It’s not much OK result, service wasn’t good and you can see your hair with the smoke coming while drying and not gently much during the treatment. Hope they improve more for the future , was taking care by a guy person. Just trying to hold myself tried to stay positive during the treatments.

I came across Saks 21 on IG, the location is right on my door step in Marina and was able to book the same day. Anton was extremely professional, I explained I wanted to go a little lighter and tone it to match my weave. He understood exactly the look I wanted and delivered amazing results - so happy! Very friendly team of guys, clean salon, easy to find and amazing value for money.

It’s my first time to go to a salon in Dubai, there are a lot of offers this season so I went through a lot of options and Saks21 has one of the best reviews. I can say that I am very much impressed and happy on the outcome of my first Hair salon experience. Ive shown the sample hairdo which I want but Sharbel said he can do something similar as my hair is dark, so I said to him “you’re the expert, do what you think is best” and voila! he over delivered & made me look different in a good way. My hair feel & look nicer, I loved the color. I have never had a balayage in my life and I am really content. I am 100% recommending the salon for your best hair experience. I want to commend his colleague as well for assisting him, they’re both very professional in what they do.!

Went to get 350 offer for hair color, (as stated highlights ombre ir balayaje plus hair cut, hit out and Holmewood styling. When I explained what I need I heard that this offer doesnt include hair root coloring!!?? Seriously? And if I want with roots coloring the offer will be 525 aed. So now. How you can color hair without coloring it in the roots!?? No logic. Also in the offer description you didnt mention that roots coloring doesnt include into offer. You guys just posting fake offer, pooling people in and giving the different price. Additionally to this my hair already blond and quite short as well, so I belive it wont consume much product as I wanted to refresh only. Please be transparent to people and dont fake offers. Respect people time!

Saw the hair color offer, and went there after seeing many positive reviews. And still regretting of my decision. Half of the things are lie it seems. No hot oil treatment, no professional hair cut and a big NO to Hollywood styling. Just simple hair coloring like most of the average salons. In terms of hair color, it still okay, but was really expecting a classy bob cut with proper layer. Showed the reference photo exactly what cut I want, initially the guy responded very positively that he will do the same cut, then at the end of everything he just cut my hair in 2 minutes and saying as I did botox treatment 3 months back, so the layer thing wont be possible as well as the volume. Still tried to request him at the end to put little more volumn, but he was so reluctant and said to me Thank you 3 times so that I stop bothering him and leave the salon. REALLY! This is the way you behave with a client and leave her dissatisfied? Not even bothered to ask whether I liked the cut or liked the color tone or need any rectification?? I guess communication is the key here which they lack a lot. Either he is soo clever or I am the foolest client who is sitting here in dubai for past 10 years and experiencing this kind of false talk for the first time. I will not mention the guys name who handled my hair today. Just a feedback, if you dont know how to cut the hair as per clients expectation, please accept the truth at the beginning. There is no professionalism to play with someones look. SAKS, you really SUCKS. Dont know who is the owner of this salon, it would be great if he/she bothers a bit after reading this review and contact me for more clarification. If not, I will not be shocked anymore. Never in my 13 years of living in Dubai have I had an unpleasant experience like this. The owner himself was raising his voice and shouting at me! We traveled an hour after booking our appointment for hair and discussing the price and package. Upon arrival, the staff and owner completely went back on their word and were being extremely rude and unprofessional. I was very shocked to receive a berating in front of my mother and the salon staff by the owner, when I even had written evidence of everything discussed - multiple times. Overall, the customer service here is very substandard and rude, especially by the owner himself. My time was wasted, and by the end of the conversation, he quite literally kicked us out for standing our ground and showing him the chats! If you want a stress free, and respectful salon appointment, I would not recommend this place at all. I was humiliated, and shocked!

Pathetic service ! Charbel did FRAUD with me i asked for chocolate brown balayage and show him picture 10 times and he did Golden bleach ONLY on my hair !!NO COLOR was done after bleach !! I told my family and friends NOT TO GO THIS SALON ! they charge me 350aed only for BLEACHING MY HAIR!!I went next day to tell them WHY THEY DID NOT COLOR MY HAIR BROWN AFTER BLEACHING they did TONER on my hair ! FRAUDSTERS.

I burnt my hair coloring on my own and Anton changed the hair look ultimately! The colour he created suits me perfectly !! i love it. thanks a lot! i will definitely come back when the hair tone requires touchup.

