I recently had the pleasure of visiting Platinum Black, and I cant recommend this salon enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately set the tone for a relaxing experience.Each aspect of my visit was exceptional, but I have to give a special shout-out to Ayan, who worked magic on my hair! Ayans expertise in color treatments for Slavic hair truly shines through.I came in hoping to go blonde, and he delivered stunning results while ensuring the health of my hair. Her thorough knowledge about different colors and treatments made me feel confident and well-cared for.The location of Platinum Black is also fantastic, making it easy to access. Overall, the service was incredible, and I left feeling rejuvenated and beautiful. If youre looking for a top-notch beauty experience, I highly recommend Platinum Black! You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been going to my Hair Stylist, Mohammad Al Tamimi for over 8 years now and that alone should tell you everything. He’s an artist, absolutely one of a kind. I always get the best wavy hair with the best volume and I only cut my hair with Mohammad. I couldn’t recommend him more to be honest, even my husband now only cuts his hair with Mohammad and nobody else. And now Mohammad is working at Platinum Black, I also have to say they are extremely friendly and welcoming, I love the team there and I love the location in DIFC, they are connected to a great mall.

I have had a horrible experience in this salon recently. Came to make tapes correction for my hair. Hair dresser behaved rude, impatient since the very beginning. After she started to do the work, I mentioned that the length looks very short( usually need to put it in the middle of the head, not in the very top), what she successfully ignored. With that type of behavior it was not comfortable to comment anything anymore, as you could have expected the wrong reaction from her and I needed to finish the procedure as I had to travel next day. When the work was done, it was an absolutely nightmare. The length was short, layers uneven, right side was much shorter then a left side. As a cherry on top after she had messed up the hair she said that it looked like that to me, as Im blind or can’t see my reflection in the mirror straight. Horrible. No one from the management called me back after I complained about this event.

Pleasant ambience, the place is very clean and neat plus stuff is professional and friendly! If you want your blow dry to stay for few days with same volume - please ask for Ms. Ines, she’s nailing it! Highly recommend this place for all the beauty connoisseurs!

I found this salon on Instagram. After following them for quite months, I decided to give it a try and bought a package for body contouring (madera). Unfortunately the 10 session package didnt show any improvement results. Manicure and pedicure service was ok for me, but my daughters manicure (Gelish) wasnt that great. On one nail the polish came off easily without any force (peeled off).

I have done my nails with Diane and Yulia and both are phenomenal. By far one of the best nail salons i have been to and so amazing. The nails arent damaged and are protected well too and I see my nail health improving despite gel nails. Love the place and the ladies.

I have just had the most amazing buccal facial massage with Saida. I dont have pictures to share of course for the privacy and the relaxation of the treatment, but I cant thank her enough for the massage she gave me. I had so much tension in my facial muscles and pains and aches. I think if I do regular sessions I will not need Botox at any time or any age. I dont like using chemicals anywhere in my body and I think I found a great alternative to having to inject my lines. Thank you Saida for putting your heart into your work and for making me feel healthy again.

I come to Platinum Black for years for nail services, but this time I got addicted to the hair services too! Shahzoda was absolutely amazing and went out of her way and working hours to do full set with removals as well as being very polite and kind. She is just something out of the ordinary. If you’ve been dreaming of a short haircut but wouldn’t trust anyone to do it, Mel is the one! I’ve been experimenting with my hairstyles for more than 20 years but Mel was the one who got it right. She feels who you are and what you want. She is really dedicated to her job and takes it seriously. She is one of a kind. She offered me a hairstyle and I was in doubt but when she did it I realized she knew what I wanted better than I did, she felt me.This lady is just the best! A real gemstone!

I’ve been getting my anti-aging hair treatment my with Iness and I am a return customer. I love the after result of my hair, the shine, the volume and how straight it looks and the best part is that it is chemical free. My hair is perfect after this treatment and I would recommend Iness from the salon I love how she takes care of my hair and how she does the treatment for me each time.

The osteopathic face massage was the best Ive done till date. A Russian lady with good knowledge of muscles and knots. Too good. I could almost find difference in the visibility of my open pores. The pores faded after just one session. Pain is bearable but the impact is significant on your skin.

She didnt only provide me with proper buccal massage but also gave me few personal health advices for body and skin beauty. There is definitely a result after attending massage course. I had my lash extensions done here, the lady is professional. I did the kardashian lashes with her.. they’re kind of dramatic but very nice though .. the lashes look amazing but it’s hard to wear them for a long time .. they are too thick and kind of pokes your skin when washing.Professional and friendly staff.

