I visited the salon today, Anjana and Suzi took care of me. She was incredibly kind and professional. She did an amazing manicure, and my nails look absolutely perfect! Her attention to detail and warm approach made my experience wonderful. I will definitely come back for her. Thank you so much, Suzi!

My mom and I had such a wonderful experience here. From when we entered we were welcomed in such a warm way. Suzy was the nail tech who gave my mom the best experience here - she loved the whole experience. Suzy was extremely professional and helpful. We both recommend visiting Nstyle for a manicure and pedicure! Some much needed relaxation with top notch services can be expected here!

It was my first time trying acrylic and gel manicure with them. After seven days, three nails immediately came off. I went back to ask for a repair, and they were kind enough to redo it for free. Suzy, the technician, did a much better job than the first one. I especially enjoyed her massage at the end.

Ofelia was Wonderful I couldnt be happier .The service she offered was warm and relaxing I enjoyed my pedicure and will be a repeat customer for sure 😊.Also I did my brazillian wax with Laksmi and she never disappoints .Always professional and smiling.It makes my visiting experience Fantastic 😊.These two ladies I highly recommend !!

I am writing to say a big thank you to Lakshmi in the Mall of the Emirates branch. Shes been my cosmetologist for more than 6 years now and I have never thought of trying somebody else. She has magically light hands and is a very attentive, caring and cheerful person. She is a good professional, always ready to explain, answer your questions and concerns, suggest various approaches and treatments.Thank you to the ladies at the reception too - always smiling and helpful.I always leave the lounge in high spirits.

I had a terrible experience at this salon while getting a gel manicure. During the service, the technician cut my hand, causing it to bleed heavily. The towel was all blood, and the technician got scared she panicked and left, sending another technician to finish the job. My finger hurt so much, and the staff handled the situation very poorly.At the end, the cashier told me they would only charge me for the gel polish and not the full manicure. I felt this was insufficient; they should have at least apologized and not charged me at all. However, she only discounted 40 dirhams, which covers just the filing cost, instead of the 69 dirhams difference between the classic manicure (105 dirhams) and the gel manicure (174 dirhams).To top it off, the cashier was extremely rude and just wanted me to be quiet and not complain. Overall, the service was really bad, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to the salon. I am a regular customer and have been dealing with the hairstylist, Ryan, who is truly excellent. However, when I closely examined the bill, I noticed services that were not provided to me. When I spoke to the receptionist( Arabic lady), she didn’t even apologize and insisted that I could not get a refund, claiming that it was the return policy, even though it was their mistake in adding extra charges and having me pay for them.The receptionists behavior was completely inappropriate, and she spoke to me in a disrespectful manner.The service was completely unprofessional and below standard.

Kim did my nails and Lakshami did my hudrafacial. They are highly professionals and very experienced in what they do, service was great and they were amazing. Definitely recommend these two ladies

I went to the cashier and asked for nail polish and file for my hands and a pedicure for my feet. When I went inside, I chose Gelish polish. The technician only filed my nails and applied the gel polish. Despite this, I was charged 174 for a gel manicure. No one informed me that to apply gel polish, I had to get the full manicure service and couldnt just do filing, which was what I initially requested.When I questioned the price at the cashier, the employee said it was their standard price and didnt explain that they dont offer just filing with gel polish. Additionally, I asked for my Esaad discount to be applied, but she didn’t apply it, I was in a hurry m and didnt notice at the time.After leaving the salon, I called their call center and learned that they dont offer filing with gel polish. I realized then that I had been overcharged and that no one informed me properly during my service. They seemed incompetent, even injuring my sisters finger during her appointment it clearly shows that the whole stuff is unprofessional .The cashier, Gorgia, was particularly rude and laughed at me. She also didnt apply my discount, despite taking my discount card and making me believe she had. When I questioned the price again, she was dismissive and didnt acknowledge the mistake. So I end up paying for services they didn’t do for me and discount that they didn’t apply it This was a very disrespectful and disappointing experience. This is the worst salon I have ever visited.

