Worst experience! The receptionist changes the prices when you get there, it’s not until after they start working on your hair do they tell you the price is 3 times more even though I have text message proof of the price for removing and reapplying extensions. The owner was there and tried to say he wouldn’t honor me the original agreed price because I said I would not come back.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff was nice, but they literally burned my hair and my friend’s hair. The texture was awful, didn’t last at all. It quickly lost its shape, became extremely dry, and felt completely burnt. Extremely disappointing experience.

Otana Beauty CENTER one of the best salons that I have visited in Dubai. Excellent service at all levels. The staff is one of the best. The attention to the customer is very wonderful. Accurate appointments, the art of dealing and the wonderful smile from Mr.Naji when receiving the customer and all the rest. I visited him many times and I advise everyone to go to Otana Beauty CENTER.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at this salon. It was my first time ever at Otana beauty centre and I was extremely disappointed for various reasons. The first being the service, the staff were extremely unprofessional, didn’t take care and frankly did as they pleased. I had some waxing done on my upper lip, the wax burned my lip and made it extremely painful causing the skin to peel off and become incredibly dry and sore a few days later. I also asked if the lady could thread my eyebrows, however, she insisted that she wax them instead as I wouldn’t be able to handle the pain, I trusted her but told her “please can you only wax the middle, nowhere else” it lead to her over waxing them and changing the whole entire shape of my brows. I was incredibly frustrated at this point. I also had my arms waxed which might have been the worst of all as the woman left the hot wax on my skin for too long, causing it to harden and burn me. She then had to rip it off with extreme force which was so painful. I have been waxing for years and have never had an experience like this one. Won’t be going back.

Mike he was one of kind honestly I went to many salon before they never treat me like he did I have thick and long hair and usually salon they don’t have the patience to make the coloring perfect he was sweet professional and the happiest when the result came like what I want and he want it which is really rare !! I’m loyal customer never going to any other salon for my hair - by the way all the staff was lovely my mum did eyelash really lovely service and the nails also very nicely done

Beware of them, the worst I have ever seen, a very impolite staff. One man named Alaa (mostly Syrian) washed my hair for me. He came out to me with conditioner in my hair, and he was pulling my hair with hair extensions, and his hand was heavy and he has no manner of being rude. I said to him, please, (relax your hand, my hair has hair extensions)!! Answer me, how do you want me to wash you? What should I ask you? Wow, he made it an issue, screaming, and extreme to the point that I got angry. I tried to talk to him. I told him, “You’re angry. Do you think religion is a transaction?!” Rah Zad, I am educated, I have morals, wow, we are educated, and he was ready to complete the joke. I don’t know. I felt like I was in a series that had swords left in it 😹😵‍💫, butter is below zero from ten, and now I come to look for their WhatsApp management and they make me laugh. I think he and his friends are holding the social media affiliated with the salon.🤭 But see you, Alaa, Lynn. They take you out of the salon because these upscale places are supposed to only have people who deserve their place

However be careful, the prices are very expensive, I got it for 1600 dirhams or 450€. I found the price very very excessive compared to France. And don’t expect someone to massage your scalp after shampooing… for the price it’s a shame.
