I had a very bad experience in that place ! First the customer service is zero ! the service is too slow for pedicure and manicure ! Most of them they are not qualified! They don’t know how to be nice with their customers! You need 2 hours to finish a simple manicure and pedicure because some customers come and take over the lady who polishing your nails! And once you complain, you got tons of anger and humiliation from the manger, moreover, you call the owner and you got hostile, offensive and inappropriate behaviour threating you with police in case of complaint!

EDIT - I have been several time before for the Moroccan Bath and it was wonderful. However when a friend and myself went yesterday that all changed. The Moroccan bath scrub was pure torture, I am not sure what has changed, whether someone not experience trained the ladies (who did not need further training) or new management, but the loofas were hard and very rough, I have welts, rashes and pain on my back (you can even see the hard marks in several places from the loofa scrubbed severely) and front. The massage was rushed and not nearly as good as previously. I do not think the ladies are at fault but whoever instructed them to deviate from the great job before. It is the same for my friend. I doubt we will be back.What an incredible experience, I went with a friend on a package and firstly the Moroccan Bath was my first time and I have never been so pampered, clean, scrubbed and massaged in my life. The steam was rejuvenating and all my dead skin cells loofahed away. Then fabulous mani and pedi, my eyebrows cleaned up perfectly and a lovely wash and hair blow dry. The price is total value for money, I could not actually believe how inexpensive it was, I would have paid five times the amount in my local salon. The ladies (and gent hairdressers) were so polite and did a great job. I will definitely be back many, many times. Thank you to all the staff who were amazing.

I was the worsted experience I had the manicure was to disaster all my fingers are injured and blood comes out the Gelish was missed to missed I talk to the manager she didn’t reacted with any thing she sad I don’t know when I saw like this I payed full price and I when I will never visit them ever.

It was my experience for the first time and certainly not the last time. The reception was good and the treatment was very classy. I tried a Moroccan bath with them, it was wonderful 👏🏻 and the nails and hair are brilliant staff that deserve five stars.

I had a hammam, a manicure and a pedicure, they are dishonest and thieves, especially with foreigners, they will charge you without any scruple until they double their prices. Not at all professional and lousy customer service. Overall the work is OK but when a salon scams it ruins its charm... be careful ⚠️

God willing, my salon has been providing cleaning services for many years. All of them, God willing, are very happy and always have a laugh and a sweet reception. All their services are wow, and their prices for the services are honest and there is nothing fancy from the first time you enter until you leave. Among the girls in the bathroom are gazelles, Hadi al-Bob, in everything, God willing. Honestly, they are all good and blessings. I highly recommend them ❤️❤️❤️

I went to them two days ago and the color of the henna was gone!!!!!!!! I dyed my eyebrows and asked them if it would treat allergies or not. They said no and she made an itch for me in the eyebrow area!!!!
