Initially, I went in hoping to lighten my hair, but the stylist was honest and advised against it, explaining that it could cause further damage. I truly appreciated their transparency and concern for my hairs health.Today, I returned for a hair treatment, including a toner and a much-needed haircut, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had an amazing experience! Robert really listened to what I wanted and fixed my hair after my failed attempt at cutting it on my own and now it looks so much better. My hair fell off after them bleaching it. They didn’t even tell me about it so a complete chock to me next time I showered and the rest fell off. Unprofessional to have that happened at a hairdresser salon and also for them not to tell me about it so I could prepare my aftercare and try to savage the rest of it. If you love your hair • don’t bleach it here

Please verify prices of everything before getting services. They aren’t mentioned anywhere and the staff was very shady about it. I was told I would be charged 240 dirham for haircut (exorbitant but okay) they didn’t tell me additional charges for blow dry and eyebrow. And I don’t know how I ended up with a bill of over 400 Dirham. So please check what they’re charging you. Crazy, for a very average haircut that was completely flat after the blow out washed off.

Since I came to dubai , my friend recommended the salon and I am being visiting and treat my hair since then. Such a lovely, professional and friendly team. I strongly recommend the salon.

Horrible horrible salon!!This used to be one of the good hair salons in Dubai but they have recently significantly deteriorated!I went for a simple hair color and left with ORANGE hair roots that they could not fix even after recoloring my hair twice!Despite my great disappointment with my hair the attitude from the salon manager was shocking, he did not agree to refund the cost of my hair coloring and told me the only way to remove the orange roots is to color it black which will ruin my hair!Not only that, but also they asked me to pay my full bill WHILE coloring my hair instead of waiting for me to finish my hair coloring and didn’t even give me a receipt!

One of the worst experiences of hair cuts in my life- and I cut my hair every 6-8 weeks. I went here as an exception, but was faced with complete unprofessionalism from the less than 5 minutes that the stylist took to cut my hair and then the disaster of a hair cut I had to leave with with bangs that were completely crooked and made me look like edward scissorhands. I am so appalled and disgusted by the attitude displayed with the lack of understanding / conversation where clearly I was not a priority as a customer. I literally cut my hair at home again to try to fix the bangs where some hair was down to my nose, some to my eye, some above my eyebrow. absolute disaster.

I have paid 1000+ aed just for hair cut toner and blow dry. Personal opinion: not worth the money at all

Gents & Ladies Salon. The Gents haircut is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!! The haircut was good, however, the service wasnt good, and surely doesnt deserve the price; and they dont even do beard shaves. Not recommended for a gents haircut.
