Hi, I have been going there for more than 2 years. The Owner Pooja lately is so loud and speaks rudely with her own staff. When I call for booking also you can here her being so Loud. So unprofessional and bad environment. When we take salon service we go there to look good look beautiful with a peaceful environment but is opposite not because of staff but the owner. I would highly recommend this salon for all sorts of salon & spa services and is my favorite salon in Dubai..Additionally I would like to share an experience of yesterday where I almost lost one pair of my precious earrings which I wrapped and kept in tissue while taking a service and it got thrashed by mistake..I did not believe that I would get it back however the amazing staffs in the salon went extra mile and helped me to find it from the thrash bin .Kuddos to all the ladies in the salon and one of the gems Ms.Pramila found the tressure from the thrash bin and I was overwhelmed to see the efforts all the staffs put effort to find my earrings .It was a WOW experience highlighting the sincearity of the staffs ,their perservance and much more .My goodness …Love you ladies 😍😍Big Big thank You to all the staffs..I wish you all the success in your career and personal life😍🎉🎊

They have different packages, and not clear with ther own packages, services is all mix if you want to change boss is having issue,i like the service of the staff there, but what is the use of you dont get the service you want, we cannot change.For small hair color they ask me to go for full hair color charges like long hair

I visited your mankhool branch yesterday evening, i called for an appt for Gelish manicure, n the lady asked me to reach by max 8.05 or 8.10pm as technician will need a minimum of 1hr and 20mins for gelish manicure. I reached by 8.05 and was asked if two technicians can do my hands, the salon was empty and had no clients. All technicians were relaxing snd having fun. As a customer we pay huge amounts and visit the salon for a relaxing experience right? But to my surprise, it felt like everything was rushed just because the salon closes by 9pm. I already had gelish paint on my hands, so it had to be removed first and extra charge of 20aed for that too. I agreed for two technicians only for removing, however everything was done by 2 technicians except applying new nail paint. So here it goes, we started exactly by 8.15pm and removing alone too 10mins and the rest only took 20mins. I was done by 8.45 and was out of the salon at 8.50!!! This is supposed to be a classic / traditional manicure where u need to soak the clients hands in warm water for at least 20mins? Ok say even 10mins? But the ladies were in such a hurry they didnt even allow me to soak even for a minute!!!! How will my cuticles recuperate? I am really really surprised and disappointed that i wasted my money on this. This is totally unacceptable. Closing your salon 10 or 20mins late on one single day is not gonna burn you right? Dont you out your clients comfort first? Paying 120dhs for a 35mins super express manicure??? Total rubbish. Never visiting again.

I had purchased a groupon voucher for morrocan bath. The voucher mentioned 50mins of morrocan bath, and mine whole experience was over in not more 30mins. The lady who did the service for me was in a rush and she did pathetic job with this.

Manisha, Vicky and Hazel are exceptionally good. I visit them regularly for the past 5 years. They are a good friendly team. Mona is very accommodating. Wish we get the same person every time. That would be a comfort zone for the clients. I was recommended by a friend. And I would recommend them to my friends too.

Wouldnt even give it 1 star . Had the most horrible experience here, I have been doing gel polish on my nails for years but this time it was very brutal ... It left my nails looking so sick and once it came off my nails were harmed very badly which Ive experienced for the first time, I bet the quality of the gel used was really bad .

A great Parlour some of the staff are old and very experience, though many talented staff keep leaving.So the challenge is to keep finding a new staff to get your service from and post that they don’t always give you appointment with that staff, they make it difficult by shifting that staff to a different branch or to a service that’s probably more beneficial for the business even if the client requests to have a specific service from that staff.And every-time you will have to keep trying a new staff and that’s not always a great experience…There’s a big need for improvement in customer service and more flexibility in providing appointment with ease with the choice of whom they would like to get service from without pushing clients to different/ new staff…

Grt Service .. specially the nail arts and gelish nails ....Specially the body massage ,, omg its soooo peaceful place n gud massage.. its tooo much specious for a body massage and the Moroccan bath.. its the lovely ambience... it has different services also which is just wow .. located at The Atrium Centre, Bur Dubai..

2 weeks back I had a haircut and the cut was really bad with no proper shape to the hair. I advise the beauticians are trained to tell the customer if they do not understand what is being asked of them and not proceed with half understanding. Rest is all okay.

One of my most favorite and first ever salon in Dubai, quality products is there priority and quality of service is unmatchable to any other salon, slighlty pricey but worth every single penny. Who so ever i sent came out as there permanent customer. All the best to amazing team.

Professionally managed. The booking process is smooth and the staff is well trained. They deliver services with a smile. Are always happy to assist with any special requests for e.g. I told Anjali that my feet are sensitive due to a medical condition and she was extra careful.

