Fantastic service from an amazing team of ladies. Was incredibly pleased with my gel French mani-pedi by Joby and Preeti. Appreciate the dedication they took in making sure my sensitive skin doesnt peel and bruise. Esmeralda was incredible with toning my hair. She knew exactly what I was looking for and brought my hair back to its luscious and vibrant feel after looking dull for months. Definitely recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a good hair and nail experience. Price is slightly on the higher side but worth every penny for its incredible service and kind hospitality from the staff.

Went to Nstyle Deira City Centre today for a complete pampering day. It is my first time visiting but satisfied and love their professionalism.Thank you to Ms. Mahima for doing my facial & Pedicure, Ms. Dian for my paraffin manicure, Ms. Daisy for my massage and Ms. Saima for doing my hair color and haircut and the receptionist Ms. Grace for being friendly and accommodating.Looking forward to return to Nstyle and have the services done by them again 😀

This salon was lacking in every way. No customer price list to increase sales.Employees trying to look there best with uniforms that where so old and tired it made them look so unprofessional. If you are wanting to chill out and enjoy some pampering this is NOT the place to go. You can see the total lack of a defined manager. The person who owns this salon really doesn’t care about its customers. Overpriced, understaffed and frankly disappointing. Ladies go elsewhere. For less money, technicians who look like they enjoy their work drive the extra few km.My technician was amazing and was very gentle caring about the health of my nails. I loved that.Shop itself is lifeless. If this is your business and your reading this - do better or sell the business to someone who can !

NSTYLE is my go to salon for waxing and nails, but the incessant harassment is why I can only give it two stars. It is so vulgar. It starts at the call center. For example I called and booked OPI gel mani pedi, wax and 30 minute facial. “Would you like to add xyz” No!At reception I get asked about other services. After my 30 minute facial she was telling me how I should have booked 1 hour. It is 788aed my bill was already around 800aed. My previous appointment I added individual lashes (730aed). They looked amazing to start but only lasted about 4 days. The other place I use usually last at least two weeks. My French manicure was chipping after only 3 days. I complained but nothing was done. I usually find their OPI pedicures really long lasting so was very disappointed. I do recommend Nstyle for nails, but brace yourself for the cunning up selling. Every visit I’m told by at least 3 people about the 20% discount if I book within two weeks. It should be 1 person at the end when paying. Once I had just a manicure and was asked about 11 times about a pedicure. I didn’t need a pedicure. It’s so rude.

This place is absolutely horrible.Service is bad but the prices are regular (like any other nail salon).Hygiene is questionable. For example the manicure lady uses the same nail file for everyone. There are no sterilized sets for cuticles and nail cleaning.I went on the weekend and the place was empty (now I understand why).The overall place is dirty and atmosphere is not nice.

Amazing technician Sana Sheikh. Gave me a beautiful pedicure! Lovely young lady with super social skills. Would recommend her for threading too. My eyebrows look good. So glad I found her in the mall today!!

It is an amazing place but they need to hire professionals for their nail work, as not all the technicians are qualified. Also its pricy compared to other mid size Salons and better quality of work

Worst nail application I had in my life ,the lady clearly doesn’t have a clue how to do nails and didn’t have the proper training.Now I have to remake them ,such a waste of money and time .Do not recommend!!!

Their nail polish are super old. It sticks when it dries. Not enough options for color. The girls are very accomodating though maybe their speciality is for massage, hair, or lashes. But not definitely for nails. Sorry.

My mother got a haircut by Ismeralda. she was awesome, and gave some good advice about which cut will work best with my mothers hair texture and facial features and also gave some pointers about maintaining and styling the cut after, if you need a haircut or a trim definitely consider this Saloon, all the staff was friendly and courteous10/10

Not the best experience. I blow dried and curled my hair for an event i had for the same day. By the end of the day my hair was terrible and messy. Didn’t even bother to apply hair spray at the end. Wont recommend

It was my first time at the salon a few days ago for a gel manicure. Maria provided the service and was very kind and attentive. She made sure I was as comfortable as could be. The rest of the staff were also professional and accommodating. It was a lovely experience.

I got a very good service and all staff members were very friendly. Dian did an excellent gel manicure for me and indeed she is good at her job. Pedicure was done by Avaigail and a good relaxing massage on my feet. Mahima too is very friendly and made my day with a good cup of coffee. Thank you girls.

