I took my teenage daughter for a gellish manicure last Sunday as a treat. Within 2 days nails had chipped. One week later almost every nail is chipped or cracked. Customer service to rectify the issue was dreadful. Tried to book to come one week later to get repairs done but told that was more than 8days (it is not) and had various rules what they would repair free of charge and what they wouldn’t. Had called and sent photos after 4 days to show the damage. Should be redoing for free. What a disappointing waste of money. Paying today to get them all removed as they look dreadful and will not be retuning to any nstyle. Save your money and go elsewhere. Chips and cracks sometimes happen using certain varnishes or with subpar application but a salon should redo for free if there is a problem.

Absolute worst thing we ever paid for. Was coming to Dubai for part of our honeymoon and my wedding nails were growing out so I needed to redo them. Based on an overall relatively great review at this place, I decided to try them out. The mistake I made was not reading reviews for specifically nails. We got there and prices didn’t seem too bad but we were in a bit of a rush so didn’t take too long to look into them. The front desk told us it would take up to 2 hours which was already too much time for us, but she immediately assured us she has a “professional” which is why she would take the time to make sure all is good. I walk in and I see not another single soul in there. I’m immediately skeptical (especially at Dubai mall at 7pm during Ramadan) but I feel like it’s the only option and think “how bad it could it be?”Even though I’m doing my manicure only, they sit me at a torn and beat up, dirty pedicure chair and get started. The “professional” tells me they cannot do dip again like my initial nails (even though it shows online they do) and instead they have to do some acrylic extensions I’ve never heard of. Again, because of the overall reviews I try to trust it’ll be fine and tell myself I’ll keep watch of every step.The process of removing my dip nails was very painful and the lady was working too hard with my nails, forgetting I have a nail bed and fingers under and surrounding my nails. She takes too long to remove them too and eventually, they mostly come off. She then starts creating/building on the fake extensions which she makes longer than I asked for. I kept asking her to trim but she’d only take like 0.00001mm off each time. Eventually I gave up and just let her go with it. Then she tells me they don’t have the glitter I initially wanted on my basic white nails. I see a slightly sparkly off white color and I ask her to just add it to that.This lady is doing GEL nails that I’ve done at home so many times before and they would come out perfectly smooth each time. Somehow she managed to screw then up SO bad when she put the gel and top coat on. Up until then, my nails and fingertips were all hurting and very soar (and one finger was bleeding from her toughness which she tried to ignore completely after noticing it), and some of the nails were kind of edgy and not smoothly rounded, but my nails overall looked fine-ish before the gel.When the gel went on, somehow it started created these moon-like craters all over. She also didn’t put them on in a clean fashion. They got all over the edges of my fingernails/fingers. The end result was absolutely horrendous. I literally couldn’t have made it this bad if I tried. Looked like a 5 year old put the gel on.To make matters worse, they tried to charge us over 400 AED (about 150 USD). After showing them how obviously terrible it is, they say the most they can do is discount 15% in the system. We still had to pay over $120. They offered to redo the nails but we literally had no time and they only had one person who clearly couldn’t even apply gel nails without screwing them up.Worst place/way to ever spend our money. After all this, I checked the reviews more carefully and realized not a single person got their gel nails done here with more than 1 star. Out of 6 reviews. And this is the 7th…I wish I’d kept my initial nails. They were about 1-2cm grown and still looked better than these. Ruined my nails. I cannot wait to go back home and remove them. Lesson learned.Update: Less than 5 days later and my nails look even worse — much worse — than when first done. Feels like the “gel” they used is some sort of water soluble gel. How is that even possible.

Been there just yesterday to have a last minute mani done by Arlene! She was very kind and professional and I had a great time! Will definitely go back again!

I strongly advise against visiting this hair extension salon. After my visit, my hair was severely damaged due to improper application, lack of proper separation on the scalp, and incorrect gram weight chosen by the stylist. Despite attempts to fix the issue, it only worsened, causing me headache and discomfort. Additionally, I had an allergic reaction which resulted in a visit to a dermatologist and additional expenses. The salon shows no responsibility for the damages caused to clients and treats them very unprofessionally. Avoid this salon at all costs, the damages inflicted upon me are unimaginable, and my hair has been severely ruined.

I did my nails today with Maria, she was really good at her work and the spa is really nice with affordable prices. All the staff were friendly.Very happy with the results, everyone thought it was gel because it was very clean.

My experience was average with Nstyle salon located in Dubai ( mall of dubai ) before done my nails I asked the staff about the price of these acrylic nails they said it’s just 360 AED and later they charged me 650AED and thier staff mentioned some extra services in that,They noticed that i am a tourist and they overcharged me.Working quality was not good as you can see attached photo..

Nikuta was lovely and made me feel like a different woman!! Got a hand/nail treatment as my hands were dry, as well as a nail polish. Very professional, efficient and did a brilliant job. Thank you! Excellent service

Went today for 1 nails service and i was completely shocked when I arrived. The place is old and the chairs and equipment is old and worn out. The tools and towels they use look old and cheap and unsanitary. I was complete shocked the images shown are so deceiving. The nail technician was a sweet heart other than that everything was truly disastrous.