I had been coming here since 2017 but recently the customer service at the branch has been horrible and I will not be coming back again. I was kicked out mid-appointment while I was still receiving my treatment as they had booked someone else within my time slot. Their justification for this is that the other customer is difficult and doesn’t accept delays… This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I really hope you fix this issue for future customers’ sake as you have definitely lost a loyal customer.

Bad service I had in this salon I was expecting something wow as it’s inside the mall,I did pedicure the technician was good but the quality with service from reception was 0 as they are giving different prices and they are asking for more and they don’t mention it’s extra, I went with my colleague as I had appointment and in their site it’s mentioned that 25 percent discount for each when it come to the payment was a scam as a lady Alma she is sayin that there is term and conditions I asked a for manager she said that she can’t as she is on call(ELIZABETH), my colleague she had the same experience, my first time and last time not recommended at all.

I visited MOE branch this week twice, for two services nails & hot stone massage, Garima helped me with both services she is very friendly and kind with clients. Her expertise in nails are extra special as well as a massage therapist.Highly recommend Garima & MOE Branch ☺️.

It is a nice place for hair treatments and most of the people there are so friendly. I have done facial, hair treatment, hair blow and pedicure and menicure with a foot massage.Everything was amazing except for the my hair; I told her not to use the waver (iron) but she used it while I wasn’t concentrating. Also, there pedi and meni was not the best.

Got nipped a couple of times while doing my manicure. pic was taken the moment I left the salon; you be the judge. the girl who did my pedicure was great tho.Edit: 3 days after my manicure and look whats growing on my other finger; an infection! and it hurts!!!!!! got a call from nstyle yesterday apologizing about the situation. This is such an inconvenience, Id rather get a refund than take the compensation discount on next service. no thank you. Ill take my money and time somewhere else.

Bebelyn & Ofelia, worked their magic on my hands and feet. Not a hint of rushing at all. They took their time and were super polite. Great service. I’ll be coming back for sure.

Amazing Experience! I came in here with my friend for her engagement nails and they have been extremely attentive and ensured we had an amazing experience. We personally requested both Nordielyn and Lodyvena and they have been absolute Godsends.Nordielyn was fun and witty and made sure my nails were built to perfection. I gave her the inspiration styles and she replicated them better than I could have ever imagined. I have personally never had a better acrylic nail extension experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation and her attention to detail. She was also surprisingly quick and clearly beyond experienced in this field.Lodyvena has the patience of the gods and ensured that every nail was carved to perfection and suited our beautiful bride to bes expectations. She is extremely skilled and INCREDIBLY patient. Especially given that our bride to be has never had her nail extensions before and went over the colours a few times till it was just right.Overall, I would highly recommend this branch and I would MORE than recommend both Nordielyn and Lodyvena. They are absolute gems and deserve all the recognition.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but the hair cut was bad it was jagged and uneven after she was done. When I came to wash my hair the sinks were all dirty, I had to wait for them to clean it. They will also try to push expensive products on you claiming you have some issue or the other and that you need it. I visited the Salon last week, the lady who did my hair is called Sally. The business is trying to make it seem like I never visited to discredit my review. Train your employees please.

Susan is my GO TO specialist for my manicures always.. -she is a total asset to the company and has worked v hard over the years to be the absolute best manicurist Ive ever had!! Well done Susan!Rizza has done my eye lashes the last few times and has been great- before that I had an absolute disaster so its always dependent on WHO you get!Thanks girls..youre a credit to Nstyle and deserve a promotion and salary increases!!!

NStyle is an amazing place for a hairstyle/cut. Especially with the lady I had. (I do not know how spell her name I’m so sorry!) She was absolutely so amazing and such a sweet lady. She is so skilled and very quick. My hair feels so amazing and looks even better. I highly suggest this place for a haircut.