Anton has been giving me the best hair cuts both long and super short now, for years. Have done some fabulous high lights a low lights and funky hair colors at the salon. Can’t recommend them enough !!!! You are missing out if you have not been there yet !!

Having had a few (many) bad experiences in the past, I went to Anton in the hope he could transform my hair. Which he did!!! I was so nervous to trust a hairdresser, given my prior bad experiences. However as I spoke with Anton I could tell he knew what he was doing and he was the best in the game! He gave me exactly what I wanted and gave me confidence again. I have now found my new Dubai hairdresser. Thank you!!

I visited the salon after reading all the positive comments & went to get my hair colored and they burnt my hair, even after mentioning how much i am afraid of bleach, they weren’t professional at all, the guy that did my hair left before he checks it, Anton disappeared as well 5 minutes later like they knew it happened & just left. Another guy helped, tried with a hair treatment but still, nothing. To be fair the color was good but i cannot do anything with my hair anymore because it is damaged from the front completely, just looks horrible & i hate them for it.

After some not so great colour jobs since being in Dubai, I decided to give a local salon Saks 21 a try. Anton gave me a super clean platinum blonde and tone. Really impressed. 20years a hairdresser and it really shows - he’s still passionate about it too!

I had been getting my hair coloured and cut by Anton off and on since last 2 years and was reasonably satisfied. Until my last two visits, have been so disappointed, that I am quitting going to saks 21, though its just a 5 minute walk from Rimal 3. First, Anton colored my hair very dark inspite of showing the global all over colour that I had to get it fixed from another salon. This costed me double. Besides, on this visit, I had to wait for good half hour for Anton to arrive despite fixing an appointment, with no apology for being not present at the time of appointment !! So Rude !!And on my recent phone call to his salon, he said he was with a client and would call me back. When I asked for an appointment , he was very unprofessional and wouldnt give me a fixed time, rather said he will call me back when he gets free. I never heard from him nor his receptionist. This made me ditch saks 21 for good. Inspite of being an old client, this is how I got treated !!

I went to Saks 21 back in Mid-June after buying a 79 Dhs coupon for a hair package. I had to wait initially about 25 minutes for the main man, Anton to show up. When he did, he had a look at my hair and told me it would cost me 400 Dhs to do my hair. I was appalled at first, but after thinking about it and being strapped for time and money, I decided to go with it. I do not regret my decision! Anton explained that my hair was longer and thicker and required more product. He really took his time doing my red highlights perfectly and making sure my shade of red was right! I got a nice cut as well. You can see his passion for colors in the effort he puts in. I was extremely happy with my hair that day. Ahmed did a wonderful blow dry for me at the end. Fauzia did my threading with great attention to detail. Jane did my nails exactly as I’d wanted. I’d definitely go back!

Went to Saks 21 for a Hair color and to fix a very bad haircut which I had got from another saloon ! Not only did the hairdresser (who is the owner of the saloon ) color my hair beautifully ,he fixed the bad haircut too !I would highly recommend this saloon to any one who is looking for an awesome cut and color ..this guy is seriously good at what he does 👍🏻👍🏻Tabu 😊

Azzam (maybe I spelt his name wrong) but the colourist from Jordan did an AMAZING colour on my hair. I have lived in RAK for 4 years and even Toni & Guy cannot do my colour correct - to the point I wait until I return to the UK which is a long time every time ... Anyway he did a fantastic job and the extensions from Olga are fantastic also. Thanks guys. My new go to Salon for sure. X

Had a fabulous experience with my recent hair color with full head highlights, which people havent stopped complimenting me for!The best blondes I have had in a long time and loved Antons (owner) attitude, not pushy but gave a ear to what I wanted and left feeling so good. Other staff members were lovely and warm! Would not think twice and go to them everytime!

The most horrible experience. They spoiled all my hair. I went for highlights full head. First I waiting for manager 30 min, just because nobody know what to do without he. Its so strange to book people on 12pm if manager comes only 12:30 pm. Master Ahmed so unprofessional, cant understand even one word English. He made highlights and other lady hold foil for he and anyway I got white marks by roots, foil wasnt fix propaly. After put highlights and put strong stuff for finish colour, like they said... Its destroy my natural roots and colour... Totally!!! I got very yellow colour instead have my natural colour. Its first time I had so terrible EXPERIENCE for 14 years. They try to explain me that yellow not yellow and give me one week. After one week I came again to take off my yellow roots and make it close to my natural colour. And again they made it with strong paint and made it more orange... On all my length. I was so upset and they again try to say me that its not orange its platinum blond, its unbelievable. NEWER go to this salon!!!!!Newer!!!

