Very bad experience doing my hair coloring with Yazan. Worst customer support with no response as well. After spending 4 hours in the salon, I still have white hair in all my hair roots! Please have a look at the video for my hair 3 days after the coloring session! No response from the customer support!!!!

Big thanks to Wissam for the beautiful hair cut, I don’t trust anyone else except you! A true hair stylist. I recommend everyone to go to Wissam in silicon oasis branch.

I love the service at this salon it’s amazing i got my pedicure done by Rosalie, she did amazing and then Joanne did my Nails and they look incredible as you can see, would recommend this place 100%.

A very bad experience with the new hairdresser. A lack of respect and professionalism towards his colleagues and myself . Very disappointed, as the nail salon girls are very pleasant.

The service is high quality, the girls are super friendly, but to pay almost same amount for removing mani Gell without reapplying any color, as if you did is ridiculous!

I went for mani-pedi gel services.The ladies are lovely, however, not too happy with the service received.The cleaning was good but the coloring was disappointing, especially the hands.Additionally, I had to pay more than double what I pay in other salons!I honestly feel that I got STOLEN! Big time!Definitely will not consider going again there!On top of that, I had to spend there +4 hours for them to try and fix the work they did. As a result, I ended up paying 40 dirhams for the parking! Really, the most expensive mani-pedi I have received.Reply: My contact details were given to the salon by the time of booking. I cannot share them on a public platform.

I’ve been a regular customer since a year now, but unfortunately, today will be my last visit.It’s been a year that they have the same colors, + I feel sometimes the workers if you ask them for some specific nail art or ombré, they don’t feel happy with the request « like an extra work for them »But today’s service was the worst for me, and this is the second time that i’am facing the same issue for the same serviceI wanna be clear that today’s technicians tried to do their best. But it was against what i did ask for. First the machine for the ombré was not working, and it was mentioned only when they already started working on my nails.Second i decided to have a French manicure, but unfortunately they were soooo unqualified to make a proper French, we had to remove it and call another technician to try make the lines.at the end I ended up putting some cat eyes nail polish, that I m not happy with now, and I have an appointment tomorrow with a different beauty center to remove the disaster that I have on my nailsThe pedicure was good. That’s all but still always the same colors

Very bad service, zero communication, I came for my appointment, and waited 15 minutes and still didn’t get my services, cause the receptionist decided to give someone else who came walk in my allocated appointment. Never coming back and this is not the first time this happenes.

I have been coming to this salon for the past 4 years and I never had any issues with the lovely staff, the reception, and their services. So, you can imagine my surprise upon coming to my bi-weekly appointment to find that everything has changed. In hopes that some form of higher management reads this, It is absolutely insane to change the prices as much as you have when the service has considerably become worse. The new receptionist does not have a clue about what’s going on nor does she have a clue about the services and prices, and upon raising inquiries about several different things to which she had no answer to, I had to leave due to frustration. Additionally, I have been trying to book an appointment since this morning — considering I’ve never had issues booking an appointment on the spot — I was only able to book one by 2pm (3 hours from initial appointment time) due to the lack of understanding of both my service request and the price, only to leave due to horrible service.I am incredibly disappointed in the downfall of the service at this salon. It is with grave disappointment that I must say I will no longer be coming here.

I did hard gel removal and basic manicure on 15/04/2024.Was taken care by Vegon, who did amazing job on my damaged nails.She is humble, calm and professional and genuinely gave me advice on how to self care cuticle and nails at home.No unnecessary conversation happened which is good for introverts.Thank you Vegon.

Today I visited Loft for the first time since I needed a Gelish Manicure on a very short notice. I called them up since it was a weekend and bound to be busy, however, the reception actually confirmed an appointment immediately!I got a manicure and pedicure done with Marilyn and Joy respectively. And I am quite happy that I chose Loft for my sudden requirement!Their service is swift, and the staff is well experienced and cheerful. Marilyn did an excellent Manicure and Joy gave me a great Pedicure!Thank you Girls! I will surely see you again!It has been two months since I wrote the review above. I have been regularly going to Shades and every time i’ve had a different staff doing my manicure and pedicure. And each one of them is good at their work and cheerful and systematic.I have found my permanent Nail place in Silicon Oasis! 🥰

Ive been doing my nails here for more than 2 years. I loved the service and the place. Recently, they started using a different nail gelish brand. I have tried it more than 3x and I was really upset as the quality is very poor. The gelish starts cracking on the second or third day after application. I kept on telling the staff about the issue as I am sure this new brand is really bad. I was more disappointed to find out that they will soon only be using this poor quality brand, knowing that they increased their prices recently. After these years, I think it is time for me to find a different salon who is not compromising the quality over quantity. I gave 3 stars only because my nail technician has been amazing.