Went in feeling really terrible about my hair, came out feeling like a weight had been lifted. Samar (the stylist) was incredibly sweet, and understanding of my issues. Thanks to her I feel free and happy to say I will be making an appointment with her again.

I don’t usually write reviews but I want to save people the agony, time & money. While my nail tech was very nice & my regular pedicure was great, they are just not skilled to do a gel manicure. Firstly, the colour selection was so poor. I wanted a baby pink base & hot pink tips & they barely had these shades. My nails were not cut / filed evenly. The French tips were not drawn evenly. I kept having to guide the nail tech. She was patient but it’s not my job to guide her. The AC was so poor. When it was time to pay, the receptionist barely spoke to Me & just shoved the card machine in front of me rather than giving an invoice or telling me the total amount. The cherry on top was that 2 of my gels ended up falling off after 3 days. The rest chipped with time. My nail strength is so poor as well & they keep breaking because I guess they were filed down too much during removal. Their prices are quite high & not reflective of the quality of service. The operations manager offered me to fix the nails however I was travelling. They also refused to let me come to a salon near me and said I can only get it done from the initial branch, although I had a horrendous experience there, from poor colour selection, to bad ac to a rude staff member. I asked to come the day I have a meeting near the mall but they declined, even tho it was just 2 days after the last date they said I can come. Why would I go back there after experiencing all of this? What will you lose letting a client go to a more convenient location after providing poor service? More ownership & understanding should’ve taken place. You can find better salons that charge much less. Avoid.

Dubai Mall location but not Dubai Mall level services. The nail technicians were very much in a rush to finish so it felt they are focused on quantity and not quality. Acrylic instead of gel, rough filing, limited attention to the shaping. Not at all what you would expect from a salon like this. On the other side, the eyebrow lady is spectacular!

It’s my first visit, i did acrylic nails. my nails are short and weak and i have dry cuticles.my technician was lodyvena she was so nice and gentle she did a great job, i kept on asking her to shorten my nails and she did👍🏻the hospitality is excellentAll the way from Saudi Arabia to here, Thank you🤍🤍

The eyelashes are good - I would not lieThe reason I’m rating low is because they charged me inappropriately about a service they didn’t communicate.During booking and when I had the lashes extension, I said I wanted to have a “natural” one. However, they did a Russian - mink without asking me at all and charged me later.They apologized later on and offered me vouchers for the refill. They didn’t send me the vouchers right away, claiming there was a system issue.When I got the vouchers the next day, It was also not the discounts they offered me with an only 2 week expiration.Overall, it was very suspicious that they would do services directly without asking and had no professional measure in taking over such “accident”I have visited twice and I think this would be my last visit

I’m gonna start with something good:the attitude of the girls working there is excellent. Here I don’t have any complaints.But when it comes to gel manicure. It was a horrible experience. I don’t remember the name of my master, but she was doing everything so wrong and I got so angry, that I had to do the shape of the nails by myself. Then she put too many layers… my nails became very thick, similar to a bubble, not a nail… I had to tell her to remove and redo… so another 30-45 min probably lost… also how she put the color layer… very inaccurate, with waves left next to the cuticles. One nail longer than another…Also, now that passed few days after I visited them, from one nail, the gel started to already get off…So yeah, lost 2:30-3 hours, guided her through all her work even though this is really not my job! and left the salon full of nerves and with ugly nails. Really unprofessional, probably she just started working a week ago or I can’t explain how can you do such basic mistakes. Nothing was ok. Only the attitude was correct and nice. That’s it!

Amazing service! Loved every second being here. Niruta massaged me and it was the best massage I have ever had. I also had a pedicure by August who did a beautiful job and it was very relaxing. Kadija did my hair and also did an amazing job! Thank you to the beautiful ladies at NStyle.

Worth every penny. I didn’t find what I want for my nail art but Listiani ( their employee) coming with another idea to make it similar with my expectation. Totally love the results. I did morrocan peel manicure & pedicure. My skin is so soft and glowing after treatment. It’s my 1st time here and of course I will coming back in future!

I have gotten a wax done here and also a body massage and i loved them both! I think their prices are good. Not too pricey and good service.

I rarely give a bad review but i got to the certain point of frustration and ignorance from management that left me without choice. I got four nails chipped and peeled off within week or two, left me with the worst gel nails on Christmas. The technician used a foal smelling base coat which in my opinion cause nails breaking out and peeling off. I complained to management numerous times but they always said pay for each nail fix 20 aed which is ridiculous. Obviously it was a bad quality service and they should take responsibility and offer complimentary repair. They dont care because they know they can get clients in dubai mall location anytime

I was well scammed and ripped off by this salon(dubai mall) when i asked for classic pedicure and I was asked during pedicure twice of getting treatment done , which i agreed on second occassion with price difference of over aed 170. It was meant to be an hour treatment but treatment i got was 30 min in total (instead of 1hour)with 5 minutes of scrub and 5 min of mask.I was visiting dubai and I didnt expect this rip off business by a high end salon

My nail varnish didn’t dry as quickly as with the Essi products. And the varnish didn’t stay as long either. I wouldn’t recommend nor return to NStyle.

