Customer service is awful.Be careful to check when they provide you an appointment, requesting an appointment for January , they booked for me in February and by mistake , I didn’t notice , keeping in mind that I requested for January , gladly I called after .Need to wait for a reply to take an appointment for 24h ( assumed, that they might be busy to don’t respond for a 3h , but not 24h literally) .There is no comfortable parking . Visited them once and for a 2d time was waiting when somebody will open a gate parking for me as they did for the 1st time visit ( I truly believe I’m not only one customer who drives a car) , was trying to call them 5 times over the phone and leaving a message on WhatsApp upon arrival and there is no responding or message after that , so I just needed to leave , because I blocked the way , expecting that somebody will come faster, and there is no even available parking spot around the area .

I had a booking for 13.00 on Dec 31, a day before received a notification via email that it was changed to 12.30. No one called/asked if it works for me. Next day they texted asking if I’m going to be in time, which I confirmed. I arrived at 12.20. They asked me to wait. At 12.55 I asked for how long should I wait to start, so they started to explain that the girl before arrived later so I have to wait another 15 mins (however, not sure if they would finish within 15 mins time as the other client was mid process). Why not to text me that they have a delay? Why not to tell once I arrived? I do get that delays happen, but I think it to be disrespectful to the client and to their plans not to explain about the delay as soon as possible, specifically during the holiday time with the roads closure. AtBtw, at 12.59 I received another notification about the booking change to 13.00 🙈Can say nothing about the service as I did not get one, as I left. but administrator behavior should be reconsidered

Do not go to the hairdresser in this salon, if you want to save your hair and nervous, she is not professional, her behavior is awful to the customers... And making price for her job double price like she is the star hairdresser, she is not professional in her job its better if you save yourself…a cheeky hairdresser who doesnt espect customers

Says it closes at 10, they tried to rush my manicure when I came at 8pm. One price list on the paper in the salon and on their official instagram page, yet when I came to the salon, it was 140aed more. Even admitted it was wrongly written everywhere but didn’t change the pricing. Every detail that was asked to adjust or alter for the manicure, the technician rolled her eyes. Don’t recommend. Better salons nearby.

I came in for a Sculpting cellulite massage, followed by a natural eyelash extension.The service was phenomenal and the ladies were warm and welcoming. No discomfort or after service problems. I leave a happy customer, and can’t wait to return for my next session.

Smile on everyone once you enter the Salon and the pictures dont do it justice because the decoration is beautiful you must visit.Just had color and haircut done with Zhanna and all I can say is what a great experience! Zhanna did a wonderful job nailed the exact color of my hair and understood what needed to be done so my hair could look and feel healthy.100 % recommend.

I visited this salon for a manicure and was very pleased! The master turned out to be a true professional - neat and attentive. The procedure was carried out in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, the instruments were sterile, and the materials were of high quality. The result is perfectly well-groomed nails 😍 I will definitely come again!

I had a massage yesterday. The master is very polite and friendly. I was impressed by the quality of the massage, since I like a more intense one and can’t find it almost anywhere in Dubai - here my back was in heaven in the literal sense of the word. I left the salon inspired and rested, I will be happy to go again

Very nice salon, but the result was not quite what I wanted. I had ordered hair wash with blow out. When I arrived, I was given the option of which technique I wanted to use for the treatment. I showed a picture of what I wanted and said the brush works well for me. When paying they took 100 aud extra because they thought styling was not included. Very disappointing that they couldnt communicate properly from the beginning. On the way home, which took less than half an hour, the wave on the forehead had already weakened.
