Very bad staff.. they don’t have manner to speak with the client…..first learn how to deal with clients….i was having chat on WhatsApp with them ..I said I need specific person for my threading,that lady was busy she said .i said please I it’s urgent can you please do anything,she said I cannot pull out of her from waxing room to do your threading…..is this the way of talking ….you have to know how to deal with this situation politely…..I am not your friend or anything I am your client there is way to deal ..

My go-to salon in Dubai! I drive 30 minutes every time to get here, but I dont mind at all! I tried other salons in Dubai, but Sakura will always be my favourite! The staff is so professional and offer a superior quality service every time! A special shout out to Angy who did my manicure, and Cherry, for the best massage ever!! Highly recommended 👌 👍

I have been visiting the Silicon Oasis Branch for the past one and a half years and I can really, really recommend it to all ladies out there. I was always happy with the service, the girls working there are super nice and the atmosphere is really relaxing. Today was the last time for me there since I am leaving the UAE for good. Everyone was really sweet and I even got a complimentary foot massage! This was a really nice gesture which made my day and even got me a bit emotional- thanks so much for that again! 🫶🏼

Jenny is amazing for gel nails and always does a great job. Putu is wonderful for massages. I’ve had lots of knots in my shoulders and bought a package of 5 sessions with Putu. On day 3 and already noticing a difference. Thank you Sakura and your great team!!!

I have been coming to Sakura from 2018 and I have never gone disappointed with the services that I have availed. Angie is one of my fav..she is my go to person for pedicure does impeccable job.. she did it once understood my requirement and has been my permanent one since ever. Nahida is a darling adorable person who does hair treatment, waxing and eyebrows for me always perfect..recently I have tried other technicians sharmila who does my manicure..and has become my permanent go to person.. as she is a perfectionist and extremely sweet. For massages you should try their hot stone massage from Putu.. absolutely amazing and rejuvenating.. she has manic hands. Sherry and Ngema have given me amazing and relaxing head Neck and shoulder massages which comes within the package.Earlier they used to have great packages, now they have different ones.. so I just go cos I have my fav ppl still working here.All the technicians are professional polite and smiling.

My favorite salon, I’ve been going for 3 years every month, sometimes even more, and they never disappoint! The staff is super kind and professional I highly recommend this salon. Sherry does the best massages, I always feel relaxed and happy. She’s also such a lovely person in general. Marinelle and Angie are amazing with manicures/pedicures. Ive been a customer here for more than 2 years and its still my favourite place to go. My daughter and I had manicure and pedicure treatments at Sakura. What a beautiful experience. Friendly and welcoming staff and a warm and relaxing atmosphere in the treatment room. . The beauty technicians were first class. I’ve never had such a thorough manicure - resulting in my nails being super clean and pristine in appearance. I would thoroughly recommend Sakura if you are seeking an expert manicure.

I truly like this salon, but the receptionists lack of professionalism, stupidity, and lack of customer service skills really irritates me, as she doesnt even seem to be paying attention to what Ive told her in the beginning. She even had the nerve to question me about the services they had done, acting as though I had conned them. But eventually she ended up being embarrass about. Actually, you have a wonderful salon in Silicon Oasis, so avoid hiring idiots like these 2 staff. With this kind of client service, theyre cheapening your salon.

It was my first time trying this saloon, i came for my appointment on time and had to wait for like 15-20 minutes for the lady i booked with to do my hair. They were actually arguing with each other on the misinformation they gave me on the prices that I had asked for over whatsapp before coming. I had no option but to go on with their service as i had the event within 2 hours. I wouldn’t recommend this saloon to anyone after my disappointing experience.

I did the eye lash lift with khen and she did an amazing job, they said it’ll last for a month. This branch is better than the other one because it’s less crowded

I am sharing my experience for others safety. Recently I had my pedicure done with other services on their top floor of their salon. The technician forgot to wipe my foot with wet towel and while getting down the stair I slipped badly and have injured and wounded spine.I have been going here for almost two years. The girls here are good and friendly. I am writing this review for the people concerned ie the management to take precautions and educate the staff for client’s safety and concern.I would have ended more badly but m alive.The funny part was after the tragedy they asked me to pay the bill and offered me foot massage. This kept me wondering whether I should b laughing or ignoring.Anyways all I want them to put some rugs on the steps so that no other person has to go through what I am going through.

I have been a regular customer of Sakura since they opened their business. Their technicians are excellent, and I trust their work. However, despite being a loyal customer for the past nine years, I have never received any discounts, free services, or any other types of offers from them. I even started asking them for discounts, which I dislike doing, but they always respond with, Its not possible, or Well talk to management and let you know. As a result, I am considering trying other salons, even if their services are more expensive.

It was my first time experience to do hair treatment and blow out. It was fabulous. The staff is adorable and sweet. Kehn was incredible in taking care of my hair, with the massage she did for me as complentray.Also, the nails with Radha was really good and nice. Ladie, this beauty spa is one of Dubai’s hidden gems. Great work, amazing service and very kind people. I have been using this salon since 2014, 9 years of excellent beauty care. Manicure, pedicure, waxing…etc. This year i decided to have a HAIR MAKEOVER, Ms. Noha Sherief is the hair specialist who worked on my hair and the result was FABULOUS, i felt like a TV star after seeing my hair 👏. She is very knowledgeable, creative and professional with great attitude. I would definitely recommend her to everyone ❤️.

