Not a great experience at all, from the minute I walked in. I greeted the receptionist 2-3 times and she did not look up from her phone or respond. I figured she had earphones in or couldn’t hear me so I went around to call out for some assistance- only then she noticed me and apologized.. and another lady appeared.I asked about waxing and threading. They began to speak in their own language, and then eventually said that she is not confident with bikini wax. I asked about another waxing lady who I visited here before and they said she has moved to the Dubai Hills branch and that I can go there if I want..Eyebrow threading is 64 AED (on the pricier side) so I thanked them and left.

Took off my acrylic extensions and Miriam did a great job. She found me the perfect colour and gave me the perfect shape and length. Would definitely recommend 👍🏽

Got a full set of acrylic nails and it took them four hours to do as she messed up the nails twice and had to redo them, then just a few days later three of the nails fell off completely. I have never had this happen before from going to any other nail salon in Dubai! Highly recommend going to other salons.

Today, I went to the beauty salon and disliked everything about it. Lets start from when I called to book the appointment—the receptionist wasnt that friendly over the phone. When I arrived, it was very different from the pictures. Also, usually when you go to a beauty salon, they welcome you and offer you coffee or water, and none of that happened at this place. All the chairs and couches are in ugly conditions; the white of the seats was dirty, like if no one cleans the leather; also, they were ripped in some parts. The bathroom did not have paper towels to dry my hands, nor did it have toilet paper, and it was dirty. I picked 1 neon design with pink and green neon since its summertime, but they didnt have those colors, so I picked 2 other different designs, and they also didnt have the colors. The uniform of the nail techs was dirty; they are supposed to be white, but they look dusty like the couches. Its overpriced; I dont have a problem paying $237 // 872.55 AED, but I hated to pay that much for an experience I didnt enjoy.I was the only client so it shows is not a very visited beauty salon. I hope that with my review you dont lose your time by going there because there are better options. This place is a complete CATFISH!

The worst service ever I had mani & pedi even before I left the salon my nail polish started bubbling those photo attached was taking same day.

I just had my lashes & eyebrows done by Gem and they are absolutely amazing, I’m in love with them. My favourite set of lashes I’ve had done in a VERY long time. Highly recommend and will be using Gem every time moving forward.

Staff was very professional, materials used were very good quality,did not feel any irritation from glue( previous experience with some other salons was very bad). Please don’t go. This lounge is terribly dirty and uncomfortable. The service is awful. The equipment and furniture are damaged and of very poor quality. I feel sorry for the staff. I’ve NEVER been that annoyed. Wow, I didn’t even think this was possible in a city like Dubai …. Absolutely shameful.

I had an hair treatment, cut and styling done in this salon. The stylist was a true master. Excellent service and really friendly staff. The salon felt like a hair Spa. Highly recommended.

Steady declineI have been using this salon for a few years. It used to be good and they took care of the customers but the quality of the service has decreased significantly in the last 10-12 months. Some of the technicians are very good but the place is not as clean as it used to be. There are delays and, in my case, always problems with the services. If you need a quick service one day is fine but I would not make it my go to salon. And definitely do not purchase a membership - I made the mistake of doing it and the problems multiplied. Very disappointing since I used to be very happy with this branch and now I need to find another place to go for my beauty routine.

It was me time, spend almost 3 hours here.they have a great team. Very hygienic, they clean every time. I had full body massage, eyelash extensions, an amazing pedicure treatments and also Ana is very professional hair dresser. Remwil was very gentle with my lashes. I’ll see you guys in winter again. Classic manicure costs AED 98, while the provided service is somewhere half the price level. The salon seemed deserted the few times I visited.There is only one working nail technician and you need to wait until she finishes the previous client (when there is a previous client).The technician does the best that she can, but she is not skilled to provide a high-end manicure to justify the price. Actually, the last time she splashed quick dry polish all over my nails which ruined the entire manicure.There is a choice of colors for nail polish, but not all are fresh.All together, its a disappointing experience that it is not worth the cost of it. I won’t be going to this salon again.