Me and my friend we have done manicure and pedicure and the service was good , provided by pleasant staff who are very cooperative and smiley with the clients.

They don’t want to do my nails unless it’s gel, I told them I’m allergic to gel manicure, I wanted to do normal French tips and the technician clearly refused, said ( we don’t do normal French tips) supervisor didn’t comment, kept quite as I left the branch! I have been a client for 7 years, but never again

Every time I go to a salon they make my hair look really flat but when I when to this hair salon today that made my hair look fine and healthy!!!

This weekend we flown to Dubai for a big event. Unfortunately I did not have time make my nails in Germany (this is where I live) so on Saturday morning I was looking for a spontaneous solution in Dubai and I was a walk in guest for the NStyle (Dubai Mall). The lady on the welcome desk was extremely nice and helpful, the appointment was given right the way for the same day; I didn’t not need to wait. I asked for a normal shellac manicure, which was priced somewhat around 170 AED. This is a high price for a European citizen, but I was aware of price differences in Dubai; plus - the Dubai Mall is not a very budget location; so I agreed.Once a manicure professional started to work on my nails (take off the previous manicure) it revealed that I had a hard gel under the layer of my color. This was correct. I did have a hard gel on at this point. Both ladies tried to convince me that I should apply hard gel again; not shellac, since it was not clear how hard my natural nail was at this point and only with the hard gel they were sure that I would be able to wear it for a month. They revealed that this procedure is more expensive. It usually is (also in Germany) and the price difference is not more then 10 Eur, since the applying procedure is very similar but the material is more expensive. Having this in mind, I agreed. The lady who was working on my nails was very nice and precise; the outcome was very much up to my liking; I was very happy with the shape and the color. I also got my eye brows done; the result was beautiful. All together I payed 550 AED (412 AED for the nails; so much for the 10 Eur price difference which I assumed, based on my own experience), which is, of course, ridiculous; but again - this is Dubai Mall and I was very happy with the results - so I swallowed it. I also received a 110 AED Voucher for the next treatment, which I will not be able to use since I do not live in Dubai. (Still it was a nice add on).Unfortunately my happiness lasted for not more than 36 Hours. On Monday morning I realized that gel on one of the nails broke off. By Tuesday it was already three nails broken. I went back to the salon. The lady was very friendly and helpful again; she said they would be very happy to fix it for me but she didn’t have a free appointment right the way (which is very understandable); and the times she offered were not working for me; but this is all right.I am wearing shellac and gel for about 10 years now (with breaks in between) and I even learned how to apply shellac by myself so I see myself as an experienced user. During this entire time it happened to me only twice that the gel broke off (I also have very hard nails naturally) and both times the reason was low quality or old (dry) product. I am not sure what went wrong this time; but for a price of ridiculous 140 eur for a manicure I would expect the best gel in the world to be applied on my nails. (All the products used were from CND; which is usually a very good brand).

I rarely write reviews, but an appointment I had recently was so horrible that I feel the need to warn others about the disrespectful attitude of the workers here.Although the person doing my nails was kind to me, the woman I assume to be the manager was extremely rude. She was very condescending.In addition, the woman doing my pedicure was impolite, and made it very clear that she was not happy about working on my nails through her attitude towards me.Overall, it was evident from the way they treated me that they do not value, or care about, their customers experiences here at all.The average quality of the nails they offer are not worth the amount of disrespect you will receive during an appointment. There are many other salons in Dubai that are able to provide better nail services, while also treating you with the consideration and courtesy that you deserve as a customer at the same time.

Niruta gives an excellent massage, definitely knows what shes doing and August did a lovely manicure. Thank you ladies, very happy

If I could I would leave it without any star because it doesn’t even deserve this one.I never write reviews but after this salon I was left numb. I did my nails and after 6 days they looks like that. I went to the salon and they said there’s nothing they can do about it I paid 467dirhams to have bad manicure for less than a week. Never go there it’s the worst you can do to your nails for real. So unhappy with the service and everything. They just don’t look after their clients and I am never going back there. And I’ll make sure none of the people I know don’t go there as well. Went to Nstyle during my visit in Dubai to get a refill of my acrylic nails. Choose this Studio because of the good recommondations.Never get so worse nails in my life. They are not smooth, they are crooked, one nail is coming off after 3 days. 1 1/2 hours for 309,75 AED for this bad work is not acceptable.Two stars for kind ladies who worked there and the other one for the nail polish selection

Right from the reception staff/ manager, who was very calm and accommodating to the nail artist who was a perfectionist, loved the service. As it is inside the Dubai Mall, seems very convenient after we go shopping and want to relax. Definitely returning. The downside, exceptionally expensive even after the EK platinum discount! Wouldnt suggest if you are on a budget.

