I went for gel extension removal, and the technique of removing it wasn’t good at all. As you can see in the picture, it’s been two days since the service, and just this morning, my nail broke. I went to other salons for the same service previously and didn’t face such an issue. I don’t recommend going to them.

I recently had a facial with Emily and it was superb. The care she provided was exceptional, leaving me feeling incredibly refreshed. She is very gentle and professional, demonstrating a deep knowledge of her work. You can truly see her passion in her work. This was, without a doubt, the best facial I’ve ever had. I highly recommend her services!

I have been a loyal customer to the saloon because of the great and clean service they provide. Radikha has been doing my manicures for the past 3 years, she is such a friendly and warming person she is such a talented person ! From cleaning , filing , coloring and doing nail art she does it all !!! I also want to mention Julie who does my pedicure and body massage, she is such a lovely person and her techniques in massage is vey well! She relieves any tension on my body and relaxes my body.I consider Sakura my second home and the ladies there as my sisters and friends

Truly disappointed with the reception staff attitude on payment and exit. Sakura has been one of my favorite nail & beauty salons for many years and still is. Visited last night for few services with my 15 yr old daughter and our combined bill was eligible for Esaad discount only to be told off that the bill for the child and that of mine are treated separately according to salon policy. Not exactly sure how a minor is expected to be paying on her own and not exactly sure how the Salon accepts to even roll out such an absurd policy. Esaad card holders are eligible to extend the discount to their dependents and its the mothers responsibility to pay for the bill related to her under age child, never in any service place Ive encountered such discriminatory treatment not to mention the lotalty ive had to this place, number of times visited this year and the referrals ive recommended it to. Highly suggest that you review the so called policies as this situation despite the little amount has put both my daughter, myself and other waiting customers at embarrassment.

The best massage I have ever had in my life! The lovely Susi was absolutely amazing. Honestly the best massage I have ever received and I am a regular at different salons. She is based at Sukura Al Warqa. Thank you 💛

I cant let this day pass without sharing my 3rd experience from Sakura Beauty Spa. The massage was amazing it was stress relief by staff named Rung.The place was organized, clean with a positive vibe and energy. Specially when she do the hot stone massage so relaxing.Manicure and pedicure spa was a great experience too after my massage.I was comfortable having my ordered coffee in a sense of how the staff dealing with me, smiling, offering assistance and ideas with my nails, oh i love my gel color with nail art.There’s promotional offers too as mentioned by the receptionist. Prices are worth it 👌🏼I found the perfect place to unwind myself after hard working days.

Me and my grandmother absolutely love the place. My grandmother did foot massage once & full body massage, she said it was so relaxing. I did amazing nail art and gelish removal, she was very gentle on my nails. My nails are super sensitive, so whenever I remove gel - my nails gets scratches but here it didn’t. And because my nail were small & short. She did amazing nail art on them that would suit my nails

Definitely the worst salon here where they provide services based on your ethnicity. Did a manicure pedicure and eyebrows threading. The manicure and eyebrows were okay but the pedicure was done by someone who was new according to the manager and clearly didnt know what to do because she kept asking to do this or not do that and eventually didnt give a massage even though it was included in the pedicure I had chosen. Only after being asked about it she wanders off somewhere and comes back a while later and gives me a poor massage after my pedicure was over according to her. This was only the beginning as when I went to pay they included an express manicure even though this wasnt told to me when I confirmed everything on WhatsApp chat and before entering the salon and even showed them the chat but they dismissed it as thats their social media teams mistake. When I shared feedback about the pedicure the manager who has absolutely zero skills in customer service tells me that they only serve one ethnic group mostly and their skin is sensitive so they werent sure about the steps during the pedicure service so they kept asking me as they arent used to dealing with Asians and Europeans. I didnt think that where someone goes to relax and de stress I will walk out in tears after hearing absurd statements from the manager who tried her best to confuse with me express mani signature pedicure regular mani pedi prices to cover up the goof up from their side.

I love moreme hair treatment, you can see the result from one session and the result stays after few washes, the staff are very friendly and kind, the receptionist she’s very friendly and I always book Meriam to do my hair she really takes care of my hair 🥰🥰

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. My eyelashes were long and thick before my visit, but after getting extensions, they became thin and short. When I raised my concerns, the staff didn’t apologize or offer any solutions. I was shocked to find that I had no lashes left after they removed the extensions. The educator didn’t provide helpful advice and suggested I come back in 21 days without even acknowledging the issue. Overall, the management and technical skills were lacking, and I left feeling very upset.

I come here every time, and i’m always satisfied with their service. Also, Ms. Puja and Ms.Linda are amazing in their work (meni pedi, and nail art❤️)

I went to bleach my roots and this is WORST RESULT EVER. Not even at all and didn’t reach the right level for me to tone it, and all my hair is falling off it’s all ruined!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bc the “professional” Ms Feda when she was bleaching my roots put bleach on my already processed hair when I specifically asked her to not do that before she starts. Just bc my hair is short doesn’t mean I want to be bald or don’t care about the health of my hair. Never coming back. My little sister with no experience done a better job.