DISAPPOINTING & BE CAREFUL AS THEY RIP YOU OFF YOUR MONEY!I had an unfortunate experience today at Red Nail Salon & Spa, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. This salon not only engages in questionable pricing practices but also exhibits a lack of professionalism and customer service skills.First and foremost, the pricing for a full face wax is AED 55, they were charging me AED 85 for cheek, nose and upper lip, is simply unjustifiable. I was shocked to discover that they charge exorbitantly for certain parts of a service, even more than the cost of the entire service at other reputable salons. It felt like they were intentionally trying to rip off their customers by inflating prices for specific items. Its frustrating and leaves a bitter taste in my mouth when a salon takes advantage of its customers in this way. At the end of the service they just give you a total without any Bill, which is so unprofessional and basically that is being done because they are overcharging you and getting away with that! And not to forget I have been going there for a few years and probably being ripped for a few years now!Adding insult to injury, the salons strict adherence to their own terms and policies is maddening. Rather than considering the unique circumstances or making exceptions for reasonable requests, they rigidly enforce their rules without any consideration for customer satisfaction. Its disheartening to encounter such inflexibility, especially when youre paying a premium for their services.Moreover, the client servicing skills at Red Nail are far from satisfactory. The staff appeared disinterested and lacked basic courtesy. It seemed as though they were merely going through the motions, without any genuine care for their customers experience. They failed to listen to my concerns and did not make any effort to address them or find a resolution. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and attentiveness, neither of which were demonstrated during my visit.I believe its important to share my experience to warn others about the practices at Red Nail. I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious and consider alternatives. There are plenty of other salons out there that offer fair pricing, flexible policies, and excellent customer service.In conclusion, my visit to RED NAIL was highly disappointing. Their unfair pricing, strict adherence to their own terms, and lackluster client servicing skills make them an establishment to avoid. I hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for others and encourages the salon to improve its practices to better serve its customers.

Excellent parlor and reasonably priced.Prior booking is needed as all the time they are booked.Staff are good and they do their best to treat you well, only some staff act little pricey.Overall I love this parlor for massages

Visited the saloon today for the first time, and completely satisfied with the services . I had seamless experience. The staff Analyn and Grace were extremely professional and went extra mile by taking care of me throughout.I have been in Dubai for. Quite long time and red nail saloon is one of the saloon which is worth visiting . The girls at the reception are extremely polite and friendly. Will definately visit again and will try other services .The human factor is very important and red nail saloon has it all , it would be great if they will be little flexible to customise some packages as per client needs.

Red nail is the place to go to! All services under one roof one can finish a package within 3 hours. Right from booking to payment you will experience professionalism. They have professional faculty and service is very good. Speaks volumes for the exceptional management.Ive been going to this salon for a while now and I recommend Priya for waxing and Singali (think Ive got the name right) very good for hot oil massage. Their Mani/pedi staff hairstylists are also very good. Its a must try!

I have been going to this salon every month from past 6 years. But from past few months the level of service is extremely bad. The staff isn’t trained properly. Tired lethargic staff. I do not understand why the level of service has got so poor. I am really disappointed and probably would not continue to visit this in future.

They charge a big amount for packages and very short validity and dont help the customer who are coming to other Emirates.. they can bend the self-made rules for the customers from other Emirates.

Poor management. They will stick to their rules and customer satisfaction is ignored. I spoke to the concerned staff about how I would like to take my services. Bloody paying so much, I would expect relaxation and satisfied. Instead the receptionist was very adamant and rigid. She didnt alter the way I wanted.I would not go there again for atleast moroccan bath.

I did haircut and facial. I was satisfied with haircut where as facial I selected normal clean up but they did some other facial n charged me for it, which is 3 times of normal facial.They didnt even confirm before starting the facial. They tricked me in words. It is too expensive n I will not recommend this saloons who trick people with words.

The most amazing and affordable place for your nails. The hair colour service is also very very good and so is the massage. Nice quite rooms and clean ambiance. Its value for money... Have been coming here since 7 years...

Pathetic saloon. Girls are not even motivated to do services properly. I had to wash my hair after coming from the saloon because the hairdresser was waiting from 7 pm for her shift to get over. Time mentioned iss not correct because they don’t take intrest in working from 6 pm. If you go service will be very poor

Red Nails has an amazing team. Specially Laxmi and Priya. I had fantastic experience with them. They are super quick, soft hands and client satisfaction.

Prices are very good in comparison to other establishments. Great experience! The foot massage was perfect. I highly recommend Heidi.

Its my classy desi place for my beauty treatments. Always happy wen done with the services. Can add exfoliating scrub in Hammam like before will be great.

I went for my waxing there and wouldnt really reccommend it. She actually pulled the hair from my hands the wrong way leaving black marks.The manicure and pedicure however were good.Plus when they quote to you the price they dont tell VAT will be applicable. Thus you are actually paying more.The place is reasonable clean but even though they write their timing at 10 some of the girls dont come in till 11

Recently purchased a facial voucher from Groupon. The voucher only mentioned facial treatment without specifying the duration and the product of the facial. Upon calling the salon and clarifying the duration, they clearly mentioned that the facial is for one hour. However after reaching the salon, they said it is only for 35 mins. The manager was not able to help at all and kept saying no madam it is only 35 mins even after mentioning multiple times that it was clarified before visiting the salon. Very disappointed with the service provided and the way the situation was handled by the manager at the salon.