The two ladies who do nails are very lovely. I got gel nails not even a week ago, and they are peeling off. I would really recommend for them to buy quality products to last longer? Also the color selection is quite limited, so if youre looking for something particular I wouldnt really recommend this place. Wouldnt come back.

Your hairdresser is one of a number of people you absolutely have to trust. I’ve been going to Saks 21 for many months now, Azzam is amazing- he is an expert in color and my cuts have been amazing. I’m older and have 100% grey hair but don’t have time for high maintenance roots/ highlights every time. Azzam uses my ‘natural’ highlights and compliments with subtle but gorgeous low lights... I have a fabulous natural look every time I leave the salon, and not grey, but vibrant ashy blonde! Very happy and he honors his loyal customers with the recognition they deserve.

Amazing services. I got my mani and pedicure from saks21 with a beautiful green nail paint on my hands. They have different variety and shades of colors which is always plus for a salon and i was so satisfied as i was able to get the color that suited my clothes that day. Manicure and pedicure is of high quality and care. I highly recommend this salon.

Dont waits your money like i did .the manager did that to my hair lied to me that he had a tretment that will fix my hair.I was stupid and desperate also i thought he had somthing for my bleached hair . i did not know that he was using a product that was not for bleached silver hair like mainhe wanted money and he got it and i had to cut my hair at the Hilton Salon and they did a good jobbut i still have burned endsthis is my first review i have ever wrote , i really want to warn all the ladies go to another salonlet me now if that helps

Saks21 is by far the best one Ive been 2The salon is always spotless and very clean, Anton the owner is very passionate about his business and very ethical, the prices they have are very reasonable and they always have amazing packages.The salon is located in Ramada hotel in JBR where you can have free valet for your car.Thank you Saks21 for the great and professional services you provide... I tried so many places until I found this one! Love their service, their advice and honest and not invasive approach when they suggest a service... Had my hair damaged in other salon so Im pretty afraid of advice. In no other place, a manicure is done just the way it is done back home in Brazil! You got me!!! ♥

The service is good specially the hair technician lead by Mr Sharbil. I like the way they handle customer.

I got a Cobone Deal which entailed a 3 hour beauty treatment using a 24k gold mask facial, hair treatment, and nail polish. It only lasted about 2 hours. I was not happy with the lady who done my treatments. She tried to charge me extra at the end for using a gel nail polish colour on ONE TOE NAIL that SHE insisted on using to even out my chipped nail. I even asked to confirm whether this was included in the deal as I did not want to pay extra, to which she basically mumbled some things and said no because its only one toenail, not all my nails. After I was finished and I went to give them my voucher, I was shocked and astonished that she had the audacity to then charge me 25 AED for one coat of a clear gel polish on ONE nail, despite me asking and confirming that there was NO extra cost prior. You cannot offer something to a client without communicating a surcharge, dismiss when they ask you if theres an additional cost, then give a random number at the end that the client is supposed to pay? And then lie about it too by saying you communicated this? I was honestly so disappointed because throughout the treatment we had lovely conversations, she seemed like a lovely lady who was very friendly to me.The quality of nail polish was abysmal. Literally the day after it started to chip off my nails. They do not have appropriate facilities for manicures and pedicures. I would not advise you get your nails done here at all.The room for the facial/massage was unhygienic. There was hair on the floor and it had a foul smell when I entered. It is also extremely small and cramped, and you can hear everything thats going on in the salon which prevents you from being able to relax fully. She done a good job at making my body feel relaxed with a mini massage, but when it came to the facial she over exfoliated my skin and I broke out terribly the day after. The Salon also do not use any form of heat to open the pores in your face - as facials are meant to do. This was disappointing and misleading because in their voucher, they claim that they do use steam. They also terribly mislead and lie with the term 24k gold facial. It is not 24k gold nor high-end like they give off. I managed to get a look at the bottle after that was used on me and it was a cheap face mask by a company called Cosmo. The only gold element about it was its colour. If you google the bottle, you can see that you can buy the same face mask for no more than 15 AED.The hair treatment was good. I liked the fact the products were sulphate and chemical free. My hair was in good condition after. The lady applied the product in my hair well and then wrapped my hair in a heat towel for 30 mins. This was probably the only part that I was fully satisfied with. However, there was no head relaxation or 45 min relaxation treatment as outlined in their deal.The owner Anton was welcoming and friendly. After the incident of the extra cost at the end, he was quick to say that I do not have to pay as I was not made aware. However, he was a little persistent in trying to get me to opt for an additional service during my time there by stating that I should get my hair cut, that I should get my hair coloured, or that I should get a blow-dry. I came to the salon to relax and enjoy some me-time. If I wanted to cut, colour, or blow-dry my hair, then I wouldve booked myself in for that myself. Nonetheless, he was a good host, but I did feel he was standoffish at the end when I refused to get any extra treatments and refused to pay the ridiculous money I was stupidly charged by the lady.I was disappointed with my experience here - I would not waste your money on getting beauty treatments such as nails, facials or massages done here.

