Sumaira is the best nail and eyebrow person I’ve ever been to! She is an amazing person and tells you what’s best for you. I tried a new nail shape with her that I’ve never done because she suggested it and I loved it so so much. She’s great! I want to thank her for being so kind during our time together as well.

Everyone is so accommodating and kind there! Absolutely recommend! My nail chipped and they were able to get me in asap and were kind to accept me as a walk in. Priyata is the best at manicures! She’s so sweet and kind, also precise with her work.

My wife Barbara went for manicure and they charged double without notifying or asking for permission. Furthermore, they produced a false receipt listing things that they never made to justify the price. Fraudsters. And btw I see many people complaining about the same issue, some employees are dishonest I am afraid

During our pre Christmas visit in Dubai I decided to pamper myself and have my nails done also with waxing.Brilliant service I am having nails extensions for over a decade know and I can highly recommend this saloon in Marina Mall.But I need to say body waxing by Maria - the best I have ever had. Tried body waxing (legs,arms) in 4 different countries also over a decade. UAE was 5th. country. Because I am curvy lady and having hair everywhere you really need to be experienced not to create bruising on my legs and not to leave anything behind.She was brilliant 🤩 efficient, fast she knows what she is doing.I can’t recommend her enough, might travel to Dubai just for wax occasionally 😂😂😂Thank you 🙏🏻

The experience was very nice. I was greeted as soon as I entered and seated immediately. Chatlyn did a fantastic job on my pedicure and offered advice on maintaining healthy nails. Shyrea also did a fantastic job on my nails. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend NStyle Beauty lounge for your beauty needs. I did not receive threading service but I watched another young lady who’s results were nice!

Extremely expensive and very poor quality of service. 525 AED for hand nails gel removal, manicure & pedicure with standard polish. This was not the price they initially communicated, asked for explanation and they told me gel removal was difficult and that is why they charged me 125 AED only for hand soak off. Manicure and Pedicure was painful, the salon is not clean with stained towels and hair on towel. Not recommended.

I had waxing done with Maria and as always she was fantastic. Super professional and really friendly and has the lightest touch. Can’t recommend her enough!!

Honestly probably one of the worst nail salons I have been to. I did not feel very welcomed into this establishment. Most of the staff were extremely rude and short except for the women doing my nails and the women who brought me water. The artist was amazing and did a great job on the nail design. As for the strength of the nails, so weak. One little motion will cause a nail to break in half. There is no reason that 4 nails are broken 3 days after my appointment from simple every day activities. I also felt scammed in a way for the reason that the quote I was given did not match what I had to pay in the end. For anyone visiting dubai and wanting to get satisfactory experience, I would not recommend. Please check out the various other options in the mall.

Dishonest Pricing and Disappointing Experience at NSTYLE, Marina MallI recently visited NSTYLE in Marina Mall for a simple gelish polish removal and cleanup. During the service, I was offered a treatment involving a scrub and cream. When I asked about the price, I was told it would be 290 AED. However, when I went to pay, the bill was 420 AED, plus I tipped the nail specialist (40 AED).What surprised me more was that this treatment is something that usually comes with a regular pedicure in most salons, and definitely not a special service worth an extra charge. I checked their website afterward and couldn’t find any service listed for that price, which makes me feel like I was overcharged or misled. It seemed they were more focused on meeting a daily target than providing honest service, as the salon was empty when I arrived.I’m deeply disappointed with this experience. Transparency in pricing should be a priority for any reputable salon. I will never recommend going there to anyone.I wouldnt have written this review, but they started calling me and offering their services literally 3 days after my last visit. Apparently, there are no clients at all !!!!

Cant believe that happened to me. I went to pedicure today in the morning i asked them to remove ingrown nail. While she was doing i hurt a lot but i thought its something normal. My toe was hurting all day. I came home now i saw that my toe has infected!!!! Dont recommend at all.

Wayal is always amazing, friendly and super nice. She has previously done my nails.Today IWalked in for a pedicure and asked them if they could squeeze me in if available and fortunately they were not very busy at 8pm. This wasn’t my first visit, Elenor was asked to do my big toes. She seemed agitated, she was very rough and unhappy with her job. She was talking back and arguing. Very unprofessional. This is not acceptable and I would never want to come back and have my nails done by her.

