I have been to about 50 Salons in Dubai and you will not find a better one at a great price point! Osama and Ward are both super at hairdressing and beard designs and they also offer mani and pedis too! The Salon is beautifully designed and very hospitable staff. So the last time I visited this salon, I wanted to get my beard shaped. However, I was cut pretty badly on the cheek where my cheek actually bled out because it was a nastily deep cut. I’ve been getting my beard shaped for a quite a few years now and I’ve never had to go through such an experience. I’d like to put this horrible experience behind me; however, now I’m left with a scar on my face that I won’t be able to get rid of.I will admit that the barber did apologise after trying to sanitise the cut. However, it didn’t feel that genuine when I was demanded payment for the service after … it might seem shameless to your or me but in fact it was a master stroke by the salon to get a final payment out of a customer who they knew would probably never visit again! This is the type of service a person like me can now come to expect from this salon.I feel like I didn’t get the respect and care I rightfully deserved.