Amazing!! I got my hair colored baby highlights, the amount of detailing is unprecedented in Dubai, never had someone pay so much attention to make sure that color is consistent, the professional colorist Karim did tiny little highlights all over my scalp tirelessly then colored the ends towards then end to ensure my hair doesn’t get burned by the bleach all whilst washing away the highlights that have been sitting for a while to protect my hair. The result is seamless highlights with my natural hair color 😍😍🥳🥳Thank you Platinum Black I found my salon finally after 7 years in Dubai!!!Thank you Karim!!!

Very disappointed from Brazilian blow out.They was showing nice pictures on the social media from where I got inspired and booked for my hair. My hair still frizzy and treatment make it more dry after complaining they call me again in saloon and give me again one spry price 250 Aed and I paid for treatment and again for the spray but noting is nice.Never had like this treatment and for sure no recommendations at all.

I find Karim on instagram and texted him to ask him about some color i wanted to try on my hair. He answered straight away and was really helpful , he invited me for a consultation and let me tell you I did not regret. I trusted him and came out with an amazing result . As soon as he saw my hair and I explained what I wanted he already pictured the result. He explained the different steps and started the work. His assistant was really sweet and helpful. I spent more than 3 hours but it felt really less cause everybody was very friendly. Karim really knows his job he doesn’t only do the hairstyle , he also advise you according to your face, skin tone , eyes color ect . Just to resume I came to the salon kinda anxious as I never really dyed my hair but I left with a big smile . Thanks a lot !!

Angie is good front office manager she is always very helpful and shell make sure that the client is happy after the service. The moment I enter she always asks me Sir, what would like to drink? I say Coffee and of course she brings a bottle of water with a glass coffee with great smile that makes so amazing and cheerful.Let me start about the barbers.Gaber - is an artist I really dont know how he become a Stylist (funny way). He always makes a pleasant smile and Egyptian witty way to talk to the clients. Wonderful place and the nicest staff!( Ladies salon)The pIace is so comfortable and beautiful.I received the most wonderful service from the girls specially Ginera(I hope thats the correct spelling) my favorite, she never dissapoints, simply the best. . I came in with horrible nails done by another place few months ago but she quickly took action and made my hands beautiful again. She recommends different nail designs that suits you perfectly from manicure to pedicure. Even with the extra work on my nails and the nail art the price was still very reasonable. The attention to detail is top notch which makes me introduce my friends to her & come back again and again . I already look forward to next time! Keep up!!

The lady who takes care of my nail is the lovely Nilpe. She does an excellent job every time i do my nails. She understands really well the customers need and performers it in an excellent way.

I’ve had 3 sessions of Buccal facial massages with Viktoria and I absolutely love it. She is absolutely fantastic and the treatments have made such a difference! Although being slim I’ve always suffered with face puffiness /skin sagging and lines, buccal is an absolute game changer. My face has improved so much in just 3 appointments! Definitely recommend as a more effective and healthier alternative to filler and Botox!

Since my friends know the fact i had very bad experienced 2 months ago with this salon and my friends ask me to put honest review.Why? Because hair is one of your important thing that you cant replace.I was request to do Balayage since beginning and they ask me to meet the hair dresser which I was waiting for him like 40mins. Then the next day he ask me to come back and he start to do my hair which SUPPOSE TO BE BALAYAGE but it turned hair bleach the whole head for 5hours. I was shock that I thought he was understand hence I was explaining by whats app and in person with the salon few times. And everything has clear information.The result turn blonde on my whole hair and I was super disappointed but I still paying full amount ( the original bill was 1800dhs and the hair dresser gave me 10% so it was I paid 1500dhs something and I still giving him tips 100dhs tips as well to appreciate his time) and he said sorry and come back next day because the salon need to be closed that time. And he was asking me to come as per his free time and he said it will only takes 1hour hence I said I need to pick up my family in the airport.The next come I came back to fix my damage hair and I was telling him that my head get burnt along into my neck and I show him and he was just smiling which is NOT FUNNY AT ALL! And I explained again what my hair suppose to be and I show the color and everything from the start again. I beg him please do not damage my hair again and fix it what I been requested because I will get married in 3 days. But unfortunately the guys was very demanding he was insisting that he is right he only wants to do what he wanted. Trust me I was like being his TRIAL and my hair gor very damage until my scalp. Even his promise to do 1 hour to fix but it was 3 hours to do. Seriously, I understand if dont pay BUT I PAID FOR IT FOR NOTHING even worse! And i ask him to stop because I was in hurry to pick up my family in the airport and he got upset and blaming me that I made him in rush. How he can be professional if the customer need to follow his time and he is the one who break the time. Sorry but my times not only for him! So at the end I left with still my hair damage and not even balayage. It turned very blonde yellow and my scalp got burn for a week till my wedding.After few days I was complaining to the salon what happend.. give all the prove that i was requesting since beginning and the manager call me to back to fix my hair. Seriously... this is not first time for me to go to salon with hair dresser. You cant fix to do coloring your hair when your hair condition is very very damage. I used to balayage and I always prevent my scalp to get bleach and professional hair dresser wont let the hair got dagame but THIS? its all about being selfish and money. They just telling me to come back hence I dont feel to go out even on my wedding the MUA and hairdo was shock with my hair. And dont know what to do to cover all the damage.And after 2 weeks I ask them to give me the treatment at my home since I dont want to see those guy anymore and I didnt go anywhere cause I lose my confident. Totally. But unfortunately THEY NEVER COME BACK TO ME.However at the end to pay this much of money only for damage my hair? Facing unprofessional hair dresser? ITS NOT WORTH IT. Thats hurt because he put me like for trial!I have few witness with me by the time in the salon.. even there was the lady who was complaining to him because he was very demanding by choosing hair extension. My cousin was there also when the guy was putting me down in verbal and action. All tje prove by whats app conversion, all photo ..I have it with me. I honestly never put any comment to Google but this bad experienced shooting me alot.THANK ME FOR THE CHARITY!