If you want to get a gel manicure here be aware that you will pay the price for a gel manicure and get a service worse than a normal manicure. After few days, the polish started to come off on its own because there were air bubbles between the polish and the nail. I complained to the salon but they were very rude and did not offer any help!

The most amazing waxing experience !! Am a regular here for around 3 years now and Maria Lauredz is hands down the best therapist I’ve had in life.. she’s super charming extremely well trained and very clean n hygienic !! My skin is very sensitive and hurting but she takes care of it so nicely that it doesn’t feel at all and your waxing is done.. and the way she threads with so much finesse I’ve never seen before !! No hurt and so clean.. she’s the best 🙌

I’ve just got my Combo Shellac Mani & Pedi with an hour of full body massage by laurdes and ofelia. I would say that was an amazing experience, and such a great weekend treat. The salon is so central, such convenience for me to travel. Everything is super clean, hygienic. Thanks girls for offering me coffee. Very happy with your treatments as I would recommend this for everyone. The quality of this place is so bad I would avoid this at all cost. She took 3 hours to do my nails and I think she did a good job on the cleaning but the nails products for Shellac is atrocious. It started peeling the next day. I paid £49 pounds for this and it didn’t last so please avoid this place.

I have been using the services for a few months. So far happy until they pushed me for an extra upgrade to my regular gelish. BIG MiSTAKE!!! I paid AED 475 to have my nails chipped after 10 days only.Im not a complainer, nor looking for complimentary things after a feedback. A simple apology would have solved everything. They did not even bother to apologize but also they charged me for the removal of the disastrous job they made.Very sad costumer service

This is my favorite branch in Dubai to get several beauty services done (from manicures to haircuts). Riezel welcomed and assisted me and my mom warmly during our most recent visit. Andrea was especially wonderful and meticulous when it came to getting our nails done, along with the help of Lourdes and Ofelia. I highly recommend NStyle to my friends and will be returning soon!

VERY DISAPPOINTEDThis branch is my go to salon for both mani&pedi. However, this time I was not happy and satisfied at all. Did my gel polish manicure last week! But the product didn’t set well long enough on my nails. Like it’s not even a week and it’s already gone off! Normally my gelish manicure last between 2-3 weeks! Went to salon to raised my complaint but the manager wasn’t nice and she insisted that I should’ve called their call centre first! So what’s the point of showing up myself in ur Salon to complain!? It was unacceptable!As their regular client I am very disappointed on how she handled my complaint as it didn’t go well than I anticipated. It’s quite unprofessional

Went for a hair wash. The place is very dirty, neglected. Dirty walls, and pile of dust everywhere. The lady couldn’t even Wash my hair properly as the water wasn’t running properly, very very low pressure. They did not seem to care.When I mentioned it at the cashier lady was arrogant. 70 dirhams for half wash hair.Would never go back. Neglected salon

Very bad quality and disrespectful behavior, I did biogel and manicure only and since I had two broken nails they needed to do extension, the extensions both were lifted only after 3 days so I went back to Salon showed them the nails and asked them to fix it , the lady at the front desk asked me to wait outside for 15 min then came back and said she needs to talk to her manager and will call tomorrow, no one called and I called salon myself again someone asked me to send details on whatsapp, I did and again no respond till day after which I followed and they rudely said I have to wait for management decision!!! Are you kidding me ? Can you believe it ! You did some low quality job on my nail which was lifted after 3-4 days only ! the least is to apologize and fix what you did wrong , making customer to wait for almost 3-4 days to decide about 2 nails?! You charge like very good quality salons at least be responsible for what you do!

I have been a few times to NStyle Dubai Marina Mall. The reason I kept going back is because:* conveniently located* staff do a good jobThe reason for my low rating is because I always leave the salon feeling stressed. The team consistently offer you and sometimes push you to add to your treatment so that you end up spending so much more than what you originally had booked. If you enquire what this add on costs or what it entails you get very vague answers.All I want when I go to a salon is to relax, have a quality treatment and walk out feeling great ,however this is never my experience here.Yesterday I went in to do my hair and walked out with a itchy scalp and awful smelly hair because I was pushed to do this treatment that I said no to but they still proceeded, the experience was awful because the treatment burnt my scalp and the process of blow-drying it into your hair was terrible and I ended up spending over AED600 - I only came in for a wash and blow and asked for a quote for future for what a treatment would be for damaged hair.While my hair was blown I was again offered shampoo, conditioner for apparently what will only help this treatment I am having done that I didnt want and then also offered for my hair to be cut, nails to be done and the list goes on....very stressful!I end up spending more because I feel sorry for the therapists and the stylist they often share with me how business has been slow and how they are struggling personally and because I have a good heart I add on, but no more!Am never going back and falling for this trap again!Pictures of my burnt scalp attached!After speaking to the manager (once they saw my original review) they refused to refund me and the stylist lied about the incident.Will never use Nstyle again. Not to be trusted.