Worst experience in a spa ever! I came in relaxed and got out super frustrated. But the worst is that nothing to have with the technicians who are very nice did a great job but the manager just ruined the experience I was having… can you imagine a technician working on my pedicure and was waiting for less than 5mn the manicure technician to finish from the nail polish she came and Asked her to start cleaning instead of finishing her service with me.. and when I complained she was keeping on putting the fault under the employee saying she is new while I saw her coming to her and asking her to stop the service and go work. I can understand if the salon was full but I was the only one inside so no other clients. Why she would ask her that!! What kind of manager is this !! The worst was yet to come … i got outside to pay she was busy with a client and didn’t even look at me saying sorry 2mn so after sometimes she were still talking to that client. I asked to pay while I would need to wait that long for payment !!! So while preparing the bill I complained she wasn’t able to hear me and same time do the bill then the other client started to shout on me and insult me as if I took her space !!! Manager was not finding any solution to calm anyone.I was always going to the nail spa amazing experience but they closed in Dubai mall and tips and toes was busy so I wanted to try the nstyle as I see them a bit everywhere. Never again !!

Warning! be careful if you decide to go here for any service. They charged me 2800 aed without me opting for services they included on their own.I took appointment for hair cut n decided to take hair color service based on stylists recommendation.Stylist recommended me to go for balayage. Which I agreed. I asked them how much it will cost, no one mentioned the prices and continued with the process.One lady came and said, would u like a foot massage, I decided to go ahead with it.When she started my food massage, she said I will clean ur feet little bit and then she added some treatment on her own without mentioning the prices or saying its not included in the foot massage. On the other hand-The hair stylist kept adding treatment without my knowledge and including some additional hair color which I had no idea about.I was running late for my event so I swipped the card after taking the service and got shocked when I received the final bill. I asked them to give me the breakdown n explain why did u charge me so much. They accepted their mistake that they didnt inform me with all the additional services they gave me without my knowledge and refused to give me money back. After I reported them to the authorities, and waisted 2 hours in the argument. She gave me 800 aed back when I was supposed to get almost 1200 aed back.I had to catch a flight therefore I decided to leave the argument there. But if u r stuck in similar situation plz report them as this is an unethical practice.

I had today my worst experience in the Saloon I did my lash extensions and manicure and padicure the three ladies were so unprofessional in their job the ladies for nails they don’t have any idea how to do the nails and clean the dead skin around the nails , the lady who did my lash extension damage my eye I attached a picture for my eye , how ever the whole staff were not good at all except the hair dresser Sameera and Samah they did amazing job , this will be the last visit to this place .

First time I write Google because I am not happy for service anstyle with hairdresser (Khadijah )A Iwant only root colour And she did mini service treatment. I don’t know what made out tell me price. And also manager, she’s very rude andpushteknchnician put treatment ire also without tell price and me I am not from here and he’s very bad service and very bad experience.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! didnt even last for 7 days this is how you know the salon uses cheap hard gel. last week i went in for a french hard gel manicure and paid over 600 DHS for it and i literally just used hand soap twice and it dried out and chipped for no reason. i will never come back again to a salon that uses cheap quality gel .

I had a pedicure and a facial. As soon as the services started, the manager and the woman started trying to upsell me onto additional items. I turned them down. But when I went to check out, they charged me nearly four times the price. I was absolutely shocked. I refused to pay it so they said they would give me a discount, but even then, it was nearly double the advertised prices. The services are fine, but their business practices are questionable at best. I will never return here. I wish I had read other people’s reviews before I came.

I’ve been coming here regularly for about 2 years now. I would not recommend this place for manicure and pedicure. I’ve had my acrylic (refill) done here 2-3 times and every time it takes a very long time, they often make my cuticles bleed and the technicians just don’t seem to know what they’re doing. They don’t have electric nail files (drills) which are usually used for acrylic levelling so they tend to use regular nail files which takes a lot more time and is more likely to damage your cuticles. Pedicures are ok but there’s definitely better places, I only ever came here for convenience and the salon is almost always empty when I go.I have had a full body massage here which was not good. The music was playing from the masseuse’s phone and it kept cutting out for ads which wasn’t exactly relaxing. For that price, I expected a much better service.The only reason I am giving this salon 3 stars and not less is because I always come here for waxing, it’s very good with good prices. I particularly recommend Srijana as she is very gentle and professional. The problem with this salon is sometimes you get very good people and other times you don’t, that’s why I only ever go to do my waxing with her because she is very good. Please train your nail technicians to do all the services you offer and update their equipment.

Khadija in Nstyle Dubai Mall did my hair so good!!! She is literally the BEST hairdresser I have ever met in Dubai. I have very difficult hair to deal with but this girl is something else. I did not even have to explain her anything she just did her magic. nstyle management please give this woman a raise. She knows exactly what she is doing!