Radhika is one of the best, my nail tech for more than 2 years. Ashmita did a great job doing pedicure aswell with Fern doing the massage, Strong pressure and very relaxing. Have a lovely time at each session & my nails have never looked more fab so thank you. I did my lashes with Noella and it looks so natural. Amazing job as always!

I would’ve gave it 5 stars I always consider them as first option because they have really good nail service and massage but lately when the receptionist called (Radia) in Warqa mall branch made a big deal out of esaad discount and in front of other customers plus she didn’t hesitate to call the other branch that I visited previously to pick up on why they gave me a discount prior although I always get it because I always go with my sister it should’ve not been handled rudely and causing embarrassment by her saying “I’m following rules only” rule says Esaad will be given to mother and daughter under 15 and my sister is under this age I am the one sponsoring her it doesn’t make sense and I will not come back so if someone here is considering getting a discount I wouldn’t recommend going to them, other salons give it with no hesitation..

Sakura is my favorite salon, I always come here to do my nails and my two favorite beauticians are Shakila & Mela, they’re always nice to me and help me choose colors every time 🥰. I want to share something with regards to others safety. I have been going salon for more than 2 years, I love their services and all the girls out there. They are very friendly.Recently for the first time I had a pedicure done on the 1st floor of their salon which I never suggested they put it for me as I had more things to do like hair and eyebrows.After pedicure done the staff did not wipe my foot due to which I almost have wounded my foot, ankle and spine as I slipped badly from the stairs.I am writing this review to let the people concerned take this matter seriously as it might have been worst.Also the funny part was they asked me for full bill payment. However I didn’t for pedicure.Later to offer me was free foot massage.I don’t know whether I should be happy about it or be angry about it.Please I would request the management to look into it seriously for others safety.I want to share my wounded leg and spine pics too.

As much as I used to enjoy this saloon as much now I’m really disappointed. Applied on the 17th/9 an Essie nail polish and it peeled on the 18th literally just lasted a day! Quality went down sorry to say.

For everyday hair styles and for wedding up dos.My only recommendation for Sakura Beauty Spa is to focus on all services provide updates on all their services in the salon, including hair station - as the hair station lacks social media coverage and they deserve to stand out for their amazing works!

From the owner: Regarding the irrelevant scenario you stated in your response, let me explain that this is not about being late, and I did manage to come and paid the full amount for all of the services they did. If you read my review all the way through, your two technicians confirmed they didnt do ingrown removal, which by the way I cancelled immediately before they proceed to all my requests. But your two receptionists clearly couldnt comprehend my revision request. Do you have any idea how many invoice receipts they print when they arent even paying attention to what Im asking for? Your nails technician even ask your receptionist again to revise the amount because it was less! It surprises me that you cannot even grasp my complaint. I wont bother going to your salon because it seems like you dont care all about your customers. Instead of apologizing for what your staff has done to me, you continue to accept this kind of behavior. Hire someone who can provide proper customer service rather than taking side of your ill-mannered staff who keep on justifying her mistake while im leaving at your salon.

There’s a supervisor called Radhia, first she told me when I called that gel removal is 20 dirhams, and when I finished the service she doubled the price to 50 dirhams saying that it wasn’t normal gel 😕.then she told me you always refuse to pay and always make problems.she has an attitude towards us as a loyal customers saying that we are not welcomed in the place and it’s important for businesses to treat loyal customers with respect and appreciation.

This is not my first experience here but this is my first experience in this branch .. The receptionist was uncooperative with us. I told her that I would be late. She said, No, we have a lot of customers. Come after two hours”. I told her I dont mind waiting. I arrived after half an hour. I found the place empty. I asked for some nail art. She said it costs 5 dirhams per one nail because it’s very simple I agreed to that price later she changed the price to 15 dirham per one nail . I would never visit this branch again she wasn’t smiling apparently she doesn’t want to work .The nail gel and manicure and pedicure is very nice but they didn’t offer any drinks am looking also for good hosting and treatment.thank you for your response no thats not what happened I showed her and she said it will cost french + 5 dirahm per one nail I already shared the design before she work then at the payment she changed the price ! This is not good at all

I had my press on nails done by Radika and everyone has been asking where I got them done coz they look so so good. The application was done so well, the color of polish she suggested because of my skin color makes the color pop. If I could give them a 0 star I gladly would. This saloon has constantly disappointed me and my family with their lack of service and unprofessionalism.For context their hairstylist (the Arabic one) is extremely incompetent I’m a 100% sure she had no training before, burnt my hair multiple times, I even asked for a silver strand in my bangs and she gave me a copper orange one and instead of fixing it she said “that’s stylish” and tried to get me on the seat.The nail technicians are aggressive with the nails even after mentioning I have diabetes and they need to be gentle so I don’t get a cut or a bruise that would lead into my fingers being amputated.There is no regards to customer satisfaction or health.Plus when I called to check in on my appointment they ended the call on my face without answering my question. Told you they’re a bad salon with horrible management.