Phenomenal service!I flew in from Australia and have never been offered a service like this before. The staff were so kind, understanding and respectful of myself and other customers. I felt so comfortable and welcomed! All of the services were performed with love and big efforts which i appreciate so much. The environment, the set up, the staff, the products and the overall OHS of the salon is absolutely on point. If I could give 100 stars I would. I want to come back everyday. Had my brow lamination and threading by Gem who had me look throughout the treatment what she was doing and guided me on eyebrow maintenance, lovely experience and so patient!

Highly recommend this place! I came here with my sister to have a pamper sesh and was immediately welcomed with such warmth which made both my sister & I really comfortable. The staff are always friendly, very welcoming every time I visit, and go out of their way to help you. Stylists are amazing, Naima is doing great job, trust me she knows what you need. Actually I am happy with all ladies, who did my nails or cut my hairs, unfortunately I didn’t check the names, receptionist also helps me every time when I am coming as walking in, without booking, trying to assist with all my requests, and I am capricious, I would never recommend if I really didn’t like, this salon the first, where I never was disappointed.

Very disappointed with the level of customer service received as aftercare.I visited for a gel manicure last week after being a customer of n style and having other services over the last few years.After a day one gel nail came off and after 5 days two more chipped and peeled.Unfortunately I was working away so could not make contact right away, once back in Dubai exactly one week after my service (gel manicure normally lasts me minimum two weeks) I contact the customer service team to mention that three nails had peeled and could I have the three nails fixed? I was told no as the policy is 48hrs after service which I understand but I explained again that I was away and all I wanted is three nails fixed. Again I was told they cannot do this as it’s not their “policy”Very disappointed with this and I will no longer use any of their services.

Heidi did the BEST pedicure I’ve had for a long time, with a fantastic leg massage at the end. However half way through I was very uncomfortable when a man walked in - not once, but twice - clearly associated with the business. NStyle on JBR clearly states that it is a Ladies only salon which is why I have preferred to use it over the years, so am very unhappy that he was comfortable coming and going in business hours.

I literally booked 15 minutes before coming, I did acrylic nail extinctions with gel color for my hands with Archie and she was more that perfect!! And a pedicure with gel color with Mary June which was excellent! Their process is so professional and they truly did everything perfectly, they where so friendly and welcoming.I’m saying this as a person that goes to salons every month at least in Saudi and every where I travel around the world!

Horrible. the only word to describe this. i paid 600 for acrylics and they all broke a few days after, the boss treats her employees horribly and i would NEVER ever come back. it’s horrible

This is the worst nail salon i have ever been to.The manager is a very arrogant and impolite woman. While we were trying to resolve a misunderstanding, she started laughing at me, rolled her eyes on me and kept saying that I have to deal with the situation. While her employee tried to clarify the problem she kept interrupting her. While my nails were being done, I heard her yelling at her stuff in front of the customers. The lady (also a customer) who sat opposite to me had also been treated disrespectful by the manager and complaint about her behaviour.This message is for the regional supervisor of NStyle:The Manager of this shop is misusing her position and is not the right fit. The employees are very capable and friendly. They dont deserve to be treated like slaves. And Im pretty sure they dont dare to admit that she treats them so badly. My request to you is to take immediate corrective actions or this lady will destroy the good reputation of all NStyle studios.

Amazing results and service. The girls are more than profesionals. Mary Jane and Archie were great with the manicure and pedicure, I can not remember the last time I feel so happy with my hands and feet. Janice made me feel so relax with the back & head massage + facial. If you have a messy color hair like me, you must ask for Jonah and she will give you a new great hair, she really enjoy her job and you can feel it in your look.

I had the best pampering morning with you ladies. Pryiata has done an excellent job with the pedicure, my feet never felt softer, Archie has done absolutely amazing job with my acrylic refills and they were both so nice. Thank you ever so much ladies 💛

They exceeded my expectations ! I used to go to Nstyle since I arrived to Dubai a year ago, I do mainly manicure, pedicure and eyebrows threading, the quality of the service and the staff are amazing - I tried other salons but I always come back there. In addition to the qualified staff, they have a nice range of colours as well.Once, I went during my birthday and one of the staff member overheard me saying it, 15 mn later all the ladies brought me a lovely cake and sang me happy birthday, it was a such sweet surprise !!

