I have actually been to many salons. But he did not come back with any happiness. But I went to this salon and came back very happy. Their service is very polite and friendly. On the first day, we were very friendly like people we knew before. Apart from beauty, they comforted me with their words even for our tiredness and mental stress. Thank you very much. All for giving me a nice price.

I always have an amazing experience in Precious Beauty Salon. They were professional with their work and very caring towards their clients. The will not suggest treatment until required. Their products are top notch quality. Most important is they follow best hygiene practice. I would recommend and would rate a 1000 starts to them. Thank you Wilsila and Nahar for such a beautiful and amazing service and experience.

I visited precious beauty salon karama. the service and customer service is really good. the owner and Nahar were very sweet and accommodative. My works were done by Nahar she got good skill and experience. Loved her eyebrow threading skill especially.

They will suggest d best suitable treatment for ur hair. As suggested I have done nanoplasty treatment for my hair. Done first tym, turned out to be really good. M way too happy. Hair luks great n voluminous. Waiting to try other services soon😍

I took nano plastic treatment. Service was so good and hair stylist done a great job. Both of them(owner& stylist) are so kind. Small place though its very good ambience and super clean

I visited this salon today and It was my first day did a Eyebrows and upperlip .Staff Nahar she did really good work with excellent customer service . She make my eyebrows so well exact way how i wanted .Salon is so clean and very calm place . Will surely visited again .

They have a package of 110 but it is not clearly written what is included in it. They can add a brochure with all details but that was missing.

I have extremely frizzy hair, that grows out very fast, hence in need of a protein treatment every 3 months. I am relatively new in Dubai hence have to resort to Google reviews to choose my salon.So was pleasantly surprised when I came across these multiple positive reviews especially for Keratin and Protein treatments. So made an appointment and headed over there, only to find a dingy salon with an unwelcoming ambience. There was a comment in one of the reviews about it never being crowded. It is because there is only one staff! That really does not bother me, how they choose to run their business, especially if it is a small business. But what bothers me is that as a paying customer, is it wrong of me to expect basic amenities of a salon? Like a functioning washroom. You are paying for a 3-4 long treatment, do they expect not to use a washroom? There was a washroom, or a sorry excuse for one with no wash basin or hand washing facilities(only to question the hygiene of the hands of the staff) but only a bidet(a bidet mind you!, not a commode with a flush!). I am truly amazed how this salon is allowed to be kept open by the authorities.I waited 3 days to wash my hair and review my treatment as I really wanted to try and give a few more stars as my intention is indeed to help out small businesses as these. But the treatment was as usual, as I had done in the past. Nothing great for the price that was offered. I have shoulder length hair was charged AED.350/- whereas there are multiple more upbeat and modern salons all around Dubai that do the same job for far less, with exactly the same output.I only went there due to the multiple reviews that are on here, that I am now not sure the authenticity of.

Good things come in small packages and Precious Beauty Salon is a classic example of this. Dont let the fuss-free and basic exterior and interior fool you into taking them lightly. The owner, Willi and the staff, Irma know their subject very well. When I first approached Willi for a specific hair service, she guided me on how that wouldnt be the right one for my hair and recommended another one, that I went for. She is knowledgeable and approachable and patiently answered all my questions and cleared my doubts. Charges were reasonable and service standards comparable to any of the fancy places strewn around the area.Post the hair treatment, when I expressed a concern into something , Willi happily offered to look into it and take remedial action, where needed. This, for me, is a deal setter - how you treat your client post the payment 😊. Would surely recommend that this Salon be tried atleast once. It would become your go-to place for sure, for all your beauty needs.

One of the best Salon in Dubai. Very professional Staff Erna and the Owner Ms Wili was such a wonderful person and very helpful. She advised me exactly what was best for my hair . I had very dry frizzy hair and the result of my hair was brilliant., i was amazed, never thought would see my hair that beautiful 😍 🤩 👌 💕 Highly recommended Salon in Dubai. Thank you Wili and Erna.

I dont even want to give one star. nobody is responding for messages and calls even if we are continuously contacted the parlor. need to call 10 times or more to get 1 reply for 10 messages. Too bad

Wow hair colored and styled with beautiful curls, and The color is stunning and the curls add so much dimension to this hair. I love it 🫶🏻I highly recommend this stylist for both coloring and styling services!

They advertised on social media about some services and when I reached out to them no response. Since last week trying to contact with them. The number is not working as well. After one week that person responded saying that they can’t do that. Very irresponsible.

.Best saloon in al karama I got a manicure, pedicure, hair cut, wax, eyebrow shaping and a facial Really good pricing and the ladies are so caring and welcoming. I am so happy I find this salon I will always come back! All treatment was outstanding, I totally recommend!