This is my third time doing a facial with Emily and I must say that she takes care of my skin like no other! And no one else can! Within just 2 facial treatments, I saw so many improvements on my skin! My face is now smooth and with way less breakouts than before!Overall experience is amazing, the room, the music, the facial treatment = feels like therapy!

I got moremo treatment and it was the best hair treatment ever, they gave me perfect perfect massage for head and shoulders, I liked the treatment so much, my hair is so much better, I also got blowdry with the treatment, this is really perfect and the staff are so nice and caring, they treated me like a queen, they gave me blanket while washing my hair, they moved my stuff for me wherever I go, they were extremly nice I swear this was my first time but definetely not the last, their prices and discounts are so good. thats one of the main reasons why Im getting back to them. Plus I had a rude reply via whatsapp which made me regret choosing their salon-I don’t see why beauty salons except appointments when they can’t handle itThe manicure was not good neither the nail art - it’s not their fault they looked tiredPlus they sprayed the floor with something which made me slip and it injured my back 😞.This is my 5th visit and the last oneI did hair treatments and it smelled bad and garlicky so I decided not to do them again 👎

I love Sakura Beauty Spa because they offer quality services for reasonable prices. I especially love their facial treatments with Emily, as she knows exactly the right facial for you, and addresses all your skincare needs. The treatment room is incredibly relaxing and the massage area is also just as zen. My only note however, is with regards to service. A lot of competitors address this issue by offering a drink while in the waiting room for example. Other than that, ill always be coming here for my facials!

I was on a call with one of the employees and I had previously booked an appointment for 3 people, at a very late time (12am) because apparently they had no availability. Now I call again to cancel one of the appointments from the 3 people to make it 2, in hope to have the time pushed earlier than 12am, but the employee, the moment I told her I wouldLike to cancel for one, she closed the phone on my face and never called again to apologize for such disrespectful behavior. I even tried to call again but they wouldn’t pick up. The service is extremely bad and I’m quite disappointed as I used to be a good customer of theirs.

I liked the service of this salon. The staff are so friendly to the point that they would do anything just to get the client satisfied. What I liked the most is that they were very gentle with my nails. I would be really happy if they opened a branch in Al mizhar/ Al khawaneej because I hate going to Al warqa😔

The lady who did my nails was barista/lash specialist so I don’t know why she did my nails .anyways I paid for a mani-pedi with color then the lady who did hand nails was saying only cut and file to the lady who did my feet because she thought I paid less price then I just got the worst nails ever. I asked for It to be 2 layers of nail polish then she did it 3-4 layers now my nails are ruined and I got them in another beauty salon which was way better .(the lady who did my feet was Susi she was so kind but I forgot the lady who did my nails on my hand ) .

The staff are very welcoming and friendly, I felt relaxed with the interior and atmosphere.Ayu and Putu were very professional and sweet.I did my massage with Putu and it was amazing.I did meni and pedi with Ayu, and she was so careful.For any lady looking to relax and enjoy your spa time this is the best spa to go to.

I was 3 minutes late for my appointment and they called to say (( are you coming or not )), if the question was polite I would accept it, and if there was not discussion I would appreciate it, but the receptionist apologies for it once I reached.2. The hair stylist Huda, did not do her job properly, she finished and went out without saying that she is done, I have talked to them receptionist and she told me that the lady went to the super market ! when she comes she will finish your hair 🤣, she came back, says nothing , does my hair ( not well ) and leave!3. Huda was not wearing a mask since I have entered the spa till I left.I gave all my notes to the receptionist, she said, she will escalate them to the manager.On the other hand, Nail service was superstaff are well experienced, professional and very friendly. Thanks to Nagema, Juliet and Bina ( who took an incentive and fixed my hair after Huda) .Big thanks for these 3 ladies for thier kindness.Other than this place was neat and clean. I would really recommend the management to focus on hair section employees development.

I used to go to Silicon branch and every time I get used to a hairdresser she leaves or is moved. I had to go to the branch in Al Warqa today because they moved Noha to that branch. I live in Silicon and I think it’s ridiculous that I had to go to Al Warqa to get my hair done with Noha. Please respect your clients and stop moving and changing your hairdressers. I hope Noha does not move from Silicone branch again please. This is so inconvenient.

Customer service is so disappointing I complained on how they ruined my leather bag with acetone and they didn’t get me a solution until I texted them again reminding them of the issue and all they came up with is a “complimentary” massage after ruining a 1.5k worth bag

So upset with the service. Not professionals in manicure and the polisg was saggy for hours smudged everywhere around the nail dirty.. Blow dry no volume .. Hair is stuck to my head Basically your throwing your money down the drain if you go here