They also don’t even know the prices they have in their own website and in their system, trying to increase the price thinking that I am fool and I will accept. Ridiculous cold ugly white salon. Nstyle has seriously diminished over the last year. Shutting locations whilst locking people into memberships that become unusable. Not only this but the service received in this hair salon was the worst to date. Talking about a customer whilst they think your headphones are in after they make a mistake on booking you in. Extremely unimpressed. After asking for a resolution two weeks later still no response, even after this was the second time I raised the issue about membership refund. I would not recommend and membership or hair service at nstyle either in abu dhabi or this branch in dubai. Im sure there must be other branches with better service and skill but not at these locations. Such a shame for a fantastic brand to take such a downturn.

They scam us, avoid that place !They lie about prices to be attractive, and once it’s the moment to pay, they say an other price and you can’t do anything.I came for my nails and they proposed to me and my friend a 30min facial for 140. We didn’t want it initially but because the price was attractive we have accepted. But when it was the moment to pay, they said it was 440 ! How is it possible to be so dishonest ?The nail artists did a very good job, but it’s a shame that the manager ruins our experience with that. I’ll never come again.Write your price clearly please.Customers will don’t feel scam anymore and we will be more able to appreciate the work done.

One of the worst experiences I had , to begin with I have been charged full price 286 AED just for colour applied and to make it worse my manicure (gelish) start peeling within 4 days! After fixing it there they took pic for my nail then she wanted pic for my hand which I refused! Never would ever visit or recommend to anyone!!!!!

I only like normal manicure and pretty much disappointment with the bubble that appeared 2hours after the nail polish dried. Doesn’t look nice at all

The staff don’t give the correct information about the cash back voucher. Making you thing you will get one but at the end you don’t. They just want you to spend more money en purpose. Went for a hair spa which costed me AED 180. The lady who did my hair was a trainee who didn’t know what she was doing and the one who was supposed to be training her was just sitting on a chair using her phone and barely paying attention. The lady who was doing my hair didn’t know how to shampoo, massage or dry my hair without constantly scratching my face or pulling my hair. The massage was not even a massage it was just slight scalp scratching. It was so bad.I barely ever write reviews but this had to be written as I was looking for something relaxing and instead got ripped off for a service so terrible.

I’m not often writing a review. But this time it’s worth it!! I had a manicure and pedicure and I’m beyond happy with the result :)The technicians did an AMAZING job !! I was with Lara and Eleonor and will definitely book them again. Not only did they do a wonderful work, but they are also two lovely souls. It was funny with the two girls and I had a great time! Thank you 🤗💜

The place itself are very elegant and clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, especially Ofelia and Rizza who did my gelish mani and pedi, you can sleep as their hand are so lite and soft to me, I didnt even feel someone is touching my nails but the results are amazing. Ofelia even recommend the better colour of my nail polish. Basma who did my hair treatment are so nice and fast, normally I will spend full afternoon for the keratin but she gave me priority and I liked the result of my hair. I thought to give NStyle Salon a try as I’ve heard so many nice things about this Beauty Salon. I was pleasantly surprised. Its definitely worth the visit! Everyone I meet is telling me that they love my hair. The staffs are excellent, and they give great advice while treating you as if they have all the time in the world to do a good job

Although convenient to find Nstyle is almost every mall in Dubai, I would recommend opting for other salons, especially avoid the branch of Dubai Marina Mall. Staff will double charge you. It happened twice with me. Hairdresser will continue to pressure you to buy unnecessary merchandise and unneeded additional service. Not the salone experience you wish. I raised official complaint, no response from salone management.

