I’ve been going to this salon in Dubai for nearly a year now, and it’s become my go-to spot. The salon is always so clean and beautifully set up, creating a really welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I want to give a special thanks to Alina, who has been doing my hair extensions for almost a year. She’s incredibly talented, attentive, and really listens to what you want. Alina consistently does an amazing job—her attention to detail and care makes every visit a great experience. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows their craft, Alina is fantastic!

Alina is my go to at this salon. She is so efficient when you are in a rush but also does the most amazing head massages if you have time to relax. I choose her every time for both my wash and blow dries as well as if I need a hair up do. She is super friendly and very talented. Thank you Alina!

I’ve been having BIAB nails now for a good few months with Skye and my nails have not only grown in length but have gotten so much stronger! They could probably last up to 5 weeks before I need a refil! Can’t recommend her enough at Refresh Salon - the only person I trust to do my nails

The lovely Sky did my Biab nails and they lasted 5 weeks! No chipping, peeling or breaking. My nails are the longest they have been and Skys nails always last! Cannot recommend enough!

I have been coming here for over a year after being super loyal to another nail salon for over 6 years, but refresh converted me and now I am their loyal customer. I have been a customer for a few years (nails, lashes, waxing, facials, reflexology). For the last 6 months I have been seeing Kate for my acne/pimples and we proceeded with a few different treatments. I have been very pleased with the service and result. Recently we also added reflexology. The place is very pleasant, Kate is amazing, I am coming back next month!

The best salon in Dubai. They do exactly what you ask for every time. Very reasonable prices too. Have been several times to get highlights and never been disappointed. Cindy is fab! She very professionally fixed my hair after a colour a friend did went completely wrong. Ive always had friends comment how lovely my hair looks every time Ive come out of this Salon. I have been doing my lashes with Dasha at Refresh now for two years . She is amazing and such a lovely person . Highly recommend her

Please train staff before offering waxing services. I still have wax and easily wax able hairs left on my armpits after a 20-minute under arm wax. Photos for reference. This is the worst waxing experience I have had in my 25 years of waxing all parts all around the world. Staff did not apply wax properly with enough room to remove without unnecessarily pulling hair. Staff pulled up and away from the skin when she should pull along the skin. Staff pulled very slowly instead of quickly. Staff pulled in all different directions when she should keep consistent direction for long-term hair removal. Was hoping Refresh Hair & Beauty bar could be my new go-to for all things beauty rather than driving out to MOE or Jumeirah. Unfortunately, with todays tereible experience, I have lost all confidence. I paid for the unprofessional wax service of underarms but had to cancel my full legs wax and facial, which I was very much looking forward to and in dire need. I will have to look somewhere else.Kate, who apparently specialises in facials, seemed courteous and confident in her facial service when she spoke to me on the phone. A pity that the performance of one service impacts the rest.Last comment on overall service and atmosphere. Please have someone at front desk or show recognises when a customer enters your salon. I was waiting unattended for 10 minutes while two staff were attending to other clients, one went to the bathroom and another was using her phone in the staff room. When staff are having a break next to the individual waxing room, would be nice if they could be courteous enough to listen to music or watch Instagram with earphones. Not relaxing and not welcoming atmosphere.

Fantastic service as always greeted with a smile and a lovely chat. Sky takes time and does a fantastic job. I’m very fussy with how I want my nails done and she listens patiently and advises appreciating my feelings. Always leaving happy and excited to come back in 3 weeks. I also love the compliments I get from others so that’s how good they always look!

I cant speak highly enough of Skye and Alina at the salon. Every time I visit, they go above and beyond to ensure my experience is nothing short of exceptional. I visited Refresh Hair & Beauty a few days ago for the second time, and I must say the service I have received on both occasions have been impeccable. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly, I also met with a fellow South African, Cindy, who was amazing, very professional and did a great job with my colour and cut.I look forward to going back again soon.

