Lovely service by Ayesha and August for classic manicure and pedicure. 100 percent satisfied with the result. This was my first time visiting them, but it did not feel like it! Everyone was kind and joyous to talk to. The vibe of the salon was so fun! 1.5 hours were a breeze. I felt thoroughly pampered and content with their services.

Did face threading, brow tint and gelish pedicure - paid 380 dhs.The worst pedicure I have ever had. Asked the lady to remove it straight away as this is really unacceptable. On top of that they have no refund policy.Please don’t waste your time and choose better place to do your pedicure.

Today I had a root colour and Hair toner done it’s my first time in the salon for hair I had a really good experience with the hair stylist call Sharifah fantastic experience.And I also done my manicure pedicure with Ayesha and I have book a few time before also really good she always amazing.I will definitely come back in the salon and try the other services is well.

I had a disappointing experience with a gel manicure. It only lasted for one day, and it cost me 150 AED.To the owner who replied on my review: I regret to hear that you cannot find your customers in the files. Please double-check your evidence. I was there twice—yesterday and the day before—under my name. I already expressed my complaint in person to the technicians in Arabian ranches 2, so I am sure they can help you find my name.

I got my daughter to do mani pedi gel which was poor quality and was shocked to know the bill was almost 400. This should have been conveyed before the service starts. The staff said I thought you knew our prices which was a ridiculous comment. Also your rewards program is very poor and very inconvenient. I won’t do it again.

Great service ! Sharifa is an amazing hairdresser, very committed and dedicated to the service of her clients. She has done wonders with my hair and i cant thank her much.

Me and my 11 year old daughter went for a gel nail polish removal,and when it was time for filing I noticed that the lady was using a buffer that has already been used for another client, and when I told her about it she didn’t even apologize for her mistake to the point where I had to tell her to get a new one. This is completely unacceptable as we could get infections or fungus from incidents like this.

I went for hair cut, Shareifa , the Hair dresser is awesome and gave me a mind-blowing service. The staff is very kind and supportive towards clients requirements. They addressed to my requirements and gave me results beyond my expectations

All the team in Nstyle Arabian Ranches are friendly. Especially Sharifa. I had never been satisfied with my hair cut as with Sharifa. She is so professional and I just go there and trust whatever she will do because she knows very well what you need and she will do the best ever.

I recently visited Nstyle and was my first time I had a fantastic experience with them, my nails were done to perfection with Soumayra and Aicha and couldn’t be happier with the result. Sharifa fixed the colour of my roots today and I was so much happy with the service. She did nice blow dry too! So far, I’m happy with my first time experience with the salon and I’m sure will visit them again soon.

I had to delete my original review from 3 years ago and the 5 star rating. I had the awful service done there. I did come in for pedicure and hard gel manicure. Surprisingly enough, midway through I have to realize that I am being done acrylic nails. I inquire why is that and I am casually being informed that the gel finished and they are waiting for the shipment next week. So thats why I am being performed acrylic nails. The lady never bothered to inform me about that beforehand and consult with me. What if I am allergic to acryl! As well it took her to do it for 3 and a half hours!They also charged me for nail design, as on some nails I chose a glitter polish. They claim that this is considered as design. Simply ridiculous!And their customer service is just useless. They claim that I have been charged accordingly as per all services and offered an official apology and also a free nail design next time. Just unfair because I dont do nail designs.I will be filing a complain with DED.

Worst Neil salon ever I asked them to do refill gel they made me Galish that second day took off very bad service slow and lack of hygiene very very bad girls not professional at all first when I entered I found empty now I know the reason !!!!

Im a bit disappointed with service. Besides that, the price for nail gelish is 174AED. The way my nails were finished was under the expectation. I could do a better job. The edges next to cuticles were uneven, polish was not fine stiled some parts of nail had more polish than others. The light in the salon is dimmed so you wont notice this details, barely you can see the shade you choose. Other placed have better price and higher quality. Not recommending.

