I have been going to Pro for the last 5 years maybe, and cant feel awe for the awesome welcome I get and the smiling faces of the staff. Highly recommend the facial, hot oil and haircuts. My regular for all my monthly packages, and the ambience and most importantly the service makes it really good. I have been to pro with my children since they were a baby and the staff is very supportive and my 9-year-old loves the nail polish they apply for her like a mini pedicure!

My mum & I have been visiting the saloon for a really long time. Though we stay far now but always love coming back. The team are such a delight and make you feel very welcomed

Horrible salon, the staff maybe friendly to clients but were not friendly to my 12year old child, whole was also their client!Took package of face clean up + bleach + collagen for 100dhs - clean up did not clean the kajal I had put...the steam was placed far from my face, hardly 15secs only on one side of face and black heads/white heads removal began...jus plain lightly on my nose...I had to point and ask to give proper steam and then removal of black and white heads from all of my face!Wanted to do nails - nail shape is different on both hands! Not a neat job at all..extremely disappointed!Wanted french tips for my 12 year old, it was done horribly with fat nail tips!, nail shape ruined, my daughter was hurt due to excessive filing and her beautiful nails looked rather ruinedI asked to remove the gel fat french tips they removed with machine...making the nails much thinner and breaking nails, making them look weak! Went with awesome healthy nails for grooming came back with hurt/broken ruined weak nails and a sorry from the salon! Ofcourse they dare not charge me for this!Also did hair treatment for already oiled long hair of my daughter...with hair mask, supposedly making her hair look healthier and hydrated, it looks dry after the treatment and obviously the blow dry makes it look lil ok. But dry!So so disappointed, waste of money and time...and went with a happy heart and excitement for our holiday but grooming wise so disappointed thanks to this disastrous and horrible salon!Wish there was a negative star marking, 1 star is also absolutely non-deserving! Absolutely frustrating and annoying!

Highly recommended ! Ms. Rose & Ms. Aisha (along with their team of well-trained and courteous Ladies) make the trip to the beauty salon worthwhile. My Daughter and I have been fans since 2016-2017..... and we refuse to go to any other salon, even though there are numerous options around the area where we live.

I had done a hair botox treatment. I am really happy with the service. They are quick at their work because they all work well with each other, under Ayshas supervision. Aysha run the parlour meticulously.
