I have been coming to this salon for a while.The prices are extremely reasonable and the service has been really good.Greece has been the most warm and welcoming receptionist and I really like how she makes me feel at home, comfortable and so genuinely caring. She listens to clients feedback and always strives for great serviceI had a gel manicure, gel pedicure and eyebrow thread. I walked out feeling a queen.Thank you very much

Horrible service for hair. I asked to trim my hair as the back side was longer than the front, i agreed with the haidresser who apparently have communication issue (shes arabic & cant speak or seem that cant understand english properly also), i saw her cutting my hair like shes cutting a paper, like it was her first time to cut a hair, when i told her to stop, she kept justifying what shes done which is horrible!!! The manager came and also tried defending saying shes experienced. I left the salon with a hair that looked like i got the haircut from a blind person.If youre not capable of doing the service, why even do it and ruin peoples hair?Btw, i didnt even get an apology!!I hope this wont happen with anyone ever again! This place is cheap for a reason.

I’ve been going to this salon for a while now. Jessa does a great job with my eyelash. She’s always doing it perfectly.Ruby also cuts my hair, she managed to deliver what is expected.

Their winter promo is indeed value for money as recommended by a friend. I have availed 4 services for AED 299. My overall experience was memorable as I had the much needed pampering this week. Thank you to the team. Grace, at the reception, for the smooth booking. Amani, who did the Moroccan bath and haircut, was a delight with her happy personality and she did a great job. Kusum, who did the massage, always made sure I was comfortable. Sabee, did the hydra facial, was very good and I never felt so relaxed after a facial. Its my first time here in the salon and I live in Sharjah. I wouldnt mind the drive if I can expect the same level of service every visit.

I booked a package of 4 services at this salon includes facial, pedi, meni and hair cut. The person Chaline was wonderfully doing facial, pedi and meni.. she was really good at it. Very good service and haircut also done very nicely, changed my look. On the whole i highly appreciated and recommend this salon. Im going to be a regular customer..

This was my first visit to This Salon, and I’m beyond impressed. The team is so friendly and welcoming. My stylist did an amazing job with my highlights and gave me the perfect cut that suits my face shape. I’ve received so many compliments on my hair already! Will definitely be coming back.

Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Time or MoneyI visited this salon for lash extensions based on a recommendation from my niece, but my experience was far from pleasant. I had an appointment with my friend, but ended up waiting 90 minutes before it was my turn – way longer than any other salon Ive been to, which usually takes no more than 45 minutes.The receptionist was not polite, and to top it off, they charge AED 40 for lash removal, while other salons either do it for free or charge a minimal fee (around AED 10-20).The worst part was that the other staff left, and I was alone with the technician. They turned off the AC, leaving me in a hot and uncomfortable room, which I found incredibly rude. The glue they used had such a strong odor that I could barely breathe that i had to request for a mask. I also requested for a fan (which is usually offered once lashes are done), but the fan was low on battery and didnt worked.The technician had a heavy hands that were all over my face, including my other eye and nose, which has never happened to me at other salons. Overall, the service was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and not worth the time or money. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent lash experience.

I have never encountered such a lack of respect and disregard for clients from a salon before. I visited two days ago and agreed on a specific price and appointment time with an Arabic lady working there. The next day, they contacted me to change the appointment time because they had made a mistake by scheduling two appointments at the same time. When I went today, the same Arabic lady greeted me very poorly and surprised me by changing her previous agreement on the price. I have never seen such unprofessionalism and disrespect, and it wasted my time. When I approached the salon manager, she did not support me despite the employees mistake in changing her mind without any justification other than being unstable. To set a price and then change it two days later is manipulation and a disregard for the reputation of the place. The manager did not satisfy me, apologize, or even take a stand to honor the original agreed price, which reflects poorly on her management skills.

I had such a wonderful experience at QUEEN CODE OASIS - DSO - BEAUTY SALON & SPA! The hairstylists are truly talented and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. My haircut and color turned out better than I imagined! The salon has a relaxing atmosphere, and I felt pampered the entire time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch hair services.