READ BEFORE VISITINGI wish I could give this place 0 stars for its horrible service and questionable business practices. I went in and asked for a simple gel manicure. While I was sitting there, the woman who did my nails added extra products I did not ask for and ended up charging me 560+ AED for a simple gel polish manicure!! I explained to both the woman who did my nails and the receptionist that the charge was uncalled for. The receptionist was incredibly disrespectful and unclear with their prices from the minute from the second I went in. What was supposed to cost me less than 200 AED ended up costing almost triple due to their manipulation. They charged me for nail extensions, when my nails were actually shorter after leaving the salon that before I went in. This was because they obviously only applied a simple gel polish. The woman who did my nails actually cut length off my natural nail I didn’t ask her to cut. So, when they charged me for nail extensions I assumed they were joking. After arguing and berating me for 20+ mins I finally caved and paid the obscene price of 560+ AED. I was absolutely furious and have never been treated so poorly at a nail salon in my life. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL MANIPULATE AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

The worst Salon. Every month or few months they change the workers to bring worst and worst. And I see that their workers are pressurised and dont feel relaxed and good because of how the company is treating them. Lack of appreciation of their workers and unstable of their workers place of work made this place to be very uncomfortable...... I visited several branches and have same bad vibes in the salon itself. People with low energy because other are unappreciated by the company will not be able to give their best. So please show a gratitude and make your workers feel good and appreciate their efforts..

Be careful of this place, ask for prices before you start anything! I got charged 905 dirhams for a pedicureI came here with my friend and I was a little later than her so she was already half way through her service. I sat down and asked for white gel, and the lady said do you want me to fix the dry skin for an extra fee so I said sure thinking it would be a small fee. She started putting a cream all over my legs (not my feet) and I assumed this was just part of the service since I had never been here and I arrived after my friend and didn’t see hers get done and I never asked for anything for my legs, just to take off dry skin on my feet which she did with a foot file.The next thing was she asked me if I wanted a gel that lasts 4 weeks so I said yes I want gel, so she put on a bottom coat kind of gel which was shared with the nail tech that was doing my friend so we got the same kind of service. She then put the polish over, I got a paraffin wax bath and then headed to the front.My friend paid first, her service was around 300 aed. Then they told me mine was 905 aed. I paid because I thought I heard it wrong and then I realised how much I was charged so I asked for a receipt. They charged me 290 aed for a ‘caviar and collagen treatment’ which was what they put on my legs which I never asked for and never would have agreed to considering I’m allergic to caviar! (I have a fish and shellfish allergy and was later itchy in a couple spots but luckily not too bad) I was then charged 350 aed for a polish as well as 150 aed for another polish, so in total I was charged 500 Dirhams JUST FOR POLISH??? I asked why and they said I got a different kind despite the fact that they literally shared the products between my friend and I. Also, even if I got a different kind of polish why would you charge twice? I would’ve been happy to pay for one but not 2 kinds of polish.I explained to the ladies at the front that these things were not made clear to me, I never asked for the treatment and I didn’t think I should be charged twice for polish. They were extremely rude to me so I ended up giving up and walking away but I was so disappointed. Also, when I first asked why I was charged 905aed one of the ladies started laughing, and according to the reviews being overcharged is a common occurrence .

The place was very nice and all the staff was very sweet and helpful. My nails turned out great and how I asked for them. The eyelash extensions were also good. But they did not last. Not even properly for 5 days, I had an event to attend and they fell out. I have gotten lashes before and this has never happened to me before. I asked them for some compensation because I was disappointed about my lashes falling out, they were barley any help. I don’t recommend their eyelash extensions, don’t waste your money.

I had a wonderful experience at N Style Salon, Dubai Mall branch. My full body massage was amazing thanks to the lovely masseuse Joy who was extremely sweet and catered to all my needs. I just visited the salon, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best salons I’ve ever been to. The salon itself is very clean and elegant. The staff is very friendly and professional, making sure to have you looking like the best version of yourself. Jonah, the hair stylist, and her assistant, Rowena, made sure I left with healthy, soft, and voluminous hair. Their work was beautifully done. As for the manicure, Shiela, the nail technician, chose such a flattering nail shape and did a marvellous job at making them look simple and natural as I had asked. Overall, the experience was amazing in every way. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

I used to go Happy nails in Dubai mall. But their service and staff getting too irresponsible day by day. So I decided to try new beauty salon, the first manicure and pedicure I did today are going great, the two ladies are Filipino and they are beautiful and friendly. I want to leave some tips for them, unfortunately I found out I didn’t have any changes and cash, so I have to pay by card. But their services are excellent, hope next time can meet these two ladies again.

I got a full new set of acrylics with Sheila, she was just lovely. It did take very long but the end result was worth the wait. I loved her attitude, she was quite bubbly and an overall great nail technician. Will definitely be going back to get my nails done with her!!

Not recommend this salon.👎I am writing this text for two reasons1-Maybe it has an effect that the salon can find a change for the satisfaction of its customers2-And the people who are researching to choose this salon should know that in my opinion the quality of the work of this salon is not good at all regarding the hair dryer, I was charged twice for the tax and it is a 10 minute walk from the place of the hair salon to my house when I got home there was no result. My hair dryer did not exist, so I decided that I would never go to this salon again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I came to do my eyelash extension refil in Dubai Mall branch. Last time I came here was during festive holiday and the manager(now ex-manager) of the store confirmed that till 1/1/23 I wont be able to use the discount card.Today 26/1/23, when I was bout to pay, the staff said they dont longer accept the discount.Then the staff replied You should have informed us when you come to do our service and asked if the discount is still applicable.Moreover, kept on saying but.. also not our fault.. and repeating the same..word over and over again.I confirmed when I came for a very first time to do my eyelash service and ever since I didnt have to ask if the discount service are still available since, and now is my fault because I didnt asked them? When they know that I always used the benefit, isnt that they have to informed me? Waited around 15-20min the conclusion is to give me 5% discount. But my point wasnt abt the discount or money anymore..Its the matter of how they response to the customer either they get dicount benefit, using compliment coupons or special offer theyre still your customer however, the way they dealt with the situation was poor and unprofessional.Really disappointed by the service attitude.