I am very disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) at NStyle. I booked an appointment and arrived on time, only to find that the salon was severely understaffed. My appointment was completely ignored, and my planned service did not even happen. However one of the overwhelmed staffed member kindly agreed to at least removed my gel polish.While I understand that being understaffed can happen, it should not be the customers problem, especially when appointments are booked in advance, NStyle should not allow appointments to be made. This level of disorganization and poor service is unacceptable therefore I cannot recommend this salon to others.

Jennelyn did my nails she was really professional and sweet, she makes my nails look soooo good , i did acrylics nails she was careful and she compares each nail with the other hand same nail , love them4 stars because the salon is super pricey

Jamie did nail extensions for me and she was absolutely perfect! She had so much knowledge about nails, she knew the science behind each nail product and and knew the exact techniques to make my nails perfection. She was so kind, and also shared helpful tips on how to keep my nails healthy! This is the first time my nails have lasted for so long, 3 months! I got alot of compliments :)

I had the worst experience.I requested for a specific blowout. I was assured the new lady would do it.While my hair got pulled and i was in pain, i did the normal thing of complaining to customer service. Even they weren’t helpful.If you want to burn your hair or go bald. I recommend this parlor.

Manila was such a delight to work with! She recommended what hair color and style works best with my face structure and skin tone. Her services were wonderful and really enjoyed her head massage and hair wash. Would 100% recommend!

I am updating my previous good review. I have had the most terrible experience at Nstyle Arabian Ranches 2!! I have been going there for 5 years now but in the last year the management has gone from not-so-good to disastrous! Not only have they hired incompetent technicians but they have now taken AED 3k of my money without a contract and are refusing to return it to me. I gave one of the ladies 3k for a package on the understanding that she would speak to the receptionist who was absent that day to check if I could remain on my old package. Clearly they have revised their packages to offer less for more now. I did not sign any contract for the new package when I gave the money as I told the lady if they cannot give me my old package I will not take any package as most of the new services in the package I will not use. They now tell me I must take the package and they will not return my money although I have not signed a contract. Dealing with the receptionist Arlyn has been a real nightmare as she is terribly incompetent, she keeps saying she has escalated to call centre and I must wait, and no one calls me from the call centre despite me having followed up countless times. Apparently the decision is parked with the owner - it has been 3 weeks since and I have not only wasted precious time and energy on this matter but have no resolution to my problem until now!! DO NOT go to Nstyle if you want a relaxing saloon experience and competent service!! To date, this is the worst customer service experience in Dubai I have experienced!!

Horrible experience at the salon today at arabian ranches branch. Technicians got wax all over my clothes and didn’t offer anything to cover clothes with. They are very unprofessional as when I complained to them about this the technician said “it’s okay it happens” when they ruined my shirt, they didn’t know how to take off the wax, they put oil on it which made it even worse ! I went with my mother and the same thing happened with her and at the end the technicians just kept laughing they are absolutely unprofessional. Absolutely don’t recommend coming to this branch as they don’t know what they’re doing. Waste of money

I was lucky enough to have Najla from the Arabian Ranches branch as my hair stylist. She is very talented, has a great attitude and very pleasant to chat with and my hair turned out amazing! The shine, curl and volume was everything I asked for.

Cut and highlights with Manhal. He did a great job and had good recommendations (I made a drastic change going from medium/long to short hair). His highlights are very seamless and look very natural. Also did gel manicure with Era. She did a wonderful job.

I had a really bad experience for the second time I gave last chance and will never have a third one. They take me with 45 min of delay, the nails was OK the lady was friendly and professional but the lady that done my hair is a joke, she doesnt know the product she has to use nether how the iron works, she spends her time to pull and broke my hair, horrible, just run to another salon