I was today at the hairdresser if I could call it her that way.I had a terrible experience that I will never want to experience again, thats why I will not come back.First off all she used hair colour with ammonia without asking me. She said she forgot to ask and that little ammonia is not harmful...Little poison is still poison...Secondly, she cut my hair uneven..never coming back...

I really had the best hair cut here in Dubai. Zoubida is a really nice and caring hair dresser. She knows exactly what to do and she cut it exactly like I wanted! I’ll never cut my hair back in Germany. Thank you for making me feel more confident and beautiful ❤️

I did my lash extensions with Archi. By far the best I’ve done. I’m comparing it with over 10 places I’ve done (including London, Edinburgh, Germany, and Dubai and Riyadh) at and she was the best. They look gorgeous and even after 10 days non have dropped and the look haven’t changed, which never happens.One issue though is their bed table, it’s uncomfortable, I will wait for them to change it before coming back for a full set. Their pillow though is the most comfortable, usually my head hearts after the first 40 min, this time it didn’t.

This is my go to salon for everything. They are very professional and comforting with Brazilian waxes, and they get my nails perfect every time. They even took my previous nails off for free since I was a returning customer. Everyone is very nice and I will continue using this salon! Thank you!

It can take a long time to bond and get your hairdresser to understand what you are wanting to achieve but Ahmad nailed it! Needed a complete makeover for my dry and damaged hair and got great results. We did beautiful highlights, nice toner on top and a Brazilian blowout to keep the frizz away (great for hot and humid summers in the Middle East). Also had a nice cut to finish it off with (got rid of the dead ends). Highly recommend the salon as Lucinda knows what she is doing!

Awful pedicure and manicure!Pedicure (300AED!) Without gel polish was done by Rachel. On right foot she missed and did not do 2 toes. all at a fast pace.The manicure is terrible too. Everything is fast and not processed. Hands were left unkempt. The varnish on my hands began to remove on the third day.The salon is expensive and of poor quality.

Do not recommend based on todays terrible experience. Booked a simple manicure. The lady who did my nails - Nishu - didnt have a clue. She filed my nails AND skin, her long nails kept digging painfully in my skin, very poor skills in applying nail polish as well. Uneven edges, smudges, bumpy. I pointed all these things out to get but eventually gave up because I had been there over an hour and she had done over several nails with no improvement... When I went to pay and mentioned this to the receptionist, she wasnt too fussed. I showed her the smudges, bumps and uneven edges and she said At least the colour looks good on you... I mean come on! I paid and got out of there, will not recommend to anyone. What was supposed to take a little over 30 minutes took 1h15 .... Ill go back to tips and toes or NBar...

Traveling and staying across the Street, at the Hilton Dubai Jamierah on The Walk. I made an appointment for manicure and pedicure on the website late on Wednesday night, for 10 AM on Thursday morning. The store was open a few minutes early, so I didnt have to wait outside.Excellent shellac manicure by Mary Jane and one of the best pampering pedicures ever, by Archie. Archie was also able to work me in for a complete set of Russian volume eyelash extensions. The procedure was very comfortable. My husband said that he thinks this is the best set of eyelashes Ive ever had.Everyone was kind and attentive. The store is exceptionally clean and well set up. The prices wrre comparable to the prices at home.Highly recommend!

I have my hair done here, my hair was in terrible state but Akyzat corrected my hair. Put me back to my lovely blonde., her knowledge and Passion made this experience feel very confident, comfortable and made me feel very fabulous my hair looked felt SHAMAZING. The salon is nice. The seats are confortable. Had my nails done.But it lasted almost 2:30 hrs for Acryl tips with color. So you have to be patient.

Got my nails done there at JBR last week and while the staff was good, the quality of product is not. My shellac nails have fallen every day and only lasted a week. While Nstyle is considered premium and their prices reflect that, I am truly disappointed by the quality. Wont be getting my nails done there moving forward.

Came as a walk in pedicure and was very happy with the service. The place was very clean. The only thing I didn’t like is that they tried to push other services on me. The hairdresser came to ask me if I wanted to do a treatment or do my hair.

Naima was absolutely wonderful. My mum had caviar treatment mask in her hair and a trim and Naima was really helpful and my mother walked out a very happy woman! I would highly recommend this salon for all your beauty needs.