Amazing and just amazingI have been coming here for long time now but today was my first service for eye lashes ❤️❤️ I am carried away. The best eyes lashes of my life so far. The technician is amazing she is master. The Vietnamese lady was lovely and she gave me a beautiful pedicure.Service is okay, but can be better. The nail technician kept telling me how much I’ll pay and she didn’t like that I’m getting strong gel. I told her are you the one who I’ll pay to? She said no. I told her then I’ll deal with the finances with the receptionist as she told me different prices on Whatsapp! I got a nail extension and it broke 2 weeks after.

First visit that would definitely be my last, bad receptionist, i have never come across any receptionist in any dubai salon who doesn’t know customer service, i had eyebrow done with which i am not satisfied, i also had pedicure done and the color has already started coming off in an hour, they used some red scrub on the feet and the color never lwft my feet, less standard products, bad serviceDon’t recommend at allAlso they are absolutely defensive about their incompetence and dont own up to the complaints they receive which clearly states the ignorance about customer service.Your eyebrow threading costs 20 ard and i was waiting for my pedicure and i had gone out to make a call and your receptionist followed me around! So unprofessional and so ignorant! But she never asked for payment or she never told me that customers are supposed to be held captive inside and cannot move around, please ask for money from the customer if you have such cheap mentality, nobody is going to become rich with your 20 aedWhat a shame!NEVER visiting again and will make sure all my friends know about your salon

Highly recommend this salon in DSO! The staff are exceptional, particularly the new receptionist (Greece) who provides a warm and welcoming experience for clients. As a regular customer, I brought my mother and sister along, and they were both thoroughly impressed with the services. Also i missed ghori and ruby but chalani did good hydra facial .The salons expertise and hospitality make it a must-visit destination.

Yesterday I went with my wife to get a hydrafacial treatment, instead, what she got was a normal facial with just double the price. They called that a hydrafacial. Now everyone who gets hydrafacial knows how it’s done. We just got scammed, I basically paid for an expensive treatment for nothing. Not to mention the 1/10 rated hygiene measures. Never going there again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

I gave them 1 star only because of the girl who cleaned my face. However, I don’t know much about their products, and I’m not sure about their quality. They keep changing their staff too often. The girl who did my manicure had no experience; she seemed to be doing the service just for the money, not to make the client happy. Everyone knows that a salon is a very important place for women to receive good service and leave feeling happy. I’m sorry to say this, but I’ve changed my mind about this place.

I was been there to this salon and I can say the experience was wonderful!Ambiance is awesome, calm and clean!All the staff are very welcoming and professionals.I took facial and mani pedi and hair color services. I can say their service is very good and worth more than what I paid.They provide most of their services in 89 and which feels more affordable and pocket friendly.Over all must go salon!

Not recommending. Their hairdressers have no experience , ruin my hair. Wrong color shade and hurt me during washing by dropping heavy bottle on my head. Next she made dry blow but when I touched my hair after she said its finished, it was full of unwashed color! So my nails were ruined and colored black and she was basically drying my hair still with unwashed color on it!I didnt get even apology and when I asked about discount I got bunch of rude responds and acuse that I threatened them to get free service. Funny enough that all above is recorded on their own cameras to review how hairdresser perform and what happen exactly.What a bad experience. Never again this saloon .I hope more people start talking about their experiences with them as many from neighbourhood had similar stories.

Very poor services , I am very unhappy with the services I did my eyelashes and it came out the same day .wen I went to refix it the eyelashes were not fixed well it was like just bunch of it is glued for name sake . I would not recommend anyone

One of my favorite salons to do my eyebrows at I had one eyebrow smaller than the other and the pretty lady goodie fixed it for me and I always go to her and suggest her and she gives you a little nice massage after it I recommend it!

All ladies are nice, except the lady in reception ‘Mini’ who is rude and talks in a very bad manner with the employees in front of the customers. 0 professionalism. I wish that the salon’s owner sees the bad reviews because the lady who is replying to the bad reviews is not being objective and not accepting the critics.