I walked in they were happy to do my eyebrows so I had that done. I was happy, then she nagged me for an eyelash tint which I didn’t want as I have no eyelashes only my top eyelashes were done nothing at the bottom. It made absolutely no difference also during this appointment the women was hinting for tips. At the end of that session I gave the women £5 as a tip and explained that I would be back the next day to have my nails done. I went back the next day had my nails done by a nail technician I also wanted a foot massage the same women that done my eyebrows the day before was the women who came and done my foot massage and during my foot massage she mentioned that £5 was only 20aed and then proceeded to harass me for a facial and a leg wax although I repeatedly said no to the extent that I had to raise my voice and say no as she wasn’t leaving me alone. She finished my 10 minute massage even tho I payed for 30 minutes to the extent she told me that my feet were sweaty. After the 10 minutes, she finished and walked away and went and put the aircon up after I said no in the mean time I was still having my nails done. I had to tell my nail technician to turn the air con off as I was freezing, during my time with the nail technician she kept coming back and forth hovering she then came over and seen I had one hand free and proceeded to ask me for a google review whilst I was trying to relax. She didn’t take no for an answer to the point I had to tell her please go away I am trying to relax. I asked for English tea they gave me camomile tea with cold milk and sugar. I would also like to mention that the women that was nagging me for a tip also done this to my granddaughter when she went for an eyebrow appointment which made her feel very uncomfortable which made her feel the need to give her a tip as she just felt so uncomfortable. I do not recommend this salon they are very unprofessional!Thank you very much miss angie

I left a 1 star review yesterday because I was so disappointed with my nails.They were very bad quality.I complained and they fitted me in at a time that suited me which was helpful. This time I had a technician who was really good!If you want a good job well done then ask for Welina. She is really friendly and her attention to detail is great. It’s a shame I didn’t receive that service the day before or it would be 5 stars. But there was a problem and they fixed it politely and helpfully which is the main thing.

Manilla was an awesome hairdresser, she tried to fulfill my request by doing a nice balayage and coloring. I loved it, it was very unique and stylish. Joy was very lovely and cute assistant, her smile is wonderful and also her massage was very relaxing after these long coloring hours. Great experience indeed but a bit expensive.

Leaving the review on behalf of my wife. She made a firm appointment for manicure and pedicure, the expectation is that both are finished within an hour. The appointment took 2 hours for two reasons, because another customer was complaining the therapist dealing with my wife had to go and attend to her so left my wife waiting for an extended time. Other customers walk-in and are given immediate treatments therefore delaying other customers already in the spa. None of this is the fault of the therapist it’s a management or owner issue. My wife has been a customer here for over 5 years and the service has gradually declined with similar issues. Not enough staff and a high turnover of staff speaks volumes. The whole vibe of this spa now is money making rather than focusing on a quality experience.

I visited N Style in Arabian Ranches 2 as I have just moved here. My husband and I are celebrating our first anniversary and I have come for a manicure and pedicure. Whilst here I was offered and back, neck and head massage this made my treatment even more relaxing. The treatment I received was spectacular and the standard of service was fantastic. I will definitely be coming back for more treatments.

My got waxing service done by Sumeira. She did a great job and was neat and quick. Will go again for this service. I am also satisfied by the manicure and padicure.

Bad experience. Only focused on the money. They convinced me to go for the yearly subscription to get discounts promising flexibility of choices, and everytime they find an excuse not to give me the discount. They insisted to charge me on a root color that did not cover the roots. Complaints to management were never answered…. Bad customer service as they only care about the money, not the customer experience. Worst experience in Dubai for a nail/hair salon in my last 20 years.

Excellent service! I forgot my phone in the taxi and the staff helped me to call the taxi driver ans send a staff to assist me to get the phone. Decided to buy the package which includes gel mani and classic pedi, as well Aroma massage and 2 times Brow dry per month, plus 20% off other services.

Arifa did a great job at reviving my hair. She also gave me some good advice on how to maintain my hair condition at home.

I went here for face waxing and eyebrow threading. Absolutely loved it. Risalyn was amazing. The salon was clean and everything was just right. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I showed up without an appointment and they made it work for me without compromising on any other appointments. Highly recommend this place.

