Very bad experience.I came from a friend’s recommendation…but this experience left me speechless….To start from the beginning, I had an appointment at 11.30. No one was at the reception until 11.40 and when one technician came to take another guest, she didn’t even say hello. After that this one lady came and asked for my phone number to check the appointment that I had. She told me to way 3 more minutes. I waited 20 more minutes and started my nails at 12.00. 30 minutes past my appointment time.I did both pedicure and manicure. The pedicure turned out alright despite not being able to accommodate my wants. When making an appointment no one asked for my name or for what service I am coming for, thus, they weren’t able to communicate that they do not do extensions for pedicure. Also, it is to be mentioned that the technician did not know even a little bit of English, so I couldn’t communicate with her at all.The manicure was horrible. The technician was filling my nails aggressively. The worst part was when she was “cutting” my cuticles. She was indeed not cutting but pulling out every piece, so all my fingers were bleeding from it… Please refer to the pictures to see how janky the cuticle area looks.To top the experience off, I was charged 220 aed for both services when they advertise themselves as “100 aed every service”. I don’t know where the 20 aed charge comes from, and I was so ready to leave after that horrific experience that I didn’t ask anymore. Truly horrible and would not recommend. I guess you get what you pay for.

Done a mani on Saturday evening and this is my nails on Friday. The amazing customer service thought that I have done it to my self )) or that the cuticle growth is normal for one week.I added the msgs to the review. If you enjoy poor service and even worse quality 10 out of 10 recommendation

Not a great experience. My nails I did not like said many times and she told me to come back in one week and then pay again for a whole new set.I could have done these nails by myself.Not good customer service. First time feeling this way in UAE.Drove over an hour away to get horrible nails.The manager was also not kind and said everything was all my fault. I’m so sad I was treated this way here in this kind and beautiful country.

I got eyelash extensions, and it’s amazing! My eyes look bright and expressive, yet natural. The procedure was quick and comfortable, and the results last perfectly. Now I save time on makeup and always look flawless🙏🏽Thanks to Khurli, lovely master 🤍

I had an amazing experience with Erke and Assem at RedWhite salon! Their work is absolutely flawless—my pedicure and manicure were done perfectly and completed within just 2 hours. Very bad service. All the times I’ve booked it they have made me wait for minimum half an hour and what’s worse is the parking below is 10 dhs. They come up with lame excuses every time for when their “master is sick”. My appointment was at 5:30 and I came at 5 and they showed no remorse for when they told me that I have to wait 40 mins for my appointment. Absolutely horrible try MAS nails or urban glam in dubai much much better service and staff is sweeter and more talented. Would rate this place 0 if I could. Also none of them can speak English

The worst salon i have ever visited in Dubai after 2 years living here , i came to do a little extension for my nails with french gelish , my nails were strong and so clean , they started cutting my nails in a horrible way then putting the gel .. while doing this , the technician was talking in a rude way about me with her colleagues in her language, i felt so bad that i didn’t understand , then after that she told me your nails will not hold the extension im doing them now but they will break tomorrow, i said okay so remove them why would i pay for something will be broken tomorrow. She removed them in a very bad way and she left all the gel in my nail and she told me if you want me to clean them you should pay for that , i started crying so bad cuz i lost all my nails for nothing , the receptionist and the manager were also so rude to me , the manager told me go wash your hands this is the solution i can give you , they talked to me in a very very rude way , i advice you girls not to even think to go there .

I got referred my a friend who was lucky with her nails so i came to do the same. Not the best manicure for cuticles, but i loved the gel nails on my hands and feet. However, i decided to also do my lashes (risky i know) and it was nowhere near what i requested (medium volume, shown a photo with minimal fans and more single lashes) but i was happy at first because the staff was sweet and she did take her time and that most type of lashes suit me in general anyway.. but When i checked them closer, i noticed it was too big of a fan on each lash (heavy and not properly glued on correctly) and then the lashes started coming off on the same day, and everyday after that.. Now after a week im having empty spots because each big fan leave an obvious space when they fall which i really hate (need to get it filled or fully removed now). Ive done my lashes countless times, the worst one lasted me atleast 3 weeks, but this didnt last a single week!! Although i take VERY good care of my lashes and im super careful with how and when i brush them. Looking at the lashes that fell, i can tell that the fans werent pinched properly at the tip where it glues to the lash and also some were too far from my lashline so it pulled my lash with it when it fell.

I have been doing my nails already two times at the salon, and the quality is amazing. Especially with Aigerim, she’s very good!

So fast and durable!but i guess the nail techs need to put more attention on mani padi sometimes it hurting and bleeding. it’s a serious problem that you need to adjust.i came here more than 3 times and i love the staffs is so friendly but again i hope you can improve on that.thank you✨

Not a good experience and I don’t recommend it!1. Uncomfortable seating and awkward angle for pedicure, why would you do it on a recliner???? So you can imagine leg angles with the back straight at 90 degrees2. Pedicure took so long 2 hrs3. Receptionist could use some customer care skills and politeness and water-down her attitude4. They charge 10% for card payments and tell you only when you are abt to pay5. I cleared that I don’t want hard gel, yet the girl did what she wanted to do and put hard gel6. She didn’t add another coat when I told her the color is still cloudy and not solid, she said i only put 2 times I will not put for a3rd time7. Communication skills are non-existent8. They will file when you ask them to cut, cut when you ask them to file9. 4 hrs and not a sip of water was offered10. They use machines even when you tell them that you prefer manual cleaning.I usually go to my regular nail salon (they are also Russian technicians) unfortunately they didn’t have an appointment and I needed to get this done asap. Just sad that I chose this salon - worst experience

The nail technician was rude she cut my fingers many times they still hurt, I showed her the picture of what I wanted she did something else, also my nails looks different on each hand, I was trying to compare them n decide what changes she should do bcz I didnt like what she did for me she kept rushing me not respecting my time as a client n ruining the experience for me, though I waited her on the breaks she took while doing my nails. i tried to talk to the receptionist about her employee attitude but she was rude as well, safe to say Im not visiting again.

I never had great nails but ever since I met Maral my nails has been amazing 😍 she is so great at what she does and pays attention to details. Never disappointed with Maral 😍😍😍 my fav technician ever! She is always smiling tooo! Thank you Maral, you daaa best!!

I had a horrible experience. I was getting a manicure and pedicure at the same time and both technicians were so aggressive. My arms got positioned in a way that was super uncomfortable and when I let the technician know she just told me not to move. I also made it clear that I didn’t want to use hard gel and the technician basically just pressured me to do it. It’s been 5 whole days and my cuticles still hurt and bleed from time to time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Amazing experience. Did manicure with Molya and pedicure with Erke. We did beautiful nude colour with cats eye effect. Everyone was super professional, friendly and fast. Would definitely recommend.

Very bad Salon with a very rude manager she keep closing the AC saying that other client feeling cold. I was wondering why she is wearing heavy clothes when she entered the salon after that its cover that she is the one feeling cold. It was really hot place and no air. I feel dizzy because of that even I fight with them to open the AC I never faced a rude manager. Like this one.