I do pedicure with Rano for the past few months. Wont go to anyone else. She doesnt just do it nice, she has medical approach to pedicure and she helped to grow my nails healthy and pain free while wearing tight shoes.

I visited them with damaged hair literally damaged because someone really messed up with my hair.. I was planned to do hair cut and colour but then expert told me that dont colour right now wait for a while and gave me some professional products to try on my hair for recovery, which i guess not available normally in super markets and gave me awsome haircut. I am so happy with the results and advice.. I again forgot her name 🤔 iseen i guess but not sure...Also i got 50% off on my first visit for the haircut.Actual cost was 420 and it costed me 210Will definitely visit next time..

I have been all over the world and never ever seen any salon and stylist so pathetic with their hair services and also so unprofessionalI visited platinum black salon thinking it would be a great choice but I was wrong.I spoke to their stylist Karim and he’s by far the worst stylist I’ve seen. Went for the service and the entire service was rushed.. didn’t show which products would b used.. just started the trtmt... without explaining what’s the process or procedure...Trtmt got over and then went for global colour and that also didn’t cover in go.. went for a redo for that too...I wanted to buy the shampoo n conditioner prescribed by him from him itself but they were not available.. so I ordered them from amazon.I’ve paid almost 1100 aed and now within a month my hair are back to what they use to be.No use of paying so much... I have been coordinating with him that I will visit and requesting to visit however was not given any appointment as hes SOOOO BUSY.... finally went to see him today at this preferred time n he wasn’t there... the salon didn’t take onus of him not being there... said he has an appointment at 1 and will come then... finally managed to meet him and he had the audacity to say I don’t know what ur using... I do the trial and see n then decide if I need a redo... he was busy as usual with another client... and didn’t even acknowledge that he has made an error and blamed me for the whole mess created by him... his salon and he don’t have the guts or courage to hold up to their wordI don’t want anyone to go thru my kind of experience so please stop visiting them especially Karim.... he’s the worst with his work and has an attitude problem too.... will be very nice till u pay and once paid and unhappy won’t even accommodate or help out... pathetic is not the word for this salon and Karim... let’s get this heard to the senior management of platinum that this is how they treat their customers..

I found staff in this place is very carrying of their clients. Also amazing head massage included as part of hairdressing.

Hair master Mila 5+ excellent work. I give the salon a 4 - for the wait, there was a lot of it. The work should have taken 2 hours maximum, but it turned out to be almost -3 hours. And the paint is without ammonia - I have a lot of experience in coloring - the paint was harsh the smell, and even stung my eyes. This is not so much a minus as it was just an unpleasant surprise; paint without ammonia usually has a pleasant and not very pungent smell.I recommend the salon!

I came here for the first time in January, and I had a very good time, they fulfilled my every request. The staff is excellent and they are very efficient, I recommend Karim, he understands what you require and can fulfill your every request!

Madam Katerina, whose nationality is Russian, is an artist in cutting short hair, and in a room for veiled women, she deserves 5 stars. We were successful in our choice, thank God.
