Very nice, professional. Right on time. Really loved the technique and the massage oil. So soft and smooth to the skin. The only upsetting thing, such a tiny lady carrying this heavy massage table without any men assistance.

This company is completely unprofessional with poor communication and management. I messaged them on WhatsApp to schedule an appointment for nails and lashes. They only confirmed for the lashes and when my appointment time arrived no one showed up, no message nothing… after 10 minutes I messaged them and they said they were sending someone in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, no one arrived and no message from the company, then after one hour I asked if it was canceled, and they said no, they will be there in 20 minutes. After another hour, two hours after my scheduled time they finally showed up for my nails. Then 20 minutes into my service the lash tech arrives and has to sit and wait until my nails were done. My nails were supposed to be a 90 minute service and they rushed through it in 45 minutes. Then during my lash appointment, the driver kept calling and asking how much longer because it was so late. All of my services were rushed due to poor management and I immediately called the office only to be told that I need to pay full price and the managers would decide if I would get a refund. It was completely unfair. I will never use their service again and I will tell everyone I know in Dubai to never use them.

I had a 60-min relaxing massage.I am very happy with the service provided. The only minus is that the therapist was 45-min late (thanks god the massage was at home and I could do my staff in meanwhile).As for the rest - very good, I recommend this service.

Massage wasn’t great … horrible un attentive costumer service she doesn’t care .They were 1 and half an hour late .. No compensation no Apology unprofessional unfriendly response.I didn’t feel any relief or difference from the massage.At least if the massage was good i would recommend but NO.Money waste

Im really disappointed ,I booked 10 slimming massage sessions. But the person in charge of bookings is not professional. She cancelled my sessions many times without reason. Sometimes I have a session and the therapist does not send it because she is busy. I invited my friends to enjoy the massage together and they were an hour late. I have two sessions left with them and these are more than four days I have been trying to book with her and she takes a whole night to respond. Today I had a session at 2:00 and now it is 2:40 and she did not send it and did not give me a reason for the delay.

Worst app. Was trying to book for a massage 3 days prior but on the d day in the app shows still pending so I contacted the customer support to check turns out there is no availability in my area no appology not even trying to solve it. This is the second time I am writing this review because they have removed the first one! Dont trust these people. They lure you in for packages with a punctual good service at first then when they take your money they start becoming unacceptably late and even cancel last minute on you. I used all channels to get back money without escalations with no results. Now I have escalated to consumer rights.

Annett was amazing! I just saw an ad on IG and booked them and wasnt really expecting much. But Annett was superb in her technique. Needed medium to hard pressure and she did just that! Wayy better than the 5 star hotel spas.

Amazing therapist Chiedza ( Chichi ). I like her way of providing service. Honestly one of the best I had, she cared ( asked and listened ) addressed all the issues I had and knew exactly how to remove all those knots I never knew existed. Made me feel comfortable and reassured the entire duration of my massage. After my session, I feel revived, lighter and a very satisfied customer. Will have to book another session with them with my husband, he will be delighted to try them too.

Home massage, massage bed so old and small, there is no sheet they use but some very bed quality paper that torns during massage. Lady was late one hour almost, but not her fault, it was fault of the person who is making appointments online. Very unprofessional and low quality. It was very basic massage with two minutes focused on stomach massage (since Im pregnant) but they charge special price for that.

I had a massage last night, and it was fantastic. I am seven months pregnant, so I was glad that the massage therapist, Ms. Anna, is skilled at massaging someone who is pregnant, I was happy at her service, I am a really meticulous person, therefore it makes me very glad that the massage therapist at shine code is also hygienic. She washed her hands before and after the massage, which was not always optimal in some of my previous experiences with other massage salons.

Today I booked for Massage. One hour relaxation. It was pretty good 😊. Professional and up to the mark work. I liked it.

Booked a massage for myself and my mother inlaw a day in advance. Got to know about Shinecode through Google search. Without any reviews from anyone else, I went ahead to try them out.. firstly they reached on time..the massage was super relaxing 😌 loved every second of it..wish it didnt get over 😌 Bella was my masseuse❣️...surely gonna recommend her to my family and friends💯

First experience and it was very smooth and professional. The service provider called before hand to inform of slight delay and checked if that still suited me (many wont bother). The lady who came in was quick and smooth with the lash extensions. It literally finished in like 40-45 minutes while I was expecting 1-1:30 hours or more.Hoping these lashes last long and looking forward to more sessions of services at home ❤️👍🏻

The nail technician did a good job but not Russian manicure as advertised. They surprise you with addition of vat at the end - never mentioned when asking pricing. Massage was a total flop, ladies did not seem professionally trained. Terrible in terms on time. The nail lady arrived 30 mins late (ok, passable) and the massage ladies 3hrs late. Ahhh the nail lady had no foot spa nor towels. I had my feet soaked in a bowl from my kitchen and had to provide the towels 🤯Not a great experience overall.

I just had my massage and it was sooo relaxing! My therapist called Dora, she massaged me very well and very polite staff. I feel comfortable from the start to finish. Well done! Booking was quick and hassle-free.The technician Yaman was so quick and efficient - literally took 20 mins for my classic extensions as opposed to the normal 1.30 - 2 hours ones!Very happy with the look - hope it lasts!
