NStyle Beauty Lounge - Nail Salon Mirdif

Have not been to the saloon first few years now and this visit reminded me why exactly. Chose light colour n the therapist ended up putting thick coat which was not even and ended up wrinkling and chipping. Had very long waiting time to dry, after my nail colour I had threading, hair treatment, wash, blowdry and curling. So when I spoke to the therapist n the receptionist they asked me to walk back in to repeat the nail colour.. Seriously I spent 2 hours there.. Did not have time to stay longer

Went 10 days ago. Did a gel manicure and had my eyebrows threaded and tinted. Super happy with my eyebrows, got lots of compliments.The atmosphere in there is very strange. It’s really dark but everything is white so it’s weird. Furniture could definitely do with some upgrading.However my nails… two ladies worked on my hands, one on each side. Both were using different techniques etc so I knew it was going to be a mess. Ended up with two different nail shapes on each hand, luckily I checked before they started painting.The tips of my nails were not done properly so could already see it wasn’t going to last. And today the first one chipped.Very unfortunate as the ladies that work there are very nice.

I dont believe that a nail specialty salon can do such a job all my nails got wounds and its bleeding.. Moreover the acrylic nails not worse than this shape a one star nail spa can do a better job am really very disappointed especially with the high price that was paid..

So Ive been to the NStyle in Dubai Mall before and Ive thoroughly enjoyed it.But like there, this place could definitely use a serious renovation with some of the torn and worn down things.The services though are always on point..I had my slow and painless full body wax with an amazing conversation by Annalise... Now this lady is a hard worker and it shows...My mani-pedicurist Anne took her time to give me a classic and classy French manicure and soothing pedicure...I would definitely obviously go back to be pampered by these beautiful people...

It was the best and most luxurious nail service i have ever had at the spa or any where.I had the mani pedi service.They spend close to 1hour cleaning and massaging and treating my hands and feet.They used good quality products and disposable tools.Saloon is clean does not smell of chemicals and they beautiful pedicure tubs.The best mani pedi i have ever had!Hygiene was on top.Customer service was good.Normally i dont write big reviews but this one deffinately deserves it and worth it. Kudos to the team.And yes my technicians were evelyn and mary grace.Thanks 😘

I had a layered hair cut and geisha manicure and pedicure by the lovely ladies Elna Terry Ezmeralda and also the lady that did my eyebrows so sorry to forget her name but she is also amazing !!

Evelyn did my manicure today. She patiently fixed four of the nails she did for me which was nice but she should have done them right in the first place. The worst part is that she cut the side edges of each nail and they are in huge pain right now. Will have to wait for them to grow out...THE WORST manicure experience!

Esmeralda and latifa did my hair and I LOVE IT. They made me look so good and I am very happy with the results.

WORST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER! I booked the footlogix medical pedicure. I was really disappointed from start to finish. I was barely greeted with a smile, the lady actually seemed annoyed that I had shown up. I wasn’t offered a drink, the salon had no ambiance it was completely silent. They were cleaning up around me making me feel like a nuisance for being there! The lady rushed through the treatment so quickly, I am 100% sure I didn’t receive the proper experience for this special pedicure. She was aggressive with my nails. The whole thing was done in around 30 minutes. After painting my nails she left me alone in the salon without telling me a word- never to return. Eventually the receptionist came through and told me she had left to get her car lift! Makes sense why she was in an hurry. Unfortunately no one was wearing a name badge. This was by far the worst salon experience I have ever had in my 9 years of living in Dubai. Something that was supposed to be a treat made me feel uncomfortable and quite frankly annoyed. I won’t be returning and don’t recommend anyone else waste their money.

Last week I did wavy beach with Marwa(the Egyptian hairdresser) and I loved it! My hair curls usually open after few hours but this time last for couple of days! Highly recommended

Nadia in 06 mall SHJ is forcing customers for blu-dray after hair cut even we don’t want !!We are not a target for the salon without our permissionTried to raise my feedback but call center (Arabic staff) refused to take the feedback/complaint as she said she want to know my daughter personal informationIt’s not a reason that she wants to see her work on the client by forcing the blu-dry. 300++ the payment at the end.5/6/2024Again I’ll not share my daughter information and personal numberAll staff need to be improved their skills in both call center and spa and the one who answered me here she is the same lady who rejected to take the complaint that’s why she rounding and rounding she’s unfortunately Arabic staff who will never accepted the mistake on her self that is why she’s finding a whole 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 which also covering Arabic staff mistakes.