My first visit to this location was wonderful. Great vibe and friendly, helpful staff . I had a hot stone massage with depi she is the best . I m not a person who writes reviews but yesterday when I went to nstyle Dubai mall branch to book an appointment for the lashes I saw a manger screaming at a staff forcing her to do some services..And threatening her to kick her out if she refuse do the service..So sad the lady wearing black idk if she was manger,or the owner who was is already aged sorry to say that but at this age also she dot know how to treat another human being..Being women specially treating another women so badly where there were thousands of people walking around in the world largest mall feels so negative even to step in so I back off.That was so unprofessional That too in Dubai..These kind of management are the one who is spoiling the name of UAE..She did not even realize that I was waiting at the back to book an appointment..Please don’t go and support this kind of community where someone’s daughter,Someone’s mother ,Someone’s Sister and Someone’s pillar is not treated well..There is a sayingTake care of your employees and they will take care of your business. I like this salon very much. The equipment is a little bit old, but it’s never crowded and have plenty of different locations throughout the city. The stuff is very polite and friendly. I usually do there waxing every month. The girls know the techniques to reduce pain while waxing. I highly recommend this place for waxing, been there for manicure too: overall good experience.

Visited twice and meant to visit again today but unfortunately when I arrived they had no record of my appointment despite the fact that I booked with the receptionist the day prior when I attended for another treatment. First time wax/threading treatments were fine, second visit I found some patches when home. The girls doing the treatments are really friendly although there is a huge effort at upselling which seems to be perhaps a requirement of the salon. Manicure/pedicure was okay although shellac didnt last as long as I wouldve hoped - was also hoping for some nail art prior to Christmas but seems like they dont get many of those requests so not the place to go if you want something elaborate. Overall place is fine for basics but recommend making your bookings online.

Everything about my visit to n-style today was amazing! First of all, I had my hair highlighted and toned by Jonah, she was absolutely delightful and incredibly patient! My hair is extremely thick and curly so a lot of hairdressers dont know how to deal with it but she did it BRILLIANTLY, it came out ten times better than what I had in mind! It was the exact shade of hair Ive been trying to get for more than 2 years and not getting it at different salons! She was very skilled and patient and made sure I felt relaxed the entire time, and even though dealing with my hair is usually quite painful and troublesome she made it really easy, Ive literally never had a better hairdresser experience than with her. Definitely would recommend to anyone, even though its on the pricier side it was 100% worth it! Also, the management is extremely friendly and professional, and so are all the other hairdressers and workers. Overall the experience was 10/10, I loved it all and it was DEFINITELY worth the price and even more!

My experience yesterday with Nstyle salon in marina mall was terrible I will never go there. I did Brazilian bikini waxing the lady who did don’t know how to do, she burned my skin, and reapplied 5 times in the same area which made it worse, she couldn’t remove hair, when I told the wax it’s too hot she said no it’s not, then she started arguing with me that there’s no hair but when I looked she didn’t remove much . After I went to reception to inform about this incident in front of receptionist she started again argue and cursing in her language and left. Receptionist gave me discount which is I didn’t even ask and didn’t expect from them anything because discount will not put my skin back and I have to go to pharmacy to buy ointment to treat my burn skin. I was telling and advising receptionist that they need to improve their service, receptionist said that: it’s fine she gave me already discount 🤦‍♀️I don’t want this kind of service even for free and I don’t suggest to anyone, it’s not worth it to allow them to hurt yourself. I visited many salons and never experienced such behaviour and customer service

“Patience” is a great masseuse. She was one of my favorite people to meet in a while. Very professional and really cares for her client. Shes in the dubai mall branch and if you’re going for a massage and really want someone to hear you out on exactly where your pain is, she’s the right person to go to! For a beauty salon, it really needs a face lift 🥴. First off, I want to say that my manicure was great and the nail technician was lovely 💅🏼.The receptionists have the same enthusiasm of waiting for a kettle to boil. Their mannerisms are lack luster and dull.The salon...oh boy. A lot of the furniture is peeling (the white parts missing and showing the wood underneath) walls are stained and the metal skirting has mold like marks on it.Claiming to be so popular in the UAE and being part of a glamorous mall, you would expect way more class. I believe renovations are needed and customer service morale needs improvement 🙏🏻

Did manicure and pedicure with Juvy, she is such a sweetheart, she was very patient although I kept on changing my mind, and provided color consultation. The staff are wonderful and the services are great! Definitely coming back next time I visit Dubai

Jonah is just amazing when it comes to hair. I am completely in love with my hair (aka her creation). Not only do I love my hair, but I have really really enjoyed my time getting my hair done. She was very attentive, and made sure I was happy all the way through.