I come every single month to get a wax. I know the staff and the facilities- thats why i always liked coming back. This time i went for a wax she applied the wax and it was extremely hot. I did tell her that it was very hot. I got home and my skin was on fire and today have bad burnt marks on my skin (in the delicate areas) My skin is clearly burnt and damaged. I have never seen my skin damaged like this before. My skin has turned hard and flaky. Just disappointed as Ive been coming to this salon for over a year now

Their services is awesome all the staff is friendly and they have heart in services and concern to the client...They have a great manicure and pedicure specially they had nail artist with a very nice and unique design. I love this salon at Arabian Ranches, especially Sherifa the hair stylist - who is absolutely a fantastic stylist and a very warm and friendly person. She has a wonderful touch in whatever she does - whether it’s facial or hair treatments. My face and skin has not looked better and I keep getting compliments on my hair colour and style. She is the best!Other staff members like Jhinena, Nita and tzhevelin are great too - service with a smile always. Booking appointments is easy and service is the best! It had been 6 years since I tried NStyle and this week I remembered why I avoid this chain. I booked with them because my normal place was fully busy and I really wanted my nails done. I entered and the place was so empty. There was no one at reception, as one receptionist was in the back and the other was having her own nails done. I asked for Essie Couture and was told it would be 40 extra for a mani/pedi - it is usually 20 extra at other high end salons. Annoyed, I still agreed to do it so that I can have long lasting nails. Its only been 2 days and the nails are chipped, even my pedicure (which usually lasts me 2 weeks!!!). The nail therapists were rough, with the lady doing my manicure even causing me to bleed. The lady doing my pedicure nearly tore my skin off and I had to tell her twice to be gentle. Overall it was a frustrating experience that I had to pay so much to NOT enjoy! Do not recommend at all.

Shareefa was great in doing my hair, I’ve been trying to find someone to get the right hair color for years now, until Shareefa put her magic hands on my hair!She is wonderful and knows very well about what she is doing.

Doesnt worth the money I paid. I went to Nstyle in arabian ranches 2,MY DEMAND WAS TO CHANGE MY HAIR COLOR TO A LIGHTER (blond) and I picked the color from the catalog but my hair has become darker (dark brown)!!!!! The ladies are very kind. I went to the salon the next day and they arrange it by a hair toner but still not the color I asked for. It is now a light brown!

Went to get my roots done at NStyle in Arabian Ranches souk. The lady didn’t even bother to put on a cape or plastic wrap for me and just used a small towel - as a result the hair dye all got on my shirt from the back. And I’m 100% sure she saw that when drying my hair but she did not say a word. For a service that I paid Aed285 for, this is extremely unprofessional behaviour and my shirt is ruined forever because hair dye cannot be removed from clothes.

Sumera was very professional and patient with me which I appreciate as I am picky. She listened and was very good. I will visit her again.

The service here is impeccable. I had a wonderful massage, where the technician was sensitive and perceptive to my needs as well as making me feel like I had all the time in the world.. I also had my hair cut and restyled here and the hair team were fantastic, they made me feel like a new person and people were commenting on my hair for days afterwards -- the whole place is highly recommended

Very bad customer service they tell you a price for the hair blowdry and the hairdresser suggests that you do a blow dry and she will curl a bit from the end and when you come to the cashier they tell you it’s double the price because she used the iron ! Nail technicians r very slow you sit there waiting your turn for about 15 minutes

Hi I will complain this beauty saloon is very bad service because I pay 236 for make blow dry and shiny hair but She make only 2 to 3 minutes she quickly wash my hair the result is not good still dry my still few ethece and she said make again after i add 45drhm again. Discount a little so i pay all 275 But the results is not good . Please advise to your staff to make good service to customers . I will never be come back this saloon

One of the worst places I have been to! Unfriendly staff, had one nail ruined from the slipper she put on while i told her it’s not dry yet still she went on and put the slipper. The lady have left me behind because her shift finishes at 6! I waited until 6:20 6:25 to get the nail fixed and how they fix it the lady on the reception area came and put a color topping! They had no clue which color i have used so we had to guess together which color! Add more u don’t have bags for shoes!!!! They said bags only allowed with products and I can’t use a bag! Supposed to leave the place holding the shoes on my hands.. No one wears mask inside this salon. a huge improvement is needed for this place and its team!