The standard of services is excellent. The technicians are polite and provide very good service. I usually get my nail and body services done by Sonia. Sonia always ensures that the service is done well and to my satisfaction. Maha is the hair stylist who does my hair. She gives the correct advice for taking care of my scalp and hair conditions. She is also makes my hair look great every time I get my blowdry done. Very highly recommended.

My experience in the salon in Mirdif CC was horrible last week. The technician was not professional and she is a beginner made all my criticals bleed and when putting the polish she ruined all the nails sides which made my toes looks horrible then the before part.Don’t recommend it to anyonePS: I paid almost 400aed for unfinished business

Nstyle is one of the best salon in Dubai! They’re the one taking good care of my nails specially when I do Acrylic Nail Extensions they’re the best! Everything was fantastic and hospitable specially the manager she’s very kind and polite! I’ll always be faithful to this Salon!🫶

Please avoid going to nstyle in mirdiff city centre i dont know the other branches. its a money waster. staff is kind of lost and have no experience you have to teach them how to do the service while they are doing it. plus i went for hair scrub nd the lady rip my hair off and she kept pulling my hair i asked my hair is falling shes like yes and showed me strands i could not sleep the whole night. how dare she ran her fingers in my hair and kept pulling knowing i was in pain and i see my strands of hair in the sink. i hate them all. eveytime i go for message i have to keep telling them how to message. lost so much money . and yesterday my hair. i hate you all in nstyle mirdiff branch. please go to sisters instead.

Had a wonderful experience today, unfortunately it started with my booking which was wrong, but that was totally recovered by the lovely Esmeralda! She fixed my hair color beautifully and was totally cool with the whole situation. Ann was amazing, and I think it will be the first time I actively request for a specific pedicure person for my next booking. Thank you guys for the great experience!

I’ve never wrote a bad review in my life, this is the first time. I’m gonna be honest and explain with details why I am so disappointed.This the worse salon i ever been and I don’t recommend it to anyone.Even if the technicians there are amazing, professional, polite, and do amazing job;The management is HORRIBLE.It’s a total rip off.I am never happy when I leave the salon, because they always charge me more than I’m supposed to pay. And they are lying with their offers.They are dishonest and use manipulative selling techniques.For example, I bought a membership, with manicure and pedicure included.But after I bought the package, they still charged me for my manicure.Everytime I go there, they charge me extra.I went there once again yesterday. I did my waxing + my hair + my nails. Normal pedicure, normal manicure, without gelish. But for some reason the system on the computer didn’t accept the pedicure for free (as it should be included in my package). So they still charge me for my pedicure. And when I ask why are they charging me for a service that I’m supposed to have included in my package, they don’t have answer.Since I paid for this package, I always had to pay for the services that was supposed to be included. They are just lying to me, telling me I have manicure and pedicure included, and 20% discount etc… but I always end up paying for the services.I will never advice this salon to anyone.Really, it’s a rip off.They are doing the maximum they can to take money from you. Don’t go there!!Also, every time I do shampoo there, the water is freezing. They never have hot water.They don’t have the machine to remove the gel for the nails, they use the old technique, with the aluminum foil.Save your money and don’t go there!

The ladies are very friendly, but the nail polish collection is very limited and quite old. The equipment needs to be more organised in a ways to make it easier for the technician to do her work.The salon needs a bit of an upgrade, theres no privacy for the clients especially in the nail treatment area.

My experience was beyond incredible! The staff welcomed me with smiles and true comfort. I was a bit nervous trying threading due to a previous experience outside of Dubai. However, the specialist not only gave me a smooth waxing but painless threading as well! This place is a must if you are looking for comfort, quality care and excellent service--Thank you!!