I did my nails yesterday at Mall of Emirates. I did gel manicure. Today when I did my make up the color of my make up came under my nails. I never ever had this experience before. The quality of gel should be stronger than this and I paid 160aed only for my nails. This is such a disappointing and I will never visit this salon and tell everyone around me the same. In all the years I did my nails I never faced anything like this. The worst thing is I can’t remove the make up it all came in my top nails and middle of my nails which looks horrible. Shame on you for bad service.

Edit. I’m changing 3* review to 1*after my last comment nobody contacted me, this is first.Second, I decided to try again this salon as the location is very convenient for me. And now i really regret. I wanted a moisturaising mask on my dry hair. there were two options for 350 or 570 dhs. I picked the one for 350 but the lady didn’t want to do, i had to take the one for 570 dhs which supposed to be better. It is terrible, the next day, even before washing my hair look worse then before going to the salon. Waste of money, time and unnecessary damage to my hair ;(——-my previous comment——not too happy with the increasing prices. After alleged discount given to me I had to pay the same what I payed 6 months ago without any discount then, although when I came I mentioned that this amount was too much for me and it was why I asked for the discount at this time. A bit disappointing.The staff are very nice and service too.

I dont know if it was my unlucky day but after getting a gelish manicure here in this salon,my nail was terribly infected thats giving me so much pain for a couple of days now.I also remember seeing some people NOT wearing their masks while getting different services,(one of those who seemed to be the owner) even after I asked the staff to remind them to keep their masks on.I hope they can improve their sanitation so that people can enjoy their services with peace of mind

Went here for a Trim - ended up with a blowdry + haircut and treatment done. Zubiba was a wonderful hairstylist, i loved my haircut - i asked to get curtain bangs done and she did it beautifully - the treatment left my bleached dry damaged hair soft for weeks! would definitely come back again.Theyre very convincing though! so if youre the type to get swayed by really good sales people you might spend more than you hoped in this place.For nails my go to is Evelyn. i see her every two weeks and shes amazing and so gentle. I recommend the opi colours they have for gel as they are much more vibrant.If you like nail art i recommend Nikita she is so creative.You can book appointments on their app very easily too.

Everything was okay with the pedicure service itself, but the salon kept pushing extra services.Upon my arrival, they randomly suggested a facial, and then another woman suggested a back massage. During the treatment, the pedicurist asked if it was okay to do a scrub, and I agreed, thinking it was standard as everywhere.My shellac pedicure, initially around AED 179, ended up costing around AED 470 due to these “extras”. The shellac pedicure didnt take more than 40 minutes. They justified the higher cost by saying they used more time and products. I was very disappointed as the additional charges werent clearly communicated.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVERManicurists, Staff, and Management are unprofessional.I showed a picture of a nail design I wanted to have.The manicurist tried twice however those were far from the picture I showed. I asked her to paint it red because she couldn’t do it twice properly.And it had been already 2 hours since she started and I had to leave.She treated my nails rough and 3 of my fingers were bleeding while she was chatting and lounging with her colleagues. They charged AED378 for that. (picture below)I complained to the management, but they didn’t take it seriously, they often ignored my messages on chat.After I complained, the salon called me at 11:30 pm which is unacceptable.They asked me to come there again to fix it for free. I went there, the owner who talked to me on the phone was there.She didn’t apologize to me and the way she talked to me was unprofessional. Another staff asked me to pay the bill for that. I bled again during my second visit even though I told them to treat my nails gently. (Picture below)Such a waste of my time and money!!!! Never again.

I want to give an amazing review to Nikita. She is super sweet and my nails came out amazing. Her nail artistry is impeccable and super professional. It was a sincere pleasure to do my nails with her. I will definitely come back just because of her.