When i called to book an appointment for my 2 year old daughter, they mentioned they do hair trims starting from 1 year old. I drove down there with an appointment for my little one only to be disappointed. The lady who does haircuts for kids, didnt bother seating my girl. She saw my daughter playing around and said she cant cut her hair because she is moving around. How was she able to judge without even seating her or starting the process. Just rude she lied to me saying they only do for children above 6 years. Whereas the call center told me otherwise and i had an appointment especially for this. However we went next door to the barber shop, they were able to do it just fine. And were very professional and kind.

Really very bad customer service, they confirmed my appointment at AR 2 branch and when i came on time I waited for 1more hour to start , as they was busy with another customer that was doing 3 services on my time !!!! then they did extremely bad blow dry as they were on rush to close !!!Even pricing is not clear and it’s not as listed , they asked for 300 dhs for blow dry !!!!!! Told her it’s 190 as per ur page she told me ur hair is thick !! Which is extremely the opposite!!! When I refused she charged me 185 !! Actually the result don’t worth that price , as my hair looks so bad as I did it by my self at home !!! I don’t recommend this place at all

I have had bad experiences before with their customer service so I stopped going. A month ago they called me and said that they are offering 50% discount for my next visit as a way to get their old customers back. So I decided to give it another try and booked my appointment with their call center. I went to my appointment 15 minutes earlier. The receptionist greeted me and then told me that the offer can’t be used today as it’s the period of Eid holidays and they tried to call me to inform me which was a complete lie as no one called. I left my work early and arranged my schedule and my kids so I could be there on time. And I was really looking forward to some me time... but another disappointment and poor customer service. They refused to honor the offer after I arrived to the branch!!! They asked me to call the call center as it’s not their decision. I don’t care about the offer or discount even if they said I can come after Eid holidays. I was treated very rude and I will never return again. I called customer service to explain my disappointment and it was horrible as the lady on the phone interrogated me to understand who gave me the appointment??!! She said they don’t take appointment on the call center and it was an outsourced company. Am I supposed to understand your internal poor management skills? Nstyle maybe you think you have lots of customers and making a lot of money so you don’t care about these complaints but you lost me again as a customer. Even if your services are free!!!

Waited for over an hour and no service was rendered with My poor mum and my heavily pregnant self. A lady that came after me was worked on first before they even started talking to me despite of me being nine months pregnant. You guys do not respect clients time at all. I am very disappointed despite of me giving this salon a third chance. It’s like the same thing happens over and over again. Definitely not worth it at all. You are very expensive with very poor service. There are way many better salons here in Dubai. Never again. NEVER. Ps I never leave a bad review but this I couldn’t hold it in.

I asked online how much will the long hair cost before booking there and they mentioned it will cost 185 aed. Once I finished and wanted to pay they wanted me to pay 336 aed, and the lady only blow dried my hair without the use of iron and I washed it at home so they didn’t even wash my hair and they wanted 336!!!! It was such a rip off and I don’t recommend anyone to have their hair done in this salon. I’m super disappointed with the quality of the service for this value of money that I had to pay. I will never step foot inside this saloon because I have never paid this much for only a blow dry without iron! Never again. The lady was also super slow my hair usually takes 30 mins to be fully blow dried but she took 1 hour. Very bad quality and service for the value of money that they shocked me with.

Awful communication within this company. Phoned in advance to inform this salon I was running 10 mins later. Turns out I was speaking to the call centre who reassured me they would pass this message on.Lo and behold, this particular branch calls me and in an incredibly condescending manner says “um, you know you are actually 10 mins late?” AND proceeds to tell me that I shouldn’t come at all as they are booked. Wish the person I had originally spoken to had told me this, AND passed on that I was running late in the first place.This all happened as I was parking to arrive at my appointment. Safe to say a good customer has been lost today.