Thank you for a great service ! I am very happy with Dian’s suggestion for taking a footlogix pedicure because it made my feet so smooth and cracks-free! It was a great treatment and pamper session for my feet. I also took the facial with Mahima and she took extra special care to handle my sensitive skin gently. Both Dian and Mahima’s polite and professional attitude is a great add-on making my overall experience worth it. 😊

I visited Nstyle on 31st May 2022.I asked in advance if i had any discount with the service i requested, the staff at the cashier said i would.After my gellish manicure, the cashier told me I could not use the discount for my service. I was late to my next appointment so i did not have time to discuss it.One week later two of my nails are already broken.The staff is not very professional as they were talking about my skin while i was about to pay.I ended up paying almost 300 dhs.

Went in for my feet originally but was ‘persuaded’ to have my finger/toe nails painted. Just a few days later the nail varnish has gone patchy, some has peeled off! I paid a lot of money for this and have requested a refund only to be told they ‘don’t do refunds’ Quick enough to take your money though! Certainly not worth the money and I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there!

I did gelish extension & gelish nail polish & paid AED 340/-Only 2 days later the extensions started breaking & coming off!!Worst experience & worst customer service I have experienced ever. Such a rude customer service representative, dismissing my complaint & saying their best nail technician have done the service !!!They refused to refund to my money or compensate me with anything other service, as they have a 48 hrs policy!!!

I did full leg waxing with Padmawati and she is a nice and lovely lady to be stuck together in a room for a few minutes during the service! Her work is done neatly and she made sure you feel comfortable, will come back again :)

It was my first time trying out a gelish manicure and I’d have to say that I’m really happy with the result. I love how my nails look and feel :) Daisy from the DCC branch did a fantastic job and would love to return again.

Upsets me to say that the manicure and pedicure application was extremely disappointing. The nail technicians would not take any feedback once provided, and were extremely rushed to finish the manicure pedicure. I did not feel relaxed whatsoever. This was second time coming here and I did not change my decision. Overall verdict, pricey and you won’t be satisfied.

I generally come here once every month and could not be more pleased with the service. I came with my mother earlier today and Sita was the technician who did my mothers pedicure, she was very attentive and did a great job. I visited Nstyle and did my hair treatment blow dry gel manicure with paraffin and footlogix pedicure treatment with facial in the coach and the staff are massaging my feet while my paraffin are on and as always as expected they are the best and amazing as I was very relaxed while sleeping. This was my first time using their services and I was very disappointed by how they did my nails. I honestly felt like the therapist was in a hurry to finish my nails... their furniture looked very old and dirty, my nail polish was done crooked. I didn’t even feel like telling her I wasn’t happy, I just left cause I didn’t feel welcomed!

Got my hair done by Nstyle at DCC. My hairstylist is Esmeralda she was amazing and took her time to make it perfect! Highlights and curling. She is the master of color! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to have a perfect hair.For my Manicure and Pedicure i am definetly recommending Margo. She really is a master of in Nails. Overall both did a great job. When it comes to professionalism all of there staff are accomodating and willing to interact with the clients. Nstlye place are well clean and organize as well.

I had an awful experience and it was my first time. I came for eyebrow tinting in the DCC nstyle beauty lounge. The price is not worth the service.the tint was no more in 48 hours. I felt I just wasted my money. I would not recommend eyebrow tinting in nstyle to anyone. Other service I dont jnow as my first service was absolutely a fail. I would definitely not try other service. It is really upsetting that you spend in a good place and you get such a low and bad quality.

After my complaint about the nail polish quality, the NS team immediately inquired to understand why I was not happy about it, and they offered me the possibility to redo it; I am now satisfied about their job and their professional attitude!

I came all the way to deira for esmeralda to do my hair and she didn’t disappoint. If you want someone to color your hair I recommend esmeralda to do it.

The worst nail service ever. Even my normal gel polish lasts for a month. what these guys did with overlay was extremely poor service with Exorbitant prices and it’s not worth the money at all. I took service of overlay gel nails and gel pedicure on Monday 25 Nov. 5 days later I see the entire overlay coming off almost of all my nails and they charged 550 AED for this bad quality service. I wish I had known any better feel so cheated. Also upon calling customer care I get an answer that if the service/ complain are registered within 24hrs that’s when we can help you I mean are you kidding me if the nails/polish/acrylic comes off in 2 days you shouldn’t even be open let alone correcting it. Absolutely bad service ever.