Brilliant service today from Ann, Rachel and Mia. All 3 these ladies have been very professional, conscientious and friendly. Ann is extremely knowledgeable. She identified exactly what the issue was with my one toenail. No other nail technician in the past was able to identify what the issue was. She is also a brilliant sale lady.

I had the hot stone manicure & pedicure couple of weeks ago with Angel & Pia and it was so good. And now, I was able to try their facial - it was heaven. It included extraction but it did not hurt at all. Thumbs up to Anne. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

I went to the salon today for the first time after reading that Nstyle is an award winning Salon. They are under staffed with only 1 hair dresser that is also act as a receptionist since there was no reception and 2 other employees. I booked for acrylic extension refill with Gelish pedi and when i went i found that only one lady will do for me both services since the other specialist was busy with another client. rather than understaffed they are missing the tip of the electric nail drill that is used for cleaning under the nails after the refill process. The lady started to use the wrong tip and i clearly told her that I have been doing my Acrylic extensions for over 12 years so I know how it is done but she told me that she doesnt have the tip and she wanted to try another tip that hurted me and kept trying to convense me to try the normal nail file to file the inside of the nail manually . they are not only under staffed, they are also not equipped and the way they dealt with the issue is no professional whatsoever.Though I went out with my nails not done I paid fully too.I have no issue with the payment but I have a huge issue with the service that I got.

I was a regular customer of the Mirdif salon before all of the Covid restrictions started, and I returned today for the first time since then, and I have to say that the experience was as wonderful as always. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and very professional and talented. And I have to give a special mention to Analiza who made my experience even more enjoyable with her bubbly and charming personality. She paid a lot of care and attention, and made sure I was happy with everything she was doing, and I really felt taken care of. Thank you!! I will continue to be a regular at this salon!!

Had a wonderful experience in NStyle Mirdiff. Had my haircut, french manicure and foot massage today. Staffs are very friendly and professional especially Anne, she recommended me which products and services that suitable for me. Best foot massage that Ive ever had in Dubai. If there is an option to rate my experience 0 star I will do so.I used to be a regular customer to the level of purchasing an annual membership that worth 35k that should include all services except a small range that I’m not even interested in. One day, I came with my sister, we did the services and my sister paid and left ahead of me. When I was about to leave they asked me to pay and I thought its my sister payment as I’m not supposed to pay anything because of already paid membership. Later on, we figured out that we were overcharged 1000 and contacted the customer service. They did the investigation and confirmed that I have the right to be refunded so they asked if I wish to have it as a credit in the salon or return it to my credit card and I asked for the second. Now after multiple communication they said I have to records as my visit passed 6 months !! NO ONE FROM THE MANAGEMENT CONTACTED ME BACK.Its not a matter of 1000, its a matter of trust and Quality.Will NEVER come again. And Will do my best to communicate this attitude to Consumer Rights Department.

I am using my sister’s account as I have forgotten my password🤣. I visited their shop yesterday and everyone was so friendly. I really enjoyed my hot stone massage, it was my first time. Probably one of the worst experiences Ive had in a salon in Dubai. The technician did not dry file my feet as requested, I didnt want them done wet. She kept pushing for me to have additional treatments but couldnt do the basics right. I had the paraffin treatment on her recommendation, which did absolutely nothing. My eyebrows were tinted orange and had to wait for them to be done again. My hair was rough dried by the assistant and curled by the hairdresser. I was charged for a blow-dry and curl. Receptionist was unable to understand that I had not had a blow dry. Ive never been charged for my hair to be dried before. I Could have washed and dried my hair at home and just come in for a curl. I find that incredibly deceptive. And upon leaving I noticed that the nail polish was glittery red, Ive never worn glitter on my nails and this is because the tech started on my feet and could not see what nail polish was being selected, I said dark red and came out with glitter.

