Very bad experience. Went for eyebrow threating .she did very horsely with in a minute she did but not properly, after that she didnt apply any cream to my eyebrow site.They are responding only for reguler customers.My head ache started after this.If they are busy they will not do properly.Such a bad experience.

This salon is one of the best salons I have visited in Dubai. I have visited more than 15+ salons in UAE, and most of my experience were bad or worse. But with Noor Al Masa, the expectation bar has risen up. The services are excellent, the staff is friendly and the suggestions from their staff are also genuine. I had visited yesterday for a golden facial, pedicure and 2 more services. I had insisted the lady to not do a bleach on me as I was looking for Tan protection, though I have never had any issues with bleach at all.Immediately after applying the bleach I had a burning feeling. She simply mentioned that my skin is sensitive. Trust me I have a dry skin, never my skin was sensitive. Today this is the condition of my face. I have my marriage coming in 2 months.The charges are really really high and even after spending money, this is the situation. I had also enquired about what was applied as I had very strong burning sensation. I expect an explanation!!!!!!

Finally, my search is over for a worthy salon. Very hygienic, spacious and lively. Staff and owner are very friendly and understands customers needs. No waiting period. Lady name Hareena was the best their she know her job well.

Very well maintained parlour, and good offers and packages on services. I recently used their services for a family function, and not just me, but both my mother and my daughter - we three were beautifully dressed up by them and also their makeup services was great. I went there for threading but when i went for mani and padi and facial i got a terrible experience as for maicure the lady she filed my nails in very bad way and was not ready to accept the mistake for facials i asked O3 in which she was using all the creams n stuff in very less quntity and has done face massage with water and no effect was seen after facials.the iwner herself told me to come once but was terrible experience and my last visit.i wasted almost 400 dhs..and it is my last visit i dont recommend any one. I visited first time this salon, it’s near by to my home but I never had a chance to visit. After reading reviews on google I took a chance and no doubt first thing parlor is neat and clean and they maintain cleanliness which I haven’t seen in any salon in nahda2, Secondly Mishi did an amazing job with pedicure and Ben suggested me for nail color and I am loving it. Definitely will visit them again 🙂

I am very much disappointed with the salon. I wont recommend anyone to go there for hair cut. First place i have never seen a salon who are cutting the hair immediately after wash. My hair was full wet, still that lady cut the hair. She finished hair cut within 10 minutes. Very unprofessional. Before cutting the hair i asked her whether she knows the hairstyle which i want. She said yes but she spoiled my hair. Till now i never had such a worst experience in any of the Dubai Salon. Also the cost is high compared to other salon. I wasted my own money and spoiled my hair.

I had a very good experience of eyebrow threading from a girl named Hareena. She is very professional and polite. Rest of the staff are also very friendly. Parlour is very neat and affordable.

Service is ok fine but irritating charges, you go for blow dry they charge you extra for washing the hair, why would someone ask to blow dry hair that is already dry. . Colouring your hair doesnt include drying, thank God they dont charge separately for washing off your color.

Not safe enough as mask was not worn for threading eyebrows. Masks are worn at other salons and safety is maintained. Horrible threading, not professional or experienced. Would not recommend.
