DO NOT BOOK HAIR EXTENTIONS.The quality of extentions is horrendous. I was not told the truth but they very quickly took my money. The hair has not lasted even one month, I brush it and so much falls out. I have used high quality products to try and hydrate the hair, it looks like I have used it for more than 1 year and not looked after. It is dry, tangled, matted and looks awful.Considering the amount of money I have spent at this salon, I would expect much more client care and honesty.I never ever write bad reviews but this has to be one of the worst experiences and I now need to pay to go somewhere else to fix it.

Terrible experience. Terrible staff. Please never get a lash lift done there. Very inexperienced staff. Complete waste of money. My results were zero. No lift at all. Staff offered me a redo for my lashes and were forcing me to get it done sooner. This not a regular service. It’s the matter of my lashes and i will only get them redone at my convenience not as per their policy. I have attached my photo right after the procedure was done. Please save your time and money. Literally the worst branch across dubai.

Juliett, delores and liza were incredible! They were so kind, sweet and professional. I got acrylic nail extensions and did my eyebrows and they both turned put better than I ever expected! One of the best experiences ive had.

If you’re going for a massage ask for Cherry .. she was great! Also Fatima did an amazing job on my blowdry.. fast & professional 💟 Highly recommended

We came to the Dubai Hills Salon today for lash extensions. There were two of us—one wanted a refill, and I wanted a full set of natural extensions. The staff gave us the prices, which we agreed to, and asked us to return in 10 minutes.After the appointment, when I saw my lashes, I mentioned that they looked too much, but the woman insisted they were “natural.” Since I was in a hurry, I went straight to the cashier. This is where the experience took a turn for the worse:1. The initial price was misleading because it did not include VAT.2. For my friend’s refill, they claimed they “did not look well” at the pricing earlier and increased it.3. They charged me for Russian extensions, even though I specifically requested natural.To make matters worse, even the Russian extensions were poorly done. The lashes looked uneven, which made the whole situation even more frustrating.When I pointed out these issues, the cashier said she was giving me a “discount” by charging me for natural extensions, even though I never asked for Russian extensions in the first place. I was already unhappy with the service, and this only made things worse.The staff was incredibly unprofessional, and when I tried to explain that my frustration wasn’t about the money but the poor service and lack of transparency, they didn’t seem to care. I decided not to argue further because I was in a rush, but this was a disappointing experience.I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else with better service and honest pricing.

I came with a very bad blue hair in an over processed hair and Fatima took care of me and recovered my confidence. I can’t recommend NStyle more. They did all the required treatments to kick the root of the issues and I am amazed by the results.

Probably the worst salon experience I have had in Dubai. I got a gel mani and pedi, and my nails chipped the very next day. I went back them for to fix it, my nails chipped again. They have ok customer service but their technicians are awful! Avoid them at all cost.

Pretty good service, although ankle got slightly scraped when filing feet. Worse though was that I got told one price for an additional service and then got told it was in fact 100AED more when I come to pay. Excuse of not understanding my accent but I shall not be back. A small discount on total was given but you cannot try and confirm a price and then charge something else.

Awful. Overpriced. Overbearing and pushy stylist just trying to stack up add-ons on all their clients. Manicure was disappointing as well. Their strategy is quantity over quality. If they had some business sense and some conscience they would focus on delivering quality and excellence and that will get them the repeated business they want. Worst salon experience of my life. I feel cheated. They have lost me as a client, and from reading the reviews of other clients, it looks Im not the only one they lost. The salon needs better upkeep too.

Terrible service, my gel manicure chipped after 4 days on 2 of my nails which never happened before. I complained and I didn’t even receive a call from a manager. When I came back to fix my nails the technician couldn’t even figure out which color I have on as I was only fixing the chipped nails! When I told her the color she kept arguing that I was wrong “and she is sure its not the color”!!! While indeed I was correct. Terrible and poor quality service overall

Service was good. Did gel manicure. However cateye nail polish just looks like a normal glitter. No effects created. May be its still new thing here. Staff might not be knowledgeable to create design and show the real effect of cat eye nail polish.

The worst hair salon I have ever visited. Dirty towels, unprofessional attitude, 50% higher prices when paying. I have shoulder length hair, I paid for extra long hair. I didnt want skin cleaning and I had to pay for that too. In total, the hairdresser cost me 400 dirhems only for washing and blow drying. I left the salon with burnt hair from the iron. I will never visit your salon in Dubai hills mall again.

Amazing blowdry and hair treatment from Fatma Dubai hills branch! She takes time to thoroughly explain in case you have any issues and her blowdry was amazing! Will definitely be back, she was the sweetest!