Ive been here for almost a week in dubai and luckily i find this salon while walking around in Moe and i am very happy with the quality service they made with me though the price is quite expensive but promise it is worth it. The technicians are very accommodating and the service itself was very amazing i couldnt find somewhere else. The frontdesk Alma and Georgia are very kind. Looking forward on my next vacation to come again in this branch. I will do again caviar treatment because i will go back in my home with new feet and hands☺️

Usally i never give feedbacks but this isnt supposed to be a Feedback - its A warning for all the girls. THIS IS A SCAM! The worst hydrafacial i ever had!!! Terrible service. 25 min Face Massage, 15 min scrubbing with the mashine, missing mulitple spots. On top a 20 min face mask plus a hand massage???? What has that to do with my facial? & then they charge u 900 AED.. This is not a hydrafacial procedure. Not at all!! Their products are cheap & smell terrible. Stay away from salon ladys.After reading the bad reviews i agree on each single one of them.

I had a very bad experience for WAX, you can see in the picture she literally burned my skin or actually removed my skin with the wax. And i contacted the team of Mall of emirates couple of time keeping follow up that what is that and what’s the solution, she kept saying with transfer your feedback to the management and she even didn’t get back to me i had to message her again to see what’s the answer. The Manager called me she was very nice and understanding and at least try to call me down to explain me. But the team and absolutely horrible service.

I just had a lovely, relaxing pedicure with Gemma.I had a lot of dry skin, bad cuticles etc.. I was also very stressed.NStyle costs double compared to my usual place in Motor City but it was totally worth it.Great value for money.Gemma was amazing, staff is very kind, polite, professional and friendly.It was my first visit to MOE, I will certainly coming back soon:)

Paid and requested acryclic overlay, got some sort of harder gel polish, after 4 days started to lift, getting dirty inside (being impossible to clean) and peeling.I dont recommend their services.They have a 48h complain policy, even if a service is supposed to last 3/4 weeks, and doesnt last one week.

My previous refill at Nbar @ Goldenmile was terrible, so I refused to go back, and before I usually need to have a refill, my acrylics already started lifting so I decided to try a different salon. I was so happy that even on a Saturday, they were able to squeeze me in immediately, and when I was attended to, I had a LOVELY technician called Tina who was beyond competent, friendly and gave me the loveliest nails Ive had in such a long time... I dont know why I didnt come to this salon sooner! I also loved the color selection on the gel polishes (more variety than Nbar), I will most certainly be back! If I could give more stars to Tina, Id give her 10!UPDATE: At the time of writing this updated review, we are currently on lockdown with COVID-19, and my last refill was 5 weeks ago. I have had to file my nails down to prevent any painful breaking or lifting, however, I wanted to post a picture of my nails after 5 weeks as I am so impressed that NONE of my nails have lifted so far! I am really impressed at the quality of Tinas work all these weeks later, I must also add that since my last refill I have also moved apartments and my nails didnt budge.

This salon is AMAZING!! They do everything . I got a one hour deep tissue massage which was very relaxing. After I got a pedicure and a treatment for my feet as well as a massage, while getting my lashes done at the same time! I got my hair done as well. Prices are reasonable and the service and staff are amazing and helpful and nice .

That was the best manicure and pedicure I ever had. Norbielyn did my hands - she is wonderful!! Jesza did the pedicure - fabulous!! And Bebelyn was doing a head massage - worldclass!! Thank you so much.

I had my acrylics removed here, the nail tech was lovely and I was happy with the service. The only let down was the receptionist. She could clearly see me standing and waiting as there was 2 people coming out of the salon (there isn’t much room at the front counter, so I held back a bit) however when the 2 women had left a woman barged past me so she could speak to the receptionist. Personally if I was the employee I would have said to the woman ‘sorry this lady is first’ but instead she served the rude arrogant woman first. Also it is very expensive fyi.