I had earlier posted a 5 star review for this place, as i loved the hair removal service here, I came here to get my nails done for the first time and I was charged 20 dhs for application of the nail polish separately so that came to 40 dhs for mani pedi which was over the 180 dhs basic combo, and the paint chipped the second day, this is simply unacceptable, I even took a callus treatment which was USELESS. Please do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to go than here and waste your time over misshapen nails over priced crooked services and pointless spending

I always go to beauty connections on SZR. However it was Friday and they are closed so I thought I’d walk down the street on JBR to N’ Style and try them out. I got an appointment made over the phone and asked for their best nail technician and I was told I’ll be getting their most senior and experienced girl. I have never been so disappointed and upset while and after getting my nails done!!! I got a pedicure and a gel refill, which cost me 345 dhms total. I’m used to paying that price in Dubai but I expect the best quality and service for that price. The lady doing my pedicure was fine...quick and easy cleanup, polish, done. The refill which was being handled by their most senior tech started off horrible. She changed the shape of my nails and none of them matched each other! She struggled to file off the existing gel in order to apply the new gel. Had to remind her to cut my cuticles and clean the inner side of my nails...all basic things any nail technician is perfect at! Leave alone the “most senior” one! Smh. I had one broken nail which she repaired by adding an extension, which ended up popping right off by the end of the night!! The entire nail just popped off! I’ve never witnessed such a poorly done nail job. She took over 3 hours to do my nails and they looked like they were done by my 12 year old neice. They claim to be state of the art and great at what they do. I wouldn’t even do my nails there again if they were done for free. And by the quality of work they did on my nails....I’m assuming all their services are just as bad! Please do your own nails or drive to the other side of town if N’style is your only option. Sorry about the lengthy post...I never complain about the staff in Dubai to the employers because I don’t want them to lose their job and be deported so I didn’t say anything negative about my nail tech to the manager either, hence the long venting!!! Lol...smh...Just the WORST!

I did my hair and my nails. I appreciated that the manager speaks french and is very welcoming. My mom came alone to do a massage and her nails, the manager helped her with comprehension because she doesnt speak english. Thank you Fatima !

I went to get some highlights. I came out with blue/greysh hair. The worse highlights and color I have ever had in my entire life. The hairstylist did not speak english so also hard to understand me in what I wanted. I regret I tried it and I definetely will never go again!

Why should I go next time? You wasted my time and energy and money and made me go find somewhere else to fix your mess! In 2021 in dubai ! when you make a mess to your customer the least is trying to be nice and at least try to make that up with some offer or anything like that you cant be that careless and just charge people for highest value available without responsibility so another one star for your really careless customer care!

Friendly receptionist and hair dresser. Hairdresser styled my hair nicely at her own request. Only negative is that the hairdresser got a lot of water on my forehead/eyebrows. Not good if you are wearing a lot of makeup.

Horrible experience with the hair stylist and customer service!! Never let them touch your hair!!The haircut was horrible, and the highlights looked like a joke. I had to find a professional as a matter or urgency to fix it and when he saw me, he was shocked. It was embarrassing walking on the street until they fixed my haircut (i had to cut it really short unfortunately) and the color.They dont have any idea on technique to cut the hair, my 5 year old would do it better.I complaint to the Manager/Customer service and there was no apologies, except offering to have the same person trying to fix it, which of course i refused. Didnt have any intention to end up bald!Stay Away if you can!!

I had my appointment with Naima at their JBR branch for a layered hair cut. This was the first time I used their hair services, I usually go there for manicure, pedicure & head/shoulder massage. I have struggled to find a hairdresser that listens, is friendly & professional, but after reading some of the reviews about their hair services and especially Naima I was eager to give them a try.I explained to Naima what I wanted, she also gave some advice in terms of what best suited my face, and not to worry.She made me feel very comfortable which put me at ease, and gave me the most amazing hair cut & blow dry I ever experienced.Thank you again Naima🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I have been going to Nstyle for years at Mall of the Emirates and Marina Mall. I have tried out The Walk branch before and been really happy with the service and atmosphere and now I go weekly. Everyone is very welcoming and there are plenty of nail polish colours and services to choose from so that you feel on top of the world.