Girls don t go in this place! They have maybe 1-2 technicians that are good, and the others are really unexperienced. They distory my nails , make me something really ugly and 6 of them was broken till the second day. I paid only half and they promised me to make them again them second day. I went there, they make my nails ok this time and put me to pay the full amount, no discount, they didn t offer anything to me for this inconvenience, they was rude and say they call the police if i don t pay. First time the ugly nails took 2h and half and second time 2h again. I waste my time, money for taxi and i was forced to go out on saturday night with ugly nails and in exchange i recieved to pay the full amount for this.so better stay away🙂

My mum and I just had a fabulous evening of mani medis. Patience worked her magic with my mums pedicure, patiently listening to what she had to say and even suggesting a colour. Sheila and May did my manicure and pedicure respectively. They did a fabulous job! I love how my nails look and look forward to booking them on my return trip.Of the ladies at the front desk, Rose was delightful and extremely friendly, keen to help clarify our questions about the Nstyle app.The manager, was also helpful in clarifying the details of their new app, however, she was a bit rude and unfriendly at first...she was the person we primarily interacted with upon arrival for our appointment and I was worried my mums first experience at the Dubai Mall branch would not go well.However, the ladies who provided us with excellent service were stellar and quickly improved our experience with their sense of humour and professionalism. Will be back soon!

I used to be a frequent customer until they messed up my nails. Customer service and professionalism went out the window for you guys ever since the pandemic hit. The moment I walked in, I get harassed with staff asking me to get hundred services done - while having the brochure of the services in my hand. This gave me a market vibe where all the merchants yell at you to buy their products. I clearly requested for an acrylic removal and gel polish at the reception, why are the staff pressuring me to get a bunch of services done.I have naturally long nails and wore acrylics just for durability. I wanted to soak them off to get gel instead. The woman complimented my natural nails a lot. However she damaged them and till this day I’m still desperately trying to grow out the damage, it’s been two months and I’m this close to getting in contact with my dads lawyer. She ripped them off instead of letting them soak in long enough and filed my nails so hard that my fingers started burning and up removed my hands from the pain. I told her multiple times to let the acetone soak weaken the acrylic so that it can melt off (which is what my salon does in the states) so that my natural nails won’t have layers ripped off.My nails have been week, but thank God they’re growing out strong. Now I’m forced to wear acrylics until I grow up the woman’s damage completely. The damaged part or my nail has layers peeled off so it’s weak and keeps breaking. This has never happened to me before and I’m horrified. I removed another salons acrylics myself with warm water, soap, oil and acetone. Soak it in the mixture and the acrylic falls off within 20 minutes of soaking with no damage. Please don’t go there anymore these people are unprofessional, greedy, price is extravagant and unjustified. I’ve been to better salons in dubai that offer services at half the price with better service and quality. No wonder why this place is lonely, I was the only customer there. I told all my friends to avoid this tourist trap unless they want to deal with damage and harassment.

They offered the package they have and I bought it but then 2 weeks later they closed the branch close to my home without informing me neither at the time of purchase or afterwards giving a notice that they would close the branch. Only came to know when I scheduled an appointment. Till today I keep asking them and they deny that the branch is closed. I Requested a refund but they refused and said I can visit other branches which are all far away and also I didn’t know the quality of them. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Basically taking money they didn’t provide services for.

I used to be a client of NStyle several years ago, but I stopped because I was not satisfied with the quality. However, yesterday I went there again: I did not make any advance booking and I was nearby, so I had decided to go in for a mani/pedi. I was very pleasantly surprised with the service. All the staff was very friendly and not too pushy for extra-services. Christine and Kalpana were my therapists and I am very satisfied with the quality as well. Terrible experience.before booking my appointment I confirmed if the nail technician can do a particular nail art. They confirmed they can but will charge 27.50 aed per nail for the nail art. After coming to the salon the nail technician was struggling to do a proper job. It took many retries for her to get it right. Once it was done finally I proceeded to make the payment and left. I had barely walked 5 minutes when the nail art started unravelling. I went back to the salon and asked them to remove the nail art as the technicians had done a bad job and refund me the amount of 55 aed I paid extra for the nail art. They said they don’t do refunds and refused to give me credit. I’ve been chasing for days and haven’t heard back from management.Suffice to say I won’t be back to this place again ever.EDIT: you can atleast credit the extra 55 aed that I paid.

I had done eyelash extensions whilst in Dubai, with them and had a very painful reaction of which the very next day I needed them fully removed. They charged me 600 aed for this and after initially explaining that I have sensitive eyes and questioned if they were sure they are able to do it , to which they insisted they could. I did have my hair done as well , To which was absolutely wonderful. Never doing eyelash extensions ever again.

I had very good experiences in Nstyle Dubai Mall And the customer service is amazing. Hair Dresser was excellent in hair dressing and giving the best customer service and satisfaction.My Nails Extension looks fantastic. Hygiene standard and environment was awesome .

