all my nails ad was making excuses

The best place to get your nails done. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Today I went to redo my two big toe nails because they got ruined when I left last time and when I came back to redo them they were fully booked and I told them I really need to get them fixed because I have an event tomorrow. A staff members such a kind and helpful soul her name was Janzenn the supervisor offered to redo them for me. Like please tell which nail salon will help their clients like this?? Been using N Bar for 18 years and have recently moved to Town Square, felt like treating myself to an express facial and my experience was mind altering! Prajita my technician had the most amazing technique and massage, Ill sleep like a baby. The products smelt like a spa in Thailand and I felt like I was at a 5 star retreat on a tropical island. Will definitely be back for the facial as well as my usual monthly nail and waxing appointments.

Burma is the best nail technician! She is so precise & neat; she does my nails just the way I like them. The gel usually lasts up to 4 weeks.

I have been there 3 times for mani-pedi because the first time I went I bought a package. The place is ok and the nail specialists are sweet. The regular pedicure is ok, but the gel manicure is a disaster. I am doing gel manicure for years and it is the first time that it got damaged from the first week. I believe it is because of the products they use. I may go back for pedicure but definitely not for gel manicure.

I cant experience their service as a call centre is absolutely ridiculous. And Im sorry for whomever is an owner of Nbar to lose money like this. In DIP service is amazing, but you cant book whom you want as call centre will make sure not to give you whom you were asking for. Today again, i called and asked a call centre to share with me DIP direct contact so to avoid getting future disappointed....they said that DIP branch will call me shortly. Next thing you know...DIFC branch is calling me🤣🤣🤣🤣 . Useless. Poor owner.

Totally unpleasant experience and a waste of time. Nail specialists are not trained and use customers to experiment and learn. More than 3 specialists passed over my nails to do proper filing and after more than 40 minutes, not a single specialist knew how to do french nail polish, which was a huge shock! I had to settle with a normal color coat and move. This salon is overrated and the services are very old schooled- they only know how to do single color coating. I have seen a far more advanced service in even small nail startups.