Came to Arabian Ranches where Rakshanda did an amazing job on my eyelash extensions. She talked me through the different options and made good recommendations. Extensions were done very efficiently and quickly and looked incredible at the end. Just as I asked for they were natural looking but with impact. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Nour and Richel today at NStyle Arabian Ranches! Both ladies were extremely kind and Nour did a fantastic job for my blow dry and curls. She was quick and gentle and I will definitely visit again. I recommend Nour to anyone seeking lovely curls 💇🏻‍♀️✨

Booked my appointment online and they called me to confirm the day before where I specifically said we are two people at the same time.Came in on the day, and there was one technician for the both of us we spent exactly 1 hour and 45 minutes in the salon due to mis management And was late 1 whole hour to my event.

Naglaat the Arabian Ranches 2 branch is great with hair cut, she did a great trim for my mom! Will come back

Me and my sister took her 4 years old daughter for a haircut, the hairdresser was horrible. She literally cut off her hair from the top like a fringe until the middle of her head and the rest of her hair is until her shoulder. Even though she didn’t ask for it. It looks like a hair cut from the 80’s but in an ugly way. The hairdresser’a attitude was very bad when we complained. I don’t recommend it to anyone and will never go back again.

Ive come here for a lot of services and I am extremely happy and satisfied. The staff are very professional and welcoming. I highly recommend Rakshanda for the services as shes very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products and gives advice on how to look after your hair and skin.

I was very pleased with my experience at Nstyle. The booking process (via the phone) was smooth and they managed to fit me in at short notice, all the staff were friendly and welcoming and my mani and pedi treatments by Rakshanda and Emma were wonderful. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail. My nails look so pretty now! Absolutely horrible, the prices were extremely high and the quality was absolutely horrible especially for the nails. The nail polish fades away in the matter of 3 days eventhough its marketed long lasting and the customer service once you file a comment is the worst. I suggest you keep your well earned money and go somewhere else

Booked for 12:45Washed my hair with Drinking Water Bottles as they ran out of hot water, after 90 minutes waiting.Kept me with damp hair for another hour albeit my booking.The store manager had to argue with the stylist in my presence , to actually start on me.Over priced as well, given all above and the bad resultWill definitely never return.

My wife had a very good experience with the hair dresser but it was the opposite with the nail service. She paid more than 300 AED for gelish manucure but it last only for 2 days. When she called to complaint they told her sorry but you passed the delay for complaints.... do you know how to please clients?

Girls were very attentive, gentle and finished all with a goot time frame. I had phone battery law. Very bad experience.I was told hair and nails will be 900AED in total. Final bill was 1338AED. After I complained they said they did additional hair treatment I never asked for. I am also not happy with the nails they did. Never again.

I had to delete my 5 starts rating 3 years ago ! This place is awful just don’t go there from nails to hair to staff they become sooo bad and low quality!!

Extremely unsatisfied with the skills of the hairdressers- got completely different than what I showed on the pic and explained how I want the hair to be cut. Mine is short, so nothing else to be done- just ashamed to unveil my hair until it grows back. For my daughter- like chopped with an axe, somewhere uncut , strains of hair left, not straight and neat at all. I am not a hairdresser, but I swear I was cutting her hair much more neater and beautiful. Ill not take her to any salon any time soon anymore, Ill continue doing it by myself. + it costed me almost AED 400, where usually I was paying AED 150 for both of us and for better quality and professionalism. I hoped its a good salon, if charges so much, skilled personell, but the price doesnt = professionalism. nothing like that. Sad :(

Rizalyn is the best technician there - so gentle and light handed. I’m 9 months pregnant and couldn’t ask for someone better for waxing.

I went multiple times to Nstyle in Arabian Ranches and loved it every time.Miralyn and Melen do an excellent job for manicure and pedicure.Today I took my sister here and on advice she did a parafine bath for her feet and hands and she loved the results.This is my favorite place for a proper manicure and pedicure.

Nita is very good in doing massage i really enjoyed evey seconded of it. Relaxing and calm. Highly recommended also the mani and pedi is so clean and precise.