Very highly disappointed to have taken my cousin there and be cheated with a bill of AED 1500 which the saloon after 24 hours they are yet to provide a breakdown! Unacceptable. I had to take my son to the hospital which is the only reason I left her, to only find out she was fooled by the staff who never adviced her the price of the so called hair treatment which doesnt have a name, despite her asking infront of me and 3 times while i left how much would it cost and never informed. They used a so called you have 50% off and you will get a special price for her very thin shohair and only advised the price at exit - same as all saloons trying to cheat you taking advantage of my cousin. Despite that, the so called hair treatment has her hair hard this morning despite told of soft and natural look.

Had my nails done by Sophie. She was amazing, the best nails I’ve got !! I had long nails but 3 with breakage, she very kindly repaired them with glue which meant I could still keep some length. She was suuuuper sweet and did an amazing job of shaping them

Not recommended for hair extensions - incorrectly placed tapes and low quality. Also blond tapes for dark hair does not seem right, which came visible between my own hair already next day. I was not happy also with the hair colour which turned out too dark and gray (instead of cool blonde) altough that might have been also miscommunication between me and the stylist as I did want darker, but not as dark as it came out.I was offered though to come back to the salong for fix up but preferred to find better quality salong.So I ended up my hair ruined from extensions removal and colour removal plus recoloring, so would have expected partial refund at least, which was refused.

Manicure part did edge closing which is very good to keep the gel last longer, while I think she did it too much. After shower and washed hands many times, I still kept feeling something stuck in between my nail. And I think pedicure part should ask customer check whenever she finished one step. I also felt some pain while she was removing dry skin. In addition, the lady in the reception didn’t mention they have this first time visiting 30% discount when we were booking or after we reached, otherwise we could book more service and manage time better. Overall, it was not bad, we discussed which colour looks better on my nail and tried. They are very patient. I think they just need more practice, so that they can be as good as the lady who repaired pedicure for me. She can remove dead skin super super fast and no any pain! She reminds me those good beauty salons in Asia.

I just got a blow dry from Tara and she did an amazing job!!

Most unorganized salon Ive been to in Dubai. And that in Dubai Hills Malls branch. I called to make an appointment and the operator lady was really sufficient. Good first impression. Then my friend and I approach the salon, no one at the reception. After waiting and then looking in the salon, finally a lady came out telling us her system didnt update and she doesnt know her appointments. We went in and after 20 minutes of waiting one of us had the nails done only. The other was was told that someone will be with her shortly. After a total waiting time of 50 minutes the lady came to do the nails for the second of us even though we told them from the beginning we needed to leave on time. So we ended up only one having the nails done and did not even get a water or anything offered. The service itself was not really amazing either, they didnt remove the dead skin from the heals and it was all really rushed. Not even an apology. Definitely not recommended at all.

The service was great clean and efficient. However i couldnt waiiittt to leave. There was one client sitting on the phone the entire 1 hr and i kept looking at the staff like it should be mentioned its a quiet place. But the staff themselves were SOOO LOUD and noisy literally partying at the back loud laughter staff holding seeds and biting another going trying to open her food tupper wear and i looked at her she said sorry, because she knew she was making a very annoying sound opening the tupper wear. Upon leaving the receptionist i swear kept me for 8 minutes calculating then kept asking her colleagues where is brenda while cherry was holding seed in her mouth and talking. Honestly the management needs more control there may be no customers however 1 or 10 client representation should be the same.

I did my mani and pedi at NStyle; it wasnt my first time getting my nails done there. However, this time something happened. The lady doing my pedi made a cut through my nail, and it kept bleeding. She didnt care and didnt even say sorry. After that, I told the receptionist about what happened, but they didnt do anything! The nail lady came back and put cream on the cut, but she still didnt apologize. This is my last time going there.

Even if they provide free services, I won’t set foot in this salon.VERY BAD blowout ; their service was horrible and staff chit chat while doing my hair like there is no tomorrow, and place is dirty like it was not cleaned for a good 10 days and on top of it is VERY EXPENSIVE!! I wished it was worth it.THEY keep insisting on doing other services even though I said NO like 20 times.I went to this salon just because it was in the mall, but NEVER AGAIN

What a sad little place. The floor was dirty. I had an appointment for myself and my 2 little daughters. I had specifically asked to start us three at the same time which didn’t happen. I started 30 minutes later and of course by the time my daughters finished and I had a long way to go, the they where all over the place. Then half an hour to find the top coat and the manager, a mean lady that doesn’t smile, was on top of the girls doing my meni pedi to move to other clients. Never again.