I stopped by the salon to get my hair refreshed after a tough day and I should say - they made me come back to life again! Ladies are super friendly, the head massage during the wash and care of Shagufta is extra mile! Did the hair treatment which made my hair feel smooth and shiny again. Overall,Great service! I wasnt advised by the technician to remove my nail extensions after doing one refill which caused my nail bed to turn green. Also the lady doing my pedicure was rude and kept talking to me while i was on the phone after repeatedly and kindly asking her to stop doing that. The attitude was terrible and service is below average. Would not recommend.

I used to be a loyal customer for threading at this salon, always paying a certain price. However, during my fourth visit, they attempted to charge me 70 dirhams, which was significantly higher than the usual rate. The receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful, attempting to blame the previous worker for the fair pricing I had been charged before. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, with the current worker displaying aggressive behavior and insisting that what I requested was only half face. My chin is certainly not half my face, and the price hike was unjustified. I cannot recommend this salon anymore due to its overpricing and poor customer service, despite being my go-to place in the past

I had an extremely disappointing experience at NStyle MOE. The professionalism of the staff was lacking, and their demeanor was intrusive, detracting from the relaxation expected during such services. The environment was uncomfortable due to the loud conversations and uninvited stares from the staff. The quality of the manicure provided was far below acceptable standards, to the extent that it caused me physical pain due to aggressive handling. Both the pedicure and manicure felt rushed, leading to discomfort. The acrylic extensions I received bore no resemblance to the example photos I had provided, and I was informed that achieving my desired outcome would incur an additional cost of AED 300. This experience was by far the worst Ive ever had with nail services. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment and will personally ensure I do not return. I also urge the management to seriously reconsider their business practices to avoid further incidents.Furthermore, I would appreciate not being contacted in response to my review, as my opinion of the services rendered is decidedly negative.YOU DESERVE NEGATIVE STARS

Unfortunately, I wont be returning to their establishment. I was unable to relax and enjoy a much needed massage and after about 20 minutes I had to stop the therapist as I was freezing in the room.I commented that the room was cold and I was informed that the air con is switched off, the massage therapist then started the massage with ice cold hands too...At first the pressure felt okay but it got harder and harder and I was trying to enjoy but just couldnt relax. The massage lacked proper skills and was basically just someone rubbing oil on me.The manager outside after hearing about my experience tried offering me 20 minutes in the chair complimentary as a solve which just upset me even more. I came to treat myself and a massage in front of people isnt an appropriate suggestion.She still charged me for a 30 minutes massage, and almost thought it appropriate to charge me for the hour massage I booked and I had to stop her to say I wont be paying 300 Dirhams.Even though I did not enjoy a single minute, as it was a totally uncomfortable experience I still had to pay.Truth be told this is the second time I had such an awful experience at an NStyle. Its too bad that the management doesnt understand by not being able to solve the situation the 185 Dirhams they insisted I pay will be the last money Ill ever spend at their establishment.

Went for a simple hairstyle. The hairstylist started cutting my hair when it was absolutely dry. Didnt even bother spraying that section of hair with water. Tried to send me off with an uneven cut (Despite the fact that I showed her a picture for reference). And also while the staff was not hostile openly, there was a dismissive energy in their demeanor. The language barrier is a big challenge because it takes a lot of communication to explain the exact style one wants.Wasnt an entirely horrible experience but I wouldnt recommend the place to anyone else.

The nail polish was old and even after being smudged when I walked back to fix it remained the same after the second time and did not dry.The staff should recommend another color if that one is sticky I was open to another color but not a pedicure with bad finish. Did not expect from this salon.

My colour with Nana at the salon within Nstyle at Mall of the Emirates was one of the best experiences Ive ever had. They were so welcoming and professional. What Nana doesnt know about hair and colour isnt worth knowing. Shes exceptional. Ill definitely be back.