Had a Deep Tissue massage, an OPI/Cals, Classic Manicure and a wash &blowdry. Have to say thank you to Anna Marie OPI/Cals who did a brilliant job, there was much work to be done, and the massage was great (even if I had initially booked the hot stone one - tech wasnt available but wasnt infomed before arrival). If you have a back and neck full of knots and tension, book Anna Marie. I am a massage addict and she was definitely one of the best Ive had. Thank you also to Lucinda, the hair stylist who managed to keep my hair straight even after two days in Dubaï (no small feat ;-) - gentle and relaxing and has a great business mind :-), she knows exactly what the customer needs...Minus note for the manager who is so keen on adding treatments that it gets annoying and doesnt seem to follow the price list at all, so my advice would be to be careful and thoroughly check your invoice to avoid getting stressed up after all this relaxation, would be a shame.

Disappointed-made shellac manicure on December 29, after 3 day polish pulled out, today same happened to 4 more nails...terrible,feel embarrassed when someone look at my hands! last 5 yers do gelish manicure every 2 weeks, but first time facing such quality

After flying in to Dubai yesterday morning my best friend and i Iheaded to NStyle. If you are at the Hilton Jumeriah Beach its literally across the road. We booked (online before arriving) mani/pedi’s. We both had the opi/callous removal as well and we both can honestly say it was one, if not the best mani/pedi we have both experinced. Both the technicians spent ages scrubbing and sorting out our feet. I suffer with bad heels and now they are soft and smooth. Both went for the shellac options and our hands and feet look amazing. Thank you ladies. If you want a great experience go here!!!

Worst experience ever!!!!! i did a gel manicure and after two days it started to pull up, you cant choose your color on a palette while they are doing your manicure but you have to choose it in advance... we cant even see the real color as its always a bit different from the bottle color. the price are expensive and for a very bad work!!! i dont recommend at all

Very expensive. Gives you additional costs on the bill which you were not expecting: e.g. fee of using tongs was added after to the blow dry, without them asking us if we wanted tongs at all or telling us it has an additional cost. Staff were also trying to oversell us throughout the services, which was exhausting. Additionally, I tied to cancel a blow dry before it started at all, and was told I can’t because they “logged it on the system” and can’t edit that. So ended up doing a service I didn’t want.

Gem did my eyebrows and they turned out amazing ! And Manhal did my hair and it turned out very voluptuous and wavyyy

I was there on Friday around 05 PM and I made acrylic nails extension, eyelash extension this morning my nail fell out. just after 2 days. at the moment I am in Mozambique and I will be back to dubai on January 20th. I cant go to the saloon now to complain!

The ladies that work in this salon are sensational, they are perfectionists. I use this salon almost weekly and prefer not to go anywhere else. Highly recommend all the ladies and especially Eneriza, Jefilia and Meriem.

I have been coming to this salon since 2021 and they have been taking care of me and ensuring I look great. Thank you for always keeping me feeling pretty.

The nail polish start bubbling in the salon and my pedicures fall off the same day .. the worst service ever

Came as a walk in, they brought me into the treatment area immediately. Very professional, very quick service. Im very happy with the results.

This place is to relax urselfs i did my margaret dabbs mani - pedi its really worth as they commited to me. I think all should try this london based company service. JBR nstyle gives a luxurious service and satisfaction to all clients the staff is extremely good and well trained.

I had a full body waxing today , wasn’t as good as expected, the wax kept melting and stuck quite sometimes , the Brazilian part wasn’t good at all, I went home to find that it wasn’t done properly and I still hair around.On the website it was mentioned that there is a 30% off all services between 5-9 pm in this branch , I was charged full price.

Feedback from wife: the place is 50% more expensive than other fancier nail places in jbr. That is before charging her extras that they dont charge in other places. Ive never seen her that pissed off

Horrible experience booked only for a blow dry the man barber that worked in the ladies only salon cut my hair without my permission I told him I didn’t want to cut it and he cut my hair and told me he needed to do the rest I was begging him to stop and cried I hate this salon my hair was below my back now it’s a above my chest I wouldn’t recommend the staff treated me horribly even saying that nothing she can do about it to fix the horrible cut he gave me.