Forget this salon if you want to do nail designs..Also, They are not clear with the price when you call and ask.. I was told a certain price and once I was done it was a total rip off.On the other hand, Teri was my nail technician and she did the absolute best for my nails.. big shout out for her.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star , I made a booking online and reached 5 minutes late the receptionist told me I should wait for around 30 minutes and she will try to offer me one of the two services that I booked. Her excuse was the clients before you were late so I had a clash and I don’t want to make the clients after you wait. But she had no problem with canceling one service from me and making me wait.This is not acceptable and not professional at all they need to manage their timings better and have a clear schedule and not waste our time.The receptionist on duty is not professional at all and needs a course on how to deal with customers and manage their appointments.

Absolutely love this place! Dropped by after a year of covid and no beauty services, and not only was the salon clean and adhering to covid restrictions, but the staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My nail technicians were Anita and Anne, and they did a fantastic job with my classic Mani/Pedi. I also got a lash lift for the first time in my life by Angelica, and Ill definitely be back again for the lash lift!! Overall, super satisfied with my experience today :) thank you ladies

Nstyle in Mirdif is my first choice for beauty treatments. Every member of staff is very friendly and helpful. The beauty therapists are skilled at what they do and take their time and pay close attention to every part of the beauty treatment, always making sure their client is at ease and is happy with the process. The prices are worth it as the service and attention to detail is excellent.

I had a wonderful high-level service experience at NStyle at City Centre Midrif in Dubai. Elna provided the best manicure I have ever had (better than what I experienced in Denmark) as well as a professional and natural eyelash lift. I can highly recommend NStyle and Elna if you plan to visit Dubai!

Friendly and good customer service. I was quite disappointed that my gel manicure had come off after 12 hours....peeled straight off after showering. this was amended the next day without problems, however again after 3 says my gel had all started to chip. disappointing for the price paid.

I opted for the OPI gel manicure and Mary my beautician expert gave me exceptional service and a switched on attitude. All other staff was friendly. Special mention to Teri who did my feet polish.

Just had a mani/pedi with Caroline and Ann. They were fabulous. Had a lovely greeting by the manager who made sure I was comfortable and seated at my appt time. They also finished promptly and did a great job. Highly recommend Caroline for the massage.

NStyle is generally my go to for beauty services. I’ve been going to them for years, and I have yet to find a point to complain about. In fact, nStyle is one of those salons which has expanded rapidly, but has done so WITHOUT compromising on service and quality, something which I think is rare, and has forced me to abandon previous salons I’ve been loyal to.They offer a wide variety of hand and food services, my favourite of which is the Paraffin and Hot Stone therapies. Their facials are also lovely, and even their massages are very relaxing.Today I was treated by the lovely Ann, Who was more particular about my manicure being perfect than I was! Lovely girl, she did a wonderful job with my nails, and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable.

Manar (the hair stylist) is really amazing. very professional and friendly. My hair was totally damaged but I still wanted to colour it. She was able to deliver the colour I wanted without further damaging my hair. I would definetely suggest this saloon and Manar services for anyone with hair issues.

Everyone is very friendly , kind , helpful and professional in the same time. The latest treatment I did was Lash Lift and tint with Selamawit. I’m really happy with the result, it’s neutral and in the same time gives a new more open look of the eyes! Thank you !Highly recommend! :))

Hair colour was very poorly applied and was not met the expectations and completely different from what I wanted.Even my sister hair cut was poorly cut and hair colour was not also want she wanted.very disappointed with the services.1 star is too high for such terrible or horrible experience.Owner Send message 6 days before to receive call back from the nStyle beauty lounge, still no call received.This is how they value customers feedback .

I got a haircut done in Mirdif branch from esmeranda the stylist , she was so good and professional & advise me right instead of asking me to do highlights etc she only advised to get a nice hair curt and compels fly changed my look , added so much volume to my hair , highly recommend her !

They caused me burns and inflammations in my private area, I did Brazilian waxing, I felt severe pain more than the usual and once I reached home I found blood in the private area and continues pain, I called them to complaint and no one from the management even bothered themselves to call me back , I will take the legal actions towards them . The worst service ever I had in my whole life as a lady I got it there yesterday in Nstyle salon merdif city centre.

Great service with my manicurist Selamawit is the best!!! My nails are fantastic!!! She really took her time and was very detailed. Very talented young lady. If you go to Mirdiff Mall in Dubai ask for her you will not regret it.