I have been having facials, Led light therapy and reflexology with Kate and it has just been amazing. After being diagnosed with PCOS my skin had broke out and I honestly thought I would always have cystic red inflamed acne. After 2 facials and 4 Led light therapy sessions my skin is glowing and less inflamed. The Led light therapy is painless and the results are amazing. Along side the facial I wanted to balance my hormones naturally with reflexology. Overall I am feeling a lot more confident with my skin. Thank you Kate

I’ve tried many different salons in Dubai over the years for nails and I have finally found a place that I love! Amy has been doing my nails for around 6 months and they never break, never chip and they are the longest and strongest they have ever been! She is also so friendly, makes me feel at ease and is able to do anything I ask her too. I go once a month for BIAB and have had no problems with them at all. Anne also does my pedicure at the same time and she is equally as amazing. My toenails also never chip and I love the choice of colours I have when I go, something that is often difficult to find in other salons.

I Had the 90min facial with Kate, and it was amazing. My skin really needed a boost, and I came away feeling super relaxed and much more fresh faced. Will be going back next month. My skin is so much clearer and tighter.

Dasha is definitely the best lash artist i’ve come across in my 10 years in Dubai. Never got a lash pulled by mistake - I can nearly fall asleep and always wake up to gorgeous and perfect lashes. She is always so gentle and professional, I’m recommending her to everybody!!

I’ve rebooked with Natalie several times now. I’ve been so pleased with the way she cuts and colours my hair, most recently adding some highlights, which I absolutely love! She makes suggestions when I ask and also gave me some great advice on a scalp issue I had. She’s informative, honest and so lovely to chat to. I’ve also taken both my daughters to see her, one has straight hair and the other curly and she cut their hair beautifully. Highly recommend!

I recently visited the Refresh team who got me holiday ready! Annie does the best Russian pedi and Amy done a fab job on my gel extensions! They have been done over two weeks now and still going strong. Also got a spray tan by Amy and my god it’s unreal! Lasted the whole 11 days of my holiday and I felt fantastic in all my new holiday clothes. See you girls again next week 😀😀

I have been twice now and both times they have exceeded my expectations. Natalie has turned a frizzy head of hair into some lovely gentle waves and she has evened out the colour to a tone that suits me more than any other colourist. Not only are they excellent at their trade the atmosphere is amazing. You feel like your around friends rather than staff in a salon. Relaxed and professional with excellent results. It has been years since I have found a stylist that I can just sit back and relax with in the uae. Knowing the result will be amazing. Natalie is a gem and well worth a visit especially if you want to rediscover your curly hair. I can not recommend enough.

I just had a Russian pedicure with Anne. My feet never were so smooth before!!!Its an amazing treatment to remove all dry skin from your heels and in my case big toe as well.Procedure is very fast and super efficient. Not painful at all. I have never had such a great results with any other pedicure done before in my entire life!!!Definitely worth trying if you want an outstanding results!!!

The scalp treatment I had at Refresh was Amazing! I knew my hair needed revitalising but afterwards I could really see and feel the difference in my hair texture and my scalp feeling cleaner and fresher. Thankyou so much Xx

Short hair is usually tricky and all these years I’ve struggled to find a perfectionist such as Marlene. I would especially recommend to have an appointment with Marlene, she’s just amazing. You won’t regret it