Each branch I visited charged me different prices for the same exact service i did, please be cautious as i found this very misleading for consumers. When i called their call center to complain, they said on the system they can see a different service put all together than the one i did, which truly feels like they’re not being honest and upcharging their consumers without noticing. Very unsatisfied with the way they deal with their customers. In addition, i asked for beach waves, i got super straight hair 🫠 please think twice

Not satisfied at all, guess the team is happy with the existing range of customer.. i wanted a French manicure and I was pushed to get a plain shade done.. I have a darker tone near the cuticles area so I don’t do the standard French shade a little darker tone with medium French..I had to catch a flight in few hours so didn’t have enough time say anything.. I had to fix the pinky nail once I got home as it was all unfinished..

A very friendly, polite, and accommodating staff. I got a pedi or gelish mani as well as a foot massage at the same time. All treatments were well worth it. Often, when I got my nails done, its always Ate Consuelo, I would happily recommend her.

It’s an ok place. The only thing I recommend doing here are eyebrows with Lakshmi. I’ve done my eyebrows and upper lip with other ladies, and somehow I end up bleeding or unhappy with my results. I did my nails here before, and was not happy with the end result- nails were uneven and polish started to peel within the same day ( I was wearing gel). The place is quite overpriced as well and reception is not very helpful

I have been coming to N Style for 10 years. Lakshmi is the best technician for waxing. I dont go to anyone except her. Very professional. Also the technicians for manicure and pedicure are very good.

Terrible experience at this branch. Multiple staff pushing to try and sell me services from facials to brow laminations and lip tinting despite me stating I was in a rush to get back to my baby. The nail therapist was rough and totally unfriendly using a harsh tone of voice and being tough with my nails, which also were sore in the corner from her digging too deep. Therapists name was Eleanor. Avoid at all costs. Will NOT be returning.

This is such an overpriced place for the poor quality services you get. The technician thay did my pedicure has ZERO customer service skills, education and manners towards clients (and Im not a picky customer, i just expected a decent service/result) My feet are identical than before, she didnt remove my cuticles nor file the hard tissue, they kept pushing me to upgrade the service, offering nonstop the full list of service they have when I only asked for a gel mani pedi, I also work and have targets to meet, but it felt so uncomfortable to be asked to pay pay and pay some more.I wouldnt recommend you to visit this place, not worthy, seriously, contact me for more details.

They charged a whooping amount of 500 AED just for a regular hair wash. Not even a blow dry. Just for washing!! Please beware. This was in Mall of emirates. I heard from a few friends later they always find ways to over charge.

MOE Lynette full body massage review: If you need someone to really focus on the pressure points, definitely head over to MOE branch and ask for Lynette. She is an amazing masseuse. She didn’t hurt me, all the while cracking every single part of my back, legs and hands that hurt. Absolutely great service. She really cared and asked where I needed more attention on.

It was not my best experience.We were sitting there for 1.5hrs but nobody ever came and ask if we would like anything to drink. For a salon that charged 99AED for a regular pedicure and 230AED for regular mani & pedi, Id expect the service to be better.Not to mention that the reception colleague seemed very obsessed with Google review. She was standing right next to us and insisting to help us with EVERY STEPS until it is done.

I would like to express my disappointment with this salon. Several days ago I made an appointment at 5pm 16 of August 2022. When I came to the salon as per the appointment, I was told that the nail master has been serving another customer. This made me angry and furious as this time was booked for me by the manager of this salon. When I asked why my booking was canceled without my prior knowledge, the same manager replied to me saying that “IN THEIR SALON THEY PRIORITIZE GUESTS AND NOT THE STAFF OF THE MALL”. As I work in one of the boutiques of the MOE, is made me less important than the one who doesn’t work there. One month age the same manager was roaming around all the boutiques and promoting her salon and she was begging from all the staff to visit her salon, by saying that she will provide the best service when we come there! Sadly, this wasn’t the case when I came to their salon! Unfortunately, there are still such places as this salon where they discriminate people! I hope the higher management of this establishment will take necessary action and review their customer service policy!