Such horrible service i made an appointment after buying a cobone voucher that says full hair colour and half head highlights.Once i booked my appointment i went to salon and showed the staff a photo of the hair colour i wanted to get which is highlights. He told me i can only do color that you already have and not a lighter colour (which doesnt make sense at all) why would i dye my hair the same light brown it already is. Highlight is meant to be a lighter color. The works didnt speak much english so they told me to wait till the manger comes back. I waited 20mins for him. Just for him to come and say we can only colour your hair brown thats it.NOT HAPPY AT ALL. with the service and the false advertisement they put up.(non of this was included in the fine print) Ended up leaving with nothing done as they wasted my time booking and going to their salon on cab go and back.

Amazing salon!! After searching years in dubai to find a hairdresser Im comfortable with and trust I finally found one, he does exactly what I want. Very friendly atmosphere, I can’t recommend this salon enough! Valet parking so you don’t need to worry about that. I’m a happy returning client

Saks 21 is the only hair salon I truly trust to cut my hair.. And my hair is really short short.. so u can imagine that any mistake done while cutting will turn out into a non fixable disaster.. But that never happened.. Anton does a great job on my hair.. each time I get him a photo from web so as he does the same haircut.. And he does a fabulous work.. Anton is an Artist in haircuts.. Hands of gold... I always leave the Salon very satisfied and happy.. the only person I trust with my hair in Anton and only Anton.. Highly recommend it as they have promotions now.. worth a try..

I bought the Cobone deal. It says extra charge for hair longer than 18 inches. My longest hair is 15 inches scalp-to-ends. This salon measures from the front of your hairline, across the top of your head, down to the longest point in the back, thus deciding my hair is 21 inches, and charging an extra 150dhs. Then the person gave me three different type of Keratine option and told me that I am eligible for the cheapest one. I never wanted to pay them extra apart from my Voucher price. They finish my keratine treatment with in 30 mins and asked me to wash my hair after 3 days. When I washed my hair my hair was as wavy as before. They did nothing apart from temporary hair straightening. Worse Service I have seen, my money just got wasted.I felt cheated and tricked and Ill never be back. Sorry, guys.

Most horrible customer service ever. I give one star cause i cannot give zero. The guy just wants to take money and has zero respect for his customers. I paid almost double for the 10pack service cause he said i had extensions in my hair and when he was selling it he said the package can go on hold when you travel as you want very flexible etc.. i go back after quite some time and doesnt accept it saying its been “too long” and I had only used 3 out of 10. If the quality was good I could have overseen it.. but evrything is just under par. First of all my name is Anna and not Marie.. which confirms how good you know or greet your customers. Secondly there was no terms and conditions signed when the 10sessions pack was purchased, only the verbal explanations that apparently change as you see fit, so technically you are legaly obliged to provide the services at any point in time as you got paid for them.

This salon should be banned from cobone and groupon as they generate money through offers. An offer full hair color and and keratin hair mask for 16 inches hair length. Mind you, even if your hair is 16 incehes, they will tell you it is over and will charge you minimum 150dhs. The hairdresser guy couldn’t even speak English! There is a philipino lady that is so useless to talk to as well.NO BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON! LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE!

This is a very unprofessional place. I contacted them before purchasing a Groupon voucher and they gave me the go ahead. After purchasing the voucher they confirmed my appointment. I reiterated that I am using the voucher. On reaching there in time for the appointment they refused to honor the voucher citing that its sold out and asked me to apply for a refund from Groupon. The vouchers are still available on the Groupon site. They wasted my time and money with respect to travelling to their salon and inconvenienced me with respect to the refund process. I do not recommend this place to anyone ever.