I went for deep tissue massage. It was my second session for the same type of massage. First one was perfect, I liked everything. Second one wasnt that good at all. It looked like masseuse didnt have enough skills. Maybe I was her client and she never did it before. She didnt leave the room when I was undressing, light was always on in the room, no relaxing music. She also stayed in the room in the end waiting while I put my clothes on, didnt offer to remove oil (I started to did on my own and only after that she offered help). And the overall quality wasnt good, comparing to the first session. I was expecting to get the same high level of service like I get with the first session, but was totally disappointed.

For the first and last time i went for mani pediThe ladies PUSHED us to use a certain SO CALLED LONG LASTING nail polish which didnt even last one day witnout saying there is extra charge!!!!!! and in the end they charged me another 44 dirhams extra… thats sort of cheating its almost price of a nail polish

Had a hot stone massage with Pia Today. Best massage I’ve ever had! She concentrated on my knots like I asked. She listened and exceeded my expectations from a deep Tissue massage with hot stones. She focused on the areas I asked, while giving on overall relaxing experience. Ive had countless massages and can say I Would 100% recommended making an appointment with Pia. I had a spa day at the salon that included a hair cut, hydrotherapy facial, room massage, manicure and pedicure. The place is modern, spotlessly clean, brightly lit and commercial, The place is not relaxing or soothing. The workers are extremely friendly. They fit me in last minute, which was awesome. The therapy rooms look like a doctors exam room. No blankets for the massage, gave a couple towels instead. Facial was amazing. Massage was OK. I do not recommend the hair services. I said I needed the hair long enough to pull back in a hair band and tuck behind my ears, but it was cut so short I cant do either of those things. Strands of hair fall down around my head all day and make me look like I didnt do anything with my hair. The manicure was done while another service was performed and a couple nails got bumped and messed up. The technician painted over the flaws instead of removing the polish and redoing the nail. The pedicure area has large overstuffed chairs that roll up to glass sink basins set in the floor. The basis are not big enough to fit my feet which are size 9 (40 eu). The water was lukewarm, even though I asked for hot water. The pedicure chairs werent massage chairs and the pedicure basins were not jetted/bubbly. The salon scheduled my haircut and style first. The massage included scalp rubbing, which undid the styling and made the hair oily looking. There wasnt time to fix it, so I ended up going to out to dinner with a hair style so unflattering that people were giving me odd looks. They offered me a small cup of water as an afterthought. The comforts of the facilities, therapy rooms, chairs and handling of the messed up nail dont justify the prices they charge. I enjoyed the spa day, but I wont go back.

I can just say that I was not happy at all with this place. I wanted some highlights and my hair was so dry, uneven and I paid for full hair highlights but they only did three highlights in the back, and the highlights started in the middle of the hair.. it looked really bad..When I was done my hair was still wet and she didnt show me the result in the back.. They offered to fix it and it just got worse and she needed my help to fix the hair..I wouldt recommend this place at all, sorry.. And they didnt really help me at all after and the custom service isnt good.. I payed a lot and I didnt get anything back...

Please be careful with this salon. The price quoted by customer service while booking appointment and the actual price was way different. They give details about the payment only once we are half way into the procedure. I ended up paying almost 250 Dhms more than what was told while booking appointment.The staff who worked on the nails was good and professional. But theres a cover up done on the price to attract customers and they give you a shock in the end.

Very poor skills, felt so much pain during treatment and my nails continued to hurt for 2 days. The chips came off within 1 week.No follow up for my request to get a refund for the membership fee until I called them. They kept telling me it says in the contract that it is not refundable. I would never have signed for the membership if I had known the service was so poor. I gave them a second shot but I will never go back, wasted my money.

I went there for gelish pedicure and manicure ,first night there was crack on gelish so I went back next day they said we will do it again and again same thing happend ,with this price u can get better exprice in other salons .

I really enjoy this salon. Service is always great and nice atmosphere. Basma is my hairstylist and she always takes care of my blond color without any messing up. Hair always looks great! Always great advices about hair products. Helps a lot to maintain my hair in great condition.I would recommend to everyone!

I went there yesterday and couldnt have had a better experience. I am regular waxer and the waxing lady is absolutely the best! Ive had services all over the globe and she was the quickest and gentlest and most thorough. Got my lashes done and they too were done well. Nice gel manicure too. Highly recommended place to visit.