I usually come to the City Centre Deira branch to do my hair. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. “Majda” is the lady who takes care of my hair, she has her own unique way in styling someone’s hair and I love it! The worst experience in a ladies salon ever , highly expensive comparing to the less than normal service , dirty place and without full privacy, I have done manicure and pedicure only cleaning without color paid AED 207 ! It was not worth it , atmosphere is bad , door opened and close so outsider is looking! Place was dirty, service can done better by myself at home .. not recommended at all

I had gone to NStyle at Deira City Centre for a manicure and shellac nail polish. It was a totally bad experience. My manicure and nail polish was completed in 20 minutes straight.The lady with the blond coloured hair was in a tearing hurry, god knows why cause there were only two customers in the salon.When I returned home I noticed that the nail paint was not applied evenly and the sides of the nails were left unpainted.It was apparent that the lady was not interested in the job and even the nail filing was bad.It was a totally disappointing experience and I am angry to have paid Aed 160/- for such a shoddy job.Please close down the salon if you cannot hire professionals and give the customers their money’s worth.

The service I chose was removing gelish and OPI hand spa.The staff seemed inpatient when doing my nails. Looking around instead of focusing on my hands, also checking on her phone constantly. When the staff was removing my cuticles, accidentally stabbed my finger tip by cuticle nipper. Horrific experience !!!!! The hair colour was awful, terrible hair cut and unprofessional hairstylist and reception. I wont recommend this nstyle branch in deira city center to anyone. I feel I wasted my money on them and I will definitely never come back again. Shame on you Nstyle.

Staff is quite good but salon equipment is few. Disappointed for not having a nail polish dryer. I was shocked for not having those equipment for a busy area. Management needs to upgrade this outlet.

Nstyle salon in city centre deira is the best branch across all branches. The reason behind that is the following:1- the overall customer experience is great2- customer satisfaction is 100%3- since the store manager Magda joined this store I start to feel its better in terms the experience in terms on how to deal with guests plus ensure her team are always on track. honestly she is great and she is the reason behind me shifting from nstyle city centre mirdif to city centre deira branch

The staff at the marina mall location is not only extremely rude but completely unprofessional. I had been going their for almost 4 years since they are around the corner from work. However my last experience will be the last time I give any Nstyle my business.After my nail was ruined before I even left my seat the manager assigned me another girl to fix it. However this new girl left me in the chair for over 15 minutes and proceeded to help a new client. When I asked about me nail she informed me she didnt know what color it was she couldnt help me. Instead of informing me of this she left me waiting with no explanation. Additionally since they started later then my appointment I was already late for another engagement so I informed the manager I could no longer wait and that I would not pay for the awful nail job but would pay for the other services. At this point she became abusive and told me it was my choice not to wait longer but I must pay... Next thing I know she calls mall security and threatens me in front of everyone to have me arrested. At that point I pay and leave because I could not be bother dealing with their unprofessionalism and irrational behavior. The manager proceeded to follow me out on the location and continues to bully me and call after me.I called the hotline twice later that day/week to complain and was promised both times a supervisor would get back to me. They never did! Do not waste your time or money!!!!

It was an amazing experience and services with Daisy. Keep it up! Gonna recommend her for massage and dedication to her work. Ill always come for her.

I went there to clean (threading) my eyebrows and I did once a pedicure. The staff are very welcoming, helpful, and most importantly they know what they are doing.

I went to NStyle Deira City Center over all i wouldnt recommend this salon.I was nightshift and i thought of having relaxation and get my nails gel polish.The front girl was a bit warm welcome gestures,but the FILIPINA who give me service was somewhat not happy with her job.No smile,Nothing of warm gestures.Totally very rude as she was strugging with my arms and kept pulling it.My 2 fingers was badly bruised the way she cleaned it.Ver bad service guys...my money wasnt worth i should have gone to other salon on that mall!DO NOT GO in this salon very bad service!Save your money!Not even enough to give 1 star...no star at all

They are getting worse before they used to be near perfection.there was one called christina from philippine she was doing good job i never complained of anything .they were using good peoducts.but this year i newly came to uae and went there two times but each time disappointed they are stressed with given time they do wax in a hurry they leave you not well cleaned from hair and each time i go i need to go to by medicines for my damaged face i each time get pimples and many other problems.sorry but this truth.and they changed staff .i used to come from far place because of the services they used to have but now on i will never go there.