Poor service and transparency from DSO branch, i booked for my nail tech at specific hour but was put on hold for an hour! If only I have knew about it I could’ve gone somewhere else! They’ve prepared my nails and just put me in the corner and wait for an hour! I couldn’t express more my anger, not even a coffee was serve while you’re waiting, i wasn’t pleased with the new receptionist at all, as she is even putting the blame to others 😒

I’m a regular customer for years and I will never go back to this salon again due to the unprofessionalism of the staff. I booked an appointment yesterday for full body waxing and the lady confirmed it saying the price is AED 200 as they are running a promotion. I also booked another service for Russian mani & pedi gel. This morning I received a call from the same lady who booked my appointment stating the the price has changed to AED 300 for full body waxing! I was upset and requested to speak to a manager because of the misinformation. I actually cancelled my appointment from another salon who usually does my waxing because of the price they initially quoted. The supervisor from their Mirdiff branch called me saying they cannot do anything about it and I told her “cancel all the appointments and I will never go back to your salon” and she just simply said “Ok ma’am no problem”. They don’t care even if you’re a loyal customer and they don’t have any intention of correcting their mistake. Never again!

I visited the salon after seeing the good reviews here. I went for a hair colour. She bleached half of my hair and went to blow dry another client, then she bleached the other half. The result was different degrees of hair colour. She didnt apply enough bleach and she was hurrying to do other clients. After bleaching she choosed a completely different colour than the one we agreed on.There was some gold and green spots at the back . It is just horrible. And its the first time I bleach my hair was virgin. My husband hates it. I dont recommend it at . All she cares about is more clients. I think they take commission for it. Even when I went to pay the woman there didnt tell me about the first time discount of 30% until I complained about the expensive price. Choose another salon!

I went in for a facial with Emily. She was very gentle and explained everything perfectly. She gave me tips for after care also. Definitely will be coming back!

Sakura is my favorite place to come to in DSO. Noha is an amazing hair stylist that recommended the collagen hair treatment for my hair for the first time and I LOVE IT. I got lots of compliments from friends and family and I suggested for them to go get their hair done with her. She is a sweetheart and will make your hair feel and look amazing!

I have been coming to this place since it started. Girls are all nice and pleasant with great skill. Rasila is best for hair treatments, massages and blow dry and Noha’s hair cuts are the best. Over all bit expensive but services are good.

Very good staff. Been coming to the dso branch for over 2 years now. Laney has been doing my manicure and from small half eaten nails, i now have long n strong nails. All thanks to Laney. Highly recommend her and completely trust her with my nails. Nahida is extremely good with waxing. Only thing is they need to come up with some membership plan or benefits for regular customers.

I am a regular customer but after my last visit I will not be returning. So I did my gelish mani and pedi and after 3 days i wear closed shoes and my toes got damaged. Since I am working the whole week and didnt get a chance to visit the salon I went back on Saturday which was on the 8 day after my salon visit. I asked the reception/ supervisor if they Could offer 50% discount since I was late by 1 day, they couldnt accept. Mind you inf i was to come within the 7 days they would have done it free of charge. So I explained myself and even told them to consider as a repeat client but they couldnt hear none of that. I found that very inconsiderate and negligence on their part as they dont consider repeat business. How do you run business like this. I have even recommended my sister and friends but after this kind of treatment I cannot even recommend any one. So sakura you just lost a client and referrals brought by me. This is not how you run a business. Very poor service

Nail is okay but it did not last long. The staff was kind as well. But waxing, i wouldnt recommend this place. Double dipping!! When they put the used bar into the waxing gel, i was shocked. After looking at it, she changed the bar however it should be consistently done.And i have something like burnt scars around after getting done waxing this place. Wouldt go again ever.

Amazing treatment! Always do a fantastic job. I go there and opt for the mani pedi offer and do my eyebrows. The lady that does my eyebrows does it perfectly. No pain and perfect shape everytime!

It is the best place for manicure and pedicure in Silicon Oasis by far! The crew is so friendly and cheerful all the time. However, they need to reconsider their price list since it is almost same with the named places in downtown or marina. Beside, there is no promo or loyalty card for the regular customers.

Overpriced, i paid so much for color change only and it is not even worth it. Prices are more in person than whats on their website. My friend paid extra money for packages she did not ask for, yet the technicians did not ask what she wants they did not even bother listening, they did what they were satisfied with.

