I recently took my mom to Paulista ladies Saloon to change her hair color from Red to Brown and the experience was exceptional! The staff was incredibly professional, starting with a test on her hair to ensure the color would turn out perfectly and safely. They took the time to explain the process and made sure we were completely confident with the high quality products they used. The care and attention they provided especially Fares & Yasmine were extraordinary and the results were flawless. My mom’s hair looks stunning and she couldn’t be happier. I just moved here from America and I found my new salon! I went here to get my eyebrows done and then I ended up getting my nails done. I am going back tomorrow to get my lashes done as well. 😅 I love my nails! Umka did my nails and she is so sweet! Everyone here is so nice. They take their time with you to make sure you get the best results! I was also watching other women get their hair done, and they are AMAZING! So many women left with beautiful hair! You couldn’t even tell they had extensions because it looked so natural.

Nail technician Yana saved my holidays!!!She had the best selection of the Cat eye gel in different shades.This is the only place I found decent quality of the materials in Marina 💗🔥Great communication with Yana helped me to get exactly what I wanted. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I found it to be one of the most expensive options, yet the quality of service did not meet my expectations. I received a quote of $1,440 for a keratin treatment for medium-length hair. Since I brought my own product, they offered a 25% discount, reducing the total to $1,080. I also wanted to add a color service, which was quoted at $450, and I was told I would receive a 20% discount on my first visit.Calculating the costs, my total should have been $1,530, minus the 20% discount, which would bring it down to $1,147. However, I was charged the full $1,530, and despite raising my concerns, I only received a 5% discount at the end.The service itself was far from satisfactory. I arrived around 10:00 AM and didn’t leave until almost 4:00 PM, just for the keratin treatment and color. Additionally, I left with dye all over my face, which is unacceptable for such an expensive service.I consider myself an easygoing client who is usually satisfied, but this experience was incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this salon to anyone and will not be returning. I am truly disappointed.

Worst hair treatment and hair color i’ve ever had.I did the T zone only and it turned into orange color with wrong highlights technique like shown in the picture my hair has patches orange and other brown

Zel and Diana were really amazing doing my extensions, they found the perfect balance of colors for my hair, which wasn’t easy since I had balayage done. Really great, 10/10 recommend! From the moment i walked in i was greeted and went straight into consultation and even with short hair , they were able to work hard throughout the night on my hair. Zein, Zel, and Diana were all working on my hair with such intense focus and i am extremely pleased with my hair. I honestly recommend this wonderful salon because even though my hair was a challenge, they managed to make it look absolutely natural and im so happy with the result. Thank you guys. I’ve been searching for a salon that understands my needs and I’ve finally found the perfect one! I have very fine hair and Zel installed ice extensions to give me wonderful volume. Farez did my colour and cut with so much attention to detail. I am so happy and confident with my hair now and can recommend Paulista to anyone seeking volume and length for their natural hair. A very talented team of experts who will make you feel right at home.

I recently had my second hair extension touch up with Diana, and she was even more perfect this time around! She was warm, courteous, and still maintained her professionalism throughout. My recent experience at the salon was mixed. I spent 3 hours for a manicure and pedicure, which felt quite long. The service itself was good, and the staff were friendly, but the pace was slower than expected. The pricing is a bit higher than the market average, but the team did a good job. However, it would be great if the process could be sped up a bit.

Extremely disappointing!If you want to to change your hair color to something other than shades of brown I don’t recommend this placeNot to give a long story- but color consultants assured me that they can color my hair a specific shade of red, will full knowledge of pedicure henna color and type that was on hair. They did multiple strand tests and after they bleached and dyed my hair but I got purple hair not red. Their solution was to bleach and dye it again. I trusted them that they can get my hair to red, but honestly I should have followed my instincts when I saw the bleach resulted in ice blue color not any shared between yellow or orange

This is really one of the best salons I have ever been to in Dubai. The staff is extremely friendly, hardworking and professional. Their hair treatment and extension services are amazing, and they are very attentive to detail. It genuinely felt warm in there, and my hair definitely looks nice in their premium quality ice extensions. Their hair stylist Azamat is incredibly talented and gives honest reliable advice as per the situation of your hair. He refused to bleach my hair as it was so tired, and rather went for treatment and toning.

I have been going to Madina for a few months now and I could not be happier with her work. She works with incredible attention to details and always listen to exactly what you want. Going to this salon is always an amazing experience . Thank you 🥰 and see you again in a few weeks ☺️

Paulista is a chic salon, and costly. I did my ice extensions there and I would say the first one was a real flop. The other times i did, it was okay and Nargiza is the star when it comes to good application. The recent experience however, my capsules fell off on the the 4th day and continuosly increasing. As a client i am paying each capsule with few strands of hair and I dont complain for the price, I do complain on the manner it was applied, because post application is also costly. It is frustrating and disappointing for someone like me who needs to spend a lot of hours to get this done and have these issues in the end.

