I wish i could give them a star that is even less than 1. Had a terrible experience with them.They literally ruined my nails.I have so much pain in my nails and they got infected with fungus.I paid a good amount for their acrylics and within a month i went back to them to remove.Even the fillipino who was removing my nails was shocked to see the condition of my hands still i said nothing. But from that day till now each day my fingers are getting worse with pain and infection.For God sake if you dont know how to maintain the hygiene and work with the nails please dont do that.I spend so much in your salon!!When i went there for my bikini waxing the lady literally remove my skin and i had so much burning but still i didnt say anything but enough is enough now!!!This is a alarming sign for you Rosalina Manager!!And please train your staff how they are speaking in the salon.Swearing at the clients in their own language is not nice. Be nice to your costumers they are paying you not asking anything for free or can tolerate their tantrums.In the pictures you can clearly see the fungus and pus that made my fingers swell and red with severe pain.

Faten is excellent in hair colour, she did a very god job, i went to the best salons in dubai they couldn’t do it like faten she’s expert. Recommend for hair services ♥️♥️♥️

I got recommendion for henna mehndi at this salon and I the staff did it so perfectly and spent their time in detail to do it, I recommend others to get henna done from Rosealia if they want very good service.

I opted for a nail extensions and a spa pedicure, and both services exceeded my expectations. Ms. Jessica was incredibly skilled and meticulous, ensuring that every detail was perfect. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied at each step.The selection of nail colors and designs was impressive, and the quality of the products used was top-notch. My nails look stunning and have lasted much longer than I expected without any chipping.

Faten is the hair magician. She just changed my rough hair to smooth n silky n few hours. She does her work with lot of patience. She is my hair savior.

This is the 3rd time I went to this salon, but still on the 3rd time they always fail to make their service in a proper or even good way. Same thing l need to complain about their service!In their manicure, I go for gel polish so it will last long time, but it will take only less than a week and the gel will be removed.For eyebrow threading, I have informed them just to clean it but at the end they will make your eyebrow thin!For waxing, they will put wax to you even it’s too hot and not tolerable. I have informed them that it’s too hot but still they just continue it. If you tell that there is still hair, they will just simply it’s hard to remove. And will just don’t mind you.And for pedicure, they will not mind is the polish is okay or not! They will just simply tell you that they are closing already even though they just put polish 5 mins, they don’t mind it they will close the shop if they want to!And statt there are very rude and don’t know how to do service!Their ac is always off and staff and too noisy.Salon is where you can feel relaxed but when I will go there, you will never feel relaxed because of the environment and service!That’s way this salon is just my option only if there will be no available.3rd time in this salon, disappoint me, as always!Writing this review because you’re staff is very rude and hope you can something about this!

I went in for a root color , The color came out perfect, exactly what I wanted. Faten took the time to listen to my ideas and offered great suggestions to enhance the look.

My new go to salon for nails, hair, and waxing. all the nail technicians are wonderful, simmi is my go to for waxing, and fatin for hair, good work, I recommend for quick visits with affordable prices.

Worst experience ever, my eyebrows and eyelashes are spoiled by this lady called maya , I did eyelash extensions and eyebrows lamination with this lady, she did it very bad not like the procedure I know, she shave my eyebrows instead of threading it, my eyebrows looks very ugly and messy now, even eyelashes I told her I need them natural as if I put one layer of mascara, she put too much lashes that put shade on my eyes and looks very very fake, also I don’t know what she put exactly on my eyebrows that irritates them, now my eyebrows have redness color and dots all over it as if it has infection, i really very upset about this salon because even you can’t talk with the manager there , she can’t understand English, so I couldn’t explain what I have been through, this salon if I can give them less than one star, I could do that.

The salon is super clean , and very organized. They have the best hair and nail products, staff here are super professional and certified of many years of experience. Jessie did my beautiful nails as she is super talented and professional, I’ve also done botox treatment for my hair with Faten ( the most professional hairstylist i’ve ever met, and very welcoming with a beautiful smile on her face , she is super attentive to every detail of your hair). I will definitely go back to this salon.

I think the staffs near more training on costumer service. Usually I go to the other branch but for some reason, google maps directed me in the branch by france cluster. Anyways, as soon as I reach, all the filipinas were all sitting down, and it seems like they were arguing to whoever will do the service for me and on top of that, I already find it rude to not even get a welcome greetings. The ambiance were not really good as they acted as if they were madams.I know you guys have worked all day, but at the end of the day, your customers are your bread and butter. I hope the customer service branch will improve after this review.

Our supposed to be relax day turned into disaster i almost had a heart attack because of frustration, i admit we came late we booked at 6pm and came almost 30mins late thuthey should have informed us that they cannot cater us coz they accepted another customer we will understand coz we are at fault as well but instead they accepted us and in the middle of the beauty sesh they want to cancel coz they need to attend to another customer i felt so humiliated in front of everybody it was super discrimination at its finest ,plus staff are very rude they are arguing in front of customer and instead of addressing the issue the pakistani staff keep on pointing her finger on me that its my fault i am late . First and last never again in this salon i highly discourage everyone to go here

5 stars iv been served by rosalina salon almost for 7 years,the best rates of prices and services..Nails specialists are the best Amy ,Jessica and Wen Wen and others..Recently they are taking care of the hair ..Fatin is hair specialist she is nice and expertise in her work..To be honest all the girls are doing good for me i don’t like to change alot, so i mentioned the ones who i book with them the most 💕Big heart ♥️ for all the girls working there..💕

Yesterday I visit this saloon for pedicure the lady cut my cuticle very wrongly bleeding start and she don’t care about what she done 😡staffs dont know how to talk in a normal tone of voice. They are screaming, fighting or even talking to one another so loudly that the atmosphere is just awful and not relaxing AT ALL.

Nika her attitude was so terrible. She shouted at me . Even didn’t book appointment for me when I called on 10th of august. Her job is simply taking appointments and Custemer care . If she is not good at doing it what’s her job then. She is so terrible and just wanted owner to know that this will loose her Custemers and there is no point of keeping someone like this.

They have bad quality of nails polish. I tried their both branches and each time my nails polish with in less than hour it’s peeled off!. Even though when I came back they charged me more as it’s extra service really it’s “bad customer service”.

I have been dealing with them for years, and they are all crazy. I am the one who does my nails, her name is Amy, and Jessica is an artist, and I do my hair. Sherine has an amazing method that does not make the hair fall out, but the eyelashes are dangerous ❤️

Sherine, my hair fell out after the installation, and when I got home, the installation started to fall out from the same day, and before I finished my hair, she let me write the review and left me in the salon at 10 in the morning, and I finished at 7 o’clock in the evening and washed my hair beautifully.