They do a good job, but you have to be careful they try to make money. all ladies working there barely understand english there. I went there 3 times and twice i faced the same problem with all different ladies. I asked for different pedicure and manicure and they did different. 1st time i ask for regular pedicure and they did spa one. 2nd time when i went i asked and showed them on brochure wat i want still they did wrong one. I felt WoW! They just dnt understand english plus they cnt read either. I end up paying 350 aed and the service i asked for was of 225 aed.And another thing if u pedicure manicure appt for 7pm or later. They will do a quick job and NOT A GOOD JOB. I had appt. At 7:30ish tat lady was complaining so much. Half of the time they all talk in philipin some time it feels they are making fun of u.I Wont be going back there. And i wont recommend this place to anyone.

Love this place the ladies are so nice, and thorough. I tend to get ingrown toe nails and I was shocked the first time I came here I didnt even have to tell the lady she fixed me right up saving me a trip to the doctor. I used to drive from Silicon all the way to beauty connection. Never again.

Dont go here. Their prices are more in person than whats on their website! Misleading and unprofessional. Secondly, they only applied emirates platinum card discount to 1 manicure even tho 2 manis were paid for in one transaction. Ive never heard of that. Its clear management wants to make as much money as they can by overcharging in person and limiting discounts. Overcharged and underdelivered. Save yourself the 400 extra dhs I paid and go somewhere else.

I went to the salon to get a shape, buff and shine manicure which was for 30dhs, while the lady was doing my nails she cut my skin and it started bleeding but I didnt make a big deal out of it because mistakes happen even though it hurt a lot. After my nails were done and I went to pay she said it was for 40dhs and then after 1 minute she says no its for 70dhs because she cleaned your nails and I was so mad at them but I still payed 70dhs. When I got home i was taking a flash pic of nails and in the picture you could see that she didnt put in on properly and that there were bubbles in the polish, I am so frustrated by there service! Im going back tomorrow to tell her to fix my nails!!

I give 2 star for the poor facility but i give 5 stars for the amazing employees so that together brings it to 3 star but all credit to the employees.I started coming here from june 2017. I really love the ladies and they are a lovely bunch of ladies together. I am only very sad that they are working amazingly long hours on very poorly “furniture” and already for a few month a lot of things are not working..the sink..the ladies need to carry buckets with water to fill the sinks for the pedicure..for drying the feet..the blowdryer in the closets are all not working. There is also no dryer available for the handnails which should be much nicer then using a cushion instead. The girls sit on very small benches with no restback which is very painfull which is extremely bad and tiring for their backs. Also the seats for the customers are not comftable. I heard in july that the place would be closed after the summer for refurnishing but nothing happened till now and i see it becomes worse and worse. I love the ladies who work there but please management it’s time to appreciate what you have and take care of it!!! Before you will loose serious clients and employees that will look for better working conditions and they are right!! So please appreciate what you have because i am sure that most of clients will stay because of the ladies do such a great job! Please take action management!!

My go to place every week! Great staff with amazing smiles and hospitality. The hygiene of the space is great and to highest standard. They take care of their clients and feel pride in it.

Miss GLADYS working at the reception is really rude to clients who are calling to check for servicesI called to check for details of a service and she hung up one abruptly the first time.when I called the second time ,she said she was busy on a call.They have lost a potential client and if the front desk is soo rude, I can imagine what the rest of the services will be like !!!

My experience was not good with the girl handling the pedicure as she bruised my feet with the foot exfoliator which should be used only to scrub the under part of the feet and not the skin area..so I will definitely not go back to Sakura for a Pedicure or any other services.Sheena

Service from the nail techs and massage therapist are really fantastic and very touched with their service. However, the Filipino reception If I am not mistaken her name is Mayeth. She was disgusting, not friendly at all, didnt even ask how was the service went through and you wouldnt feel welcome by her when you arrive at the salon. When I went there she even didnt give me an official receipt to know the breakdown of what I had, just wondering if really you dont issue receipts to your clients? I even forgot that I didnt had my eyebrow threading done when I realized when I left the salon hence she charged me. Due to my tight schedule and irritated welcomed by that lady i didnt bother myself to go back again to tell her and to get my money or service back. Its just small amount but nevertheless no matter how much it is always remember how the TOUCH POINTS starts from the warm welcome (reception) will be main part also for the first and last impression to get the returned guest. Because of her will never go back again. Attitude always counts no matter how great your skill does.

I visited the salon this past week, the girls were very professional and friendly, however the service I received was not, my skin around my nails were cut and only just healed, my feet are still painfull today due to excessive scrubbing left me with both my heals with excessive scub marks, I won’t be visiting this salon again

The Saloon/Spa is amazing .. i really love the ambience 😍 its so relaxing and invited .. i like getting mani,madi and natural hair treatment.. the best thing that hair treatment has a complementary head & should massage .. but my ultimate favourite service is Facial by Emily❤about the facial: Emily is very professional skin therapist that has lots of experience, she would always have a quick chat w me to understand my current skin concerns before starting the facial.. i lovvve the way she customizes the facials which isnt available in many places, its better to let the therapist decide the facial type rather than you selecting from the list .. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I was given appointment at 4:45 pm, arrived on time but was told to wait since they were busySocial distancing not applied if we completely fullUntil 6pm no one had started my mani pedi and every time I ask the manager says we are checking the system ! No responsibility no professionalism no cleanliness