I choose for a BB CREAM hair treatment last march 2022, I was satisfied with the result with shiny, sleek, straight and healthy looking hair. I think it lasted for 3 months and I also bought the products they offered (shampoo & conditioner). So I decided to came back for the same service, but to my surprise theyve increase their prices, i paid 1,300+ on march 2022 together with the products, and I nedd to pay 1,600+ for the treatment only, after the conversation Im glad that they give me a discount and let me pay 1,300+ for the treatment only. All in all I paid 1,500+ aed for the treatment, shampoo and hair mask. Unfortunately, I was a bit dissapointed of the result, after 2 days I washed my hair but its not the same sleek and straight. Its shiny but the puffiness of my hair came back. No question for the place and the staff they are all nice.

I FEEL SCAMMED.This must be the worse experience Ive had, not only at a Nail Salon, but in Dubai in general.I decided to go to NStyle cause I wanted to switch it up a bit as I had been going to the same nail salon for a long time (wish I wouldve just kept going there instead as they were always correct with me). Anyway, so after my second time going to NStyle MOE, the manager started talking to me at the reception counter telling me how I should really opt for their membership as it would be SO MUCH CHEAPER for me.As she was telling me the many benefits etc. I decided to opt for the 6 months one to try it out. This was at the end of June 2022.3 weeks later, I went for my usual nail appointment.Only this time, when I came to the counter to pay, I was SHOCKED when the reception lady told me how much I had to pay. It was almost DOUBLE of what I had to pay 3 weeks ago when I had my first appointment with my new membership.When I asked for an explanation the lady just told me oh, prices have gone up. I asked her to print me out the receipt so I could see the exact breakdown as I could honestly just not believe I would have to pay so much money for my mani & pedi.This seemed to be a very weird request, but after a while she managed to print it out for me. The receipt was so unclear that I just decided to pay as no one was offering me a proper explanation anyway. Whilst paying I explained to the reception lady that this was really not OK, as I took the membership knowing what prices I would have to pay for my nail appointment each time and only a couple of weeks after getting the membership they just casually DOUBLED the prices...If I would have known I would have to pay this much money for my nails I would 1000% not have taken it. So I feel extremely mislead. I mean you are selling me a membership telling me I will have to pay so much less, but then 3 weeks later you just up your price so now I have to pay even more than I would have paid back then without any stupid membership??Whilst I was complaining and explaining how this situation was really unfair and unheard of, the so-called-manager who once was so friendly and keen on selling me that oh-so-great membership was just sitting there next to the reception lady, ignoring the situation, sitting on her phone and not ONE gesture of help was given, she didnt even look at me.I was honestly so shocked that I just left.Afterwards I called customer service wanting to cancel my membership as this was not what was agreed upon when taking the membership. I agreed upon a certain pricing and now it is doubled, thats just misleading your customer and against consumer rights. However no help was given once again.This just shows to me that at NStyle theyre just about selling you things and after that they can care less about you.I will go back to Tips N Toes, the customer service is MUCH better there. My friend actually had the same situation there (as I understand in Dubai all prices have gone up due to lots of running costs going up), however they have told her they will honour the original pricing until her membership will end.

Absolutely disgusting service in Mall of Emirates. After booking for eyelash extensions, as the technician was late and apparently didnt have time as they has booked another appointment 30 minutes into the one hour service and wanted to be quick, so applied an alternative product than was not requested. as she felt it was better. When simply commenting that I didnt like and it was not what I asked for, the technical proceeded, shouting and smashing her equipment around having a tantrum and was so aggressive the reception staff heard from outside and came to see what was the issue. There was no apology. No acknowledgement by management just told me next time they will give me a different technician.....I sent a complaint to head office and it was not even acknowledged.There will not be a next time! After spending around 20,000 AED a year in this salon, it will be the last time I ever visit. At one time this company had excellent service and amazing staff. All the experienced technicians have left, and they care about nothing but up-selling already overpriced services, and are never on time and regularly double booked.