Our experience with Queen Code Oasis for my wifes hair cutting & design was a mixed experience. Mrs. Chalani provided excellent hair cutting and design services, showcasing her talent and dedication to her craft. 👌👌⭐⭐⭐She exuded sincerity and professionalism throughout the session, leaving my wife feeling satisfied with the result. ❤❤❤💟💟However, our disappointment stemmed from the lack of consideration for waiting customers. Despite arriving early for our appointment, we were left standing outside without any seating or amenities until Mrs. Chalanis arrival. The receptionist, though present, didnt extend any courtesy to accommodate us indoors, which was disheartening.👎👎👎While the quality of service was commendable, attention to customer experience, especially during wait times, requires improvement. Overall, Queen Code Oasis has potential but could benefit from refining its customer care practices to ensure a more pleasant experience for all patrons.

Had the Hydra Facial done with Guri and it was a very relaxing experience. My skin looks and feels much cleaner and hydrated and had a beautiful glow. I also had the caviar hair treatment and my hair feels so smooth and hydrated. Definitely visiting again!

DISASTER EXPERIENCE!!I booked an appointment at Queen Code Oasis to have a balayage and root colour. This was my first appointment at this salon.I had a balayage colour already in my hair which had grown out.On arrival the manager told me the person doing my hair was a senior stylist and I was in good hands.The stylist then decided that I needed a full colour instead of colouring my roots as she wanted a clean canvas. I advised her that my previous hair stylists had never done that they always work with the hair highlighted. She assured me that I had come to a good place and she knew what she was doing.My hair was darkened and then highlighted the stylist used techniques that I was not familiar with for balayage but when I voiced a concern she said she knew what she was doing and to allow her to continue. I noticed no root blend was done.Toner was applied and after being shown the results I was horrified my hair was brassy and had a purple tinge.The stylist told me this is what I asked for and I was in tears.The manager arrived and then said she had just used the wrong toner and to allow her to correct by then I had no faith left and told them to dye it all dark.I had been fasting and ended up the salon for 7 hours!! From 2pm to 9pm.To add to the insult I was still expected to pay the balayage price disguised under your now having a full colour and also an an accusation that was I expecting this to be free as I had said I didnt feel it was right that I should be paying. So I paid to avoid any further insult.Photos attached to show the colour I requested and the colour I was given before it was dyed dark.

Randomly came for my sisters haircut and got the hairdye done too. I must say the ambience is really peaceful and staff truly makes you feel like home. They really care about your healthy hair and skin which most stylist do not care about. Its worth spending on yourself with a good choice ❤️🫰

I recently visited queencode salon and had an absolutely wonderful experience ( Protein & eyelashes & mani and padi ) . From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff, particularly wafaa and the Egyptian lady and also the Vietnamese lady , they did an amazing job went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. the salon was clean and had a welcoming vibe. Chalini has been patient as I came here for the 1st time. She explained the process n did a great job with the facial. Staff was accommodating. On the whole it was a pleasant experience!

Didnt like the waxing service at all. They used roller wax machines which were not good at all. Plus the time when I left I still left with some hairs on my arms and legs🫤 In the end the person there was not bothered about left hairs. Maybe upset As I hv to show her again and again about the hairs on my arms and legs which she left.Yes I let her finsih her work first then pointed towards the hairs which were still popping out. And yes my hairs were long enough to be taken out wax. Not ingrown or baby small.Hair service was ok. For hair they didnt give hair steam+ massage time was maybe jst 10 min or less. They gave me a free blow dry. But there r some things tht cant be blown. 🙁 still for hair services I am ok.Ambience is good. Neat and clean.

They are not organised… they will book an appointment and then will keep you waiting… not professional services…I called at 5:30 mentioning that I am late by 10 minutes, shall I come? Then you said mam you can come at 6:30.. that’s why I was there at 6:30, then you said 15 minutes I will start service. Then at 6:45 I asked you said 5 more minutes.. and then 7:00 I left the saloon.. you can check phone records and camera footage if you think I am lying.. Thankyou.. I never put a wrong review..please stop making excuses now..

The person in charge of scheduling appointments has no idea what is going on and will confirm bookings without even checking if the needed technician is at work or available at the scheduled time slot.