This was the worst pedicure i have had. I felt that my service was not professional. the lady basically rushed my feet, didnt even file my toe nails into a nice shape or apply the shellac evenly. my feet didnt feel refreshed, they still had dry skin left that wasnt filed away profeesionally. The chairs were uncomfortable, the salon had no atmosphere no music it was very awkward. .i didnt get a nice relaxing massage at the end it was basically the most unpleasant experience i had and way over priced for the service i recieved!!!! my feet were so dry when i left the shop i had to go buy moisturiser..im not the type to complain, but this experience really upset me.

Was badly in need of some me-time from my hectic life and chose to check out Nstyle lounge at MCC, Dubai. And I wouldnt regret it for a second. Ann was the staff who assisted me from the beginning till the end. She has magic in her hands. The oxygen facial was wonderful. I was suffering from extremely dull dry skin and it gave me an instant glow. The paraffin pedicure made me feel like I was on a holiday. All the other staffs are equally wonderful, kind and sweet. Thank you Ann and everyone else. Thank you Nstyle. You guys are doing a wonderful Job.

I went to this place yesterday after being let down and would strongly reccomend Sonya / Sonia for any manicures or pedicures. She really made a high level of effort with my pedicure especially so Ill deffo be coming back to give her a double-tip!

WORST MANI/PEDI of my life !! Paid 205 dirhams down the drain !! My manicure literally started peeling the next day and by day 3 my nails look AWFUL !! I should be asking for a refund !!! This is in the mirdiff city center Branck

I booked an appointment online. It was easy and very convenient. The nstyle team were very flexible to accommodate doing my mani-pedi while waiting for my hair color to develop to save me time as I was having a super busy day. Anne and Sary were amazing. Very professional and with attention to detail. I request a special nail shape because I play the guitar. Anne was very careful to get the shape just right. Anne and Sary also gave me excellent advice on personalized treatments. Usually in other salons, the therapists just try to sell services. Anne and Sary understood exactly my needs and suggested the best treatments for my needs.

I had an amazing experience doing massage with Margaret ( magi ),She’s the best, she exactly knew how to deal with my back issue, very satisfied with the service.

As per their website they do haricut for toddlers. Even while booking the appointment I had mentioned its for my 2 year old. I was given an appointment. When I got there not only did they refuse to cut the childs hair but did not bother accepting the problem was in their poor communication & management. I understand rules are now different under Covid circumstances, but its your responsibility to ensure your staff is aware so as to not make the blunder of giving appointments when you cant do the service! Also not to publish the service on the website.We are scared to cut a 2 year olds hair is not what the customer expects to hear after being given appointment. You could have informed earlier & I would have understood. Except for the lady at the reception who apologised for the blunder, very unprofessional!

Do not waste your money here!! My first clue of this being a rubbish place should have been the zero customers inside to begin with on a friday.....(as opposed to all other salons being full)Wanted a simple layered fringe which i thought would not be a huge deal....AND BOY WAS A WRONG!! the hairdresser gave me something completely different from what i requested and when i expressed my displeasure at the cut given...she went on telling me that what she gave me was better and this and that. Im not someone who gets angry to begin with.... out of principle i paid for the service which they did now even have the decency to even offer a discount or wave off......DO NOT GO HERE unless ypu want to exit looking like a broom

Showed them a picture of what I wanted. However they did not understand and it was too late. Ruined my hair and I had to go to tips and toes to get it fixed. They did not apologise. The Arabic lady kept trying to justify how to fix it. This is the branch in mirdif city center.

Fine for a quick mani pedi, lights are really bright so not super relaxing and the polish selection is a bit disappointing but they have the basics and the ladies always do a good job, friendly etc.

I hated the service it was really bad i wasted money and time they told me it will take 30 mins and it took 3 hours it was horrible if there was less than 1 star I would’ve choose -1000 it i really had the worst experience and the furniture was horrible to when i booked online they told me that nail art was available when i arrived they didn’t even know what they where doing i wasted 375 there and the worker was rude they don’t know what they are doing don’t waste your money on this horrible experience.