I had a great experience. I did sn ayelash extension and for the first time I dont end up with too hard ot too long lashes. The team is very friendly too. Definitely coming back! And Rakshandra rocks as she was the one who did my eye lash extensions!

Had previously reviewed it as 5 as the service was good but the gel manicure started to life after 3 days and I’m now left with missing nails. Not ideal when it’s already quite expensive.

Awful service. I asked FIVE times to keep my eyebrows wide yet the brow threading technician decided to do whatever she wants. as a result I have ultra thin ugly brows now and she knew that I wouldnt want that brows and it seems like she did that on purpose.Just dont go there if you dont want to be disappointed. Ive been crying for few hours now, and no, salons lousy were sorry maam doesnt get me brows back! thanks for ruining my brows, my face, and my day! Now it will take me about a year to grow them back! unprofessional and disappointing

NStyle at the Arabian Ranches Market - Never going back again.Have gone 3 times since September and each time have been charged a different amount for a blow dry.First time I only got a normal hair wash WITHOUT a blow dry and I was charged 150 AED (I realized this later as had purchased hair products also so paid together)Gave them benefit of doubt and went back again some time later and told them what had happened. Was promised that the matter would be looked into and they did a proper wash and blow dry for 120 AED.Went back again today thinking it would be the same and after the blow dry I was presented a bill of 195 AED.I then reminded them of their promise to sort out my previous complaint and the lady looked at me pretending she had no clue and said who did you complain to - I told her it was her!I do not have long hair - it is between short and medium and they charged me for long hair! When I tried to reason with them they did nothing about it and said from next time we will charge you for medium length.I told them I am not planning on coming again if I am going to be charged crazy amounts and that also inconsistent prices - NEVER going back again!

This saloon is the worst saloon I’ve been to in Dubai. They have the most overpriced menu compared to other salons and on top of that they offer a very bad service. I went to do my mani pedi and the nail polish started looking cracked the moment it was applied (probably old). So after it’s done it looked bad so they suggested to redo it which made me sit their for another 45 min. Chose another color and the same thing happened. And of course they made me pay for it despite how bad it looks. Talked to the cashier that that’s not fair nor logical and said nothing but I’m sorry. Not going there again.

Nstyle is not my regular beauty salon but I am only visiting Nstyle Arabian Ranches 2 for my hair be styled and cut by Nizam. She is very quick, professional and knows her job properly. Also Recommend Layla for hair style as she is very professional. For those busy and classic ladies whom are looking for quick and proper hair style, Nizam is one of a best.

Manhal Hamza did a great job with my hair. I needed a toner and a cut and it looked great.

Extremely pricey ??? For no reason?? I went there twice and everytime I use to get “gel nail polish “with mani pedi plus two or three nail extensions .,, my charges use to come around 400/- after Emirates platinum disc,for the third and last time I went I just had gel nail polish with three overlays remove 350/- and my daughter only nail polish application50/- so pricey ??? So the total bill again came to 400/- I’ll make sure not to go here again ! I’ve found other high end salon which charge half the price 150/- for gel nail polish mani pedi , after emirates platinum ...

I was there today 8th June and I was told the blow dry is about 130 aed and at check out I was charged aed 195, when I inquired she told me they have 4 price range. My hair is medium length. Surprised ! The chairs were dirty and broom was right in front of me with hair all over the place. Never going back again to this place.

Have just been back to Nstyle for mani/pedi and it has been great again. Got an appointment just the day before and they could fit 4 of us in. Girls are all very nice and friendly.

Everytime I visit N Style i get disappointed with the service and the quality of work. I don’t recommend using this salon especially for haircuts or hair treatments. Adding the unprofessionalism and technicians unpleasant attitude.

Over priced for pedicures and manicures, and the offer u other services and they try to trick u, I payed 288 for pedicures and manicures and they add extra lotion for me and they did their job as they should.. not recommended at all

Asked for Russian volume lashes ended up with very light half filled natural lash with gaps at both ends which took 2.5 hrs, for the high price it was very poor service, disappointed