I had an unpleasant and unprofessional experience this afternoon at Refresh Salon. I used to visit regularly because the salon is close to my home but I began attending a different salon. Immediately, Lashi asked where I had been and who ruined my eyebrows I politely told her I had been getting my eyebrows done elsewhere and tried to ignore the rude comment. I laid down and she kept badgering me saying how did you not notice they ruined your eyebrows. I felt like I was being interrogated and it came across as very rude and disrespectful. Anyway she began to aggressively threading my brows and when I winced in pain and asked her if I could pause she replied wait without any regard for my experience. Then told me it didnt hurt did it? She continued to rant about how ruined my eyebrows looked which is strange because I (the client) obviously did not have a problem with them, the other place was doing a better job in my opinion. When I went to look in the mirror, to my horror, it was her that ruined my brows and took off way more than I like and thinned them out. By this point I was furious, she never asked how I wanted them and gave me a final product I didnt like. Instead of berating the work of other professionals, she could have asked me how I wanted my eyebrows and made sure I was comfortable. When I spoke up about how unhappy I was about my eyebrows, she shouted at me and was very rude until another staff member intervened. I am so confused by the bizarre experience because I have had good experiences with Medi for my hair, but either way this is a dealbreaker and I will never be using this salon again which is a shame. Lashi told the cashier to cancel payment which I felt was insulting, I did pay because it is not about that. Not paying does not make me feel better for experiencing horrible customer service, rudeness, and for Lashi to glare at me while Medi tried to offer solutions/apologise on her behalf but not once did she feel the need to apologise herself. Truly awful experience.

Excellent quality of work. Super welcoming staff. My curls have never been happier!Natalie understands and nurtures curly hair like no one else in Dubai! She also gave me my dream hair color. I know my hair will always be safe in her hands!Medi is incredibly creative, talented, and innovative. She created an updo style for my natural curls that looked beautiful and stayed put all night despite a lot of dancing.

Friendly, professional advice and execution by the team at Refresh. After a warm welcome without any wait time a thorough but quick review was conducted to ensure no mistakes were made with my extremely sensitive skin treatment. Rachael made the necessary adjustments to the planned facial with excellent results. I was very pleased with the immediate improvement in my very dry and irritated skin. I was equally pleased with Lashi’s on point eyebrow shaping and bowled over by Medi’s world-class haircut and styling. Everyone is commenting on how good it looks ; thank you for the very wise advise on choice of cut to suit my type of hair, conditions and lifestyle.

Really great salon!! Run by really lovely people. I had a pedi and mani with Anne and Amy which were really relaxing!I was offered a variety of drinks without charge and free hair consultation. I really recommend this place.The only negative is that whilst talking to them on WhatsApp they sent me price listing, but when I arrived to my appointment they told me it was an old price list and the actual prices have gone up since. But they apologised and sent me the new one. still I will definitely be going back

The Refresh salon is incredibly personable, reliable and accommodating!It definitely has a family feel team and they all look after their clients. I love coming here and I can’t recommend them enough. I tell all my friends about this salon. Once you’ve been you won’t go anywhere else!

Saw Amie for Christmas nail art on a recommendation from a friend. I had a reference picture and Amie did an amazing job recreating what I wanted. The process took about one hour and a half. Love the nails and really enjoyed the experience. I paid 176 for the gel manicure and nail art and am very happy with the value for money. Amie and Rachel who took my booking were very friendly.

My friend recommended the rejuvenate facial. I have been meaning to book an appointment and finally did yesterday and I couldn’t have been happier with the treatment.I assumed a mild peel facial wouldn’t be relaxing but I was so wrong, I really enjoyed it and almost fell asleep.My skin feels great and todays there’s a bit of a glow :) highly recommend it and I will be back. Lovely place and very friendly staff.

I have naturally brown hair with highlights and very grey roots. Every other salon I have been to do my roots black as they say that’s the only way they can cover the grey and I always feel that they are far too dark. Medi is the first person to actually cover my grey and blend my roots to a natural brown colour and I couldn’t be happier with the results :) I look forward to trying other services next time I’m back for my hair.

I am so delighted with my hair cut and colour by Medi . She listened to my requirements but also gave me sound advice on the colour and I am so pleased with the finished result . My hair is short and a little tricky to style but she took her time and checked throughout that it was the correct length . Love it and I’ll be back

Tea offered and general pleasantness of staff. However the wrong treatment was suggested for the result I was looking for, delays of response from management on response from disgruntled customer and no service recovery offered regardless of the time that had passed. The results were clearly not what I had wanted. Disappointed in how my experience was handled.