Parking is free at the mall, they keep to their booking times so the whole experience is all over convenient. This is the most important for me, to be able fit things into my busy schedule. NStyle was recommended to me by a friend, so I decided to give it a try. I asked for an eyebrow shape, by wax (I don’t like threading). The receptionist was very sweet and booked me in immediately, but not without hard-selling me other services, repeated at least twice.The good: It was private, clean, comfortable, well-appointed and not expensive. The waxing didn’t hurt and she was super efficient.The bad: No one listens. I specifically asked for wax, they tried to thread my eyebrows, then had to move me to another room to wax. I specifically said I like the shape and thickness of my eyebrows, please just tidy up stray hairs - well she changed the shape of my eyebrows completely - not only are my eyebrows now far too thin, she actually made them shorter!To be fair, they don’t look terrible. They just don’t look anything like I wanted.No one asked me if I was happy with the service rather, as I went to pay, they just tried to sell me the same products and packages I had already refused.

Really a shame…Really the worse experience I have ever had in a nail salon after over 10 years living in dubai doing my nails and massages and hair every single week. I use to come to this salon very long time ago and it was good. I came with my 1 year old daughter because it’s national day my nanny is off very unfriendly and unprofessional staff, cold design and no customer service from the front desk to the technician, not been offered water or tea when the competitions even offer cocktails !! I stood up from the chair and by mistake made the nailpolish fall down it broke. I apologized and was feeling very sorry for the staff who kindly cleaned up the mess. But when I left they added 85 aed to my bill for the broken nail polish. An OPI half empty nailpolish ! I mean seriously a brand new Chanel nail polish is 95 aed. And i of course paid because I am the one who broke it by mistake as I was trying to manage my baby. But seriously who pays for a broken glass on the bill in a restaurant, it’s the minimum commercial gesture you can offer even if of course I was responsible. I will never come back again worse experience and really bad management 👎🏼

My experience yesterday with Nstyle salon in marina mall was terribleI will never go there. I did Brazilian bikini waxing the lady who did don’t know how to do, she burned my skin, and reapplied 5 times in the same area which made it worse, she couldn’t remove hair, when I told the wax it’s too hot she said no it’s not, then she started arguing with me that there’s no hair but when I looked she didn’t remove much . After I went to reception to inform about this incident in front of receptionist she started again argue and cursing in her language and left. Receptionist gave me discount which is I didn’t even ask and didn’t expect from them anything because discount will not put my skin back and I have to go to pharmacy to buy ointment to treat my burn skin. I was telling and advising receptionist that they need to improve their service, receptionist said that: it’s fine she gave me already discount 🤦‍♀️I don’t want this kind of service even for free and I don’t suggest to anyone, it’s not worth it to allow them to hurt yourself. I visited many salons and never experienced such behaviour and customer service.

Do not go to this place! My experience was awful! Same day I got my manicure done one of my nails broke because they filed to thin. I cannot even use hot water on my hands as it hurts my nails! Theyre so thin and sensitive now. I got only one extension in one of my nails and it also fell in less than one week. The products they use are bad quality. I got all my nails with stains, bubbles and chipping. Thats not the worst. Same day my bail broke I complain about it and since then, its been a month now, Im still waiting for an answer. I was ignored several times on social media and phone. The service is the worst in Dubai. Not to even talk about how overpriced it is for the service theyre giving. I dont even want a complimentary service. I will not let then take care of my nails ever again. I want a refund for the issues they caused me and my inhability to use my hands properly. I Would love to add pictures of the Convo I had with then so you could see how lame the service is. Please save your time and money. Do not go there!

Nail technician cut my fingers so badly with a rough file and they are refusing to take this service off my bill. My skin split in half and I’m in pain- but the manager said okay I will pay for it. What does she do? She disappears and instructs the receptionist on the phone to make me pay in full. I can understand your Hindi and heard the whole conversation. So not only was I hurt, I was lied to about the bill being taken care of for that service. I’ve been coming to this salon for two years!Never coming back.

It is located in the Shopping mall in Marina Dubai, so I came by with a headache for a massage and got the best service which I even did not expect. Very professional deep tissue massage of Dian , she even went to a farmacy to by a Salonpass for pain relief in my neck! Highly recommend!