The worst for me tha rudeness I have received is very unacceptable for me! My company has gifted me a pedicure voucher the only did my feet and they didn’t do my hands and when I asked about they told me I have to wait for extra 30 mins because they simply tool the girls from me to service someone else! The WOREST

I went for Eyebrow Threading and it was very satisfying. It was my first time to this salon and searching for a great salon that can get my eyebrow done. The staff is very welcoming. Yeah i will be a regular customer here. Ambiance and staff is great!

I usually go the shades DSO for my pedicure and threading. My last visit was not so good. I asked the lady who was doing my pedicure to let my feet soak for a while because it’s been 3 weeks and I know I get a lot of dead skin. She acted like she didn’t hear me. She barely removed any dead skin, when I told her she said I have an infection and I need treatment. I cried when I got to the car, went to the doctor and alas he said my feet are fine it’s just dead skin that’s there! My feet are still rough, I went to the doctor for someone’s incompetence. It was very unprofessional the way she mentioned it, my confidence was crushed because it was in front of other customers and staff. The way she raised her voice to utter words she wasn’t sure of or qualified to say was very disrespectful.*Update* It’s been 15 days days after my gelish pedicure and two toes are missing the polish. It just fell off 😭😭 I am currently looking for another salon that has better service in DSO. If you have any that you would recommend please leave a comment.

I have been using Shades since I first came to Dubai years ago . I always return , the staff are Lovley and friendly . Aneela my waxer and threader is amazing. She does such a detailed job and I always leave very happy with the service . I highly recommend Shades and Aneela in particular for her waxing and threading . 🤩🥰

Went there by recommendation for classic pedicure, the girl was very nice and did a good job, but I came next day bcs she missed to cut nail at 1 place and it was painful and all red around there. The receptionist couldnt colve the problem, asked to come after some time, after I did come back, said that other girls are not enough professional to do it🙄 and the girl who did pedicure just day before is on vacation, thats super weird.

Staff is so unprofessional not ready to greet the customer i went there for the service one Filipina lady at the reception was so rude and told me to come back when asked for her name and the manager she told me she will not give any name and also called 2 of her colleagues and there was a huge argument. You should teach your employees how to treat the customers we are not taking the service for free. And tell them that each customer is valuable and they are ruining the name of company with there behavior.Hoping for support.

Worst facial cleaning ever ! I dont recommend it at all ! The lady is not experienced and she doesnt know what is she doing ! So dont take the risk to do facial cleaning, my skin was awful!Pedicure and manicure services are fine plus the massages ! But facial definitely is really bad !

Waxing was very good especially full bikini was less pain than anywhere else! Threading of eyebrows was perfect and the facial was very relaxing. Im very happy and will come again!

Wouldn’t recommend, my gelish manicure lasted only 4-5 days , the lady that did my pedicure was rushing so much didn’t take time to do a proper pedicure as I need it because otherwise i am in pain and they were not gentle at all , just waste of money.

It isn’t pleasant when your beautician get so friendly that they start picking their service mistakes as your faults. So I had been a regular customer to this one person in the salon. This day I came for service and her waxing ways were more painful than previous times. When I asked her to do something, she blamed it on me - ‘because I asked to switch off AC, because my skin is such, because ...more reasons.’When I insisted that I am not blaming her for it and that she doesn’t need to keep putting that it’s my fault, rather be a bit more gentle...she didn’t understood possibly and started arguing mid session by possibly comprehending a few words like ‘blame’ and ‘argue’.WE GO TO SALON TO FIX WHAT WE CANT FIX OURSELF WITH GENTLENESS & CARE. NO ONE WANTS TO VISIT A SALON TO BE FAULT PICKED ON OF THE SKIN TYPE AND HAIR TYPE - JUST FIX IT!This whole thing was so unpleasant, I had to drop the session mid way and cancel the other services I booked for.Definitely not going back.

Terrible manicure. They tried to redo it, but it was even worse. Previously, they also did it well every other time, but at least they remade it efficiently. I only paid for a classic manicure and then I told the master how to do it.