The best Hair Specialists and the most amazing quality hair in Dubai! My hair was never that long and thick before i did my extension there!Easy to brush, can do many hairstyle and the bonds are not visible at all ☺️ They have many different Shades od blonde or dark, ginger hair so the Specialist will recommend to choose the most suitable one to your hair for natural look.They do also russian technique manicure which is really top in all Dubai as well, you can book it and have it at the same session to save the time 🙂Definately recommending Paulista in Marina Dubai 🥰

Nobody ever did my nails in the way they did! I did them with Yana and she really did them with art! I can tell that she really understands what she’s doing and that she really cares about the quality of their work and the health of the nails. Many of my friends that come here say that their nails last 4-6 weeks easy. Even the pedicure was great and they used many devices to make sure all of the dead skin is gone and no other salon ever cared this much. I am looking forward to try their other services and highly recommend!

While I did have a huge coordination issue with them in the past; but the personal approach they took to come back specifically Azmat and Offcourse his work; made me go back to them. I booked an appointment recently and got the same stylist now supervisor. :) They happily accepted my appointment managed beautifully and on time, I did a haircut, blow dry and their Tokio inkarami treatment , the treatment instantly made may hair shiny, glossy and alive. When I went to make the payment the paulista team and azmat did not charge me, despite several attempts of convincing them they didn’t budge. Not someone who enjoys free services but I was indeed touched how they remembered that one bad experience and went above and beyond to delight their customer. I went back because of his good work and I will continue to go back again. Previously they did ice extensions that was fab and super natural. Thanks for the service and the gesture which was to be honest a bit much but coming back again and always

In the beginning of my mother’s appointment all was going well and then the hairdresser started assisting another client that just walked in. And after 10 minutes, the hairdresser informed my mother that he would not be continuing the appointment, even though she had a confirmed appointment. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful. My family has been going to this salon for years and this has never happened before. This type of treatment is unacceptable. Will not be going back.

Hands down the best place I have gone for extensions, they did a great job. They care about my natural hair and are helping me keep it healthy. This was my first time doing extensions I was super afraid but from the begging till the end Wafaa the supervisor made me feel really welcomed and was with me explaining everything also stayed till the whole process was done to make sure I was feeling ok .My hairdressers were Katya and Nuriza lovely ladies super delicate hands and also made me feel super comfortable and secure about the experience.Love this salon and I will recommend it to all my friends , 100% friendly , 100% high quality materials . I really write comments about salons. But Paulista team definitely deserve to have feedback about their hair extensions. I honestly never was able to find in Dubai such an amazing hair quality by such a good price. It is soft, and same as my hair structure. Also capsules are so small, even though I did extensions with two specialist , still the capsules are identical everywhere. Easy to comb and easy to take care. Super happy and definitely will come back soon for my maintenance ❤️

Just moved to Dubai like four months ago and struggling to find good nails salon. After four bad trials was about to give up until I found this cozy beautiful salon. Found their IG page and quickly booked with them. Nagizia, the nail technician did the same design as the photo I show her. She was nice, friendly, and pleasant to chat with. Front desk ms Nina was lovely too. Highly recommended and will go again for sure.

Absolutely gorgeous and great quality of hair. Perfect color, great texture, love it!!! Also girls who did my hair was very professional and make for me this new technique, I used to do keratin, but from now on I will do only ice. I don’t feel them at all. Zalina was very helpful for my consultation, and she suggested me to do slightly wavy hair, which looks so much more natural as extensions I had before. So if I can give 10 stars I will do it⭐️

It’s rare to find a genuinely good affordable salon but these guys have nailed it! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and extremely thorough!!! I did a gelish French manicure and I can honestly say it was the best I have ever seen done. Perfect. Not one single flaw. The classic pedicure was brilliant as well. I was very impressed with the Russian nail technique they use - something I’ve never seen any other salon do in Dubai! Definitely worth every dirham spent.

I loved my new hair extensions , it is so soft and same as my hair structure. Also I did Moremo treatment to give my hair more moisture before application of my new extensions, now it is my favourite treatment in the salon as it keeps my hair deep conditioned. Always a great experience to come to Paulista , all team is super friendly.

Literally saved my life! After a long period of bleaching my dark hair in other beauty salons it got very weak and started falling off, that was when I decided to go back to my natural color. Loved my experience and result at Paulista hair extensions. I went here because my last hair extensions experience at home ruined my hair and other lady who works from home recommended ways to fix it that only involved more damage. I recognized how experienced paulista staff were during my first interaction with them on IG . They suggested the best way to fix my hair , affordable treatments and also they use hair what I already purchase in other place, but by Ice te. They were extremely kind, helpful and also affordable. They were very patient with me and really listened to my concerns and accommodated me. I went back to England now, but as soon as I am back to Dubai I am going to them for hair maintenance and treatments.

This is by far the best salon for the best mani and pedis in Dubai. It took me 3 years living in Dubai, trying a lot of salons (including big chains), but my nails have never looked and felt as nice as when I visit Paulista. The nails last for 4-5 weeks as well and still look perfect, which really beats other places that barely last 2 weeks.

This is the best hair extensions in the town. I was doing extensions for more than 5 years in different places This Russian Ice technique, it’s not hard to find. What was hard to find is good hair quality, and Paulista has it. The hair quality is just wow. The manicures are excellent, Zalina does the best manicure I have ever gotten in Dubai. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was recently disappointed with the waxing services with some of the newer employees but the staff was very accommodating to my feedback, so hopefully there will be improvements in that area!