Please be alerted when going to NSTYLe. I could not be more frustrated. I made a gelish manicure on 16 October in Dubai Marina branch. It costed me 173.25 AED. Not cheap one. As I can see, the used materials are of bad quality. Exactly after 3 days, the nail polish on exactly one nail got deattached from the nail. So you do not need any equipment to remove the whole coat. It is so sad. I am absolutely running out of free time and do the gelish manicure to save my time, taking into consideration that it should last 3 weeks. However, it lasted only 3 days. When I got free time, on 23 October I came to the branch to report about the issue. Do you think I heard the words of apologies?! No. Instead of apologies,I have been told about the policy and procedure that I could get the reapplication of gel polish only after 48 hours. No apologies, no offer to retouch it against extra charge, no, nothing. The lady at the reception was interrupted by me from watching the video. I told her that I would complain. She said that she would bring the manager. No one came. I called to the customer care center, the lady over the phone informed me that she registered my complaint. I left the location. So sad to get such treatment, after being their customer for over 2 years

I went for pedicure, which was professionally done - both the treatment and the nail polish are really good. A little but too much trying for upsell with products and additional Services. It was fine for the pedicure services (like better nail polish etc) which I choose but too much for products that I clearly did not want and additional services (hair etc).

Firs of all I thought it is a great place thinking of the location and high prices. So I asked an appointment for gelish nail with extension and basic pedicure. Well after all probably they forget what I asked but I ended up having acrylic which I never asked for....The lady who was treating my feet was affecting me a treatment for removing the dead skin from my heels. They uses a chemical cream which literally burnt my heels. I couldnt walk for 2 weeks because of that. Also before I went I asked them if they had a discount with a particularly card. They said 20%. When I was about to pay they said its 10%. But since I was pretty firm about that 20% they said All right Madam for you for today its 20%.. I dont really understand this consistency but fine by me. Few days later since my heel was still burning I complained that I never asked anyone to damage my foot they offered my a free treatment I choose. So after 2 weeks I went back and asked for the removal of my acrylic nails. After my nails were super sensitive and super painful, like a paper for a week at least but it was getting stronger when I saw little yellow spots on it. I got fungus and now I have to be under treatment for 6 months. Girls, please be careful with this salon because it seems they ask a tons of money for unhygienic and unprofessional treatments. Never again....

Im so so so upset....awful experience, literally I cried when i get back home, I went for a short haircut in Dubai marina mall and what I got was a tribble 60s haircut, puffed up and ugly, when I said that this is not what I asked for she raised her voice and shout at me as she was arguing over the phone when she was chopping my hair like a sheep.... at the end she tried to fixed it but she cut a lot on the top of my hair... this is just nightmare, ....really what should I do till this hair grow... its 5am that Im writing this review as I can not sleep as much as Im upset...

I used their services today on walk-in basis, asking whether they had availability for face shredding and manicure/pedicure. I have been accepted and taken to the treatment room for the facial first. Which was good.After that I have been transferred to the nails section which was completely crowded!! 10 seats in semi-circle, only 1 meter apart from each other, without any partition at all: ALL OF THEM OCCUPIED, despite of the fact that every second seat was labelled as not usable for Covid safety restrictions.No need to add that around each seat there were 2 or even 3 busy nail/massage technicians at work. This means that in that room, approx 5 x 12 meters of size, there were around 30 persons...This is the first time since the pandemic started one year ago that I have witnessed such a disrespectful treatment. Disrespectful towards clients as well as staff.When I have brought the issue to the managers attention she justified herself explaining that on Thursdays they can be busy.... UNACCEPTABLE!

I sometimes go for my nails as I like their staff and their work. I went yesterday for a blow dry and informed the hair dresser that I have tap-in extensions and need to be careful , she ended up using a cream-base treatment on my hair (although she said it won’t harm my extensions) , the way she blew dry my hair was so unprofessional pulling my hair the whole time !! I didn’t only leave the loose extensions but a major headache ( the blow dry was not worth it)Never again !! And I don’t recommend it at all.

My experience at NStyle has always been positive. The staff are friendly and are pros at performing the treatments. I especially like Ofelia who was attentive to my needs. I reallyappreciated her meticulous approach in performing my treatment.