Just got a haircut, blowdry and foot massage at Nstyle Dubai Mall. Had a fantastic time with excellent service. Usma did my hair and I am in love with it. Sje also recommended an amazing product that softened my hair. She was just too good! Suryani did my foot massage. Ive never had a more relaxing experience! She knew exactly what she was doing, and I literally feel like I have new feet now! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Best service I had in Dubai. Impeccable service and consultation from Abir, she has an answer to every problem. And the hydra facial by Helen is the best I had in a while. I litteraly slept while doing my treatment. It’s a must visit!

I had a nice mani and pedi there. The girls who did it were very friendly and worked fast. The girl who did the pedi did a great job but worked maybe a bit 2 fast and managed to slice my foot at the crease between my toe and sole. It was also very expensive. I added on a special treatment but I didnt notice anything differently from what I would get in a normal pedi.

I had the best hot stone massages which were done by Josephine. She really provided an excellent service which you cannot expect anywhere else. Surely, I will miss this back in my country. Nail service was also above average. When Im back in Dubai I will be back there.

The spa is very beautiful, and all the staff are so kind and welcoming! Minal did my waxing and she was so kind, gentle, and accommodating! I highly highly recommend!

The lady who is in charge is very rude and unprofessional !! I came with my friend to do our nails and she asked us to wait, shortwile my friend started and after waiting i asked when is my turn she stand in the middle of the salon saying I told you to wait !! I was shocked of her behavior! They lost me again as a customer the first time because of the quality and now because of this lady.. really rude person she could approach and say it nicely ! Dubai mall is full with salons and with better services and professional staff than this place!

Had the worst manicure from these guys. Went in for a gel mani and pedi. First of all the girl was busy in her phone and would take breaks to be on her phone, it was after I gave her a look that she stopped. She then hurried to do my nails. Two days later my nails cracked. I went in a couple of days later to complain about this after two of my nails were cracked and she never even applied on the sides. I then discovered that she didn’t do overlay on my nails. That is why they cracked so quickly and I came in with overlays. They only corrected the two nails instead of fixing all of them. Within two weeks the rest started cracking. Didn’t bother to go back. And they charged 600 dirhams. I’ve been to other salons that charge same or less than and I’ve never had a problem. Worst 600 dirhams I’ve spent in my life. Would never go back.

I visited Dubai Mall Branch and got my hair and Nail Extensions done. Must say it was done so nicely and professionaly. Im in love with my nails. The staff here is very friendly and professional. I will visit them again. Highly recommend NStyle❤️

If I could give this a 0 stars I would. I got the eyelash extensions and a hairstyle blow out. The process of the eyelash extensions were painful and irritated my eyes and turned out terrible and the hair was bad, i could have done a better job myself, they were very rough with your hair both eyelash extensions and hair looked cheap and were such a rip off. I paid 500 AUD for this which is around $1400 AED. Do not recommend what so ever and I won’t be going back at all

Got a 2 week lash fill, was charged for a three week which is fine, I’d just had a long flight and I was a little too sparse. Fill went quick and I was happy about that but now two weeks later I have four lash extensions left. After one week two thirds had fallen out. I’m In shock that lashes I paid about 400dirhams for lasted a week. Will not be returning here.

Absolutely beginner masters very impolite salon managers , Please don’t visit this brand & specially nakheel mall & dubai mall .I had one visit one year ago first time for my hair they damaged it some how still I’m doing treatment for my hair ( I lost 50% of my hair while master was doing blond ) , the important part was they saw what happened to my hair but they charged me & push me for payment just image, I payed even .3 days ago I was in dubai mall & we entranced by chance 🤦‍♀️again n style because my mom just wanted normal classic manicure & what they did , they cut so painful all around her nails with dry manicure ( because they wanted charge more as like top master doing only dry )My mom asked for wet manicure & master said we don’t have& we recognised it on payment why she said they don’t have wet manicure 😂+ as I had card to pay with card they charged me even extraStill I’m thinking is here any one from managers or owner of this brand to check all this reviews to find why clients are un happy …

Your money is better spent elsewhere. I was very disappointed with the service I received especially that it was my first time. I even brought a special guest with me and the products used were terrible even old I would say. The gelish nail polish did not last 2 days until it chipped off. Im not sure what was used in this case as I am aware gelish polish usually last 10 to 14 days at least. It could of even been the application of the product which makes me wonder about the training the technicians are receiving. There was also a water leak and we had to make way for multiple disruptions that took place while the technician was working. Water was piled on the floor with no signage and it was loud and noisy. Forget about relaxing in this place - all employees are chatting to each other and calling each other from one end to the other. It was my first time and definitely my last.

I had a wonderful experience and glam look nails as if I’m a Hollywood celebrity! Rechell is an amazing nail artist that I highly recommend along with her colleague who did a neat pedicure.I love Nstyle Dubai Mall

For my pedicure they used a used foot file & to make up for it they asked me to accept a free service and not complain. Be careful. Always ask to see the tools sealed.

Came here with an injury to my thumb nail where I couldn’t take the acrylic completely off due to the injury, but I needed it cut short, the woman was so incredibly careful, gentle and appreciative of the injury, not to mention the overall friendliness and welcoming feeling created by the staff there, when I visit Dubai again, I will definitely visit nstyle salon!
