I got chrome nails from serene ladies salon and I am absolutely impressed by the quality of products and staff. The staff was very friendly and the ambience of the salon is so calm and beautiful! I got the most prettiest nails done from Serene. All the staff were very sweet and gentle. I have gotten my nails done from them previously also and best part is that they last really long. The lash extensions also came out as I expected

Be aware of that salon.The girls that work there don’t have any idea of the good service and not professional in manicure at all.She did my nails wavy,different shape,so I had to take and start filing myself in front of her how it’s done.But it was not enough.She said she understood but the nails still came out of a different shape and were gripping the clothes,so I asked to addressed it.The receptionist was trying to fix it,so she continued to file it.Not to mention the amount of layers of gelish they applied(about 5-6 times) prior damaging my own natural nail by filing it with the machine and leaving the scratches on it purposely ruining.I expressed my concern,not only I did payed for such horrible job, but when came home I had to file my nails again on my own. The pedicure is bad 2.Please run away and never go to this place.Hygene is poor too.Extremly unprofessional