I asked to remove my shellac nail polish, lady was very nice and asked if she can do this with milling machine I agreed because I often use that kind of services, but she destroyed my nails totally, she went to deep in some places, now I have deep lines grooved in my nails, she managed also to cut skin around my nails with this machine in 5 fingers . Horrible experience. I don’t know how long my nails will have to recover after this butchery.

Place is clean and welcoming, but I had few bad experiences there with manicure. The therapist was rough while providing the service, and I was left few times with pain or bleeding in my cuticles. I had stopped going there for months then they called and offered me a service with discount. I decided to give it another go, but same thing..left with my finger bleeding.

I went for a mani pedi a week ago. Also got my one nail repair with gel. My repair was not done properly and when I went back for a fixing, they said their policy does not allow free fixing so I have to pay again for a service which should have been done properly in the first place! Not the customer service I was expecting from Nstyle! Such a dissappointment!

This was the second time I visited this salon trying to give it the second chance.I paid 20AED extra for a long lasting nail polish which did not last for a day. The same day was chipped and damaged. I will never visit this salon, it is a waaaay more expensive than the service they provide

Great service, very comfortable seating sofa while being pampered with a manicure.I had the cnd shellac manicure which lasted almost 2 weeks.My manicurist was very professional, give me a lot of good advice about nail care and she was a very nice person (unfortunately I don‘t remover her name as it was a Filipino exotic name, but she was amazing )

Bad nail job even for basic mani/pedi. The two technicians working on my nails were having a fight and it showed in their work. My nails shape is messed up once the nail color has come off and I can see my nails.

Being on holiday with the family my eyelash extensions started looking bad due to humidity and mistreatment by myself. NStyle lounge in the marina mall came to the rescue and could fit me in immediately when I had just walked in. The salon is clean, professional and friendly. I was I a private room having a volume infill which took around 60 minutes and felt comfortable the whole time. It cost 404aed which is expensive in comparison to the UK which is usually around 125aed however I was told the cost prior to treatment and agreed.

My experience was amazing 🥰. Iv done manicures like a thousand times! But this one beats them all! My nail tech Mahkbubahon was simply awesome and welcoming. definitly Coming back!!!

The salon is really cute and the staff are friendly. Terrible terrible manicures and pedicures. My legs still have scars from the scrub they used that cut me. My cuticles are bruised and peeling. The nail polish chipped within 3 days and 1 acrylic nail broke within a week. Ive never had such a terrible result from a salon and on top of all that it was so expensive.

I did my lashes its just wow technician did exactly what I want. When i open my eyes i just say one word wowww and my nail extension done at the same time . I got a pedicure today and i must say it was a shambles. The technician was trying to sell me extra services for double the price. She hardly touched the bottom of my feet and i only soaked them for two minutes before she started sawing at them. Totally over priced and they cut the traditional pedicure treatment in half and pushed for additional money for a skin sofening treatment - shocking. Go somewehre else for your pedicure - i can hardly walk with the dry scrapping technician Ma did!!!! Criminal

The lady did a good job however we booked for 4 people and 2 had to wait 25 minutes before being attended. Also they charge the same price if you apply nail polish or if you decide to go for a plane pedicure without any nail polish. Quite pricey for just having bare natural nails with no color, base or any type of polish on.

My nails all broke less then 24 hours, then I later returned and once again they all broke in less then 24 hours. I guess the 3rd time is truly the charm My nails finally are absolutely stunning! I don’t understand why it took 3 days and allot of money to finally give me someone who actually knows what she is doing. If anyone is looking for an amazing acrylic nail technician ask for Kim!!!! 101% recommend! As for the rest of the “nail technicians” not so much....

Had massage in nstyle the girls are indonesian i got very good massage with soothing relaxing ambience very neat and hygenic. They take care for you. I enjoyed the refeshments that they serve me with nice drinks almonds dates dry fruits i really enjoyed and very pleasant staff......... surely recommended.. high professional place warm welcoming from reception to therapist..😍

I did my gel manicure there and they did a horrible job. My nails weee peeling by next day. I came back twice there to fix and the attitude of their staff is very bad and especially Sonia.

They always do a thorough job for my manicure and pedicure. The shellac lasts a full two weeks which is great because I am tough on my hands. I highly recommend the callous treatment for an add on. My feet feel wonderful afterwards.