They are just looking for money,They think the costumers are stupid!!! And the customer seems ATM for them!I have done eyebrows tinting, I asked to make them light brown, but after finishing, the color not even 1% different from my own eyebrows! It was completely dark brown! And they took 60 dirhams for it!!! And when I complained about it they start jibber jabbering and bringing lame excuses!!!!Also I have done waxing there, and not satisfied at all!

Pathetic salon!! They have only invested more on the outlook rather than putting more effort on quality of products and services. My wife went there and since then she has suffered immense pain due to the unprofessional mani and pedi job, and the lowest quality shampoo caused her lumps on her hair skin for which we are still seeking medical help. I would never suggest this salon.

I wanted to do a haircut and was really confused to choose salon. I read reviews for many of the salons but was confused of course. I ended up doing with Red nail salon - Atrium Center (Staff Sunita) and am very satisfied. I really liked the haircut she did without chopping too short and giving a gorgeous look to me :P Also I would recommend Priyanka and Sophia for eyebrows or other services too. putting this comment hoping it would be helpful for someone. cheers!!

Only average. Treading is done very amazingly. But clean up facial is not at all good. They will not remove white heads and black heads and charge for clean up facial.Pedicure and manicure is good.

WORST AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at AL MANKHOOL Branch, went there TODAY for the usual package of root apply hair color( client own provided)/ hair spa/ haircut. I have been their clients for years in Al Fahidi branch with the usual package no issues so i assumed trying to another branch will have the same treatment. But they dont have any REMORSE about money. They have charged me full hair color her name is JACKIE the receptionist and blaming the hairdresser her name is JOY of what she did full color instead of root apply. And the end part I AM THE ONE PAYING THE PRICE. After all the complains and long talk nothing happen. AND THE WORST PART the other client in front of me complaining the same issue they have re-adjusted the charge. BUT NOT FOR ME. FOR SURE I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE BEING HUSTLED. TO ALL THE STAFF LISTEN TO THE CLIENTS NEEDS AND REQUEST. NOT JUST LISTEN WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR AND DO WHAT YOU WANT, THEN IF PROBLEM COMES UP ALL OF YOU PLAY INNOCENT.And about your below comment a month ago. DID YOU REALLY READ AND UNDERSTAND MY COMPLAINT BEFORE YOU REPLIED? I guess not. And I am not surprised AGAIN...ANOTHER CASE OF SELECTIVE HEARING AND COMPREHEND. Your hairdresser knows exactly as well for years what I wanted is only root applied hair color as your usual package offer from all of your other branches in Dubai that unfortunately closed. It was my first time there getting a blow dry, and it was done in a very bad way. Generally before a blow dry they ought to spray something for heat protection which they dint have. And the lady who did my hair was endlessly pulling my hair and was very harsh over all.Do not recommend it for blow drys

My colleague took me to Bur Dubai branch.Not recommended at all. Many decent salons are available in this price. Pedicure area was dirty. They even dont know how to blow dry.

Very good beauty salon. Very much suggested for a beauty services. The price is bit high but worth for quality of service they provide. Also they have offers keep going on mostly so taking total package turns out a better deal.

I regularly visit your salon, but in my last visit your staff didnt knew how to do waxing, now I got black patches and burns on skin, specially underarms!!!You should be giving professal staff for such services, very disappointing.

The red nail salon staff in Bur Dubai Khalid bin Al Walid road are very rude to the client, instead of doing the waxing they said to go to another salon because of a very small reason. And after being so expensive it is not that hygenic as they use the same wax for many people.

The only parlour I go to is Red Nail Salon & Spa .. Their service is real quick. Recently I got the hair cut done and it was just the way I wanted, also I was appreciated by my friends, it was really nice.

The staff here is professional and the wait time is less. Suggest taking an appointment. Really like their mani-pedi service.

Went for a gelish mani and pedi. The manicure was ruined within a week for no fault of mine as I do not cook or use my fingers for anything other than my desk job. While explaining the situation to them, I asked them what could I have done to avoid this situation, they had no answer. During the manicure I even asked them if anything needed to be done specifically to take care of the nails, to which they replied no. My pink nails turned black for no fault of mine and they did nothing to correct this, despite it not being my fault. Will never visit again. 100 dhs have gone to waste.

I don’t want to give even a single star, I went to their al Fahidi branch as that was the closest one to me I initially asked her for the package for 160Aed and changed my decision immediately after I did my wax for the hands the lady there literally ripped my skin off it burned me initially and now u can also see the marks it has left I would not recommend this to anyoneHorrible experience this was on Thursday 15th Nov I can even post the picture of my hand