My visit to Nstyle in Dubai was beyond disappointing. Despite scheduling an appointment for acrylic infills and a gel toe repair, my experience was marred by prolonged waits and subpar service. Upon arrival, I was left waiting for 40 minutes before a technician attended to me. Even then, the service was rushed and haphazard. One technician started on one hand, shaved down the old acrylics, and abruptly left, leaving me waiting for another half-hour before someone else took over. The end result was uneven nails and poorly executed French tips. Shockingly, despite my three and a half hour ‘service’, no one even started on my toes. To make matters worse, the final bill was nearly 200dhs higher than the quoted price, and they refused to provide an invoice until payment was made. Overall, an utterly disappointing experience in terms of both time and money wasted.

Ask for Dolores and Swastika for nails. Great service, attitude and energy!

I got my home helps mani pedi at nstyle dubai hill branch, that is all what i explained to the technician and receptionist and they charged me over 500aed for same saying they did multiple treatments which is unbelieveable and very unfair (my home help has a few cuts whoever did pedi was very unprofessional) also i had a cash voucher of 129aed which they denied saying it was to be used in 14days and the msg said nothing nor previously i ve used in 2 weeks.. It is sad to see such big brand do such low and their employee cheat! Sadly.. never will i ever trust them! Its not the money it is the wrongdoings for a few hundreds.

Always get my gel manicure here. It stays on for more than 3 weeks without chipping! Really recommend to try this place out. The manicurist ladies are professional and know what they are doing and do it really well. They also have subscriptions which are really good value, so look into that if you are interested. I will ALWAYS continue going here and already got my friends, my mom and sister to go here as well. We all love it .

It was my first time at this salon and Juliani was amazing. She took her time to clean and shape my nails and she had the perfect pressure when massaging. Amazing specialist that I had to book a follow on service for massage with her - especially after she told me she was from Bali 🙂

My second visit. Therapist double dipped both visits. When i asked why when it wasnt allowed, i was told usually people are fine with double dipping. I requested her not to double dip. They should also use a proper bin system as she was throwing the used wax equipment onto the floor. The salon also had a horrendous chemical smell as you enter. The company should use mystery shoppers.

I went to try the new branch at Dubai Hills Mall and I booked via WhatsApp.Upon confirmation of the appointment I was sent really precise indications of how to get to the salon.Once I reached, I was greeted in a really warm manner and I was offered a beverage.Lanah, the nail technician that did my manicure, was super professional and did my manicure super nice and clean. Also she is very sweet and we chatted the whole time, I did not get the nameOf the lady who did my pedicure but she also did an excellent job.Overall I was very happy with the experience and I will definitely be going back.

I’ve been a regular cuatomer at Nstyle dubai mall for years and years so naturally I was excited to try this branch. I thought it would be better and much more quite than the business in Dubai mall.The receptionist was welcoming and very interested in hearing about my experience afterwards.The lady that did my manicure was good and professional she attended to my needs very quickly and did a great job wit my nails.The lady who did my pedicure was very late and came when I’m almost done with my hands. And immediately she started talking and laughing with the other lady which continued for a while. Even the lady doing my hand felt that it wasnt okay and apologized to me right away with me saying anything.She continued to do my feet but it didnt feel like she was experienced enough. She hada very thick nail polish layer that would need days to dry.Needles to say i spent an hour and a half of my time and went out feeling very uncomfortable, very annoyed with a ruined pedicure.I don’t think i’ll ever repeat this experience again at Nstyle dubai hills.

It was the best experience I had from this saloon, me an my bestie was in a horrible situation that our hair was completely spoiled from an another saloon and we were here to fix it. The hair dresser Nour was really helpful and sweet. She managed to fix our hair as in color and some hair masks. The receptionist, i really forgot her name but an Indian lady with long hair, she was also very sweet, we got really late after the treatment, but they waited for us to finish it. Pedicure was also nice and all over i had some beautiful experience.

The salon is very beautiful and the services are nice and fast. Deloras and Pratima were very helpful and their work was spotless 🤍✨

This is a very well serviced salon! The women were on their best making you feel on your best. Especially the ladies that did my nails, Regilin and Elvira. They were fun and did their best to meet my wishes!

Such a beautiful place , I was accompanied by jihan she was so welcoming and sweet . I went in for a hair treatment and blow dry and it was so worth the money . She was so well trained and listened to every detail very carefully and delivered the best !

Lana was very nice, kind and listening. She care about me to make sure I was happy. And the shape of my nails is perfect! Also Ola the attendant was very smiling and working hard. Staff are gréât! but the place was not nice, no music no decoration no fragrance, and no tea option despite their advertising. Also the choice are color limited.

Nstyle has all the services you need in one place which is very good. Fatma is amazing with hairstyling, blow dry etc, she fixed my hair when I had a very bad hair cut from a previous stylist. Lana is the best with nails, she handles with care and always fulfils what you want in a very professional manner. If your want a very relaxing massage ask for Eka, she’s amazing. Overall everyone in the salon is very welcoming and friendly, you will not be disaapointed.
